This was my second time in the office and I went to have 3 cavities filled. The dentist was fantastic and had great chairside manner. They did an excellent job with the numbing medication and walked me step by step through everything and made sure I knew what to do afterwards. This is the first time I have had dental work done and not been able to tell it. Everything feels just the way it used to.
Everyone at North Orange is so bright and friendly! I have always been nervous going to the dentist, but Dr. Brumley was very thorough while still being gentle and reassuring. I highly recommend paying him a visit!

Excellent Well organized efficient staff and medical providers.One suggestion you sent at least 6 emails asking that I complete the pre visit forms which are not possible if you cannot take a picture of the insurance card or the plan does not have a number I wasted many hours trying to complete a very poor set of questions.
Having a dentist that you trust it extremely vital and Dr. Cindy Ellinger is the best you can find out here in Columbus-Delaware area. Extremely knowledgeable, approachable, professional are few words that describes her as a minimum.
I had a 3 hour visit this morning to have a fractured tooth repaired and crowned. I can truly say, my experience at North Orange Family Dental was wonderful! The staff was very friendly, from start to finish! Dr Hall and his assistant, Jessie, work together very smoothly! The only discomfort, which was minimal, was a little pinch during the novocaine injection. I was pleasantly surprised and would highly recommend North Orange Family Dentists to anyone needing dental work.
The technician that took the x-rays and cleaned my teeth on 12/7/21 was excellent!On 12/10/21, Dr. Ellinger and Technician Michelle removed a very old crown installed years ago by another Dentist that obscured a cavity that they filled and then installed a new crown. Dr. Ellinger kept me informed of what every step of this process entailed. I felt at ease the whole time. This was a excellent experience.Thank you both!The technician that cleaned my teeth on 6/9/22 was excellent! Loran kept me informed as what she would be doing, was gentle on my gums and was very pleasant to talk to!On the same visit on 6/9/22, Dr. Ellinger was excellent as always. She is always so comforting and pleasant to talk to and ask if I had any questions for her after she examined my teeth. This 6 month check was an excellent experience!Based on past experiences and this one, I would recommend the North Orange Family Dentistry team to all!Thank you!

First of all I am over 80 years young and a little on the “needy” side. My appointment was over 3hrs long and my dentist and her assistant were wonderful. They made my comfort a priority and explained every thing that was going on throughout my procedure. Everything went smoothly and this was because two pros know their stuff!! I have several more appointments before I am done but I am in good hands and look forward to what comes next. Everyone in this dental office is nice and accommodating.
This is the best dentistry facility I have been a patient in. First they have great technology to sign in, provide information, as well as technology they use on patients. The TV monitor becomes a display for the X-rays as the doctor explained what my teeth situation was. Second the staff is friendly, respectful and attentive. The dental hygienist or the dentist/ doctor did not talk in any way that was accusatory of why I had a gap of 2 years since my last dentist visit. They also provided the options for my required dentistry care, the charges were all laid out, reasonable charges, and left the decision up to me. Great place for dental care.
Have been a patient here a few years now and the cleanings and time spent with the doctors is great. Today, I brought my youngest son, who is 6 and anxious about doctor visits, in for his first dentist appt ever and they hygienest was excellent with him. She took her time with him, explained everything she was doing in a kid friendly way and kept him calm the whole time. He finished the appt with 0 tears and he did everything asked of him.
Its easy to understand why North Orange has over 1100 five star reviews. The entire process from intake to procedure, to follow up is second to none. Dr Hall was everything one would want in a dentist. I was blown away at how meticulous he was when repairing my teeth. He really wanted to make sure that the procedure provided me with both comfort and an aesthetically pleasing outcome.Well done!

This is my family Dentist office for myself and my family for the past 4 years. I love love love all the front desk girls. And, not to mention...the Dr. Hall !😉 he is my favorite...he is so nice. I never ever feel any pain when he works on my teeth. . The auto appointment system they have is just great. Its very easy to communicate with and the texts I get to remind me of my appts or any changes. I just love the whole staff..

