Honestly if my family didnt live here, id never be caught in here. Many times ive pulled up down here and a lot of drama. Someone was recently shot long range here, that bullet could have shot anyone.
I know several individuals who have called this place home over the years. It has been a solid place for housing for individuals needing additional assistance during difficult times. It has went through many stages of management change. Im happy to see that they are still investing in a place where people who truly need help can turn to.
I been living here for going on 6 years now never have had a problem. You gotta just stay to yourself. Only problems are with the party people drinking and raising hell with each other. There are to many young renters who cant handle there Alcohol. Other then that Staff is great if there is a maintenance problem there they usually come the same day...

I have lived here for almost 9 years now and never had a problem with anyone out here its changed from compared years ago. They took the screen doors off of everyones apartment because everyone kept locking them and maintenance couldnt get in the apartments to do any repairs. There is now like 5 parks here. There is security cameras every where and the sheirfs have access to them also there is sheirfs that potrol the area and it really depends where they place you at I live all the way down hill in hole nothing really bad happens. As long as you stay to yourself and Dont cause problems youll be okay.

I lived there for a year and a half about 3 years ago not a bad place if you stay to yourself . most of the staff is great. The property manager never does anything to help you she tells you there is nothing she can do and her boss is out of state and of no help I left because my mom and I were sharing a one bedroom and they would not put us in a two bedroom
Way better than they used to be. They have renovated a lot of the apartments. The neighborhood itself isnt the best, but have improved over the years. Stay to yourself and its a decent stepping stone.
There are to many gun shots, people fighting, people speeding through the apartments when there are kids playing outside, nothing ever really gets done just to much going on out here

There was no street sign or indication of where entrance was. Took almost 20 minutes to find. There was very little lighting to see in the dark with. There were people screaming out of their doors at nothing in particular. Cops patroled the area on a constant bases.
Fighting as soon as I pulled up to visit someone. Its alot of mental health/addicts in this area that needs professional help.
Nice place to live i stay to myself. They been remodeling alot. Havent hurd any shootings. Its cameras everywere so you wont have worry about anything. Been here a couple years now & im comfortable.
I lived in my apartment for over 8 years I never had any issues with anyone and I always took good care of my place.upon falling on hard times and getting behind on my rent after they went under new management I was two weeks away from having all the money to get caught up on rent she proceeded to evict me.Then they locked me out not giving me enough time to get all my things including my food for my daughter I lost so much some things that cant be replaced..The only one at that time that was making every effort possible was Tina and I would like to Thank her for all her efforts
Ghetto is an understatement. Management is worthless, repairs hardly ever done. Pest control is horrible. Do not move here for any reason.
Lived in the Land for 4years... I been out of low income for 3 years now.. I see they still havent did the remolding like they where supposed to... Got the funding to do so an all she did was put air in take off screen doors an pulled up trash carpet out of units.. No REAL park for the kids to play at...Cindy the apartment manager was not at all worried about the complex.. She put people out for stupid reason and moved people in that do the same thing that the last person she put out did. Didnt understand that!!! They let ANYONE MOVE IN.. I will say u need a fast place to move in this is the place to go.. Just make sure you keep your doors locked right along with your windows an now you dont need furniture to move in because if your up to high to the window you got a good chance of getting shot... Smh ...
Horrible environment for any child or adult to live in. Absolutely the lowest of the LOW will be found creeping around this abolishment. This is an example of poverty. #Unacceptable
They need to do something about people throwing trash on the street and in the parking lots. It look like a toral dump and the Tenants nor management cares.

No window view of anything! Office is never open, yet they invite you to come in during posted office hours. Small, overpriced square footage just to claim the Westerville area
Way Way nicer than they used to be. They used to have a really bad reputation but they are alright now I would live there 🤷
There is a lot of crime, but the people are awesome. My neighbor brings me milk and stuff all the time.
Its okay but dont even think about living here, just the other day some lady got beatin up with a table and today there was a robbery at a old mans house that sells stuff you can get at a corner store :/
Stay clear very bad area. The sheriff dont even the find this place safe unless the have two officer or more.

2022-03-05A great place so good infact that there where a group of 4 black men to say hello to me they were very helpfull asking me where you going who you know around here let me hold a dolla little bruh what size deem shoes after the formality welcome they where so kind to hold my wallet and to park my car for me after I said that Ill be okay they did it anyway, and then a huge fist shape bug hit me right in the middle of my nose (it broke it) after that they did hesitate to help soothe my discomfort by giving me a full body massage with there feet all four of them at once the atmosphere was so nice that I could hear people cheering them on while they help me. After when I black out from all the help I received I woke up in a garage bin in the back of this lovely place after standing up on the piles of garbage with broken glass in them and in my feet I then realized I had no shoes on unfortunately must have left them at home I think my memory never been as good since my visit that how you know you had a good time, when I looked to the right of the trash bin Im standing in I met a great friend go-go the crack head and hes been my great friend ever since, in conclusion after my experience there I speak very highly of it I would give it a 10/10 would go again.

2021-11-21Nice depending on the time of day you show up. The surrounding area is pleasant. And they have parks whoo whoo. All in all only come here if youre visiting friends or family.

2020-03-02Been her a little over a month and I pretty much keep to myself. But no issues, its mostly quiet unless you hear a loud car other than. Pretty decent place. Only thing I dont like is the trash and broken glass just about everywhere. Other than if you can deal with that I would recommend this place.
