Ordered the classic Italian hoagie with fries. Everything was fresh and the hoagie had plenty of meat and toppings. Very good!
We have always enjoyed nypd but last night we had the worst pizza ever sad because we use to love it in the past we ordered for parties and get togethers but we wont be anymore the quality of food has gotten so bad sorry !!!
Ordered the pizza and hoagie deal today came to 30.27 was supposed to be 21.99 plus delivery charge. My Italian sub was supposed to have no banana peppers but they were on their ordered the fish hoagie add onion no onions on it. Theyve really went downhill since Northside I wont be back....
Ordered through DoorDash. Order arrived immediately. Knew before it arrived it could not possibly be made to order. Received a calzone full of meat—I ordered pineapple and banana peppers despite the receipt and order. Second time I’ve received whatever they had laying around rather than my order. The previous time was a direct order.Response to Owner: The receipt stapled to my food was the correct order and had my name--not a Door Dash error. My order was picked up 2 minutes after the order was placed. Ive had bad experiences using your direct service and drivers--its not simply anothers fault other than your own.Advice--It would be a better use of your time to work on your customer service and product quality rather than making excuses for every bad review you receive on-line. Take ownership of your short comings, make sincere apologies, and work on improvements.
Ordered from here a few times and service is great, food delivery is good and hot, reasonable prices. Mostly pizza, but a few other choices are on the menu.
This is a great alternative to other pizza places. Really great pizza and deals.
Ordered via Doordash. Arrived hot! Made with the good mozzarella - chewy and flavorful. Pepperoni was spicy (but not too much) and the mushrooms were large (not sure whether they were fresh or canned, though.) I also got the chocolate chip cookie and it was awesome! Its not an artisan pizza place, but its better than the big chains.
Always a delicious experience at this location. Prompt, friendly service. Ive eaten here at least 50 times and have never had a bad experience.

Poor customer service! Ordered our food at 4:30....was told at least 55min. Okay, I realize businesses are short staffed. I called at 5:45, was told its on its way, called at 6:00, was told its on its way, called at 6:15 I was told it was delivered. Well I wouldnt be calling if my food was delivered. Ridiculous!
You can never go wrong with N.Y.P.D. The food is always fast and tasty. I feel like Pizza in Cincinnati is not the best in general but this is one of the good ones. Try the Stuffed crust. It is really good.
10/3/20...We had dinner from here for the first time. What sold us was the coupon we found on the website for 2 large-1 topping pizzas for $16.99. I havent seen a pizza deal like that in years! We also ordered garlic bread. Our food was very good. We look forward to ordering again in the future.
I asked for the pizza to be placed at the door. No knocking, as I am working from home with consistent inbound customer calls. I have 2 dogs. The driver knocked and I had to spend the next 5 minutes trying to quiet my dogs and apologize to my customer. Food is great, but please read instructions.
When ordering just be aware that the delivery time means nothing to them. Then when you call to see if theres an issue they are rude and untruthful. We have ordered from them for years but they have steadily went downhill. Being rude to my wife and lying to her on the phone is the final straw.
They forgot a hoagie last week.We went to order online as we my husband is already there in front of the Cheviot location. and online and phone call orders are not being taken due to high volume of orders.My husband said there has been nobody coming in or leaving for deliveries so why arent they taking phone or online orders?

Theyre far from an empathetic, professional staff and the female answering the phone does not communicate information well. The pizza is always messy, and the manager informed me that if a customer cancels an order, they will never deliver to them again. I wont miss it, trust me. Theyre just more affordable with the coupon code. After this experience, Im taking my money right to Larosas Pizza. Ill NEVER dine here again.
Their pizza is ok, but the customer service is reprehensible. I called this establishment and spent 3 minutes on hold listening to commercials that threatened to blow out my speakers if I didnt put it to minimum volume. If youre the company owner as read this: it turns out the reason Im calling you is because I found your establishment online, as well as a menu! I dont need 3 minutes of having all your deals yelled at me in order to get a pizza.-Edit I worked at pizza places for 5 years and during that time there was no instance where letting a phone ring 3 times, let alone 3 minutes, was acceptable customer service. Also, I had to assume I was on hold because nobody even bothered to let me know I was on hold. Your employees and business decision to make your on-hold sound a variety of commercials at beyond max volume earned you this rating. Im not hurting your business by letting you know you lost mine for the reasons I listed, and its more than ridiculous youre trying to guilt me into changing it.
Just found this place maybe 3 weeks ago and have ordered at least 4x since. Great food!! We have had their pizza, night sticks, a few hoagies and their wings, all of which were awesome! Definitely recommend trying!

