Horrible customer service. period. Absolutely no clue on how to respectfully treat and interact with a customer from the time I walked in the door until the time I picked up my car. No phone call, no status. Then, theres grease on my inside door handle, seat, and steering wheel that I had to clean off. Get it together NTB Dublin...do better....be better. Never going back. Thats a promise.
Made an appointment for 2:00 for an oil change. Came back at 4:30 and my vehicle was going to be the next one. Unprofessional and incapable of handling new clients. Cant do business with people who cant be trusted to do their job and keep a schedule.
New manager is the type of person thatll act like a six year old when he doesnt get his way because other businesses have things to do as well
Was ana amazing experience! Idk his name, i forget, but the guy who is from Lancaster went above and WAY beyond to help us. Not only was he professional and very nice, he helped us figure out ON HIS OWN TIME why our hood was out of line after the visit when we thought they bent it, which they DIDNT, our latch was sticking! This location is AMAZING! We will never go anywhere but here and this gentleman deserves a raise! He was nothing short of incredible. The whole staff was courteous, sweet, and accommodating! 25 stars out of 10!
These guys are awesome! They advised me on the right tires for my car and didnt they to upsell me with something I didnt need. The new tires and brakes made me feel like I was driving a new car. Free alignment for a year and tire rotation forever. Jake was especially helpful. The next time I went in for an oil change and brake fluid flush - (half the price of the dealership quote.) Jeremy helped me this time and told me my brake fluid was clean and I didnt have to flush it and to check next oil change. Ladies - if you want honest, good service, bring your cars here! They are accommodating and wont rip you off. I hear the one on Mill run is good as well. Clearly this company is reputable and well managed. Their goal isnt to fool you and drain your pockets. I will always bring my car here for service.

