They only got that score because they keep begging their customers to give them good ratings.!!!!Theyre saving costs by not mailing the patient their questionnaire ahead of his appointment.Youll spend between 25 to 30 minutes filing that questionnaire which is full with similar questions in different forms.Also, I was required to wear a mask. Although, Im fully vaccinated !!!When you go inside finally you will find most of their equipment are broken or they dont want to use it at all.At the front desk you will meet the most unfriendly people in the world 🌎Going there is waste of time and the results is zero.
Highly recommend this location to anyone who is in need of physical therapy. The enthusiastic staff works as a cohesive team to ensure all patients feel welcomed and encouraged on their recovery path. Connor F., my primary therapist, was both professional and personable, helping me feel as though I was receiving the best treatment possible from someone who felt as caring as a friend. If I ever need therapy again, this location will be my facility of choice!
Nova care has rehabilitated me through 2 knee replacements, spinal pain due to arthritis, and neck pain. The staff teach you how to do every exercise properly, some to do at home to get you feeling better sooner. The clinic is bright, clean and every member of staff make you feel welcome, and they are very focused at getting your pain level relieved fast and properly.
I have used PT several times over the past decade. Unfortunately Novacare is no longer on my plan. I have used Novacare numerous times in the past & LOVED them. Water therapy was a true life saver for me. Each of the therapist and assistant was able to show me exactly how to do each exercise. If I needed more time with massage to loosen up muscles then we did that before anything else. Having the small pool (large enough for 2 people to exercise) was the BIGGEST plus for me. So, I have to start with a different company this time around.😟
Honestly I felt like I was a burden. I was referred specifically for myofascial release therapy according to my referring physician. What I actually received was mostly stretching techniques and very minimal contact. If this was due to covid, it was not explained to me. My only real positive was my actual work with a full PT on the first day, but all contacts subsequent were with assistants and that was somewhat disappointing. Maybe I was referred to the wrong place for myofascial release therapy? Or maybe my doctor didn’t properly document the reason for the referral.I felt like the facility was more focused on chatting with each other about what they wanted to eat, than focusing on my well being. I have worked with other physical therapy facilities such as orthopedic one in Hilliard in the past and not had that sort of experience. I only continued coming out of hope something would change and proximity to my home. I was instructed to indicate that I was not taking medication on the final survey due to them not tracking my medication. Since my medication is integral to my pain management, it is difficult for me to understand why that would be unimportant other than thinking that it would possibly make medical billing less complicated for the facility.Running credit cards for copayments was terribly slow; and I was interacting with someone frequently coughing in the facility while waiting twice. Thankfully they were wearing a mask. Still, it added to my review of only a score of 3 out of 10.Sorry guys, I gave you a good shot but it really was a poor experience over all.
I have returned several times for physical therapy. Skilled, professional therapists give personal treatment to address every issue. All patients are treated personally in a clean, most pleasant atmosphere. I very highly recommend NovaCare

This facility had hours that were convenient for my work hours. It was clean and spacious enough for several of us to be treated at the same time without being squeezed for room. Eric and Todd were compassionate and knowledgeable enough to adjust their treatment when the current one didnt seem to be helping much, or was affecting another part of my body. I will certainly recommend Hilliard NovaCare to others.
All the therapists are professional, friendly, and personable. The PT sessions were helpful in managing the shoulder pain.
My dad who is 78 and had a total knee replacement used to go to this place for his physical therapy after the surgery. He was super happy with the staff and the final the results. Highly recommend Nova care
The care I received here was excellent !! I went here for months for my arm and they were super flexible about the schedule. They went above and beyond to accommodate me. I enjoyed going there because the staff is so personable. They make you feel like family. Should I ever need physical therapy again I will definitely go there.
When I first walked in the greeting was warm, I felt welcomed. The therapist were professional and wanted to help me achieve my goals. If I ever have to go to physical therapy again I will choose them again and I would recommend them to all.
I first went to NovaCare in 2012,when I had a hip replacement. The staff was FANTABULOUS, the excercises are customized to each persons needs,and I still do my exercises now. I recently was diagnosed with a stress fracture in my spine thats healing, and physical therapy is part of my treatment. I naturally decided on NovaCare, when I had to choose a center. I highly recommend NovaCare to everyone.
This place should change its name to No-one Cares. I was always thrown onto things and left alone for long periods of time. I remember quite well being uncomfortable and embarrassed to be standing near the pool and doing band excersizes all alone for multiple sets and nobody even checked on me or stayed to talk to me so I didnt spend my whole session alone. It made me believe after the 4-6 weeks I was there that physical therapy did not work. After trying a new therapy business I realized that was not the case; I was only depending on the services of a mediocre business. A waste of money.
Hilliard NovaCare has been wonderful with helping me with my rehab to get me back to my job. All the staff have been very knowledgeable and friendly. Would highly recommend their services if you need any kind of PT.
Eric was able to quickly pinpoint the problem and gradually relieve the pain with a combination of low impact exercise, stretching, and manipulation of the area involved. It was a hugely successful experience as was my previous treatment for another problem in the past. I would highly recommend NovaCare to anyone seeking rehab for pain and discomfort.
Everyone at NovaCare is very upbeat and nice. I am receiving great care there and am confident that my recovery is their main goal.