I ordered a cauliflower pizza(which is already IS way over priced) with garlic sauce instead of pizza sauce. It came with pizza sauce. I called the store and they said they would issue a credit to my credit card. That never happened.
We ordered a delivery order around 8:20 this evening and was told 45 minutes (no big deal). 9:15 rolls around and our pizzas were still not here so my husband calls and was told it’s on its way. Finally the pizza arrived around 9:45 and both pizzas were lukewarm. We love your pizza but that is poor customer service. If we would have been told 1.5 hours up front it would not have been an issue. Don’t overpromise and underdeliver!
Consistently great pizza and subs. Everytime we have order pizza or subs they have been hot and delicious. We have always been impressed by their food and service. Areas to improve would be their rewards system and wings. Better wings and better rewards would make this place beyond the best.
I go here once every week or two. The New York style pizza is not my favorite style of pizza but they do a good job with it. The surprise here are the subs which are surprisingly good. This isnt a national chain so giving back to people in our community is important to me. Its nice to get a pizza on a Friday or Saturday night after visiting a few night spots in Cheviot.
Called at 7:45 PM on a Friday night and was told theyre not taking any more orders for 40 minutes to an hour. Get your act together!!! Never had a problem from the Northside location. Ill never waste my time ordering from the Cheviot location again.
These guys are so AWESOME! I went in for a hoagie and was asking about their pizza since I’m not from around here and he bought me a small pie to try! It was absolutely delicious! Sweet sauce, yummy cheese, soft dough. The hoagie was the best I’ve ever had, so I will definitely be back when I return to Cincinnati!
Wasn’t sure if NYPD delivered all the way to Delhi or not, but they do, and the do it fast!Our driver Zack was possibly the friendliest driver I’ve ever met! He was super pleasant and had my daughter laughing at the door.Legitimately best service I’ve seen of ALL the local pizza spots.Absolutely our new go to pizza from here on out. Top freakin’ notch!
Had to come back and change my review on this location.. Today me and my husband ordered pizza and wings for the kids and ourselves . the delivery driver took over a hour to get here and we live 6 min away my husband whos been sick for about a weak now with a fever chills sore throat and what not called and complained about this wait... So The food finally comes and it was cold so we called and had it replaced after goin off because we knew it will be cold by now. So they send a replacement and ask for the cold food back..now mind u its a deadly virus goin around and unsafe to to take food back. But we give it to the delivery guy anyway. He puts it in his car.. Hopefully no one gets sick from this.. .. We didnt wanna argue like we had to on the phone for the replacement.. But jus kno this is super unsafe and unsanitary and ultimately putting everyone at risk . hopefully he didnt have someone elses order in the car wer he put the contaminated pizza..
I ordered my food for the first time today. The veggie pizza is wonderful. I will always order from them. The delivery man was nice and warm and friendly too.
I LOVE LOVE their wings. I am sad cause the last couple times I have ordered them I have been shorted the firsts couple times it was only by 1 or 2 not that big of a deal. The last (9/3/18) time it was by 6! Now if I wanted only 14 wings I would have ordered a 15 piece not a 20 piece. Now when I called to let them know that I was only given 14 and a couple (3) where covered in bbq they said take a picture and send it to us. (Mine you we already started eating them (only 6)). I was like okay sent them a picture and NOTHING back no sorry we will send out 6 more or we will give you a credit for your next order or anything. Now when any other pizza company gets a complaint they dont ask for a picture or any thing they apologize and send out new or give a credit. Sad thing is the N.Y.P.D in Northside is way better in all aspects. I am very disappointed in the Cheviot N.Y.P.D
My brother, a new customer, was in NYPD Pizza in Cheviot today for a carry out order. 2 steak hoagies (Paddy Wagon) and an Italian sub and french fries. The steak hoagies had no cheese on either like they are supposed to, and 2 pickle slices and a piece of onion. Really? These ingredients are not expensive. The french fries were dark, greasy and bland. The Italian sub tasted OK. You lost a customer with your subpar food. FAIL!
Ive ordered from NYPD for a long time. Only once was an order wrong, but they were already re-making the pizza when I got there and they gave me both. Their pizzas are tasty, way better than the larger chains.
Love eating hear. We make it a point to eat here at least 4 times a month if not more.. Our 14 yr old eats here a lot more than 4 times a month. The wait is worth it to us. Keep up the good work.
We attempted to order a pizza with everything EXCEPT onions, we repeated it three times. The young lady seemed confused and asked for more specific ingredients. Bacon, bell pepper, extra cheese and black olives. After it arrived we realized it was covered in onions, so we called to let them know, after a long hold another young lady got on the phone and proceeded to argue that she made this pizza and knew for a fact there were no onions on it Wow! We order from there 1-3 times a week...we will never do it again.