The most recent visit was for multiple tooth extractions for my 11 year old for orthodontic purposes. The doctor and staff were extremely patient. They showed genuine care and understanding to my pre teen and made her feel very comfortable. Their handling of the procedure was swift and efficient and I personally came out of there feeling relieved as I had thought about at least a couple of adverse scenarios before going in there. Kudos to the doctor and the staff there for making this a great experience.
My experience with Orange Dental was great. I was explained everything that was being done to me very clearly as they worked on me. Been quite a while for me where I was able to write a positive review for a dentist but finally found a Dentist (Dr. Hall) that wowed me. Very detailed, explained the work in lamen terms, and no salesmanship!. I recommend this office! The staff was genuine and very informative. I can tell they really cared about my over health, as well as what I would like to see in my smile. Mason was my hygienist. He did a fantastic job! I told Mason that I have dental anxiety. He took his time and explained everything he was doing. He was also very gentle while cleaning my teeth. I felt no pain at all! Came here on a friend’s recommendation after my husband and I had a terrible experience at another office.Everyone was friendly, and informative. The dentist and hygienist were nice and competent. (I appreciate that they explained everything as they went.) I’m also 21 weeks pregnant and was very comfortable coming here, and also appreciated that they didn’t ask to take x-rays. (Which was a big concern of mine.)Very professional place.

This place was absolutely amazing. I am TERRIFIED of the dentist, but they were so gentle and made me feel comfortable the entire time. They never pushed me to do anything I wasn’t completely comfortable with and the procedures they did do turned out fantastic. As someone who absolutely hates going to the dentist, they always find a way to make me feel comfortable and relaxed. Today my three fillings were done quickly and as painless as possible. They communicated during the entire process so I knew what was going on.Also, they seemed well prepared to keep their patients safe by screening them when they arrive, taking their temperature and having hand sanitizer readily available after your appointment.
I switched insurances and I wanted to stay in-network; which meant finding a new Dentist. Most of us have been in these shoes and the next thing that happens is asking friends for referrals. Finally, someone mentioned North Orange. I looked up the location, it was close enough to home, and the referral was that they were “good enough”. This was not “good enough” for me to go, but it was coming time to go and I figured I’d try them out. The first visit, well, let’s just say the “good enough” was on par. My teeth were clean, but my standards were not met at all. The Dr. was amazing and everything else was not. A rule of thumb, for me, is to try everything twice. I didn’t want to actually; however, I wasn’t receiving any referrals.I had to go for more than a cleaning this time. I wasn’t the happiest of campers, but, it would be my second time, so onward! Ok, the second time was much better. I felt better about the place and the staff and decided I would use them again to see if it was a fluke or the standard. Flash forward to over a year now and they have just been getting better each time I go. I’m glad that I stuck with them and use them now. If someone is reading this, yes, this is my referral to you. You will be glad you did. They are much better than “good enough” and worth it.

Great customer service! This was my first visit to a dentists in a while and to be honest I was kind of worried due to my past experiences with other offices. Thankfully North Orange took very good care of me gave me all the resources I needed to getting my smile fixed. Today I had my first filling EVER. I was nervous. But, Dr. Ellinger and the assistant, Taylor, went above and beyond to make sure my first experience was a pleasant one. They showed me X-rays and pictures of my tooth where the decay was. The entire procedure was effortless, even the shot! Dr. Ellinger explained everything as she was doing it, checked on me multiple times, and made it a comfortable visit. Will be back when my next inevitable cavity surfaces.

Having just had a less-than-desired experience at my dentist of over 20 years, I can report that I was so impressed with the time spent with me at my appointment with Dr. Hall. I appreciated his explanations and patience and found his manner to be very welcoming and kind. I moved the entire family over to this practice with confidence.
Everyone was friendly, and you cant miss all the high-end technical equipment, but in the end, I had an impossible schedule, and their team and doctors made it work so I can get my treatment without having to wait too long. I appreciate the efforts they made to keep me as a client. There are a dozen dentists in a five-mile radius, but this team showed me I’m important, and they will work with me.
Many people may be nervous or anxious going to the dentist but you don’t have to feel like that coming here! All the staff were very warm and friendly! On top of that, the facility looks nice and is clean.

I arrived early and was let in promptly at my appointment time. The appointment took 45 minutes including scheduling my next 6-month cleaning and x-ray transfer. My dental hygienist was very friendly, courteous, and helpful. The dentist arrived shortly after the cleaning was completed, and he was thorough yet quick. Needless to say, my second visit wwas splendid, and I plan to continue to use this dentistry as long as my insurance allows me.
I normally dont like going to any dentist. The people here are very caring and make sure you are comfortable about everything they do. They even explain all the steps or procedures they will be doing and go over all options you can do. I did not feel pressured into anything and actually felt like they cared about all my concerns. They even helped find an oral surgeon that takes my insurance and has the same kind of care they do with patients. I am going to recommend all my friends and family to them.

