When I had to have a way to get to my doctors, and was willing to extend my financial abilities farther than I should . They went out of the norm to get me into. A car ,it stretched my budget to the max but they got a decent set of wheels under my as* and I was able to survive. Thanks guys. You saved my as* !
First off, the salesman I dealt with was a real nice guy. Very inexperienced, but kind nonetheless. Stayed in touch and kept me updated on sale, ( I live 4 1/2 hours, ONE WAY from nourse auto).Nourse says they do a 110 point inspection on all their vehicles. Well their inspection is garbage. Got my 30k truck home and 2 days later it was making awful front end noises. Took it into the shop and came out with a 2,2k bill and basically a rebuilt front end. With MORE that needs to be done!!!!But according to their inspection the truck was turn key hop in a drive away ready. Had I of driven 50-100 miles more the truck literally would have fallen apart.Everyone has their own opinions, but if you value your life or anyone you put into your vehicle. I would put them in one from nourse right off their lot!
The sales team was a pleasure to work with however the finance office was a big headache. Make sure you call your bank first to see if you can get a better APR interest rate before accepting theirs if you are financing. Also, know in advance if you want to get gap protection for your vehicle or an extended warranty they may offer you. It may be useful, but they need to make money somehow from this right? So just do your research. Final thought is you most likely have to sign an arbitration agreement that essentially means you cannot sue them if there is an issue -- theyll say this is good for you but I read that to be false. I would recommend a different dealer that didnt require this.Be prepared for the finance office nightmare disguised as a vacation. Not only were things not explained clearly, on purpose, but he was rude and sarcastic about my questions and insinuated that I was being delusional in my thoroughness. Is it not enough to not answer my questions, but you must insult me? Jesus Christ dude, learn some respect and manners. Sales good 10/10, finance bad bad 1/10.
We worked with Cody, Jeremy, and Bob. All of them we really friendly - you can tell they like what they do and want to be sure youre happy. Cody was a great salesman. Not at all high pressure, laid back, communicative, and genuinely nice guy. Went to 2 other dealerships where sales team didnt seem to want to work with you. Im so happy it didnt work out with them and got to work with Cody and the team :)
We had a great experience at Nourse in Chillicothe, purchasing our 2019 Ford Escape. What a sweet car. James, Dom, and Rob worked very hard to find us the vehicle we wanted and to make the deal work for us. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff who took the time to let us see the differences in models and makes. I would certainly recommend Nourse to anyone looking to make a vehicle purchase. I especially liked the part where James and Dom promised to make our first 3 payments. ;) Seriously though, a very big THANK YOU to Nourse and especially James, Rob, and Dom.
My wife purchased a 2015 Hond Pilot on October 6th. When she attempted to get actual license plates from the BMV she learned that Nourse was in fact not in possesion of the vehicle title. She had to pay for a temp tag extension only to continue to be given the run around by the manager, sales rep, titls clerk..you name it. The extension now expires in three days, and the local BMV is stating Nourse still does not have the title, eventhough we were told specifically they had it, and were transferrign to us. If this is not resolved by the date on the extended temp tag, the car will be returned with an accompanying law suit to be reimbursed for the 2 paymnets made, additonal accessorries added to car, time wasted, etc. Since you fail to respond to customer needs, Nourse you now have until Saturday 12/18/2021 at noon to make this right.Update. Thanks to finally reaching Brent the GM we were able to get this resolved. Brent went above and beyond to fix the issues previously experienced. Thanks Brent
I bought a 2015 Honda Civic FIVE months ago, along with the extended warranty that does not cover ANYTHING on my car. Ive had my car for 5 months, it already needs valve cover gaskets, spark plugs, and brakes. Within the first 2 months the back up camera went out. Guess what...yall wouldnt and wont fix the issues. And what a coincidence that none of these issues are covered under the extended warranty that I paid $1351 for (which apparently doesnt cover a car that has over 100,000 miles) my car had 139,999 when I bought it. But, hey if I pay you roughly $1400 out of my pocket youll fix it. Um, no.... A refund should be given to me for the extended warranty that you sold me, that isnt any good for my car!!! I have been playing phone tag with this company for AT LEAST THREE weeks. I ALWAY get an Ill check on this and then Ill give you a call back later today or first thing in the morning and I NEVER get that return call. I call back and get the same excuse. I will NEVER recommend anyone to your dealership. Not, if this is how you do your business.
We sold them our minivan the day before we moved out of town. I was told that the guy that signs the checks isnt in and they promised to wire me the money on Monday. 3 weeks later and I keep getting the run around. They owe me 16000 ! Dont trust this place. Very shady and obviously in financial troubles. I have the we owe form they signed and it was sent off to the attorney General.
Want to say first of all the sales team in the Ford department is excellent. Easy to work with and very helpful. The service department on the other hand is a totally different story. I just had my truck serviced, tires rotated, and some recalls repaired. It sat for an hour before it was even taken back to get started on.Upon picking it up it had a flat front tire. I had a rain coat in the back floorboard that was muddy front work. They thought it would be ok to stick that muddy raincoat in my seat. Got mud all over my back seat. The next morning discovered that both my front tires were flat and what looked like scratches across one of my wheels. Called in on a Monday and talked with a couple different people about the issues I had. I was told they would get back with me on them. On Wednesday morning after several voicemails and text messages I finally got to talk to someone at about 3pm. Kind of felt like they were avoiding me. Took the truck back to get the issues fixed and was told they would clean up the mud in the back seat, fix my tires and wheel. Turns out it was something they use to put on the bead of the tires that they got on my wheel and never cleaned up. They fixed the leaking tires. And what looked like someone used their hand to rake the dirt out of my backseat. Dirt was still in my seat. The price you pay a dealer you would think you would get quality work. But I guess integrity and quality are not what is offered at this service department
I bought my first car at Norse and it was a wonderful experience. Zach took care of me and got me a car I really love. All the guys that helped me were very professional and knew what they we’re doing. They treated me special and made sure I was comfortable while they got my car ready to go. They were fast and didn’t make you sit and wait. Better than any other car lot I have dealt with. They made sure I understood all the paperwork. Zach he sent me a text thanking me for buying my car with him. If you want a good deal and fast service I say go see Zach. I will definitely buy my next car there they have so many to chose from. Thank you to all the guys that helped me and may Norse motors continue to grow.
My wife and I met with “Krazy”Dave Kienzel and he got us approved for a like-new 2018 Ford Escape SE. We love it. Absolutely love it. We just can’t believe the excellent shape it is in. It even smells good still. He was extremely helpful and friendly and got us what we came for. I highly recommend Nourse and will definitely continue to do business with them in the future!
We travel with my husbands work.We have taken our Toyota to many different Toyota dealership in many states to have it serviced. Was having a problem with the a/c. I had oil changed and tires rotated also. The parts manger stated that I needed a new hose. That he guaranteed it to be in the next day. This was on 8/17/20. I called him on 9/28/20 told him we were leaving going home. He stated that he could send me the part that was ordered and also a refund check for $375.00. (3 hours labor). Now todays date is 1/8/21 we have the part and a check for$250.00. (2 hours labor). Called back they said the check was right...they eat my $125.00 (1 hour labor) SO I HAVE TO BE HAPPY. THAT I CAN CALL THEM ANYTIME I HAVE A PROBLEM.