Just got a set of tires put on here a few days ago and I got a really good deal on tires that were hard to find locally. I called and got the tires the same day and was really happy with the overall experience.The one gripe I had is that the customer service aspect was lacking as I didnt really get a great explanation about the overall bill and didnt feel like they really wanted to take any time explaining anything to me except for asking for my credit card. Luckily, I knew what I wanted and knew what to expect as far as other costs associated with the install.For others, I would suggest going in that you know exactly what you want and you should get a good price.
Everyone at this place is friendly and makes you feel comfortable even though you are at a mechanic shop. Had to go in unexpectedly because my brakes started grinding that day. Not only were they able to get it done same day, they were cheaper than any place else. Will continue to go here for all my car needs.
After having my vehicle damaged at this location I was given an estimate of $1400 to have my brakes repaired that they damaged. Please think twice about going to this location. After speaking with corporate they sided with the store. Ended up having to have the vehicle towed to the dealership where the repair bill was only $632. Not sure how you can charge over double for a repair that would not have been needed if you guys hadnt broken the vehicle. Went in for a 19 dollar oil change and ended up costing over $600. Think twice about this location
Called to get quotes for tires. The manager Jeremy was the one I talked to on the phone. He was very nice and helpful to go over all options available with the best deals. They were able to get me in same day and had me back on the road in no time.
While I made an appointment the following day for battery/idling issues, I arrived 6:30 pm on a weekday this past week, a day before my scheduled appointment. Luke, squeezed me in to ease my mind, and quickly got me back on the road. I couldn’t have asked to a better customer service. I highly recommend!
I came here with a completely flat tire, unable to put any air in at all. Josh was very helpful, and after being unable to put air in himself, he changed the valve and then was able to inflate the tire. He then told me there would be no charge. I needed new tires anyway, and decided to buy 4 new ones from him for being so helpful. The service here is fantastic, and I am happy to give them my business.
I live in Cleveland but have to travel to Columbus frequently for family that live in Dublin area. Twice, on a weekend, I had two unplanned issues with my car two different instances. Both times I was panicky being away on a weekend. Both times not only was I quickly helped, I had excellent service but even better communication. Based on my experiences here I not only would go back but also would recommend...the front of service rep Jeremy B. Is what any company should want in terms of customer service. His demeanor, his personality, communication and multi tasking was very on point. It was a busy time of day and he didn’t break a sweat. I listened to him deal with customers that I would identify as challenging and he not only was patient in this busy time but also didn’t break a sweat. He would keep me coming back to this business based on consumer confidence!!!
Avoid this location for tire rotation and wheel alignment. They made it worse. Did not check after service if wheel alignment is done properly. After car service, steers to one side and when asked to fix it the next day, steers to the other side. And the associate complained tires with which car was running good before service.
Always great service and professional. Took my car in for service and everything was explained to me in detail. But it was something that a dealership would have to do. I always get the best customer service at NTB.. They did not charge me anything for looking at the vehicle. And didnt waste my time.
The worst place ever, bad customer service, lazy guys. I went to this place 3 times and guess what they wouldn’t help me all tree times. So first time I called was couple of month ago to change all four tires and brakes. I couldn’t make an appointment because I work long hours but I took 30 minutes earlier to get there on time so they don’t close it on me I went there 5:30 PM and they close at 8 o’clock. So the one guy name Luke said we don’t change tires at this time because it’s too late. When called earlier and asked what’s the last time you guys can change a tires they said 530 we will change it for you. So they turned me away went to different please change all my tires next morning it cost me almost $2000 I’m OK good they are the losers not me that’s bad customer service. My second time because I work long hours I went there 630 again they turned me down for oil change I want different place to do my oriole change. I still haven’t given up on them today was my last day going there ever again I went there for oil change I knew it was gonna be late it was 6 o’clock exactly I get off work like couple minutes early so I could get the 6 o’clock they have like two hours they close at 8 o’clock so I asked the one guy Luke again for the third time To change my oriole and he said we don’t change oil at this time and when I ask him why you always turn me down and he said because you always come late. I work long hours I can promise and make an schedule if I’m not going to show.That Luke dude is bad news and he shouldn’t be working there if he doesn’t like helping customer and loosing money 💰 for the owners.You guys the worst of it they were in the shop doing nothing playing around I recorded all I am so uploading It on Twitter, Facebook, and Instagramthank God America has a Jiffy Lube it’s a little bit expensive but the best customer service. I rather pay more and get the good customer service.
This place was great. The staff were so polite and understanding, not to mention helpful! We were towing a car, and tires on the trailer were wore right down- not safe for travel! These nice people got us right in. Took longer than expected due to a part that wasnt anticipated, but they got us set up, and even helped us push the car in the parking lot afterwards to get it lined back up.Great people!!!
Scheduled an appointment for an oil change. When scheduling the appointment, I mentioned what kind of car I had. You would think they would make sure they had all materials necessary for whatever appointments they had. When I showed up ten minutes early for my 2:00 appointment, they said they didnt have the right filter and needed to order one. The whole appointment ended up taking an hour and a half for a standard oil change/tire rotation. Two days later, my tire pressure light came on. When I took it back to NTB, they said it was probably because of the cold weather. The thing is, it was 50 degrees the past few days and the light never came on before that in the past year. Seems strange that two days after they messed with my tires, something is wrong with them.
I cannot speak more highly about this shop. Robert and Jake are probably the best two guys I have dealt with at a tire store. They communicate really clearly and do great work. The mechanic I have work on my car is Shawn, he is very responsible and gets my car fixed right.
We have used this particular location for tires, batteries and car maintenance for years. I took my car in because the brakes seemed like they were possibly grinding, plus it was taking longer for my car to stop. They did a FREE brake inspection, noticed that one break was sticking, fixed, told me the brakes were all good, and sent me on my way.
Fast, friendly, and the ability to make an appointment sure helps with scheduling my day. The employee behind the counter was pleasant and I even got my car in a bit early. Thanks NTB.
Excellent customer service. Josh was able to identify and solve problematic issue with my wheel and tires for my MB GL550. I finally have a smooth ride again! My vehicles will be serviced here from now on.
Prior to going into this location I had called ahead to make an appointment to get my air conditioning looked at. I had already tried to recharge the AC but that did not seem to make it work, so that is why I decided it was time for a professional to look at it. I had told the guy on the phone and when I showed up to my appointment about already trying to recharge it, and he said, okay, I have that in the notes for the mechanic. He went ahead and did an evacuation and recharge (costing $189.00). After waiting for over an hour, he comes out and says, Well, we recharged it and it still isnt working. We think your compressor needs changed out. Keep in mind, I had already done this at home. So...By the end of my appointment, I had wasted about 2 hours of my life, and I paid double for something that I had already paid for prior to arriving. I do not recommend their service to ANYONE.