First time visiting today and it was super good! Cleaning was the best I have ever had and was a very deep cleaning. Dr.Hall was amazing! He went over all my xrays and photos of my teeth on the monitor and explained everything to me..he spent a good 30min talking to me and I told him I have never talked to a dentist that long in my life.. he was very friendly and Im extremely happy he is my new Dr!

Every time I go to North Orange Family Dentistry for my dental cleanings, I get top notch service! Jena is my dental hygienists and always does a great job with my cleanings and keeping me informed about oral health. It was my first time having Dr. Hall do my exam and he was very thorough and friendly. This was my first appointment at the new office and it looks amazing! I’d recommend this office to anyone!
Dental work has never been fun for me. I never get a passing grade, but Dr. Ellinger has always been very kind and compassionate. As a forgetful person, I also love the number of reminders I get before an appointment via text and email. This is a great office and I highly recommend them.
I had my first experience at North Orange Family Dentistry a week or so ago for a routine teeth cleaning. When first walking in the front desk staff were very welcoming. My dental hygienist was Jena, she was extremely pleasant and patient with me as I hate going to the dentist. She told me everything she was going to do before she did it. Wow I am so impressed with the caring staff! I had my first major dental procedure ( a crown) and I was SO nervous as I so dislike going to the dentist even for a cleaning! Our family are patients at the North Orange Dentistry for the past 4 years.We like their professional and friendly approach, their punctuality and overall attitude toward us. The front office staff is polite, efficient and friendly, they send you reminders in as many formats as you need to help you remember appointments made months in advance. My children were a bit nervous about going to the dentist but now have no problems with it, I think the calm and assured manner of the doctor as well as the dental assistants and hygienists has made a good impact on them. I would recommend this practice to friends and family.

I’m a new patient and both visits I’ve been there they’ve been so great! Minimal wait time. The second time I was there I had to bring my 3 year old and they were so kind and attentive to her. Put on cartoons, offered her prizes, and told her what they were doing to me/mom while they were doing it. Really great group of people at this dentistry! Highly recommend!

Everyone at North Orange Family Dentistry is very kind. I always feel comfortable with them. They are also really good with kids. My two year old has seen them three times and never had a problem. He enjoyed sitting on the special pillow, watching cartoons, getting a new Cars toothbrush, and choosing a prize from the treasure chest. The staff was gentle and made the experience fun for him. They also do great work and Ive never had any problems with the procedures they have done. The office and clean and they always run on time. Five stars for sure!
The staff at North Orange family Dentistry is awesome!! The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. Sara is my all time favorite hygienist! She is the reason I came to North Orange Family Dentistry! She is the only one who doesn’t hurt me when she uses the scrap tool to get the tarter off of my teeth.
Had an awesome experience for my first appointment. Got all the new patient forms filled out electronically and there were things in the lobby to keep patients entertained while they wait. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. When Dr. Bogan came in, he took his time with me to make sure I understood everything and didnt have any questions or concerns.

North Orange Family Dentistry got me in as a new patient same day, as I was experiencing some discomfort. The dentist can be an anxious experience, however the team help to ease through my worries. I needed a crown. I went in at 11am to start the process and left at 1pm with a new permanent crown. Not a temporary crown, but the permanent one. They were able to make the permanent crown while I waited! Plus the cost was very reasonable. Very professional organization.

I was referred to North Orange Family Dentistry by Dr. Fred Alger. Dr Alger is a Dentists who specializes in periodontics. Dr. Alger has his dental work at this practice. I lost a filling , & called for a 1st time appointment. Kayla, answered the phone and set me up right away for my needed repair. Staff is excellent!! I showed up 15 minutes before my appointment. I immediately received service. My Dentist was Dr. Cindy. She did a complete check up & found 4 additional cavities. She made the time and fixed the lost filling & all 4 cavities. Service was just way above and beyond. If anyone is in need of a Family dental practice, This is the best service , & best performance possible. 5 star rating is not high enough. Norm Fountain

