Hands down, the best in town for my money, from service to expedients these guys have it all. I dont take my vehicles anywhere else without taking theyreadvice. Always a pleasnt visit, and they actually try to find you the best deal they can. And i never have to worry about the work they do for me. I always know its done right.

Made daughter an appointment to get her oii changed and tires rotated. They let me pay in advance so that was nice. Daughter did complain that it took over an hour. But that girl complains a lot.😊m mum
I usually love this place. Have been getting my oil changes there for years, but Im not happy with how they are trying to take us for extra money now. My husband called last week about the price for tires. At first, compared to others, it was reasonable, but when we go in today, they say it could be an extra $90 for an alignment. The quoted cost jumped up nearly $100 before tax was added! In order to appease us, they said theyll offer a $20 discount on the alignment. Heres my issue: Shouldnt we have been told it could be $90 extra for an alignment before getting us in there? Are you guys under new management? Cause whoever is there now is about lining his pockets. I dont like surprises with my money. Its not like we have money sitting around to give away. Ill be looking elsewhere for our services now. Disappointing.
Came in for a post-purchase vehicle inspection. We got a game plan on what my vehicle needed to be a safe and reliable daily driver for the family. We even prioritized the workit needed so it didnt have to be done all at one time. They even showed me what was bad on the car instead of me taking their word which was nice!
They are awesome! Every experience at this location has been quick and helpful. I had an issue with my wifes car having a flat. I couldnt find where they said it might take up to an hour because they were busy but when I got there they had it done in fifteen mins.
I have had the pleasure of taking my Buick to NTB for Maintence and tires. When I arrived I was greeted immediately by Chris. He made me feel very comfortable and answered all my questions. Service was fantastic and Nick was (or is actually) the best front desk person could ever deal with! Pleasant and helpful. :-) Luckily I prescheduled and appointment for today, otherwise would not have gotten exactly what I wanted.

I love that these guys never try to upsell you something you dont need, or feed you a line of bologna to increase sales.They are knowledgeable about so much more than tires; you can really trust them with everything.
Arrived to find what appeared to Mgr behind counter. I needed a nail plugged. Asked if I could get it done. He started maybe a week from now. Nothing more. No sorry, no thanks, no nothing. Rude is a weak description of how I was treated. Never again will I even consider stopping at NTB. Never.
I have been a long time customer of this location. I have always had great service and know my car is being taken care of. The front desk staff are great and I leave feeling safe.

I went there early on a Sunday morning in a rush to get my stem valve replaced on tire I already took off the car. Not the whole tire just the valve. And the nice staff there were happy to help me out and didnt charge me a dime.Highly recommended.