Update: 4.6.21 Although Nourse has reached out to us to resolve the issues below, the fact remains..THEY HAVE HAD OUR TRUCK 60 DAYS, and WE STILL DO NOT HAVE IT BACK! It is now warm enough to boat, and here we are...absolutely NO WAY to utilize it!!!! I dont care what their 3rd party warranty company says or covers, NOURSE should have (and should) give us a truck off their lot so we can actually use the boat we purchased. How would you feel if youd bought the boat you dreamed of for 10 years, and it was sitting on a trailer unusable? Does anyone know if/how we can get out of the purchase of this truck? Interested in legal recourse (bought in January 2020) I also have no faith that once we get it back, it will be functional. I will say this again..DO NOT EVER PURCHASE A VEHICLE HERE, EVER,.My boyfriend purchased a used Ford F250 diesel on January 20th with a warranty. The truck was towed back to Chillicothe to be fixed AT THE BEGINNING of February (2nd repair), and WE HAVENT SEEN IT SINCE. We have no diagnosis, no loaner truck, almost non existent communication, excuses, and avoidance - and most importantly NO RESOLUTION. Weeks ago a Ford Engineer traveled to Chillicothe to look at the truck (its down a cylinder)....and still, NOTHING. He/she didnt know what was wrong! Even went to the dealer in person to attempt to speak to the General Manager since no one would return calls. Can you guess how that went? Made the 1st payment this week on a vehicle we have had in our possession MAYBE a week total since purchase Jan 20th. Even better, after purchasing the truck we bought our dream boat. The boat purchase was finalized LAST WEEK AND WE HAVE NO TRUCK TO not only take possession of it, but to actually transport the boat to the lake SO WE CAN USE IT! Soon we will be charged storage fees as the boat is located at a Marina. Today we were offered a loaner truck FOR A DAY...Not even a truck capable of towing our boat...AND wed have to drive 3 hours to pick up the truck, 6 hours to get the boat, then another 3 hours to bring our boat home, and then yes...another 3 hours to return the truck to another state...This must be a joke!!! This is all inexcusable and appalling. I cannot believe how we are being treated, especially after spending $40,000. Nourse clearly does NOT care about customers AT ALL. We want our truck fixed ASAP - CORRECTLY, and returned to us, or give us a new one, since yall cant seem to figure out what the problem is. The fact we havent even been offered a truck in the interim (outside of ONE DAY despite the fact we havent had ours for a month) is shocking. FIX THIS NOW. Weve started a case with the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU and will do the same with the Attorney Generals office. Weve consulted an attorney as well. Word of mouth is a very powerful thing. PLEASE DO NOT EVER PURCHASE A VEHICLE HERE. No one should ever have to deal with the nightmare and stress we are experiencing..
Worst dealership in Southern Ohio. Sales staff are great but their after purchase care is pathetic. They sell warranties that will not cover anything. Customer service manager is a joke as well as the lot manager. Please save yourself some grief and visit one of the other dealerships in town that have MUCH better customer service.
Purchased a car from Nourse back on June 22. All was good when we first pulled off the lot but within a few days we started having problems with one of the key fobs (the car would say no key fob located etc). My wife and I have been to the dealership to remedy this problem at least 3 or 4 times within 3 months. The second time one of the managers told my wife to go purchase batteries at the local Dollar General and it should work. I went into the dealership and they fixed the issue but shortly after the same issue resurfaced. I have called Ford to no avail as of now. I have called Nourse to speak to a manager but I just keep getting the run around. I think Ford or Nourse should issue me a brand new key fob. My wife has purchased batteries to try to fix the problem and the fob works for a day or so then says no key fob found again. The car runs like a dream, but again, we would just like some assistance on how to get a new key fob because there is obviously something chronically faulty with the one we have. Thank you!
Mike was a great salesperson and stuck it out checking inventory until he found a car that would work for me. There were some issues with the car that I was really frustrated with but they ended up calling to check in and were able to take the car in to get the issues fixed for free. My one issue is with the loan contract, which probably is not their actual fault at all. There were some tricky things included like a roadside service plan and year of service warranty that I didnt want or need and it wasnt explained to me and I didnt have an option to opt out, so the expensive cost of it is included in my loan. The terms were also terrible but my conditions werent great, and thats really the fault of like capitalism as a whole so I cant fault them for that, just be aware that if youre walking in there with a minimum down payment ($500) and kind of a low income that youll be walking out with an awful loan.
Wonderful place , friendly staff, gave me exactly what I came for and I am thrilled with it.All in all very satisfied with my experience here. This was my review a year ago. The extra warranty I paid for wouldnt even cover the rear wiper being fixed. Was told free car wash for a year...didnt even get one although they were told repeatedly to wash it when coming in for oil change. Typical shady car salesmen that refuse to keep promises made and pay for things covered.
I bought my new (pre-owned) car here and the sales people are great! Yesterday, I took my car in for the first of 5 free oil changes I received when I bought this car. The service staff were fast and friendly and even washed my car. I wasnt expecting that! I would definitely buy another car from Nourse.
It was great to get approved for financing and for the car of my dreams!! What wasnt great is that Im still waiting on my title 2 months later and cant get any real answers why. I also didnt know my car had been in an accident and considering they dont have the title from the previous finance company yet... it really makes you wonder. Im tired of fighting with them. Its ridiculous!
I bought my 2015 Nissan Altima 2 years ago. One year after buying the car the transmission went out and needed to be replaced. It took Nourse a week to fix but they didn’t fix my Air conditioner like I ask them to do.. not a big deal. Last week my car started quitting on me when I was at an idle. I work late and had difficulty reaching them. ( their phone is always busy or they don’t pick up). Today I was finally able to reach them but the lady tells me it will be one week before they can even look at it. I asked if I could talk to someone about getting a loaner car while I waited she sent me to another person who didn’t answer their phone. I called another auto Repair and they got me in the same day!!!!! If you want to keep my business fix your repair service! It is terrible!!!!
EDIT: See their comment below! They have no intention of doing anything. I called and left messages, got in touch with someone, was passed from person to person and was told regularly theyre looking into it and will be back in touch. And they never called back except for sales calls b/c my number is in their system and theyre trying to sell me more.*****Nearly $10,000 in repairs in first six months of ownership.I purchased a 2004 F-350 from the auto mall late last year. Im surprised the dealership would sell a truck with blown head gaskets and not disclose it. What started as a $4,000 repair quickly jumped to $8,000, then $8,900 and finally $9,064 when during the tear down my mechanic discovered deep grooves needing machining essentially requiring a complete rebuild of my engine. They also noticed a number of bolts and screws that werent installed (and should have been caught by Nourse prior to selling). That cost doesnt include the $425 to replace the power steering pump that also went out.I called customer service and they said they would call me back the following day to try and see if they could fix the situation. They never called back.UPDATE: Finally get in touch with someone. Their answer was that they encourage customers to have their own mechanic looks at the vehicles prior to purchase.
Unfortunately, I was forced to leave at least one star, I would’ve preferred to give Nourse none. My experience left a lot to be desired. I test drove a car overnight and upon returning and deciding not to purchase, things went down hill quickly. The saleswoman then tried coercing me into purchasing a new vehicle, rather than used, when I had made it very clear that I was only interested in used, not new. She informed me that she needed one more sale to meet her goal before months end the next day. That comment alone was enough to make me never want to return. The guy in finance accused me of calling him a liar simply for questioning him about invoice pricing. I should’ve walked out then and there but I let it continue. I’m not one who is easily put off or offended but I do strongly believe that I would’ve been treated differently had I been a man or had one there with me. I was deceived, disrespected and insulted. If you’re looking for a new/used vehicle, BEWARE of Nourse.
