Took my sons car in after he worked on the car. It would not start. Had it towed to the dealership which was down the street. I was expecting the worst (The cars computer) which would have been expensive. But the work they performed was very reasonable and quick once diagnosed.
I inadvertently arrived a day before my scheduled drop off for an oil change. My Service Advisor, Jeff Myers was able to give me an appointment on the spot. I realize this is something that is relative to their schedule but it was much appreciated. He also informed me that a new complimentary tire rotation service was recently implemented if you purchased your tires from Northgate Ford, which I had. This information is something that I will pass along to friends and family. I enjoyed conversing with Jeff throughout the process. It was a pleasure.
Great service. I had my Ford Mach-E in for a couple of service updates. There was part of a recall issue that Northgate Ford was not equipped to perform. I appreciated the fact that Christina H. in service found options for me to go to another Ford dealership that has an auto body shop to perform a recall service.
Overall very good experience. i had driver side airbag replaced, hydraulic control brake unit replaced., wiper blades, both front tie rods replaced, front brake pads and rotors. service advisor Connie lipscomb kept me informed on the work that was being done and was very nice.
I was told that my air condition belt and serpentine belt were bad,and needed to be replaced I only have 42000 miles ,so I took to 2more places 1 was another ford dealership both said belts were fine,please explain,I don t like getting cheated at this dealership,Ill repost this thanks

Although there were issues at the beginning of my visit involving a recall part I had been guaranteed would be present for my appointment was not there, I am giving a 5 STAR rating to Kim for her dedication and commitment to seeing that this issue was resolved that day for me. Kim spent significant time tracking down a part from another dealership to to brought to Northgate that day and the service was performed. During this process, Kim communicated with me several times. I cannot thank her enough for her exemplary service. She went above and beyond. Thank you, Kim!
I continue to get my service on my 2016 Ford Escape at my dealership Northgate Ford because I get appointments when I need them and get service thats priced right. I check costs before I get work done and they are always competitive . I recently purchased 4 new Michelin tires and checked prices at 8 businesses, Ford beat them all, that says it all for me, Im 75 and widowed. This visit Christina was very helpful and I appreciate it.
Northgate Ford service department is the best. I have never had any issues dropping my car off, Leaving it and picking it up on time. I was extremely impressed with the customer service manager Michelle Nunley and her assistant service manager Angel Collins. Those two ladies took the time to explain every detail as to what was happening with my car . They are definitely professionals, knowledgeable and an asset to Northgate Ford service department. I have been going to Northgate Ford for service for 20 plus years. My experience with service advisors has always been exceptional. I worked with Terry Fryman on check in and pick up the next day for this service and will look forward to dealing with him again. As always, service completed in timely manner and done right the first time.
I always use Northgate Ford for all my cars needs. I love the flexibility to drop off my car and them always finding time to fit me in for an oil change. I recently went in and had a ton of points about to expire and Shelby Perry my service advisor really helped me out by suggesting I buy the package for multiple oil changes. This is so great because now I dont lose my points and my next few appointments are already taken care of!
Great service by Northgate Ford. I had a choice of taking to other Ford dealers and I am happy I picked Northgate. Kim Rebholz, the service manager, was the person who made it all happen. It was a complex problem with the Starter which required new parts to be ordered, couple of recalls on the issue, and coordinating with Rental department for a car. At the end, I am happy with the service from Northgate Ford. However, not too thrilled with Ford Engineering. Why would Ford Engineers design a clutch based shifting for an Automatic Transmission on a low end Ford Focus? Baffles me. The regular mom and pop shops could not figure out the problem and did not want to take on computer controlled module. I towed the car from University to Home to local shop and then to Northgate Ford. At the end, thanks to Kim. Ill go back again to Northgate Ford for other service.
My service advisor, Chreryll Miller did a outstanding job explaining to the mechanic of my need to check the vehicles under body after I had a minor accident the day before my service at Ford. The mechanic even came out to waiting room to advise me of one of my tire had a bulge and needed replaced. Otherwise, I would have never know the issue existed. Great job Ford and Chdryll!!Jack L.
I had 2 recalls fixed for my 2014 ford escape. Jeff was super friendly and informative about the repairs. I am really glad they were able to get me in and get them done so quickly. I had tried last year to get them done at fields ertel ford where I bought my escape and after 3 messages with service no one ever called back, then covid hit.In the past I bought a fusion at northgate and the buying experience was so much better than at fields ertel. I could elaborate but I dont want to go into personal attacks. I definitely will get my next ford at northgate tho. :)

2022-03-15I came in Ford Colerain for brake services and was greeted respectfully. I didnt spend much time in there at all still made it to work on time. Ms. Kim was very nice and knowledgeable on the service I was receiving and said if I needed anything to call her I loved it. Everyone was very patient and accommodating thanks Ford Colerain❤

2022-08-02I have been going to Northgate Ford for years for my purchases and service needs. I have always found my way back to them due to the service after the sale. This time around I worked with Meagan, their service advisor. What a pleasure! She listened to our needs, understood what it took to make this happened and delivered. 2022-08-09Steve and the lady with the rental cars were awesome. They were great about taking care of every issue I raised! We even had a last minute problem and the Service Manager came out personally to see if the issue was valid. He then politely asked if I could leave it another day or so and resolve it quickly and easily.

2022-02-10I recently took my 2018 F-150 in for routine service as well as to perform the 21B10 recall notice for cam phaser repair. The services were performed in a timely manner and the truck was ready within the specified time. The cost of the services requested was reasonable and the work was done correctly.My only complaint was the length of time it took to schedule my appointment. The service scheduling took nearly a month from the time I went on-line, which is far too long should critical repairs be needed. That needs to change!The highlight of my visit was my service advisor: Connie Lipscomb. She was helpful, knowledgeable, and went FAR BEYOND what I normally experience dealing with service writers, competently answering my questions both before and after the service. She is a wonderful asset for NG Ford!

2022-04-15Absolutely love ford I’m northgate they really care about your car and your needs they had my car back to me I. Less than a week with a rebuilt transmission and it didn’t even most me a arm and a leg. Christina at the service desk is the lady to talk to she is so sweet and caring I’ve never had anyone like her she will always take care of you no matter how busy they are I’m not sure who serviced my cat but they all did a amazing job thanks again guys!!!

2022-06-29The service was quick, about 1 hour. My car was returned without any evidence of anyone being in it. My Service Advisor Jeff Myers gave me a copy of the vehicle inspection for any follow-ups required.

2022-04-09Making an appointment on-line was easy. Upon arrival, checking in was quick. Service Advisor, Kimberly Rebholz, was courteous and asked pertinent questions to make sure that the vehicle problem was accurately and completely noted. Texting the status was reassuring that the vehicle would be ready the same day.

2022-04-22I Don’t usually take the time out to answer or rate services that i have preformed by dealerships in the past but this time really I felt that i wanted to express my thank to Ron in service at Northgate Ford . In all my years of dealing with different dealerships and service personnel I really felt that i was being helped by someone that cared about resolving my problem and not just being looked at another costumer or number .