We were in town from northern Indiana and were starving. The pizza was wonderful and the owner was even better. It means a lot to be treated like a neighbor down the street even though it was our first time there.

I absolutely love the pizza, but the service is awful. I ordered a large pepperoni a medium cheese. They delivered 2 pepperonis. And wouldnt swap out the pizzas because there was a piece taken out of it. So i ended up paying for a THIRD pizza because they messed up the order. I will continue to eat there just because the pizza is just so great! I give the food a 5 and the service a 2.
Best delivered pizza in Cincinnati. Wings are awesome, great salad, and the fried pickles are amazing. This should be the pizza chain that represents Cincinnati, not that other place.
They have a great deal for 3-Topping Large 12 for 9.99.The staff know me by name, I go there so much. Also, theyve even gone above & beyond in one instance and allowed me to order carry-out items for delivery, because I couldnt leave my house at the time.5/5 ! Great service, great food, great price. The people who work here are rude and disrespectful. They didnt want to honor THEYRE coupon! They gave me the wrong order and wouldnt fix it. The meat on the steak hoagies taste old and freezer burnt. When my grandmother called to tell them the meat was not good (not to get free food, I wouldnt eat there again if my life depended on it) and he hung up on a 72 year old woman! Good luck and Ill update if I get sick from the hoagies!
I had the food delivered and it came very fast and was nice and hot. Delivery girl Chrissy was very sweet. Loved it! Much less than ALL the other pizza joints! They got my business.

Just not a fan of the food after a few tries. Hit and miss on the phone and counter experience. There is better and friendlier pizza shops nearby. Try 5 Boroughs pizza for a better all around experience.

I think that NYPD Pizza is a Great small carry out pizzeria originated in Historical Northside . Located on Chase Av Just off Hamilton Av. They are a Family owned ,Mom & Pop started it many , many moons ago. 2nd. Gen. Now . They have another Pizzeria carry out located on Harrison Av. in Historical Cheviot across from Municipal Building , didnt I mention that they also have Delivery . 2022-03-06Had take out and delivery from here before, the pizza is always great. the meatballs are really good compared to most places. they give you a garlic sauce cup, like that big chain, so that is neat. everything has been on time and fresh. i recommend the traditional crust. pricing is fair too.

2021-10-06Im not sure if its a busy night or a one off but Ive never been disappointed in NYPD and tonight a frozen pizza would have tasted better. I live less than a mile away and ordered delivery and the pizza was room temperature when it got to me, but the worst part is - it was soggy from the steam. I assume it came out hot (at some point) and they closed the lid too fast keeping all the heat in because it was so hot it altered the plastic lid in the box plus the box was sagging from the moisture. Then I assume it was sitting for at least 30 minutes before it was taken to deliver so it could reach the room temperature pizza that I was handed. I hope its just a bad night, but Ill for sure think twice before I order again.

2022-05-23It took over an hour to get our pizza. It was soggy and cold and the chicken and ground beef was nasty. I should of just order a extra sauce pizza cheese pizza. I paid $27.00 for extra large pizza vegetable pizza with only half of the pizza had onions, half with chicken and half ground beef. I thought it would be still $17 but because of the meat I guess it bumped up a 10 extra dollars..

2022-07-08Garbage!!! NYPD has always been my go-to for pizza and hoagie, but in about 2018 to 2019ish range it seems like tge quality started going down hill. At 1st I thought it was just a fluke, a one time thing, so I brushed it off. Well Im here to tell you it really wasnt. Ive gotten to where Ill only order from them once or twice a year in hopes that they turn it around but sadly Im proven extremely wrong each time I try to rekindle my love for theyre pizza. I mean its so bad to get a good puzza delivered to my place in Bridgetown that LaRosas and Little Caesars are my go-tos now when Im craving pizza. NYPD please get your act together and quit sending me pies that are ordered with extra cheese and when I open tge box I see through the cheese to a crust that is barely stained with sauce.