Hi, I had a very good experience yesterday, while at North OrangeFamily Dentistry. I went in with pain in my gums & mouth and I cameout feeling much better. The dental Hygentist and Dr. Bogan did a nice job.They were both / each... gentle & caring about my pain. Dr, Boganexplained what was going on and the D. Hygentist , removed the tartar.Yes. it hurt some.... although whenever I needed a break... I just raisedmy hand & she stopped... I wish I had asked her name... she did sucha nice job and I wish to thank her. I will return in 3 weeks for a follow -up.The TVs are also a great distraction for me & I love HGTV. I have two under three that I tote around with me and the staff was more than willing to help keep them entertained and happy while the dentist worked on my teeth. The work done was efficient and the quality was good. I havent had any problems since, so no complaints here!
North Orange Family Dentistry is the finest dental care organization I have ever experienced. The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Everyone, dentists, hygienists and technicians all do their best to make sure the entire experience is as pleasant and positive as possible. I would strongly recommend NOFD to anyone! February 11, 2021So I return, to North Orange Family Dentistry, for my next procedure, as I struggle to define the emotions that are overcoming me. Anticipation, fear, foreboding, melancholy, glee... Ultimately, this does not matter - I am in for a special day - I am getting a crown - I am leaving this place as royalty. We walk past room 4. This is marked with some disappointment given my previous experiences (see review from January 8, 2021). Alas, our arrival in room 5 is met with the clinical and technical grandeur one only experiences at North Orange Family dentistry. Through the course of 5-55 minutes (...time is difficult to define in room 5), my tooth is delicately prepared for its coronation. Finally, Dr Hall commands me to rise! Receive your crown. My experience is complete. Dr Hall touches me on the shoulder and says “go forth, live, receive, love, floss and brush...”. Or something like that. The feeble human mind lacks the capability to articulate the proper superlatives describing my transformation. Well done Dr Hall. Well done North Orange Family Dentistry. Well done.----------------------------------------------------January 08, 2021It was a Friday, in room number 4. Dr Hall walked in staring down not one, but two cavities on the upper right side of my face. He proceeded to drill both out and then fill them with an advanced composit resin. Thus, he returned my body, mind, and spirit, to complete unity. January 8, 2021, henceforth shall be referred to as Hall’s victory. See you in February Dr Hall to replace my crown Dr Hall. 👍
Dr. Bogan has been wonderful to my family. His staff is extremely helpful & professional. The Hygienist are patient and do a great job of staying on schedule. I have never had to sit in the waiting room beyond my scheduled appointment time. They also have plenty of flexibility when scheduling my follow up care. North Orange Family Dentistry is fully integrated with technology that allows for fast online scheduling with email & text reminders.
My daughter and I both had our first appointments at north orange family dentistry today. We both had really great experiences. The employees we interacted with were all very professional and friendly. Scheduling our first appointment was very easy and filling out the new patient paperwork online prior to the visit made checking in a breeze. We were notified via text, which I loved, that 2 appointments had opened up earlier than our original scheduled appointment. I was able to accept the new appointment date and handle some other correspondence with the office - all via text!! Being a busy mom, I really appreciated the communication via text versus phone calls. It made things so much easier!! Btw, my daughter really loved the no cavity club sticker....she is very proud!! Thanks for making our first visit so great!!
I was at the dentist office on Friday October 29 getting another filling and crown. Love the doctor that is taking care of me he has not hurt me one time!!! Best dentist ever!!!!
I had a crown break one of my front teeth . They were able to see me right away and solved my problem. Lee and Dr. Bogan were kind and thorough, and were able to explain my options. I felt that they went out of their way to make me feel comfortable, and made sure that they understood my options. Did I mention that I wasnt even a patient? Well, I am now!
The office is clean. The people are friendly. Little wait time. Ive had no problem with any of my dental work. They address any concerns. I know up front what it will cost me. The dentists have always been great:)

