2022-05-24They say they require an appointment for pickups and deliveries and they mean it. Will not make you wait if you have an appointment and someone without one shows up right before you. Great place to work!

2022-06-22This place is absolutely horrible the give a time and abide by it but saying that they promise if a truck is late they move to back of line as of now Ive been on property since 845 with 3 more trucks to come in before noon 1 truck came and left by 930 not a single truck since and I am still waiting the lies of these people are pathetic and they need to be billed accordingly for making a driver wait for no reason at all we do a service for there customers since they dont and we get the raw end of the stick needless to say this will be the last time I ever deliver or load out of this place

2020-05-13I have made 4 deliveries to northlake steel..every single time I have camd here has been an all day afair.sometimes 4 hours to get unloaded..attitude is very poor...Kevin the shipping department guy.is one of the worst I have dealt with ...happy to say I will no longer be delivering ANYTHING to northlake again...I normally would never just drop a receiver. But in this case .its an honor. Sorry not sorry.4 out of 4 times and never a good experience

2018-10-30I am an agent for Landstar Ranger and this is a great customer of mine. 2019-06-21While picking up a load the guys there were talking about how they hate liberals so much. Also so said he wish he could drop a bomb on all of them. Must be that white power mind frame thats going around.

2018-10-30It took 2.75 hrs to get me in a door to unload and were now working on a 2 hr unload time for 8 bundles of steel bars. This place is a joke .