I have purchased tires here, had soft tires pumped up (for free) and came limping in with a broken axle. The service was EXCELLENT. They have checked my battery charge level for free and didnt try to sell me a new battery. I am about to return for shocks and struts. I expect the same excellent service.
The Dublin, OH location is always fast, friendly, and professional I wont take my car anywhere else if NTB is able to provide the service I need. The tire warranty is worth the extra money. It has paid for itself for me so I would also recommend getting it if you can!
I usually have a really good experience with them, but since they had new people come in theyve gone down. I went to them for everything my car needed; oil changes, brakes, and everything else. I recently purchased a new car and had them service it in Feb, they did the oil change fine but I asked them about a specific noise and they couldnt tell me what it was. I came back two to three weeks later because the noise was worse, it turns out it was my breaks that had become so bad they were grinding metal on metal. Yet there mechanics didnt pick that up or see it. They really dropped the ball and put me and any passenger I had in danger. I will never go back to them. Very disappointed.
NTB website did not work online. Every time asked me to pick new time. Went directly to the store. Checked with store manager Jack regarding the same. Even though he had 4:00 pm available he did not allowEd me to pick the time. Also He doesnt have No clue or he cant do anything about it. It was inconvinenice for me to drop of my car and come back 6-7. Please fix your website. You guys just lost customer for 2 car services.
Excellent service, Phil took time and explained all the work that was needed before continuing. I hope that everything is done properly the next time I try to change breaks. I would definitely be visiting this shop if I needed any work done on my car.
Fast and great service at an affordable price, these guys are well versed and dedicated professionals that stand behind the quality of their work, they are always courteous no matter how busy it gets. Online scheduling tool is very handy to use if booked they will still find a way to serve you .
Made an appointment for 3:00 today to get a screw pulled from my tire and patched. 90 min later, I finally got to leave. the longest Ive ever had to wait for all tire patch before today was 10 minutes. Guess where I will never go again when my car needs work?
I went in without an apt for a blown out tire. The gentleman at the front counter were very nice and were able to get me a new tire while I wait. Highly recommend!

Jake the store manager here was amazing. He was super fast getting me checked in. He checked in with me throughout the process and I didn’t feel pressured to buy the brakes they recommended. Will definitely be back.

Theres fundamental differences between how NTB and its primary competitors handle customer service. Unfortunately it took hundreds of dollars and many visits to realize it. Between this store and the one located in Mill Run, I do not understand how they stay in business. Theyre not experts in anything particular, use older equipment, and offer sub-par customer interaction. Not recommended.
This was hands down the Worst Customer Experience Ive ever had trying to just get routine maintenance done on my car. They kept adding and adding costs that I found out later on didnt need to be done. After 9 hours later for what was just suppose to be a scheduled oil change, I left with an unnecessary $1,500 bill. It was extremely frustrating and I would discourage anyone from using this NTB store at Tuttle Crossing.
If it where for me i would not put even 1 star.. do not recommend.. very bad impression on costumer service.. i called to book an appintment.. have never used them and wanted to know more.. Luke awnsered and i told him what the issue was with my tire.. he sounded very distracted.. did not pay attention to my questions and he just told me ( uhmmm i dont know what you are talking about.. and than went silent..i kept stressing my concern about my tire that may have needed a patch because it was very low on pressure...and he said ( we can not help) we close soon soooAnd again silence until i asked if he was still there.. he said (oooh uhmmm what??)LikeIs this some kind of joke? What kind of costumer service is thatSeemed like he was very ditracted because he spoke very slow and confused..unless je was under the influence of something...he showed no interest.... well Another costumer lost and wont recommend ... So i went to Tire Choice Auto Service CentersThey where friendly and very professional !
This place will service your vehicle if they want to. It’s hard to get an appointment when they don’t answer the phone though. It’s 630pm on a Thursday and spent 20 minutes calling to setup an appointment only to have no appointment and I will never be taking a vehicle to ntb again they have lost a customer for life. After calling for 15 minutes the phone picked up and clicked instantly so I called again and got an answer after 10 min. I asked why no one had answered the phone for so long and he just hung up on me. I called back but he wouldn’t answer. This is ridiculous service for a shop “open” until 8pm. This is not the first time I have had issues with this specific ntb but now I won’t be going to this ntb or ANY ntb.
Stopped in here after usually using the Polaris location. I was surprised to see josh there. As always he was wonderful and worked with me to meet all of my needs. Come see him for all of your vehicle needs!
Really nice folks and great prices. They now have an area with some tables where you can work while they do the work on your car. Took the time to show me a few things with my tires. Again, great folks.