Bought a 2015 Chevy Silverado, drove it for 4 days and it started misfiring and check engine light came on, contacted salesman, wasnt very happy, unhappy with the customer service weve been dealt thus far. Very poor, very pushy & dont care if they have happy customers. Just want the sale and to get you out of the door and they dont want to deal with you anymore. They took the truck to get it looked at Nourse and for some reason they couldnt fix it? They then sent it to HomeTown Chevrolet to see if they could fix it, well after it being gone for 1 WEEK, they said that it was a spark splug, THEY FIXED 1 SPARK PLUG for the truck to be gone for a week. We get the truck back & two days later the truck is still misfiring. The Saturday before the truck was fixed our salesman told us to come in to see what he can do to make us satisfied with our purchase. Wasted 4 hours of time on Saturday to still leave unhappy & unsatisfied. Trying to get ahold of the salesman and GM. Waiting on a call back from GM. Very very disappointing customer service. Oh and they have also took the truck payment out and we havent even had it long enough to pay a payment. Do not recommend.
They dont have anything under 6,000 for any kind of car. We were turned away more than once. Stating that unless we wanted to finace a higher priced car from them to look elsewhere at a buy here pay here place. They dont keep those kinds of vehicles they said. Never thought I would see they day you walk in with 4,000 in cash and get looked at like your on crack. When they ran our income we knew all the cared about was money but this is nuts. We are low income and disabled, but now everyone got this Stimulus money thats all they care about.
Used car salesmen are nice to deal with, but the financing department are greasy and will try and slide stuff in that you dont need. I paid for gap insurance on a used car I purchased. I made a large payment on the car and realized I didnt need Gap and wanted to opt out (which is 100% refundable within 60 days per the contract). I went into the dealership to do this and they had me sign a waiver, they promised it would be sent immediately and $800 would be deducted from financing. Fast forward almost 4 weeks later (after the 60 days) Nourse calls back saying I need to contact the banking institution because they just need a little more info to process the waiver. The number they gave me was for an investment specialist, who had no idea what the dealership was talking about. Many phone calls later and I get someone at the bank who says they should be able to process the deduction, and if I have a copy of the receipt I signed it would expedite the process. I foolishly did not have a copy of the receipt, so I was left at the mercy of Nourse sending them the copy, which to this date I have never heard back about. At this point I have written it off and have not received the deduction. I have no doubt if I were in a wreck and needed the gap at this point, the dealership would conveniently find the application.I needed a secondary used car, and despite Nourse having several cars I was interested in and wanting to do business with the salesman again, but this $800 scam and attempted slight-of-hand trickery on interest rates lost them an easy $13,000+ sale.
What a wonderful experience. I work in financial planning and am a stickler for professionalism and good customer service. Rhett and the folks at Nourse were incredible and honest. I got a great deal on my 2009 Corolla and the service was 5-star! Hopefully my car will last many years to come, but when its time to buy another one, I would definitely go to Nourse again. Make sure to ask for Rhett Butler! He took great care of me!
I went to get my oil changed and inspectionWell they left the undercarriage in the front of my car hanging instead of tacking it up after oil change.. my front end was scraping the ground and caused much destruction to my car to my dismay.. they tried to blame it on factory design instead of owning up to their own mistakes which it was.. after I caught the problem they agreed to fix it but had to order parts. Said it could take 2 weeks. I hope they fix it.. I regret bringing it here...UPDATE; So this is an update regarding the above mentioned issue. I called nourse a few days ago because I havent heard anything from them. They told me they should have my parts in a couple weeks they would call me... well I called them and now the Ford service manager Mark is saying they wont have the parts to fix my car until SEPTEMBER!!!!!!@! I am going on vacation in a few days and have to drive my car that is messed up because they didnt do a good job in the 1st place when they did the oil change. This whole mess is 100% their fault and I would not recommend them at all.
Very clean and helpful. Went there with a flat on my new accord and while they didnt have my tire in stock, they changed my spare so I could drive to the dealer in Columbus. They didnt charge me a dime. They also showed me how to change my key fob battery.Very friendly group of people willing to help in anyway.
I still need to contact a few individuals in regards to Miss Dianna Hurles & Miss Mary Conrad. These ladies are awesome! They went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with the rental and knew all I needed to know. They are the most professional, enthusiastic, personable employees I have ever came across. They are the only reason I will be returning returning to rent a car when when needed again. If more employees handled business as they did, there would never ever be any negativity within any work place not remarks. These two ladies deserve a raise! Obviously I do not know their pay, but good grief. They deserve top pay wherever they work! Thank you two ladies so much! Even when I called the Rental Department, I knew this was going to be a great experience. You two rock!
The first car I ever purchased myself I purchased about three weeks ago from Nourse. Ive been having an issue with it and I took it to the dealership today. They absolutely won me over. Matt, Debbie Bird, and Mick are keeping my vehicle tonight and fixing it tomorrow at no cost to me even though they didnt have to. My issue ended up being very serious and very expensive. They even offered me a rental! These people legitimately care about their customers and not what they can get from them. I am a proud customer and after my experience I can honestly say that I will never go anywhere else to purchase a vehicle. I am forever grateful that they handled my situation the way that they did. Not everyone would have done this especially for a 20 year old girl who knows nothing about cars! Thank you guys so much for everything youve done for me.
Billy Dillon is so helpful. He has went above and beyond on helping me find a car for my daughter. He helped me with my truck purchase and was great. Hes still working with me on the purchase of my daughters car. Hes made this process much easier and hes a very patient salesman. I recommend highly seeing him for your next car purchase.
My husband and I have bought 2 vehicles from here and after the first we shouldve knew better. Both had issues shortly after we bought them. Their service department is a joke. If I could I would give them 0 stars. When we bought the GMC Acadia first the water pump went out shortly after and I supposedly paid extra for a warranty that didnt cover it. We heard they have made alot of changes for the better but obviously not. We just bought a ford f150 and transmission gets hot after about a hour of regular driving took it in and they said there isnt anything wrong. They said they drove it quite a bit but they really didnt so they are liars and crooks . BUYERS BEWARE
Chris Maddix said they don’t like when other mechanics look at there cars. U took it for a test drive and had a mechanic check it out, it had A LIST of problems, GLOCKERS took way less time and offered me way better cars, and were very upfront about any issues a car had. DONT GO HERE, waste of time completely!!!
Ken was our sales guy, and he was polite, funny and professional. He didnt mince any words about our finances, just gave us the deal and asked if we were in. He found the best deal we could have possibly gotten, and he followed up afterwards promptly with any changes. Hes great at his job, and well definitely go back there in the future.