Ly was AMAZING with my daughter, explaining the entire process for filling cavities and the instruments she will be using, helping my daughter to feel more at ease with the process. Dr. Bogan was great with keeping my daughter calm throughout. They made a great team and it made a tremendous difference!
Worst dental service I ever experienced in my life. All they do is bait and switch. They checked with my insurance (I called my insurance to confirm the day they called and was clearly informed by insurance about the waiting period) but they still go ahead with procedures when it can wait. When i called i was told office manager will call me back and after waiting 1 week no one called me back. Finally i called and paid my balance. I will certainly not recommend this place to any one. There are much better practices around who are very honest about this. This is not even worth 1 star.
Our experiences with North Orange have been fantastic! The team is great with children and adults alike. I am especially appreciative, as we originally came to the office from a terrible and painful experience at another dentist...wow what a difference! We 100% recommend North Orange Family Dentistry!
My experience with orange family dentistry has been somewhat of a different change for me compared to what Im used to. Ive been to a dentist every year of my life, and only had two in the last 35 years, so, Im very well committed. I had to leave my previous dentist due to a switch over on my insurance because they did not accept. I found orange family who accepted my insurance. They were kind and had a very experienced staff on hand.During my appointment (my second visit) I was scheduled to have a crown put on. Ive had this done before in the past, but it fell out and never got put back on for certain reasons, (which i tryed to explain during the first visit). So I figured, why not try again? The dentist did a great job, and kept me informed what he was doing and so forth during the whole time. During their 5 minute break, one of the ladys from the front desk walked in and requested payment....while I was sitting up in the dental chair with my mouth open (basically) in the middle of getting a crown put on. (Now, in my experience, I have NEVER been asked for payment in the middle of a procedure being done). Usually payment is requested after the procedure is completed and you pay at the front desk, or before, never during!! Not gonna lie, I felt very under valued and offended at that moment. I mean heck, we dont even know if the crown will even go on at this point, and there were still work to be done. (It kinda felt like the staff pointed me out as someone of below average, who could not afford to pay my out of pocket cost (so it seemed). Is anyone else making payments during procedures?? I could be over thinking about all this, and maybe this is how things are done now. Im just telling you how the way i see it.I do plan to stick with orange family dentistry through my next appointment in the upcoming weeks. Hopefully I have a better experience and valued more as a future patient.
Stellar service. Ive never felt more at ease in a dentists chair. Everyone here is very good at what they do and, whats more, they all seem to genuinely like their jobs. They are professional, focused and very kind to their patients and each other. Dr. Ellinger (assisted by Tracy) performed my root canal and installed a crown yesterday (on a barely there tooth) with such perfection, leaving me unable to see or feel the difference from my original tooth. I chose them based on reviews and proximity but I would recommend them to anyone - even if theyre out of the way.
Weve been coming here for over a year now as a family, and am incredibly happy we made the move here! Staff of excellent hygienists and friendly office staff. Appointment scheduling is a breeze, and your insurance coverage (and out-of-pocket costs) are explained upfront. Modern equipment and a really pleasant open-office concept. They really make having healthy teeth easy!
Wonderful new facility! Catered to engaging children in the waiting area with activities and tablet stations with childrens games. My four year old will love this when he starts going to the dentist this coming year! They also have a coffee and tea bar! Dr. Bogan an his staff are also exceptional!
Friendly staff. Well accommodating. I went to do deep cleaning today and they did an awesome job. Probably the only time in my life I felt no pain when getting numbed.My only feedback is i shouldn’t wait 55 days to get the other side of my mouth cleaned. I understand they are busy because they do an awesome job but that’s why I switched to them in the first place....
Honestly best DENTIST EVER!!! We moved to Ohio from Michigan in October and needed a new dentist for our family. It was our daughters first time at the dentist and they were unbelievably fantastic with her. She LOVES going to the dentist now. Even when my husband lost his job and we had to get different dental insurance, they worked with us even though they didnt accept it, so we could continue to go there. Very friendly, nice and awesome staff! I would recommend them to EVERYONE!!! Thank you North Orange Family Dentistry. You are the best!!!
Office staff is very friendly and professional. The office itself is clean and a nice calm environment. I had an emergency appointment last week, which also meant I had to bring my 2y/o with me-this was a first for her. The hygienist turned on cartoons, got her her own chair and sticker to keep her occupied. This meant a lot to me especially since I was in pain. They also didnt rush through my appointment as some places do for an emergency. I would highly recommend this office to my family and friends.
Dr. Bogans office is great. He and his staff are very friendly and professional. They take great care to make sure you are comfortable at all times. They do a great job with the cleaning and have some of the newest technology I have seen in a dentists office.
North Orange has been great for our family. We came from a dentist where we were not comfortable with some of the recommended procedures as we felt they were unnecessary. We havent felt that way with North Orange. They always explain what needs to be done in a friendly and objective manner. The office is also super clean and up to date, and the staff is very friendly.

After moving to Columbus Ohio, North Orange Family Dentistry has been the only place for me to visit for any of the dental care needs. I am very happy on my choice to choose this location. Great experience. I broke my tooth on a Sunday night. I hadnt switched to a dentist yet that was close to my home. I looked on our Facebook Community Page to see who others were going to and was ranked high by their patients. I found North Orange Family Dentistry through this search and I am so glad that I did. I called on Monday and they got me in to see Dr. Bogan, that afternoon. Dr Bogan and staff got a temporary crown made for me that day and the next day, they had my new crown ready-to-go. One important thing that I would like to convey to others, is that they make sure that you are comfortable and are pain free while doing a procedure. That is great for me because I do not numb easily. I cant say enough of how comfortable they made me feel. It was as if I had been a patient for years! Keep up the great work!!!
I really hate going to the dentist but the whole staff is warm and friendly and helps to make it as positive of an experience as possible. It is by far the best experience Ive had with any dental office. My 4 year old asks regularly when her next appointment is; she cant wait to go back!