Sketchy. They did well replacing my tires on my Chevy Impala, so when I had a coupon for a $20 oil change, brake check and fluid topoff for my S10 pickup, I figured Id try them again. They told me I had a massive oil leak even though I had never seen any oil on the ground or any sign of a leak. That $20 turned into $100 just for them to de-grease and dye to try to find the leak. I was told to take it home and drive it, then bring it back in a few days. After a night of being at home there was oil on the garage floor for the first time ever. Took it back and the cause ended up being the rubber ring around the plug. They also didnt top off my washer fluid so when I asked about the fluid top-off the guy at the desk said they did it. I told them the washer fluid was still at half and he said well we have a new guy that struggles to remember to fill the washer fluid. Wonder what else he forgot. Good thing he didnt forget the 4th tire on my Impala the first time I went to them too, otherwise they would have only had one visit from me instead of only two. Will not be going back.
Came in to see about getting a damaged tire fixed and front desk pulled tire from my truck took to garage plugged it and back in my car all in about 5 minutes. Way to go on customer service and making my life easy!!!
Worst customer service! I went to see if they can balance out my tires and while i was still standing there trying to talk to the guy up front, he literally turns and walks away and as hes walking away says were busy. Cant do it today.

Low tire pressure warning on rental car. Was able to drive in no notice and have pressure checked and filled. Pleasant and professional service.
I was having battery problems. They tested it and determined that it couldnt supply enough current to reliability start. Unfortunately they had sold out of the size for my car. They located one at another NTB and got me setup with an appointment before that one closed.
Ive been missed this organization before they were NTB. If always been there for me. On an out of town trip, I had to stop and Morgantown and Charleston before I got back up to Marietta and they worked on it till they found the the problem
This is where I take my car for all my routine maintenance and I just bought new tires there. The staff there has always been courteous and helpful and I always feel like my car is in good hands

2022-02-03I have never in my life had a flat tire , until today. I spoke with Mark at this NTB location and he was fabulous, he squeezed me in same day, gave me the exact tires I asked for , made sure they were in stock and walked me through the whole process. I was so upset about my car , but after working with them I dont think I would ever go anywhere else. I got the flat about 12pm this afternoon, this location got me all squared away in about 1 hour. Perfect service. I cant be any happier. Thank you Mark !!! And all the nice mechanics there.

2022-07-05Ive come to this location several times for several things, from routine oil changes to getting things repaired when a critter snuck into my hood. The workers are quick, knowledgeable, flexible, and all-around pleasant to deal with. Ive always left feeling confident that my car had been properly cared for.

2022-06-28I was planning to get Sumitomo tires for $500 something out the door this afternoon, called the store and Bob asked me “any reason why u want that specific tires?” And i said “budget and reviews seems pretty good”. Then he suggested BFGoodrich Adventure tires that has promotion free installation, free 4th tires, free lifetime rotation and I ended up paid $616 out the door. I was so relieved that I got better tires and good deal at the same time. Bob, you’re my hero….close enough! Thank you! NTB gave me better deal than AAA or TireRack!! Believe me, Ive done 2 weeks of research before decided to go with NTB.

2021-06-26Always have an excellent experience with this business. Fast, friendly, professional staff always willing to help. I have had a slow leaking tire and had to stop in multiple times for a refill. A staff member recommended that I set an appointment to have it patched. It was a quick and easy fix that took very little time. Their oil changes are also super fast and competitively priced.

2021-12-22Been a continuous customer until today. I scheduled an appointment with Mark yesterday, showed up for the appointment and he tells me he cannot find me on the schedule. Essentially, I drove 40 min for no reason, naturally this is really annoying! Mark even went out of his way to delete my rescheduled appointment because he felt “disrespected” from my normal frustration. Pathetic. I even proved to him that the number I called yesterday was, indeed, the locations number: by ringing it, he had nothing to say when he was proved wrong. Poor customer service. Just lost a veteran customer.

2017-06-25If I could give this establishment zero stars, I would. Strictly on the premise of quality of service. The workers here are very nice and attentive, however some things just cant be ignored. Came here today to replace some tires and ended up purchasing two brand new ones and had them fix a tire that was flat on the passenger rear side after being told it was repairable by the staff. Robert was very nice and attentive despite my obvious aggravation. Within one hour of leaving the location (drove to an auto part store, a gas station and back home - all within 2 miles from the store). I get out to leave for the evening from my home and as soon as I leave my parking spot ~1000 ft. I felt a slight lag in my back tires and I got out immediately. Low and behold not only is the tire flat but it was off the rim!!!! Thank God I caught this before I got on 270!!!!!! Maybe a minor deal to some but could have been a massive one once safety is being questioned due to workmanship. I urge everyone to be cognizant of this when purchasing/replacing tires from them.Update 8:30pm: So NTB called the tow truck company and because theyre closing (called at 630) I couldnt get a new tire today. Nice to see personal convenience supersede consumer safety due to workmanship incompetency. The best option was just to have the tow driver put back on the spare that I rode to NTB initially. Luckily for me, the spare that was placed back into its position by NTB, was not able to be removed. Again, another point of issue dealing with safety.
