DO NOT GO TO THIS VET .You will never get your records when you do realize the mistake you made by going here , I have delt with many vets before I retired from the field and I can tell you I have never delt with more rude and nasty people. So many clients complained that they were hard to understand and rough with there pets.the receptionist is the worst.like I said God forbid you want your records the Dr will call you and harass you .JUST GO ANYWHERE ELSE
My cat had been throwing up for a few days and seemed super lethargic. We werent able to get her a same day appointment for her usual vet and I was worried about her condition so I called North Olmsted Animal Hospital to see if I could get her in. They were able to see her immediately and even stayed open later just for her to make sure she got the care she needed. They even had me come in for a follow up appointment free of charge to make sure that the medication they gave her was working. Im so very thankful and appreciative for Dr. Raina and all of the staff at North Olmsted Animal Hospital! Theyre so nice and really care about giving the best care possible to your pet. Thank you all so much!
Everyone was quite nice once on site which greatly makes up for somewhat hurried and distracted phone conversation especially for a new pet visit. The staff, specifically the vet was extremely nice to us and compassionate toward our cat. He explained to us what he was doing and involved us just the right amount during the exam, shots and nail trim. We did have a longer than expected wait (20 minutes) which some people might complain about but they said 2 emergency visits put them behind which I will take as a positive meaning if/when I have an emergency I can count on N.O. Animal hospital.
Dr Raina is the only Vet I will go to! He saved my cat who was very near to death and provided surgery at a very affordable price. I came into the office in tears and left with hope and nothing but good experiences. The staff are exceptional and really take the time to get to know not only you but also your pet. I call in every few months for my cats special food and they already have it ready and waiting. Honestly couldnt ask for better service.
My cat was showing some signs of a general cold so I wanted to get him checked out just in case, plus he was due for boosters. I just moved and this place was close and had decent reviews and could get him in fairly quickly. I will not be going back. Completely unorganized, unprofessional, seems like it hasnt been cleaned in a decade, plus a check up and shots was $300?! Also the vet told me I should be feeding my cats dry food as its better for them than wet. Which is completely incorrect, and pretty basic cat knowledge. Should have gone to the emergency vet, would have been cheaper and better.
I have been taking my dogs to Dr. Raina for close to 20 years. He has always cared for them to the very best of his ability. He previously cared for my golden retriever who suffered from cancer at only 6 yrs old. He was hand feeding him at one point to try to keep him alive. He truly cares for the animals he sees. Currently, I have a 12 year old Brittany who has been with Dr. Raina since I brought him home at 6 weeks old. He has had several dental cleanings performed by Dr. Raina over the years. Last year, he was in need of another cleaning but I opted against it due to his age. A few days ago my dog developed an abcessed tooth and the infection needed surgery. Dr. Raina went over the risks but did blood work beforehand and told me he would use a more sensitive anesthesia and do his best. He was able to extract the bad tooth plus 3 additional teeth, clean all others and take him off the sedation before it became too hard on my senior dog. He saved my dog from a more serious infection and extended his life. I am so thankful for his skill and knowledge.
We have been taking our bulldog here for years. They are always caring and professional! The facility is excellent and they have accommodated our needs every time. They have great hours for people with jobs and children but they do get busy. We have met bulldog parents from PA that drive to this place because they are the best.
My cats had allergy problems and they were able to get me in fast! Mary was very nice, but the doctor was old and hard to understand because he has an accent…when I asked him to explain things again or when I asked quest, it seemed he got frustrated to have to explain it different or again so….Mary had to lol.my two cats got steroid shots and two vaccines and the bill was about 300$. Not too bad but not cheap. I felt the doctor was a bit rough with my animals…he didn’t have the compassion you would expect from a vet…..I wouldn’t recommend going here unless you need to see someone fast…but even then I heard some negative things so honestly it seems hit or miss with this guy…they seemed unorganized…and at the time I went the phone lines for credit cards had issues.
My dog had an allergic reaction to something (we assume a bug bite) and my vet was closed. After she started having trouble breathing I got her in the car and here to the animal hospital. They were very nice and took her in and cared for her. Very nice Vet and staff. Thank you for helping my baby.