Ive actually never had a cleaning from the dentist himself, and he removed some stubborn tartar under the gum line others had overlooked. I broke part of my tooth on Sunday and made an appointment on Wednesday at 10:45. I was given an evaluation and was told that I would need a crown. They were able to prep the tooth and gave me a temporary. I returned at 4:15 p.m. and was fitted with a permanent crown the same day. Dr Ellington and the north orange dental staff were awsome! I can’t say enough about North Orange! They are the absolute best in care & concern for their patients’ well-being. My family goes there (husband, 9yo son & me) but I also sent my mom there. She is a very sick lady suffering from many chronic diseases and taking lots of medications. I called ahead to discuss her history with the staff before asking if they would take her on as a new patient and the time that was dedicated to the discussion & care plan impressed me so much. The care & detail dedicated to my mom was demonstrated furthermore when she arrived. She is in chronic pain and always feeling poorly - they gave her warm blankets to help with her shaking and made her some coffee & a bagel because she was nauseous. They went above & beyond, more than I could’ve asked for. They are also working closely with her heart doctors to proceed cautiously with the dental treatment she’s in need of. Thank you, Dr Bogan & the entire North Orange staff, for treating my mom like the precious jewel she is! You will always be my 1st recommendation.

My wife went here for some work done for a cap and follow up. The environment is very clean and nice. The staff was very friendly, in addition she had a great overall dental experience from start to finish. In the service industry, its important to develop relationship with customers/clients. The overall comfort and experience my wife had has retained my wife for her future dental needs.
My grand daughter had her 1st filling at her last appointment. Dr. Ellinger and her staff were exceptional with her. They were so patient with her and walked her through the process. Was looking for a new dentist and received a recommendation from a friend for North Orange Family Dentistry. When I called for an appointment, I told the front desk representative that I had a slight tooth ache and she offered me a same day appointment for a cleaning/x-rays. I was amazed as this rarely happens in dentistry (I know because I used to work in the field). My appointment was very quick - and I wasnt forced to wait for a long time. Dr. Bogan was very professional and courteous. Great experience overall!

Dental services are fine, but watch out for payment and insurance processing. Even though I provided new insurance information up front, they processed under old insurance, and charged me. Now they are making me wait for reimbursement for their mistake. To the owner: I already tried calling you. You call me if you have a solution. You have my number.

After seeing numerous positive reviews on facebook of moms in the area, we decided to give North Orange Family Dentistry a try. My husband and I both have received a cleaning which was painless, on time and a very easy process. The staff at this facility is extremely service oriented and helped navigate the complex billing process of delta dental when figuring out some future treatment needs. Would highly recommend this practice!

Everyone who works here seems to genuinely enjoy their job, which is rare to find today! Something that makes North Orange stand out is their respect for my time. Never have I been made to wait, which was common at other dentists I have used in the past. When I arrive for my scheduled appointment and check in at the front desk, someone almost immediately greets me and brings me back to a chair.Over the years we have referred several family members and co-workers, and they all have had good experiences. We will continue to be patients at North Orange for as long as we live in central Ohio.

At my most recent visit, my appointment type got screwed up (which may very well have been my fault) but the office was more than willing to accommodate me! I just switched to North Orange Family Dentistry about 6 months ago and was pleasantly surprised. I was forced to switched due to healthcare plans and was not very happy about it at first. Since then I have come to love their staff and drive from Dublin up to North Orange for the great service. They are gentle with cleanings and sensitive to people who, like me, are nervous about procedures such as cavity fillings. I would 100% recommend them.
Being new to the area we needed to find a dentist for our family. We went to this one because it was close by. We were not disappointed. They take their time with the children who may be afraid and they give ample reminders so that you do not miss your appointment. The staff and hygienists are kind and quite patient which we appreciate. We recommend this office!
Great service, friendly staff, great location. I needed to chose a new dentist practice as my previous one was not covered by my new insurance. So I searched online for good practices within the area that also took my new insurance. During my first visit, we did many things related to examining my teeth, some of which I never have had before such as the gum measurements and the panoramic head x-ray. I have had this done before but not with a dentist. Mason was my hygienist during my appointment. He was really kind, thoughtful and great at giving the details of what we were going to do. A bonus is that North Orange recently moved into their new building at the time of my visi . The TVs in the exam rooms were a plus. Watched fixer upper whole getting my teeth cleaned!