I purchased a 2010 Kia Sedona from them two and a half months ago. but the first two days I told them that I have been told there was an oil pan leak. Theyre individuals at their maintenance department said there was nothing wrong with it. They will not fix it or even bother looking at it. Then when I go in for my complimentary oil change they tell me there is an oil pan leak I make an appointment for it. they then tell me oh were not going to fix this unless you pay for it and then when I ask for a supervisor and the salesman . The salesman is no longer employed by them and a supervisor is not available on the property. worst experience Ive ever had I also have a serious ghost in the machine that is affecting a lot of the vehicle like my turn signals my windshield wipers and things like that and quote quote they want to charge me $105 to diagnostic on top of my warranty because my warranty does not cover Diagnostics. when I mention to them that I know where the complication is I get ignored and told oh no we still have to do diagnostics on the vehicle it can take up to 13 hours to possibly find a problem this is the worst experience I have ever had a dealership and Nourse is worthless as a business. I Now understand why they have to have so many sales because they cant make money any other way. I made the mistake of not looking on the reviews before I went to Nourse. I needed a vehicle at the time and I knew that they could Finance me which actually is the only thing I appreciate. going through the reviews I noticed that the owner of Nourse is only making comments on the ones that leave him five stars thats pretty pathetic what about the people that didnt have a good experience what about the people that wasted their money on maintenance that was never done correctly when are you going to sit there and reply back to them Mr Nourse
The two guys running the Ford Parts Desk are fantastic!Gave me smiles as soon as I walked in, and asked what they could help me with before the door closed behind me!And instead of making me go across the building to the Service Department first which is where I should have gone.. they simply made a phone call over there and got the info I needed and started getting my parts ready. It was easy to see they were already swamped with phone calls and keeping the back mechanics parts orders flowing, but they were still very professional and courteous. These guys are great at what they do!Keep up the good work!
Jim Hill did an excellent job overall, singling out just the truck that met my needs and desires, establishing a cordial, helpful and friendly sales relationship, then working assiduously to put together a deal I could accept. I never felt rushed or pushed. Further, he introduced me around to the various Nourse personnel who would be assisting me in my purchase and after I bought the truck. Finally, he saw to it that I had a thorough, informative tutorial on learning and using my new vehicles systems and features. I have dealt with many auto sales organizations over the years and can say without reservation that my experience at Nourse was the best.
I am saddened by the lack of communication with this company. I have bought two autos from them go back for the third give my information to them over the phone almost a week later Im texting and calling, always and excuse I will call you back i have people here or im closing a deal blah blah I wait and nothing until I reach out. Everything I was told they could help me with was a joke me and my husband finally go into the store and they come back and said well since you went to other car lots and they ran your credit no one will help you be in a suv when we originally were working on a truck so u r stuck with a Ford Fiesta or fusion with 1750 down and a high interest rate lmfao ummm nope! They have this deal running on their website with advertising etc that was never given an option. I also get told that customers that do things over the phone vs people there are top priority first shouldnt all customers be priority especially with the covid stuff going on most dealers are doing things over the phone.. this is the worst experience I have ever dealt with with car lots and my family and myself has done.business with them for years i will.never refer anyone back to them nor go to this place again. Here I am still no vehicle and have to turn my rental back in... maybe if they spent less time kissing other employees and playing on tiktok on work they could get back in contact with people!!!! I didnt wanna leave any comments or score low because I love my other vehicles but this was ridiculous on communication and bs that they couldnt help me they could have if they called me back and didnt force me to checking with other dealers because of my situation...beware!!!!
Great car/truck buying experience. Worked directly with Karen, Tricia, and Paul. Extremely personable and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Could not be happier with my truck and where I bought it. I would highly recommend Nourse to anyone looking for a new or used car/truck. Great people.
Quite possibly the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Purchased a car that blew up within 5,000 miles of driving and the customer service was absolutely non-existent. Called every day for a few months and employees just refused to help. Definitely go elsewhere as they are totally incompetent. Please read the other reviews. They only thank the 5-star reviews and completely ignore the other reviews that had problems. This is exactly how they run their business.
Purchased a car through here for the first time a few months ago and had a great experience. The sales staff was awesome. The finance manager explained everything to me that I was signing. I took it in for my free oil change and had an awesome experience with service from the time I pulled on the lot til I pulled out.
My son calls me to ask what he thinks about a car hes looking at and asking me to co-sign. I do some quick research on the car and the price and dont think its a good deal and I tell him that but I go over anyway. Im a bit thrown off because I know the year and price range hed been looking at and this was well over both. Get there see the car and talk to him and the sales rep tell them the reasons I dont like the deal. They had been refusing to drop the price at all for my son, selling at cost supposedly, then Im there and they magically have a bit of wiggle room. I still dont like the deal but my son says hell take it. Hes without a car do to circumstances and is feeling desperate. Offer to loan him mine while he looks so he has time to think but hes being an adult and wanting to not rely on us. Okay. I dont like the deal but Ill co-sign.My son keeps asking about interest rate. He has a line he wont cross there. So they give him the interest rate and its high but under the line. We go back and start signing paperwork and at the very end we get the final paperwork that shows the effective annual interest rate which is higher than he wanted to go. Ill stress that I dont think they were misleading him but you have to be aware that depending on how often the interest is compounded does make a big difference. He decides to walk. It is after closing now and theyre saying they might get a better rate when they run it again in the morning. We tell them to call us then and leaveThe whole time Im not liking the deal but Im telling my son it is a good car that will last him for years, I just think he can find a better deal and Im seeing better deals. They call with a lower interest rate the next morning. My son is still interested but is now wanting to look a bit more. Few hours later hes messaged from the sales rep trying to get him into buying saying he has a family... Super unprofessional. Tries to guilt him for keeping him there late the night before without buying. Then says he thinks my son is nice and they can make a deal even though I was rude.... The person co-signing. So Ill probably be calling and talking to a supervisor. So my experience from talking to my son. He does up feeling desperate to get a car. Tells them his price range. They show him cars well over, partly they might not have had inventory in his range but. Then get him to agree at full sticker. Then I show up. My experience. Some off sticker. Still not a great deal but he agrees. They cant get the interest rate he wants so he does the very tough thing and walks. Then a string of texts trying to guilt him and insulting me. Thats my latest Nourse experience.
Toyota - Salesman Danny LighteI had a great experience getting my Toyota Highlander. There was some negotiating with the prices, but overall it was a good.I shopped around before trading in my Dodge Journey and went to many dealerships and Nourse gave me the best price for my trade-in.
My daughter has bought three cars at other dealerships after stopping at Nourse and not being helped by a salesperson. The one time she did get ones attention they had nothing she was interested in on lot filled out an application then no contact for three weeks. Once they called she had already purchased from another dealer.
VERY promptly resolved a minor repair needed as we were travelling through Ohio in our Nissan. Graciously hosted us in the sales area while our issue was resolved; it was interesting to get an update on Nissans offerings. All-in-all, the epitome of Nissan service, especial thanks to Rocky Pelletier in the Parts Department and the sales folk whose pleasant company cheered us up during our travel delay.
Dont go there, they are rip offs. Worst decision of my life.I bought a 2016 Nissan Altima, with 45k miles. The day that I bought it was a cold rain, so I didnt check out the car throughly. The windshield, had a chip in it. Nourse said they do not fix windshields while having issues with my heat. I took it to the service Department, they had my car for 10 hours, and the heat is still not fixed. I keep getting the runaround.