My dog had a tumor on his back. I took him to North Olmstead Animal Hospital to have this tumor removed by Dr. Raina. My dog was seen quickly, operated on, and sent home with me all in the same day! The operated site was sutured and looked clean. Dr. Raina took the time to walk me through what was done and how to appropriately care for my dog through his recovery.I have been coming to Dr. Raina for all my pet care as he has always been professional, compassionate, and extremely knowledgeable. I moved out of Ohio several years ago, but still continue to come back to North Olmstead Animal Hospital. The staff is awesome and the prices are very reasonable - definitely hard to go anywhere else! Highly recommended!!
There is no other vet that I trust with our baby! Ive never met a more caring dr and staff!!! He truly cares and calls US to see how she is! Zayla, his assistant is just as warm and wonderful!!!!! Cant thank them enough for all they do!!!!!Another review...once again, I can’t thank Dr. Raina enough! Our baby is almost 15 and still doing great due to this great man! Calls personally to check on her! ♥️♥️♥️ I wish he was a people dr! We love you!Update: we lost my best friend yesterday..distraught is an understatement!Dr. Reina gave us, 4 extra years with all the love and compassion! At 12 years old, Dr. Reina removed a very large tumor..along with that, she (Chichi) had an enlarged heart. She turned 16 in February (yes, we had a sweet 16 party for her). We never thought we would have those 4 years!16 years is still not long enough, she was one of mine and my husbands child! My shadow, my heart!Dr. Reina shows his love for fur babies on a constant basis. He almost cried with us and then gave me a hug!Dr. Reina, we love you!
Awful experience.I have a sick cat who isnt taking his medicine. I asked for help at 1130am with options giving him medicine. They said theyd call back, and they never did. I called back, no answer. This is two days after he was seen and we were told he had gastroentitis and needed medicine twice daily. They didnt seem too concerned for my cats well being seeing as how they never called back.We called another vet and they helped, no problem. Very responsive. Gave us a nice demo on how to administer medicine using a pill gun.The next day (today), however, we found it hard to give our cat medicine at home with the pill gun. Called and Whoever I spoke to was very unprofessional and unhelpful. Hung up on us twice. Was very rude.We called back and demanded to talk to the doctor and he was also rude. Instead of helping us figure out or find a solution for administering medicine to our cat, he only said we could keep him there for a week but he would need to be sedated every time the medicine was administered.Offered no other help. A vet down the street said we could come in twice a day and they would administer the medicine for us. How hard is it to accommodate a customer with a sick pet? Youre an animal hospital. You should be more empathetic. We will never be back and we will tell everyone we know to never take your pet to this pathetic excuse of a hospital
I really appreciated the fact that they were upfront and knowledgeable about payment and didnt try to sneak anything into the cost of the bill like other vet offices are notorious for. Staff was very friendly and I really felt like Dr. Raina did a thorough job of diagnosing our senior dog, who was there for stroke symptoms. He called me promptly the next day to discuss test results and took the time to answer any questions I had. He also called a second time to ask how my dog was doing. I would definitely recommend this hospital.
Extremely friendly and caring staff. Excellent customer service. Called about 10 other animal hospitals regarding my issue and this receptionist blew me away ... her knowledge was far beyond what I expected and her warmth was felt through the phone. An actual compassionate person who listens and cares about the outcome. They have just made a new client!
Hey, don’t go to this vet. I went here about a year and a half ago and though I wrote a review at the time on Yelp, I feel a responsibility to write one here as well. This doctor abused my cat, and as you’ll see on Yelp I’m not the only one. Dr pulled my cat violently by his leg when he was scared and wanted to get back in his carrier. A cat should not be dragged by the leg like this ever. A caring professional knows this and would never do that. I’ve worked in pet care a decade and fortunately haven’t come across such abuse before. Also he tried to force some shot on me for a simple foot allergy wound that I ended up healing fine at home on my own. When I said no to that doctor just tried to force a cream on me ( essentially the same as polysporin which you can get at the drug store). He didn’t listen and like very very obviously did not care at all. I’ve maybe not met someone who seemed to care less about animals. As the other Yelp reviewer said, you can get your degree but that doesn’t mean you care. One of the most dangerous things is someone who doesn’t care and is abusive to the population they are meant to be caring for. I’m writing this review again because my Yelp review popped up and I went to google this business and can’t believe they have so many stars. And I’m afraid with covid, where you can’t go in, people are blindly trusting these people. Do not take your animal here. EVER.