I needed to bring my daughter with me to an appt and they set her up with a little chair and turned the TV on for her to watch by my side. I am usually very uncomfortable and anxious at the dentist. I have never enjoyed getting my teeth cleaned. North Orange Family Denistry has changed that for me! My hygeniest, Doni, was AMAZING! She has so much knowledge in the field and made sure she was making me comfortable and relaxed the entire time. My teeth have never been this clean! Dr. Bogan was friendly and welcoming. I loved my first appointment with North Orange Family Dentistry! It was great to get the appointment reminders. I was there on time and was taken back to the chair as soon as I finished my brief paperwork. I liked the ability to complete my forms online. The staff was friendly, they let me watch what I wanted on tv. Oh and I have a few more fillings that need repaired and they have sent me the amount I can expect to pay, gotten it pre-authorized from my insurance as well. It takes the guess work out of the procedure costs and helps me plan for when I can get this taken care of! It was a great experience.

I was so impressed with my visit yesterday. I had to have a filling replaced, which is always traumatic for me. I dont mind a lot of procedures and dont get worked up about doctor visits, but dentistry is hard. I have tooth sensitivity and I never get fully numb for fillings. So, I expected to just have to deal with pain at this visit. And, this was my first visit at North Orange for anything outside of a cleaning since we switched dentists two years ago. Dr. Ellinger must have remembered my conversation from my Dec cleaning when we decided to get this filling done. She came in and spoke in depth to me about how she planned to ensure that I was fully numb before the process began. She talked me through the whole procedure and gave me plenty of time to let the Novocaine work. Once she began to remove the old filling, I was prepared to feel it. But, I didnt!! Not a bit of it!!! I had a fast, pain free experience that she walked me through each next step as she worked. AND, she got my bite correct the first time. I didnt have to go back once I could feel again to have an adjustment on the filling level. This was such a great visit; I was so happy!! I want to thank her for caring enough to make sure I had no pain or discomfort and for not minimizing my fears of how traumatic tooth work is to me. Thank you, Dr. Ellinger and staff!!

The whole experience was more than I could ask for. I didn’t feel the Novocain being administered at all. That is a first for me and I have had more than my share of Novocain over the years. So there was no pain during the procedure. Dr. Bogan knows his stuff - he took off two crowns to prepare for the the bridge and with the help of his assistants - “made my day”. They made me a great temporary bridge (this was for a front tooth so I was really concerned). There is a lot of team work here and they were concerned for me and always checking to make sure I was ok and asking if I needed anything. My experience was exceptional and so is this dental practice. Most of all talent of the pros that work here are exceptional (and they are all nice). I can’t wait to see the finished product!

Was able to make my appointment online and the tool let me see all appointments available, making booking a snap. All my forms were sent digitally and I was seen right at my appointment time. Weve been coming to North Orange for about 2.5 years, starting out with a visit for my daughter who had just turned two. All staff at this practice have been great- the front office, hygienists, and Dr. Bogan. Always such an easy, quick experience. I only go every 6 months and i am still greeted by my name in the lobby and taken back to the chair within a minute or two of arriving. The dental assistants are very friendly and quick, and Dr. Bogan is always gentle and fast! It is so easy to pop in for my 6 month check up during lunch or quickly after work!
We moved to the area and I unfortunately went to another practice first and wasnt impressed. I then looked up reviews for practices in my area and North Orange came highly recommended and a huge plus, it is located behind my childrens pediatrician. The office is very nice, clean, and relaxing. The cleaning went well and everyone was super personable. I will definitely be returning when my next cleaning is due!
I lost my crown over vacation. They got me right in when I returned home. The dentist and dental assistant were awesome! I was in and out with my crown replaced. The finance department had my estimate ready by the time I left. So I was able to pay my bill and return to work within an hour or so.

Dr Bogan & his staff are wonderful! Very nice and flexible with our schedules. Our whole family had a great experience in his office. We took our 3 year old to him recently for his first cleaning & the whole staff treated him like a rock star. He loved being able to watch cartoons on tv while getting his teeth cleaned & picking a prize from the box when he was done. We look forward to seeing them again in 6 months.