Really dont want to leave a star. My granddaughter, first time car buyer purhased a car in January. 6 weeks later she has been stranded twice leaving her job at 1am.They told me it was the battery, wanted her to pay the tow bill. Have the car but cant get the part in for 3 more days but wont give her another car to drive. Salesman talked her into getting extended warranty that he said will cover bumper to bumper, road side service and car rental. Received none of them. She had to miss a day of work. They told me to come pick the car up and use it until the part comes in, they have started for 2 days snd starts right up. I get it because she needs a way to work. Come back to WCH, shut the car off, wont start so now Im stranded. This place is a joke. Wouldnt recommend it to anyone. Calling the BBB.
Don’t get a car here. I financed one and they told me that there was nothing wrong with it. I had to change my front two tires twice, both of my brake calipers, and the whole frame in a span of 3 months. I was told I wouldn’t need to buy any warranty because the car only had like 80,000 miles so it should be a good running car. After 5 months of having this car, the timing belt broke and completely ruined my car’s engine. I called the Nourse auto-shop and they pretty much told me that my car is junk. So basically I bought a car for thousands of dollars that I’ll be paying on for four years that this store neglected to tell me had MAJOR problems. I will never recommend this store to anyone who is thinking of buying a car.
They really gave us great service, and a good trade in on our Impala. As well, gave us a good deal on our 2020 Equinox. Thank you Nourse Agent Don for renewing our trust in the Nourse dealership again. We have hoped in becoming a better, stronger appreciation of their customer care.
We had issues buying a car at Nourse (the day we went to pick it up, it was not available so we bought our car in KY). It seemed to be an issue with our sales representative, not the company. HOWEVER, we have taken the car that we purchased elsewhere to the Toyota Repair Garage and they have been EXTREMELY courteous and helpful when scheduling maintenance and repair appointments. They even traveled to my workplace to pick up my car and brought it back because I was unable to fit it in my workday. Their representative is kind and extremely organized and has even texted me to let me know my car was done early. Despite our problems purchasing a car through Nourse, I highly encourage their Toyota Repairs Team!
Never again will my family EVER buy from Nourse in Chillicothe Ohio again ! Toyota Services is a complete joke! Salesperson jeff i believe was his name. He lied about absolutely everything on the truck we purchased and we havent been able to get anything done even with an extended warranty! Have been trying for several weeks to get ahold of someone in the extended warranty department to try to get something done and no luck on any calls back. Also have called the main manager of Nourse Brent with no attempts to call back.
They tried to give me $1,500 for a vehicle worth 3 times as much. Lucky for me I do my research before selling or buying a vehicle. Then they sold the vehicle I was in the process of buying and even signing paperwork for to someone else. Not good business if you ask me.
SNAKE Chillicothe Auto MallI recently went and bought a car from Nourse Chillicothe Auto Mall in Chillicothe Ohio. I had scheduled an appointment with them to test drive one of there 2018 Ford Focus. I met with a dealer in the Nissan show room. I spent 4 or 5 hours there with those crooks till we came up with a price on the car I wanted to buy and trade my truck in for. They acted real nice at first and showed me a final price of $17,XXX with no negative equity from truck being transferred from my trade in. Well after looking through all the paperwork at the end and being told that the price shown was before rebates. I realized when I set my account up online to make the payments that wasn’t the case. I even gave them a down payment and didn’t see a penny of that towards the car. What makes matters worse is I told my grandpa about it and he was the one that had recommended them. He said that they worked with him years ago and that it was sad to see what they’ve become. So if you want a good deal offered to you and later see on paper that you were lied to then Visit Nourse Chillicothe Automall.-T. Rhea
Due to my experience this may be a long review: The actual purchase of my vehicle went good, Misti was great! The vehicle we got had a crack in the windshield, so they agreed to replace it at no charge. After dropping it off to have it replaced, we got a call that they damaged the vehicle while replacing the windshield. Since the part wouldnt be in until after the weekend (theyve had it almost a week as of review) they gave us a free rental car. Picking it up was the biggest hassle. The woman there was extremely rude. More or less called me a liar about my car insurance, and being on the policy I gave her. So sales team A+, everyone else I never want to have to deal with again as long as I live.
This place is insulting and the used car and truck manager Paul is a joke. My sales lady was nice, he just seemed rude. I have purchased 4 vehicles from this place and I will walk before I even think about another purchase from them. I highly recommend hometown Chevrolet in Waverly Ohio.
I just purchased a 2018 Toyota 4Runner from James Barlage. I had a bad experience the last time i came to Nourse Automall Chillicothe with a different salesman, but James assured me I would never have a bad experience again. He was right, I had a wonderful experience with him today! He was very helpful, answered all my questions and Ill definitely be a lifelong customer going forward, and so will my family and friends! Thank you for the wonderful experience, you were great!
I wouldnt drag my neighbors dead cat in their lot. The customer service is really really bad. Ive noticed one of their 5 star reviews are from a homeless man who sleeps around in parking lots in Chillicothe. Wonder how much they paid him to give that. People if you value your vehicle, l wouldnt go to this place. They forgot about a working man.
Had my van in for near a week. They could not figure out my air conditioner problem; van was left not put back together properly; has new vibration noises; also 2 cell phones were stolen from van; while in their possession. Service manager Mark made me feel like I was lying to him; told me I had no proof. My phones were in van when I took it there. No help from Don Andres. Nourse left me feeling abandoned. Is this the way they treat everyone? or just disabled vets? Mark told me he also was 100% disabled also; how does one hold a full time job and be 100% disabled (another lie?). Basically I gathered from Mark that I should not have trusted Nourse automall. You got it Mark I will never have anything to do with this company.
If you buy a used vehicle hope you don’t have any problem because you’re not going to get any help from them. I had problems with my 2016 truck and they made promises to take care of it and they lied. You bought it you got it. I would recommend you shop somewhere else. I will never go back there again.
There have been changes at Nourse. Not all change is good. When an oil change is scheduled nothing is mentioned about other mileage related maintenance. You get to the dealership and the push to get more of your money starts. I have begun to think the 12 point inspection is not done everytime. I was very impressed at the purchase, but now not so much.
We bought a truck through the ez credit located in circleville. Not even 24 hours later the check engine light came on with two codes, called Tony (the guy we worked with when getting the truck) with the problem. They paid for it to be fixed. After we got it back, it happened again.Yes, we got a lemon.... It happens.I am giving 5 stars because they paid for the truck to be fixed the first time even though we had no warranty and technically bought it as is, was going to pay for the second round of problems, and offered us the option to replace the truck or our money back.We chose to replace it, and we are very happy with the new truck. I will recommend this place to anyone, they are great to work with and will do everything they can to make sure their customer leaves happy. I will go back when its time for a new vehicle.
5/25 Follow up: Nourse told me my entire convertible top had to be replaced - after having it for 2.5 weeks - because it was beyond repair at a tune of $17,000! Georgesville Nissan found the problem in 1 hour and the total cost was $300, can’t wait to drive it again! You decide where you wanna do your business. Integrity matters! The service dept does NOT understand the importance of building rapport & communication, nor the power of trust. I’ve purchased 4 cars for a total of $120,000 at their lot, and because of the service I received on one of those cars I will no longer purchase there, service there, or recommend it for any reason. I’d pay more somewhere else on a purchase or for service! I will say the Service Mgr, did her best in the end, but it was too little too late to redeem my continued business.
Ford service department is the worst I have ever dealt with. I have taken my vehicle to them a total of 4 times and every time I have gotten my vehicle back there are more issues with it than before. They also have yet to fix the original problem. Also everyone who I originally spoke to (salesman, ford sevice manager, and original technicians) are no longer employeed there. Shows how well they run their dealership.