Took my dog Mocha there last year and she received excellent care. Her examination went well and I was informed that she was healthy. Took her in again 2 days ago for her yearly exam and to be spayed. They asked me to drop her off at 9am and we did. I called at noon to check up on her and I was informed that they were just about to get started. At about 2pm Dr. Raina calls and tells me that as soon as they administered anesthesia to Mocha she went into cardiac arrest and died. My dog was perfectly fine until I took her there and now my family is dealing with the heartache of loosing our pup. Had an exam been done prior to the procedure, they perhaps would have been able to tell if something was wrong with her but that was not done. He tells me that they worked on her for 25mins and she did not come back but she is still laying on the table if I wanted to come back. At the end of the day, I myself and my family believes they killed our dog. No processes or precautions were explained to us prior to. You are the vet. If you felt that my dog perhaps had a heart condition then you would have been the one to diagnose it BEFOREHAND and not assume once you pronounced her dead.P.s. Thank you for your response. Fact is, blood tests and imaging were NOT offered to us. She was checked out at the vet emergency 2 weeks prior to her visit with you all and no issues were indicated. She was seen for an unrelated issue and we were able to pick her up. As I said before, she had her physical ther a year prior and with the blood work done, I was never contacted saying if everything was good or if her blood work showed something else. Yes the service you provided was efficient PRIOR to the visit where I dropped her off and now she is basically in a box sitting instead of being the happy, lovely 2y/o puppy she WAS
One of the best vets we have seen. We love Dr. Raina! Our Goldendoodle cant wait to see him. And it so obvious that he love and cares for our doodle too. The staff is great. You can tell they enjoy their job, they take the time to get to know your pet and you as the pet owner. I dont know what we would do without them!
My first time coming here was during covid and they were not taking people into the building. Which I totally understand and was fine with! But the person who we handed our dog to seemed not to care, wasn’t listening to our concerns and didn’t even bother to get the name of our dog right. This was our first time taking our dog to the vet and we had a few things we were concerned about and wanted to get checked out. When they came back out and we asked again about the concerns the nurse had clearly forgotten we even asked about them and they obviously hadn’t checked on them. So our dog went back in again. Seemed like they weren’t actually concerned about our pet and we left feeling very non-confident with our experience there.
I brought a new cat to Dr. Rainer today - a beautiful Siamese cat. While watching him, I noticed that the cat was loving all the attention, and told him that hes really a great vet. He cares about animals, cares about people, gives great advice, and takes great care of all of my cats. He is also always looking for ways to be through, and save people money. The front desk couldnt be better. His girls know a lot, are personable, and accommodating. I just wish I knew about this place earlier; I would have saved a lot of money, and my pets would have been given the best care.
I have been taking my two small dogs to Dr.Raina for years now.The best Veterinary doctor around whom is also surrounded by a great staff. My one dog had a thankfully non cancerous cyst/mass and required a difficult surgery being embedded in his lower jaw bone and tissue.A trying time my little family member has made a great recovery and is now back to normal. That is only one account of MANY that Dr.Raina has persevered with my beloved dogs.Thank you Dr.Raina.A doctor that is extremely knowledgeable and truly cares about his furry friend patients well being and also makes himself available around the clock... The only vet I completely trust.
My 12 year old cat snagged his claw in fabric when jumping down from a bed and broke his toe at 1 in the morning on July 4th holiday weekend. We called the only place open at 1 in the morning (MedVet on Brookpark) they told us the exam would be $109, xrays $400, sedation $100+, and they didnt estimate treatment, medication, or taxes!Dr. Raina was recommend to me by someone on Facebook and was the only Vet to answer his phone at 9am. He was closed for the holiday but thankfully agreed to take my cat in right away so the poor thing wouldnt have to suffer in pain until Monday morning. He was very professional. His office is very clean and it felt homey. It had a lot of information about pet care in the waiting area. His prices were more than fair! Only $285 altogether. I cant thank him and his staff enough for being there for us in our desperate time of need!!! They gave us our cat back wrapped in a towel and even let us keep the towel. I really felt the TLC from them for our fur baby. We will definitely be back! 🐱❤🐾#NorthOlmstedAnimalHospital #S.S.Raina,D.V.M.
We had a very sick kitty, and the vet took us in that day as they were closing. I cant express how much I appreciate them taking us, a new client, to get my kitty the care she needed asap. They were very kind and followed up the next day with additional care, and were refreshingly affordable. Thank you again for care you gave to Arya.