Staff is very professional. Came in for tires decided to get an alignment they did everything in a timely manor. Nick did everything he could to get me a good price. Will come back for all my vehicle needs
Went in for four new tires, and my starter died in the parking lot. They fixed it even though that is not what they typically do at that shop. The new starter failed after a week, but the guys there fixed it up and made it right. Great attention to detail and awesome customer service. They have a customer for life
Even though they were short handed, Justin took the time to explain that the brake job was going to take longer than normally, because he was the only one there who could do it. He apologized profusely and offered to reschedule if I didn’t have time to wait. Since I was on my way to work, I just left the car and came back at the agreed upon time. Everything had been done, and I was even offered an online $50 rebate. Justin was very professional and courteous throughout the whole process. I highly recommend this NTB store.
So happy with the tires they put on my truck. The salesman walked me through a few options and helped me make my decision.
Consistent issue with over-scheduling. The person working the front in the morning was rude in handling the issue when I brought up the fact that this is a consistent problem. According to him, you cannot schedule online but need to call the store. Useful information now after the many 1.5-2 hour oil changes. Poor customer service. Maybe they are understaffed. I am not sure, but I am taking the cars elsewhere. I hate leaving bad reviews, but consistently bad customer service is never good.
I work out of town and needed a tire replaced due to a mishap. These guys hooked me up and were fast as hell, I was out of there in less than 20 mins. Even though I am from out of town I will probably have them replace my other tire soon because of the speed you don’t get at other shops. Highly recommend!
We ended up with a flat tire on our family vacation from Michigan to Florida... stopped at several places that were either closed or closing soon and unwilling to help. Thankfully we found NTB and they were able to get us a new tire and we were back on the road within an hour. We appreciated the quick service and extended hours compared with other tire shops. Highly recommend.
Our NTB experience with tire shopping today started at Tire Discounters. The employees there seemed put off by our being there. When we asked for prices, they were just matter of fact with a “take it or leave it” mentality. Then we went to National Tire and Battery on Harshman Road and met with the on-site manager Justin and another associate, Troy. Both were very eager to help with our situation and went out of their way to help. The atmosphere was very friendly. Justin and Troy were both very knowledgeable!! They both went out of their way to assist all of our needs. I would highly recommend them over the competition. I had my tire rack tires delivered and installed at this location. Im a car guy, and I feel like they took good care of my Cadillac CTS-V installing my new Continental tires. I would recommend this place, now if they would only match tire racks prices.Update: I called to have some more tire rack tires mounted, and they refused to honor tire racks special pricing, so Im pulling one star.
I visited the location and was extremely impressed by how professional and helpful the staff was. I had brakes and struts replaced at the store. My car rides so nice now.I was very happy with the price, plus I got 6 months no interest.
The guys were helpful... I came early to my appt and they got started immediately. My wait was less than an hour. Checkout was simple and my seat was position back to where I had it orginal (Im short lol). I will see them again.
I get all my vehicles maintenance and repair done here. Quick friendly service and yesterday I took advantage of their buy three and get on free on the B. F. Goodrich radials. Check them out when you need service or new tires on your hot rod.
I would rate them a -100 star if I could. They flat out got me for my money. They said I had a intake gasket leak and they were for sure that thats where my coolent leak was coming from. He showed me only dried up antifreeze from long ago that maybe happened with another owner but that was NOT where my leak was truly coming from it was coming from my upper Radiator hose. They still swear it was coming from the intake. But they never did the leak test in front of me. One lie after another. The started to say it was coming from my water pump... When they got the impression that I had the money to do the work he told me hold on let me go dubble check... All of a sudden hes not so sure about the water pump but at first he was. He said a pressure test was done and it was for sure (once again) that it was coming from the intake a much more expensive job. So I took him for his word. Latter that night I smelled antifreeze and look under my hood and saw fluid leaking from the my upper Radiator hose. Something he would have noticed if he really did a leak down test because thats a place you need to look when you do a pressure test. They got me for my money and do you think they care... No. This is wrong I will never go to them again and my alignment is still not right either and paid for it. Either way you look at it I was had and this is the Second!! Time I have been burned by this Company.... others have had great or good experiences but I sure have not. Im a pay check to pay check father and they did this to me. Again if he truly did a pressure test he would have look at everything that antifreeze can leak out of and that would include the radiator hoses. They seen that I had money to blow and took me for it.
Very speedy, after a couple stressful weeks after the tornado and my tire popping from debris, I hit my limit. But we took the tire up to get plug and they were finished in 20 mins. Very friendly, I highly reccommend.
Got a set of 4 tires put on the next day 1 completely flat. Took back and they “fixed” issue. Well I have been back almost weekly to have a different one looked at and they keep saying they fixed it or just didn’t have the right pressure in tire. Well I was just in and had 1 looked at which he said stem core was bad which was replaced at time tires were and now that tire is flat again. WORST PLACE EVER!!!!!

I came in this morning on sunday with my door latch that literally broke and fell off on my 97 blazer they were happy to weld it back on and paint it for me for a fair price and got me out in a timely manner. I appreciate the team and they will be seeing the blazer again soon. Highly reccommend this shop.
These guys here do good work. Always Jonny on the spot when getting you back on the road. They carry the hard to find brands in have those in stock. Get you in with fair prices and your on way in decent time. Have been a customer for several years and have had the best treatment of any tire shop I have ever been to. Ntb is not out to over charge or gouge theire customers.Hope to have this place around for many years to come.
I went in for a simple oil change & tire rotation and they told me they were booked 2 hours solid at noon. i said thats fine i will wait and asked if my car would be done by 5 pm if they started at 2 they said yes. i didnt receive a call or an update so I went in and it was still where I had left it in the parking lot...so I made an appointment for the next day at 11 am.... STILL didnt get my car back until 3 pm and they didnt even rotate my tires! Very nice people. but very slow and bad at communication. The lack of punctuality of NTB upset me and I will never be back
Employee was nice and honest. Went to have a sensor for low tire warning and was informed my car doesnt have sensors, the device is in my tire and this wwas above their expertise. Reset my sensor and was on my way. No charge and didnt try to rip me off for some thing I dont have. Thanks NTB
We came from out of town on a Friday night. About 40 miles more to Dayton, we got a flat tire, cut on side. Run flat tire got us to Dayton but nothing was open. Today is the 4th of July and a lot of places werent open but I got up early, called NTB and spoke to Justin. Said he could put a tire on and to come in as soon as possible as they would be busy and closing early for the holiday. Went in and got us out within 30 mins. We can now get back home! Thank you NTB and Justin!!
Avoid this place, all they want to do is rip people off, upsell everybody with things they dont need,never again
I bought tires from ntb i went today and they would not fix it this is the second time they was very nice to me they took payinh customers over people that has already paid i dont think i will be going back there ntb has lost my business im going to discunt tire form now onthey are disrespectful im never coming back
Great customer service, it took longer than expected to patch a tire on my truck which happened to be no fault of the technician but they took care of me and gave me a better price due to the inconvenience. I definitely recommend using this shop, it is this kind of customer care that earns repeat customers and because of this I will be a return customer for whatever I need next time
This shop will take care of your car. Employees are knowledgeable of repair services and will keep an eye out for other repairs that NEED to be done, ot just try to sell u repairs. They also have Sunday hours which is very convenient.
Having worked for shops like this in the past, I was very hesitant to take my vehicle in. This place was absolutely fantastic. Chris was up front and honest with me and got me taken care of. Would definately recommend.