Dr Bogan and his terrific staff continue to perform an excellent job! Everyone on the staff is incredibly friendly, efficient, but most importantly, caring about their patients. I can’t help but notice a large portion of the patients are children, and the effort the office staff puts into making these kids feel at ease (dare I even say, make sure they have fun?) is wonderful to see!This was my first visit in several years, so in addition to the normal cleaning I also had a series of X-rays to accomplish, yet my total office visit time was well under an hour. There was virtually no wait; as soon as I checked in I was in the back getting X-rays. Immediately after I was having fun conversations with my hygienist before Dr Bogan came in for a thorough look over, and before I knew it, I was on my way home!I’m very happy to see Dr Bogan is moving his office to a larger building next door this summer; with the way his practice is growing, i have no doubt they need the additional room!Thank you Dr Bogan for offering an outstanding service and having such a wonderful staff on hand! I honestly cant say enough good things about North Orange Family Dentistry! They were so accommodating and able to get me and my children in for our appointments all in one day...not many offices can do that. Being a working mom, this was a huge plus!! I would highly recommend them to friends and family!
Due to our last dentist not taking our insurance anymore, we were left searching for a new dentist. After during research and checking our insurance, we decided to give North Orange Family Dentistry a try. We hit the jackpot with Dr. Bogan and staff. They are all friendly, professional, and make their patients feel comfortable. Its such a good feeling to know our familys dental needs are being taken care of.
Amazing experience. After submitting apt request online for tooth pain/emergency, they called me at 9pm on a Sunday evening. Got me in right away the next day. They were kind professional and quick to resolve my issue. I can’t say enough amazing things and I will be a lifelong patient and will tell all my friends and family the same! You won’t be disappointed

My husband and I were in DESPERATE need of a dentist. I was referred by a good friend to North Orange.. They were so detailed and accommodating.. They have a no pressure approach and you leave feeling informed and in control.As a bonus, there open floor plan is beautiful and very warm. I am happy we have found our dentist.
I was nervous with finding a new dentist in Columbus, but was blown away with the service I received at North Orange. Dr. Bogan walked me through the entire process of filling my cavity- from pointing out the spots on the x-ray, making sure I was completely comfortable during the procedure, and to explaining clearly how my insurance would cover the costs. These are the things you would hope for from any dentist, but dont always receive.
I have been going there for several years now and as always the staff is professional and very friendly. Dr Bogan is in my opinion one of the best dentist in this area. I’ve had extremely difficult dental issues and he is the only one I trust to take care of them.

2022-03-23I went to this dentist an hour away because it was in my network but ended up getting a surprise bill. After talking to both this location and my insurance, I was told by my insurance to have the facility resubmit my bill and it should go through. I didnt hear anything for a couple months, so I assumed this was the case. I just got a bill that said my payment was 90 days overdue. I think the job they did was adequate, and this probably is the insurance companys issue too, but I just feel like I wasted my time and gas going here when this location gave me the expectation that my work would be covered.

2022-05-09Typical bad business. They wanted to charge me over $1000 out of pocket for a deep cleaning and I refused to because I have 5 estimates from other local dentists with the highest estimate being only $350. I said for now I will just get a regular cleaning done which Im overdue for as it is because Im not spending $700 over the reasonable price compared to all other dentists Ive gotten estimates from. So they canceled my appointment and told me they would not do a regular cleaning that I was due for anyway because it wouldnt be beneficial to me. So let me get this straight, no cleaning at all is appropriate to them because I refuse to spend over a $1000 on a cleaning because they are price gouging. Of course all of their responses on Google reviews are just invalidating patient issues so I expect to receive the same. I closed my account with them after 7 years. Not the first time they played these games. My fiance is leaving as well. Bad business. Maybe you should worry more about actual patient care than having to price gouge people just to pay for your upgraded equipment and office.

2022-07-19It was my first dentist visit and I love it here, the hygienist did a great job explaining things in details and cleaning my teeth. The doctor was young and was a nice chat that we had… overall excellent job and clean visinity!!

2022-03-15As always, a great experience! Trainee Stacey was soaking it all in on day one and her dental hygienist trainer was awesome. I even had a drastic drop in blood sugar and they actually had a glucose fix for me. Although embarrassing, they cared for me well in that moment. Grateful. -John

2022-05-26Very happy with the professionalism of this practice. I need to have several crowns and was pleasantly surprised that the cost was must less than I anticipated. The staff is also very friendly and insurance claims are processed efficiently. I would highly recommend this practice.

2022-06-20I broke a tooth on Saturday and called the office and left a message Dr Ellinger returned my call within 5 minutes and set up an appointment for me at 8 am Monday morning because I was leaving to go out of state. My temporary fix was done within 40 minutes and I was on my way. Thank you so much for seeing me so quickly. Your the best.