My dog and cat were having some health issues. My poor pug was having eye and ear problems, while my cat had bad allergies and a UTI. For the past year, I have been taking them to another vet, which is supposedly the best in Cleveland. My animals never got better, they didnt take much time with us and they charged us a ton of money. Within days of taking my animals to Dr. Raina, both are doing so much better. He took the time to really examine them and the prices were very reasonable. I am so glad we went here - we will definitely be back!
I took my dog there for an emergency and when I walked in they said there was nothing that they could do because they were closing Soon. I asked them if they could at least do a quick exam and refused because of that reason. However there were 3 doctors in the building doing nothing but standing there. I will never recommend this place nor go there ever again. The closest place I was able to go to was in fairview. There is no reason this place should have above 3 stars
This place is very unorganized I asked for my dogs records and they said they would email them to me which they never did so I went up to the office and was told it would take 7 days because the doctor had to sign off on them which makes no sense. Then I asked for my dogs shot records to have her taken somewhere else and they wrote the information down on a card. I do not recommend this place at all.
I was visiting home from Toledo when my puppy was running around with my family dogs and ended up hurting his paw. He was whining and limping so I called NOAH and they said they were completely booked for the next day but that they would fit me in. They told me to drop my pup off at opening time and they would fit him in for an exam and X-ray when they could. The only reason I gave them 4 instead of 5 was because my puppy was there from 9:30am-3:30pm which is a long day to sit. Which I completely don’t blame them for because I am just happy that they could make time to look at my puppy!! Thank you for squeezing us into your busy schedule. My puppy’s already limping less with the pain medication that he was prescribed!
Dr. Raina is one of the best vets I have been too. He is very passionate about the animals and provides great services for them. He has very reasonable prices. He also has a after hour answering service in case there are emergencies. Not only does he see dogs and cats he also will see small animals. He is a amazing vet and I would recommend him to anybody!
I board my dogs here as well as go to the vet. Dr. Raina is great. The people are fantastic with my babies. My girl scratches at the door to let her IN, when we get there and wants to run back to the boarding area when we arrive. It makes it so much easier to leave them when we go on vacation. Thanks for taking such good care of them.
Love Dr. Raina...he has taken care of all my animals for years and has kept my 24-year-old cat around for all those years and recently took a cancerous tumor off his lower lip with great success. That is a miracle and also took care of my dog who has had a problem with her foot not healing from a wound with another veterinarians error and Dr. Raina has cleared it up after a couple of visits when I was going back and forth for weeks at the other clinic...love Dr. Raina to pieces...would highly recommend him to anyone.
Ive been taking my dog to Dr. Raina for 2 years. He and his staff are enjoyable to work with, friendly and knowledgeable. He is always thorough and to the point with his examinations, while being gentle with my dog. And he is fair with his services, I never feel that he is trying to upcharge me. Id recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy, long-term vet.
I called them at 2pm today hoping they could get my new kitten in sometime this week as she was losing weight & having stomach issues all though I know everywhere is jam packed and some clinics aren’t even accepting new patients so I already didn’t have much faith..this wonderful clinic got us in same day, AND stayed after hours. We did wait for about an hour to be seen but it was well worth it. My kitty was given antibiotics and the staff genuinely cared, great prices as well. Absolutely recommend for regular exams, illness diagnoses and vaccinations!
I have been going to Dr. Raina for years with my cat. He has been extremely helpful and kind at each visit. He is always willing to go above and beyond for his patients... and it shows! I recommended Dr. Raina and his staff! They will take VERY good care of you and your pet.
My cat was very sick, hadnt eaten in about a week and I called and made an appointment with Dr. Raina and she was in the next day. He gave her a few shots, some ear drops and we were on our way for such a LOW price, and by the next day I could already tell how much better my cat was feeling. He is great!
The client, Margarita Jones brought a cat for examination and treatment of skin lesions, for first time. The cat’s registration form was filled out. Doctor was examining affected leg, she (owner) released cat and cat started to walk into carrier. Doctor asked owner to hold the cat so further examination could be completed. So holding cat for examination was not manhandling. The diagnosis as well as treatment options were discussed. All treatment was declined by owner. Owner claimed to know more than a veterinarian. She insisted to see medications, and showing one of medications, she could not figure out its ingredients. Pets are examined, diagnosed, and treated. All appropriate professional recommendations are given to clients. Medications are purchased, stocked and dispensed by veterinarians and owner is billed accordingly. Medications are not displayed on a table, so owner could pick and choose. Owner declined treatment recommendations and her decision not to treat cat was honored respectfully. Owner was aware of office call which she paid reluctantly. The hospital is kept neat and clean.Conclusion1.No manhandling of pet. Pet was safely examined.2.Client claims to know more than professional veterinarians (No professional training done.)3.Client overwhelmed by negative thoughts about every aspect of visit at hospital.4.Client more concerned about her bill rather than to take care of her sick pet.5.Not billed for any medication as she declined to treat pet.6.Owners write reviews at their own discretion.