I went in because i found a nail in my tire and needed regular maintenance. Had no idea i had two bad tires until the gentleman took me in the garage and showed me what he was talking about. Wait time could have been shorter but ill be back! This is the second ntb ive dealt with in a different state but theyre always helpful!

2022-04-24These gentlemen really care about the work they do. They explained everything from pricing to an issue with the bolts on my tires with honesty, and even showed me so I would understand. 2022-05-07I scheduled an oil change online for 1pm a few days in advance.I get there the day of and they tell me theyre backed up, okay, I get that happens even if it is annoying since I scheduled an appointment.I leave and go get lunch and walk around stores to kill time. At 2:40 pm I get a call telling me they cant do my oil change because my hood has a dent in it and they dont want to take on any extra liability. This has never been an issue at any other shop.I will say that the tech that called me sounded super apologetic and told me it was his bosss call.I wouldnt even be that frustrated if I didnt wait an hour and 40 minutes just to be told to go elsewhere.

2022-04-26Normally I have no issues. I made an appointment on 4/25/22 for an oil change and tire rotation to be done on 4/26 at 10 AM. I got there on time and told them I had an appointment. At 10:50, he looks at me and asks my name again and says I don’t see your appointment but I have space and can fit you in. 40 minutes before he said they were short staffed because of a call off. I made an appointment so I wouldn’t have to hang out all day on my day off. The time to tell me that there was a mistake and you didn’t see my appointment would have been a check-in. So frustrating!I did not contact the reply from NTB. I got an appt elsewhere and took my car there. I’m never looking for compensation when I give a negative review. It’s just for information.

2022-04-25Ordered an oil change online before leaving for vacation and paid online. Ntbs system messed up and changed appointment time and when I called in to they informed us we were late and we’re rude about. They didn’t have any more appointments available so I had to reschedule for after we got back. When we go to get the oil change done, they charge us an extra $15 instore and couldn’t give us a reason why. They also did not do everything that was listed in the package due to my car needed repairs. I took my car to get a second opinion and that shop informed me that I didn’t need any of that work done and that it shouldn’t have prevented ntb from completing the package. They demanded that we drive an hour round trip up to the store to get reimbursed and the employee was rude the entire time I was on the phone.

2022-01-02My grandmother popped a tired about 20 minutes before NTB closed on a Sunday, we called up and Justin took her in without hesitation. He stayed until after his closing time on a Sunday to help her out, patching and balancing her tire. After that, he didn’t even charge for labor.

2021-10-24Great prompt same day service when I arrived. I had made an online appointment. I recently was involved in a minor fender bender and asked for an alignment recommendation which was free and was advised I did not need one. Thank You! My issue is I did not choose my tires during the online appointment and was provided assistance with the online assistant with NTB. They were very courteous. However I advised them I did not need the TPMS replacement as I was advised by my autobody shop that they were fine but needed an alignment test. They replaced them any way without being consulted. I wonder If I would have received them free if I had payed online? Again great service when I arrived but was notquoted or paid the online price I agreed to.

2021-12-12I made an appointment online for 11:00 a.m. I got there at 11:00 a.m. and they told me that it was going to be an hour and a half or more before they could get to my car and that if you set up an appointment online its only guaranteed that you can drop your keys off at that time. I went somewhere else.