I recently purchased a new 2017 Ford F-150 from Nourse Ford at the EZ Lot. My salesperson was Carrie Waldron and she was amazing. She took all my wants, needs and desires for the new vehicle and found the perfect truck for me. I went to several other area dealerships and not one time was I greated with the hospitality and interests for my wants as I was here. Carrie worked very hard with me to get this deal where I wanted it but not one single time did she ever seem or appear to be pushy. Once the sale was done she took the time to fully introduce me to my new vehicle, to make she I had retrieved all of my personal items from my trade and make sure I was comfortable and confident in my new truck.
Worst service ever. Mark at Ford Service Department is very rude. Bought vehicle only 2 years old and been in shop twice . Once within first week of owning it. Bought extended drivetrain warranty then part of drive terrain is not covered. I feel like I went to a buy here pay here. Do research on their shotty dealership before buying.
If I could give a zero rating, I would. The salesman was nice, but the financing man was very rude. He outright called me a liar, and said he didnt care if I bought a car or not. This was my second time dealing with them, and both times have been subjected to their lies. Will not be a 3rd time for me, and would never suggest Nourse to anyone.
Do not ever buy a used car from Nourse, unless you expect 0 customer service.I was sold a car with one key (the key is chipped), the car started not detecting the key a couple months after i bought it.After me harassing them for weeks they finally asked me to come in and tried a cheap solution (instead of giving me a second key) namely put in a new battery, which i already done twice before i went there. The car in question is a Ford Fiesta se 2015.They said it was part of the trouble shooting process, 2 days after their battery attempt the key malfunctioned again. I tried reaching the so called customer service manager by phone to no avail for approx. 3 weeks only to be send straight to voice mail. yesterday on 1/23/18 it came to a embarrassing situation for me to say the least.I wanted to give a potential client a ride only to get the key not detect error again and my car would not start. The potential client is no longer a potential due to this.Rest to say i was pretty miffed, i waited one day to let my mood calm down and tried calling the customer service manager again, just to be send to her voice mail, I hung up and called the reception to whom i explained my situation and the fact that i was really frustrated and needed this resolved.Low and behold, I surprisingly got transfered to the same extention i just called 20 seconds before that but she actually picked up.Then she proceeded to deny any responsibility for the car not having one key on nourses behalf and retracted all statements made. They now want to sell me a key at cost in the off chance that it might be the key. According to her it could also be the body control module that is at fault and for is notorious for having issues with this part.In other words I am screwed and forced to buy a very expensive part in order to keep my 2015 car running which i btw still pay payments on.THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR THE NOT SO GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE MR NOURSE.
James was wonderful! Personal, experienced, professional but still fun!!Brent was efficient, friendly and professional. I didnt even mind giving $ to the financing gentleman (oops, I forgot his name)! He was organized and totally prepared for us. Loving my new MKX! Would def go to the dealership for service if it were closer.Bonus, we even got to meet Barb! Such a nice team! Thanks Dick Nourse!
Wife and I both bought 2015 Nissans (Rogue & Pathfinder) within 3 days of one another. Sales Rep was extremely helpful and courteous in determining our needs and listened to us both when communicating our needs. They also spent the entire day working with us on financing (even after closing time) to ensure we had the absolute lowest possible interest rate (no lowballing involved). I would recommend Nourse Automall to anyone.
Had several issues regarding their service department. After a month of phone games and Facebook reviews, we contact the Better Business Bureau. They refused to warranty work. My warranty company said they would count their loses and mark them as a NOT CERTIFIED shop. Months later they replied to me on Facebook calling me out and claiming to have never worked with me before. Correct cause you refused. There is no way Id even go there or recommend this poor example of a monopoly to anyone. Who needs 5 used car lots on one street where the town population is only 27 thousand?
Yesterday I had my check engine light come on. They waited on me promptly and informed me of a recall which they took care of at the same visit. The shuttle took me home and picked me back up to get my vehicle. They even washed it for me! Everyone was nice and professional.
There was a discrepancy that occurred during a previous service at Nourse. The director of service, reached out to me to fix the issue. But they neglected to honor the agreement, not resolving the problem. Which resulted in continued poor customer service. Do yourself a favor and go to Herrnstein to buy vehicles and to get them serviced. They have best customer service Ive experienced, plus a very friendly staff.
My husband & I stopped in one hot Sat to look at the new Ford Edge. Dan Marshall came out in the heat and answered questions...A few days later he called to tell us how we could swing a deal...and then he looked and looked online until he found us one just like we wanted in WV. We picked it up today and its beautiful. I just to thank Dan for going above and beyond for us.The whole process was very smooth and everyone is very friendly.
Please pay attention to the negative reviews folks, they are posted to keep you from making a huge mistake! DONT BUY HERE....RUN AWAY NOW!! My wife and I bought a high end toyota suv here and it was a disaster!after only having this NEW vehicle about 3 days we noticed some power outlets were not working then had a problem with the a.c. so....we called to let them know we were bringing it in and our sales guy was conveniently unavailable.of course, and were told we had to make an appointment to see if they could fit us in later in the week!! Bear with me.....we had no choice but to wait....then when they inspected it we were told some wires had been chewed by an animal or something so they were not going to pay for the repair! We only had it 3 days and had never had an animal problem before so something didnt add up. We took it to a trusted mechanic and he said we never should buy anything there.Heres why....he said he had seen a lot of this from there. Since that dealership is on the edge of the scioto river a lot of critters make their way on the lot at night and chew up wires, hoses etc...and if a consumer doesnt catch this before signing its on YOU!! They know this is a problem but dont care after you buy. It cost us 377.00 dollars to get it repaired but sold it soon after and bought somewhere else! Sorry this was long but hope it helps you to stay away from there!!!
My fiance and I purchased a 2017 Nissan Ultima from Nourse Used Cars. Eric, Ken, and Josh were very helpful and made the whole process go smooth and easy. I will never go to another car lot again. The Time is NOW to purchase a vehicle from Nourse Chillicothe Automall, go check them out, you wont be disappointed, I wasnt. They will try their hardest to get you put in a vehicle that day. Ask for Ken McManis. Everyone has good and bad experiences in purchasing a car, Nourse goes above and beyond to make a purchase what it needs to be.
We stopped in on Friday afternoon, I had spoken with Jennifer Martin about coming in and see what was available. When we arrived we were informed the Ms Martin was part of the internet team but they could find some one to help us. We were introduced to Steve Lowry in the Ford area, Steve took his time that day getting to know exactly what we were looking for and what price range we were also in. We looked at several vehicles including one that just hit the lot from a dealer trade. Initially we couldnt work a deal that I was comfortable with. Steve recommended different vehicles to us which might work. We ended up taking a 2015 Ford Taurus home for the evening to see if that would work for us, we drove it home had a chance to think about it and decided it wasnt a fit for us. Dominick got involved with the dealing the next morning after we brought the car back and informed him we were really set on the F-150 we had driven the prior afternoon. After a few negotiations back and forth Dom said he could do the deal we were looking to get. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Nourse (Chillicothe). The first new vehicle in many years, but with the patience and experience of Steve and Dom we got into a vehicle we did want.I have decided that the remaining vehicles that I need will be coming from Nourse, due to the outstand customer service that was shown by the staff, especially Steve and Dom for going above and beyond what was needed to impress us and make the car buying experience more enjoyable and relaxed than prior experiences.Job well done Nourse Family on earning a returning customers for years to come.