Dr Raina is by far the best Vet we have every had. Our Daisy girl went in for what a thought was a rash, turns out her anal gland burst inside and even though he closed at 3 and we were there well after he still took her in to surgery and was there till 8pm that night with her. His pricing it by far the cheapest I have seen and after hrs there is no answering service, the phone rings straight to his phone. I love the kind of service we get from him and that he makes our Daisy baby just as important to him as she is to us
Been going to this vet for quite some time. Never had any issues. Reasonably priced and they really care for my pets. Even my husbands family had been going here before we met. To say this man doesnt care about animals is as ignorant as saying the sun isnt hot. I moved out of state and I will be returning to dr Rainas office before I move my Cats down here with me.
Dr. Raina is great! I have been going to him for over 10 years. Today I took a stray cat who was dying and needed to be put to sleep. The doctor said to come right away and answers his phone even though the office is closed. He also makes you feel better and he is very comforting knowing that when our pets are sick we are stricken with grief. Thank you Dr.Raina and staff
Had an appointment with them to get my brand new puppy check out, she had a spot on her that looked very concerning and the vet cancelled the day of! we were totally okay with that because stuff happens we rescheduled for the following Friday and they cancelled last minute again! and nearly hung up on us. my poor pup needs a vet.
I had recently moved to the West Side and needed a good vet for my pets. I had been using the same vet for over 15 years, so trust was a BIG issue. We have tried others on this side of town and didnt 100% like them. However we found Dr. Raina while looking up veterinarians on Google. We payed them a visit before taking our cat to them and they were wonderful, friendly and caring. We dropped Isabella off before we went on vacation to get her shots, checked out and de-clawed. When we came home, I went to get Isabella and you could tell how well they took care of her. I finally had met Dr. Raina and all I can say is he is a wonderful caring man. I will now be taking ALL my pets to them.
I’m unsure why they have so many stars on google as opposed to yelp. Never go here. The vet manhandled my cat, pulling his leg with the wound hard when he tried to go back in his carrier. I told him not to pull his leg hard like that. Additionally he didn’t really diagnose the wound and I seemed to know more about it than he did. I worked as a pet sitter for a decade but am not a vet. He tried to sell me on an injection I didn’t want and then a cream. He got upset when I asked to see the cream and didn’t want to show me. He spent more time asking if I bought a house than looking at the wound. I left upset and paid 38 dollars still.
This vet saved our dogs life this past weekend!! He was the only vet that would come in on a Sunday to do an emergency surgery. Without him and the staff my dog would not be alive. They went above and beyond and truly care about the animals! I will never go anywhere else! Ever! Thank you and we will be forever grateful!
I dont know where to begin! We owe this place and Doctor soooo much for saving our dogs life when nobody was around on a Sunday. His passion and dedication to his job as well as the animals is unmeasurable. He is extremely knowledgeable and has been in business for many many years. We were referred to him by my in laws because our vet was closed when our blue pit bull went into a dangerous status as she was not fixed and formed an infection called pyometra. We were caught completely off guard and we were pressed for time to save her life. She is only 4 years old and it was the saddest thing ever. If he wouldnt have went above and beyond that day, our dog would not be here with us right now. We have 4 dogs total and love them so much. We had our own vet we used before this infection happend and Im not one to try new people especially with my dogs. I have to be completely honest, I will never go anywhere else except to north Olmsted animal hospital from now on. Words cannot explain how much we like this doctor. Saving our dogs life and us being able to bring her back home that day, will forever be cherished in our hearts. If your looking for a great vet please give this place a chance. You will not be disappointed. Thanks again doctor and staffLove Derek, Tara, and Lola (our dog).