Conner is really patient with me . Tells me how to do the exercises. Let’s me rest in between . Ask if I’m having pain ..And if there is he has me stop . He’s very good at what he does . I think the therapy is working . Would recommend NovaCareRehabilitationto anyone whose needs physical therapy.
Great experience, everyone there is knowledgeable, engaged with their patients and invested in helping you get better. They tailor each treatment to your specific problem areas. I would go back for any further problems, would recommend friends and family to them.
Connor remembered me by name with a mask in by my second visit. The team is extremely friendly, motivational and highly educated. I was also impressed to hear Connor speak two languages fluently.
Nova Care rehab is staffed with extremely knowledgeable staff. The center is clean , open and conviently located. I highly recommend this center if you are in need of rehab or physical therapy.

2022-07-29Not going to speak on the care but rather accessibility. There’s no handicap ramp nor railing located outside when the curb is near a foot high, making it impossible for an individual with a wheelchair or walking handicap to even get into the building. Furthermore, upon calling over the phone for assistance, they simply cancelled the appointment and notified us that they would no longer take us due to this being the third cancellation, with the first two cancellations being out of our control. Just very disappointed to see a place that is supposed to rehabilitate and help people with their physical ailments discriminate against them for the very same things they’re trying to overcome.

2022-01-31NovaCare Rehabilitation at 3207 Hilliard-Rome Road has exceeded my expectations for physical therapy. Every employee I have interacted with ... Amanda in administration/scheduling, Physical Therapist Teresa Karrer, and Physical Therapist Assistant Todd ... have been professional, friendly, compassionate, and passionate about their jobs. I have had experience with two Physical Therapy Clinics in the Indianapolis area, and had good experiences. I believe NovaCare has surpassed both those clinics.

2022-01-28The facility was clean, well lit, and well-organized. Vanessa was a consummate professional. Even more importantly she was considerate and empathetic. For someone my age with the myriad issues I have that was extremely important. Very highly recommended.

2021-06-23Had the pleasure of working with most of the staff. Receptionist was friendly and happy every time I entered the facility (even on busy days). Conner did my intake and was quite pleasant to work with, even though I did blame him for causing me more pain he was a champ and I appreciate that. Erin, Jeremy and Todd all pitched in on days when I couldnt see my main person and each one made me comfortable and listened to me as I explained whatever was going on. There was one other woman who I feel awful for forgetting her name but she was Amazing!!!!! She was a floater helper and I felt like she was there just for me. She just treated me like one of her friends and helped me through a rough session. I would definitely recommend the place even though I saw a different person every time because they were all wonderful. I did only leave 4 stars because in the beginning of my sessions they had more than one client so it was a little distracting but I changed it back to 5 stars because even though they were busy they each still made me feel like my session was important and thats the real goal. Thank you NovaCare Hilliard. I would go here for any future rehab services needed without a doubt.

2022-02-12Thank you very much Dr. Connor, I was having terrible dizziness. I went to the ER, they diagnosed me with an inner ear inflammation, the condition continued for over a week and I couldnt aware what happened, Dr. Connor diagnosed and treated the condition (benign paroxysmal positional vertigo) easily and quickly in addition to his elegant treatment. 2022-02-08Angelas care and concern at NovaCare in Hilliard is amazing. Besides her helping me tremendously with my lymphedema after losing several lymph nodes from endometrial cancer, she is VERY knowledgeable and I have learned so much from her. I cant say enough good things about her. If you battle with lymphedema, Angela is the one to go see. Thank you Angela!!

2021-12-17Friendly staff at the facility. They e-mailed the paperwork to me ahead of time to complete on line. Connor was ready for my appointment and he performed the evaluation and treatment promptly. I only need one treatment.