I contacted these people THREE MONTHS ago* about possibly looking at a car they had in stock and Im still getting calls from them offering help getting a car. What? Why is my number still on file. Why are you calling me while Im on vacation months after I called asking about one car? If you dont want calls for months on end trying to help find a car dont even call these people without something blocking your number!*edit: another two months later, thats almost half a year after originally calling, I just got ANOTHER email. This is bordering on harassment.
My friend and neighbor took a truck in for 4 tires and new tie rod ends, expecting to spend $1200-1400, and requested nothing else. They did every routine maintenance thing they could do to jack that price up to $3400 before he picked it up! What a horrible way to treat a customer right before Christmas. Nourse should be ashamed of themselves. Worse part is, it was all screwed up when he picked it up!
Very poor communication and unprofessionalism. Truck sale rep and manager David and Paul never contact me back about the vehucle I was going to purchase from Nourse auto Mall. I have already purchase a couple of vehicles from this dealship in the past and would not think I would be treated like this. Bad business and bad communication. Stay away from this dealership.
I really really liked my experience at this place, the staff, all who worked at nourse was very nice and wanted to accommodate me. Just a tad expensive but I understand considering on my problem with my car, I will definitely be back, have had no problems since nourse fixed my car, they did an exceptional job on it
We have been talking to Steve for the last couple months about a car. Last night he put us in a brand new car for the payment we wanted and the car we wanted. The whole team and process for paper work etc. was so much easier than our first purchase at ricart and they answered our questions. Very professional and great people! If you have a car in mind we highly suggest them!
To be honest I was surprised by Nourse. Id always went to Columbus to purchase our vehicles thinking that Id get a better deal, but Nourse did beat out a much larger dealership on the price of my new Nissan Frontier. There were some extra things that I wanted on my truck without having to get the top of the line package (Im not a fan of moon roofs and leather seats) so Nourse tracked the exact vehicle with the exact color I wanted from another dealership that was over a hundred miles each way and went and brought it back to me. Today I had my first oil change done (it was free) they also rotated my tires and washed my truck. The service department never treated me like I was some dumb girl who doesnt know my truck, but was very respectful and friendly. The waiting area in the service room was pretty nice for a service department. Free beverages and free wifi, plus a big screen t.v. and a couple of cubicles should you need to sit at a desk and work or play with your pc. Im pretty sure the next car we purchase will be from Nourse and were already looking at a Murano. BTW the Nissan Frontier with the SV Package Crew Cab 4x4 is an AWESOME truck. It rides better than most cars and people are usually surprised when they ride with me at how smooth it rides. I get a lot of complements on my truck. I love it. Thank you Daniel Marshall @ Nissan and Theodore from the service department. Great Job!
Thank you Matt J.! You made my buying experience so easy. You answered my hundreds of questions, let me drive and compare any of the cars I wanted. Extremely satisfied with the friendly people I dealt with at Nourse for my vehicle purchase and would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.
Go to Columbus! This place over prices there vehicles. They tried to sell us a used van that had corn flying out the air conditioner vents. Not to mention it was only a year old van and they said its pre certified. We went to Columbus and got a brand new van for the same price they were selling that year old van. Same model and all.
Do not recommend buying a car from nourse! Worst experience of my life, bought a newer used minivan 6 days after purchase van quit running. They sold with a battery that had a hole in it and had blew acid all over the engine and everything under the hood. Then to find out the transmission needed repaired and the tipm was faulty. Called nourse for months trying to get their help in facilitating repairs and to make it right since it had just been purchased. Their fix was to do a used battery swap and maybe a new fuse...I would suggest shopping out of town for any vehicles.
I found my Veloster listed on Auto trader through Nourse. I called, set up a test drive, and subsequently bought the car. The sales consultant, Cristina Bartelson, was friendly and professional. She made the process of purchasing the Veloster simple and quick. After purchasing the car I was also given a followup call and a free oil change. I am extremely pleased with the car I purchased and the service I received. I would definitely recommend Nourse when looking for a new ride.
Dont ever buy a car from Norse auto-mall in Chillicothe! So I drove the car I was buying home last night it was a 2015 Chevy Malibu for $13,498 and 46,902 miles on it I got all of the paper work done all I was doing was waiting on the bank. Went up today to sign the papers and they raised the price by $2,000 over night! And a $2,500 they was going to secretly charge me without asking me if I wanted it Im pissed to say the least so do NOT ever work with Janice or matt from EZ credit! Awful
I have never been in the dealership nor have I applied for a loan through them, but somehow the dealership ran a credit check on me. The only communication I have ever had with this dealership was via email to inquire about a used Corrolla. At no time did I authorize a credit check. Filing a report today with the AG.
Sold van days ago and told us it was ready to go, knowing we drove 1 1/2 hour to get it. They didnt want to lose the sale, so tried to bait us in. Horrible experience for having an appointment and Paul Oiler was not even there. Wasted my time and money. Even if they say a car is available minutes before you arrive, I wouldnt believe it! 😡
Jim Hill and team were great. We found them online while looking for a used FJ Cruiser. After finding one that these folks had, we got on a call to talk with Jim. My wife and I then drove from Missouri to Chillicothe to meet him on Sunday. He came in on his day off to meet and the whole team was helpful and very easy to do business with. And the FJ is awesome! Polished team thats professional and not pushy. Gotta say, even after hours of driving in the pouring rain... wouldnt hesitate to do it again!Keep up the good work Jim and Nourse team! It was a pleasure doing business with you.My best,Kyle
Great Experience overall! Will recommend to friends and family. Casey Kitchen did an excellent job and is probably the most honest person you can meet in the used car business industry. Great Job Nourse for finding quality sales guys like this! Only thing I would recommend, offer free golf lessons for your sales guys that are just learning the game, or maybe not because it just makes it fun in that environment making fun of the greenies. HAAA HAAA enjoyed ya Casey!
I would never recommend anyone to this place I went with my daughter to look at suv she like and when we got there they brought her a different SUV and Frist thing they said she need cosigner not true she has bought four cars on her own and has credit score 701 this why I go with my kids car shopping they need think about there customers and not on how many cars they can sale
My wife and I bought a car from Nourse Toyota about two weeks ago. After co-signing, they call my wife daily to ask her to come back in and re-sign the contract for a higher interest rate. This is after we have taken the car home. Basically its their version of lowballing.Buyer beware. They will try to move the loan terms around on you AFTER you have signed and driven away.
Terrible place. Were approved and told the van would be there at our appt time for us to just sign and drive. We drive 45 minutes 1 way for the van not to even be there. They didnt even have possession of the van they are selling online. Said comeback monday. Tried to get us to sign paperwork and down payment to buy this van before they owned it and we looked at it. Zero stars. Never AGAIN.
Its the only place that I was able to get financed at a decent rate that being said I had to drive down from Columbus, the only reason for this is because they could see I went through a rough patch in life financially and they were understanding and seemed to care about my situation, the staff was very humbling and family oriented and not one time did they not come through on things they said they could do thanks to everyone there....Leila thanks for being so positive and working so hard to get me in my new car!!!