I used NOAH from 2010 to 2012 and always received good service from Dr Raina and the front office staff. The best thing I liked about this office frankly, was the pricing. This was by far, the least expensive vet Ive ever had. Most recently in 2012, my older cat was hospitalized for about a week, with many meds and tests done and overall, it was only about 450+/- which Im certain at other vets would have been $1000++ - Whoever wrote the other review has to understand another thing I liked about this office is that Dr. Raina never was one to BS me about what needed done or not done. Maybe there really was nothing to be done to this stray animal. Some vets would insist they *could* do a hundred things when they knew otherwise and your money would be spent, regardless. If I ever move back to the Cleveland area, NOAH will be my vet of choice.
My sisters dog that she has had for 10 years became ill. She took her in and for 2 day of worry and phone calls from this vet about what might be wrong finally came to say that the dog would need surgery... My sister gave him the go ahead. Only to recieve another call and was told that she was in organ failure and that she needed to be put down.My sister agreed but asked to come and say goodbye first only to be told she was costing him money and he was not wasting any more time on her dog. We did however make it there before and picked her up along with her records and took her elsewhere for a second opinion which unfortunately the end result was the same and she was put to rest. Moral of the story is he may have been right about her illness but he is an insensitive human being and if he treats his 4 legged patients as terrible as he treats human beings I certainly wouldnt reccomend him to anyone. Oh and by the way she was not in organ failure at all she had a uterine infection.
Though the staff is nice enough and this vet has other positive reviews, for us sadly the outcome caused the loss of our pet.We took our bunny in on Friday, 11/4 to be fixed. The pre-op instructions were no food after 8 p.m. the night before and no water after midnight. We were also told post-op would include only water and on 11/5 we could return to a normal diet. We followed their instructions! The surgery went as planned on 11/4 and our pet died on 11/5 at night. We called and spoke with the vet on Monday, 11/7 and he said there were no complications in surgery. Weve since done lots of research on spaying and neutering of rabbits and have learned bunnies are not to fast. When a bunny goes without food for too long their digestive systems shut down and ultimately they die. Bunnies arent able to throw-up, so there is no need to fast like a dog or cat. Many bunny sites warn in fact that the average vet doesnt know that and will give a rabbit owner the same instructions as they would a dog or cat owner. Im not pointing blame, but perhaps we would have been better served seeing a small animal specialist. We loved our bunny and lost our pet way too soon. Sadly it might have been avoided if we had proper knowledge. A valuable lesson in ALWAYS doing homework first even when seeing an expert.
Its obvious that the positive reviews are staged. If youre smart you can see it. I really wanted to believe that this office had the knowledge to coincide with their prices, kindness, and obsene amount of positive Google reviews. It does not. After performing an extremely invasive and expensive surgery on my cat, they sent her home half dead. It became apparent that none of them knew what they were doing. They handed her to us and said If shes going to live it is up to you now. They basically handed us a corpse. It was a very common and routine surgery that I paid for. She should not have been returned in a dying condition. The LIQUID medicine they sent home to administer was also dumped LOOSE inside random secondary handwritten jars, no LOT numbers or expiration dates recorded - thats not normal. Its unsanitary and unsterile. Its a cheap way to cut corners and its actually illegal to dispense medicine in this way.I rushed her to West Park Animal Hospital that same day. They performed an emergency surgery to clean up the previous one North Olmsted had performed and told us she had a massive infection.I would be comfortable saying that Dr. Raina hadnt performed a surgery like this and had no knowledge of how to correctly and safely perform it.This facility is gross.Would you want your fur baby sent home like this?
THIS PLACE MUDERS ANIMALS, I had a bunny named Zoey and my mom brought her and when I went to pick her up I noticed how sketchy that place was it looked so unprofessional and run-down and when I walked it was even morn unprofessional, Poop on the floor, and doctors sound like they dont know what theyre doing at all. I wouldnt even call them doctors. Neither veterinarians. So that night she was scared as heck and I picked her up I comfort her and I went to bed my father and my stepmother gave her the medicine that we were told to give her because she just got fixed and in the morning when I woke up she was not in her cage. I went upstairs asking where she was, I saw a towel over rectangular box that looks like a travel cage which I had not seen when I woke up I asked my dad if It was her travel cage, he responded Yes I said can I see her he said he no I asked him why not and he said something happened he talked to me and I said Im looking I peeled over the towel and was horrified to see her laying stiff and dead... Please do not go there I dont want you to have to risk or fear what I had to go through and what she had to go through because till this day with my new rabbit I still havent got him fixed and hes one years old going to turn two in September and hes still not fixed cuz Im still scarred... This place ruined my life forever... If I could rate a zero I 100% would. She wasnt even one yet and I was a innocent 9 or 10 year old... She was so sweet and such a good girl please no hate and actually have sympathy for me and care for her.