Very unprofessional have no idea what the value of a trade is tried trading 05 f350 Harley Davidson edition with very low miles and a complete maintenance record with all the uogrades fir a 6.0 diesel i looked at the trade value before I went they tried to offer $4000 less and said its there opinion that theres something wrong but cant tell what it is and asked if i changed the spark plugs i politely laughed and said diesel doesnt have spark plugs they have no idea what they ats doing just try to rip people off
Thought at first it would have been a good experience but thought wrong.First off wanted to trade my truck in to get a lower payment due to trying to but a house. We found a truck that fit our budget so it was to late to run it cause it was late Saturday evening so they said they would run it through on monday. So monday came and I called them and they said they sent it in waited all day to hear something never got a call so I decided to call them that evening and they said we was approved and the payment met what we was looking for.So I told them we wanted it and we would be up to get it in a day or 2 and they said that was fine.So the next day I had a question so I called and I talked to the finance guy and he said Im sorry to say we sold that truck this morning.I was pretty upset but they was nothing I could do. So my fiance called up there to talk to them to find out how they was going fix this and the finance guy got really rude with her. They called me and we straightened it up and they had found me another truck I said ok be up to look at it and it met what we was looking for.We get there and the truck really wasnt what I thought so they said they was going to look for another truck for me I sat there for an hour and a half.I over heard the finance guy and salesman talking and the finance guy told the salesman let him look at this truck if he dont like tell him to hit the road so u know what that is what I did.Worst experience I have ever had the salesman was nice but the finance guy is a dam jerk and this is the new lot they just opened up on bridge street the used lot.
I HAD THE WONDERFUL EXPIRENCE OF WORKING WITH CASEY KITCHEN.. HE WENT WELL BEYOUND ANYTHING HE WOULD HAVE BEEN EXPECTED TO DO,TO MAKE THIS A FANTASTIC JOURNEY.. I WOULD NOT HESSITATE FOR ONE SECOND TO RECOMMEND HIM AS AN AGENT..TO ANYONE..SUCJ A WONDERFUL CARING YOUNG MAN.. HE MADE SURE I HAD THE CAR THAT WAS THE RIGHT FIT FOR ME..THANK YOU
Horrible, horrible, horrible i drove a hour to see a car that they said was on the lot, i got there and it wasnt even there and i talked to someone the same day said it was there, tried to sell me a car i didnt want and really was no help the manager was not even paying attention to nothing i was sayin. Bad service, and rude do not recommend!!
These people are going to RIP you off. LIED ABOUT PRICE LIED THAT THEY CHECKED THE TRICK OUT LIED ABOUT DETAILING TRUCK WONT ANSWER PHONE CALLS DO NOT STAND BEHIND WHAT THEY SELL. IF YOU HAVE THE CHANCE RUN LIKE HELL BECAUSE ALL THIS PLACE IS GOING TO DO IS CHEAT YOU.

2021-12-21Had a good experience with Dave kienzel. We had some fun conversations and stories. Was the most laid back place iv ever seen. No fancy city suit and tie B.S!! I see alot of bad reviews from this place but wasnt my experience here. The car I went to look at wasnt there but thats how it goes sometimes. Ended up buying another vehicle similar to what I was looking for. So it all worked out. I delt with the folks at the used truck building. Everyone was fun and I enjoyed my experience.

2022-01-14Well had my 2018 Ford Focus about a month. The engine light came on so i called them because I had a 2 month warranty on it. I called 3 times a week and they kept telling me we will call you. Finally today I got to talk to someone about my car just to get told my warranty just ran out. So don’t trust these people at all. If they would of got me in it would of been fixed. Now i have to pay for all of it. Car has been seating for a month paying my payment and getting a run around. I will not be buying anything else from them

2022-05-01Would have been 5 stars, but here we are. Bought a jeep through Dave, but it wasnt here Saturday. So had to come back Monday to pick it up. No big deal. Come in Monday to get it and Oops, has a cracked front windshield. He let me know and told me hed replace it on his own accord. Said he already ordered it. 3 weeks later I heard nothing so I reached out. No response. 5 weeks later and still nothing. Needless to say, I got it taken care of through my insurance. But people will lie to get you to stick with the sale. Should of got it in writing.

2022-04-04Curious thing. I scheduled a time to drive one of their cars and arrived to do that. The low tire pressure light was on, and when I looked at the miles left to drive on the gas remaining, it said 9. I cut the test drive short and to make it worse, their trade in offer was weak. I liked the vehicle, but the service and attention to detail certainly was suspect.

2022-04-19Nourse helped me lower my car payment by more than $80 per month, and got me into a brand-new Honda Insight with a Powertrain Warranty for Life! Huge thanks to the sales team and the finance manager for making the experience easy and for saving me time and money!

2022-03-08They sold my sister a used vehicle that had hail damage. She didn’t see it until after she signed the papers nor did they tell her. They lied to her. My sister is almost 70 years of age and really upset about it.

2022-04-16What a horrible experience. We left Bill Cole to become a customer at Nourse. We drove two hours and twenty minutes to test drive and purchase a 22 Altima for $31,000. We were completely lied to. Sales Manager Blake destroyed our credit. he ran it through ELEVEN lendors causing our score to drop FIFTY FIVE POINTS. Now we cannot purchase anything anywhere else. We have been trying to buy the Altima since Saturday. Your interest rate and payment amount literally depends on the Sales Manager mood that day. Saturday he offered 26,000 trade in for our truck 8% interest rate and $680 payment. Before we got there he said he’d do between 28 and 30 trade in. Now on Tuesday it is a 13% interest rate and $840 payment. I have NEVER had to try so hard to drop 30 grand at a car lot. I’m done and I’m disgusted. Blake has not even reached out to my husband and I. Not one time. Do NOT recommend Nourse period.

2022-04-15I hate to leave a negative review but I do want to express the truth about my experience purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. First, I did my research and found the truck I wanted here. Upon speaking with crazy Dave to confirm that the truck was available, I drove approximately three hours to get it. When I arrived, the vehicle in question was filthy inside and out with huge dents and rust spots all over it, red flag #1 as none of this had been disclosed before hand. I guess I shouldnt have trusted the word of someone who calls himself crazy Dave. Since I had come so far, I didnt want to leave empty handed. So, I looked around, saw a GMC Sierra and decided to purchase this truck instead. It had everything I needed and more. The bonus selling point was that it included an already installed goose neck system. However, when I attempted to use the goose neck system, I discovered it was damaged and had to be replaced. I had been informed the vehicle had been fully inspected and all amenities and features were functional. When I called the manager requesting reimbursement for this inconvenience and false advertisement, I was told they didnt have a lift that could accommodate the weight of this truck. So, I asked, then how was it inspected? I was told theyd try to resolve this matter for me but they never did. Nor did I ever receive my 2nd key to the truck as promised. Very disappointed in this poor customer service.

Stopped in 2 times and called 4 to try to finish the deal I was promised. Getting ignored at this point. It was for a 200 check and have been told that they signed the check and I should be getting it Havent got it yet. They also said they would make me a spare key. They are giving me run around on that too. Dont buy from these people. Dont have the integrity they should when conducting business. yet.. Donbebelieve them.

2020-07-01Shopped for a new Nissan Sentra, and Dominic (in the Ford building) a sales manager, was an upmost professional, fair negotiator and deal maker. He was very helpful, kind and courteous and got us a great deal on the Sentra. Recommend stopping in and seeing him or Chris for a good deal and good cars.