I dont see them wash the weight scales. They should be wiped down after every animal is weighed. One animal can have fleas and after being weighed and they throw on another animal thats animal can easily get fleas because they didnt wipe down the scale. I dont see them disinfect the brush they use on cats to see if they have fleas. I see them just take their fur off the comb and just toss it and the trash then put the brush away without disinfecting it. Otherwise I bring both my cats here for shots and when one or more is sick and they are taken care of with the right medicine given to me. Only one time they gave me medicine for my kitten when he had diarrhea and it didnt work at all so we had to go back then they gave me a pill form to give to my kitten instead which helped him better than the first medicine they gave me
Although I was told to delete my review and apologize to them I will not. But this is freedom of speech and it was not slander. The review here are fake and I have talk to alot of different people that has gone to this place. There no good and therefore stand by my review as a respect high rank Google reviewer.

2022-02-05The doctor and staff are always so wonderful and helpful! They treat our senior cats with quality and affordable care. Weve had a few medical emergencies and scares over the years, but my husband and I know that our old fur babies are in good hands. -Thank you!

2022-07-17I can not give enough respect to these two wonderful people that put my mind to ease when no one else would. My jasper started limping. Because, hes almost 9 yr old, corgi, Im not accepting what is around the Corner for us. I called the entire world to get him in a timely manner and I couldnt unless I paid a amount that I cant afford. Within 1 hour of calling them. I had complete x-rays with wonderful results. My jasper is just too chubby! They did not take advantage of peoples emotions and upcharge like others will. I will go out of my way to receive more services from this establishment

2022-05-17The vet and staff here are absolutely amazing. They’ve always gotten us right in when there’s urgency. They have taken great care of both of my pups. I had been trying to get one of my dogs in (Roxy) to a vet for a few months (I moved to Medina so I was trying to find a closer vet) due to a bad ear infection and every vet in Medina told me there’s a 2-3 month wait. I called here and they got her in asap. She did have a severe ear infection. They gave her the medicine she needed while happy talking her and complimenting her. Big thank you to all of the staff for being so kind and so caring of my pups. I really do love this vet. Highly recommend.

2021-07-22We adopted a 6 month old puppy from Valley View Animal Shelter on 7/17/21. She started hacking and gagging on Sunday 7/18/21. I called every vet within a 30 mile radius and I spoke with Sally who made a appointment for us to bring Sundae in after hours for a appointment. She was given one antibiotic shot and antibiotic pills. Doc said it’s bronchitis/kennel cough. Mary and the Dr told me to call Tuesday and let them know how Sundae was doing. She was hacking even more than on Monday so they had me take her back Tuesday after hours for another appointment. She was given 2 antibiotic shots and another prescription.Today is Thursday 7/22/21 and Sundae has so much more energy and she’s doing way better! I highly recommend North Olmsted Animal Hospital for anyone looking for a vet. It’s a small practice and even though they are already overwhelmed like everyone else in the veterinary field they MADE TIME FOR US which our regular vet didn’t even do!! They can’t make everyone happy and work 24/7 but they definitely care about the animals and not just the money. My animals are my kids and even though we have had Sundae less than a week we absolutely adore her. We went to North Olmsted Animal Hospital because they were the only place willing to take us last minute when we’ve never been there before this week and we love all of the staff there!!Next time you have a appointment please remember when you’re waiting in your car for what seems like forever with your fur baby, someone inside the office might be saying goodbye to theirs so try to be patient with staff because they have feelings and get attached to our babies and they need to have poker faces while crying on the inside.

2022-05-30Dr. Raina and her staff were fantastic with our pup Sully! Sully went in for shots and the vet still came out to chat with me (at a safe distance) and check in, asking if I had questions and going over vaccination reactions! We will definitely come back!

2022-05-25I’ve been using Dr. Raina as my primary Vet for over 10 years. He’s a wonderful Doctor, and always get us in the week of, when most places refuse to schedule us in for months. He’s always very accommodating, and their staff take great care of us. Would recommend.

2021-10-01Dr. Rainas office has gotten us in 3 times as an emergency type basis when our normal vet couldnt see us for weeks eventhough we were new to their practice. They work very hard there and are very nice people, and its obvious by how many clients are coming in within the hour. His prices are very reasonable also. His wife and other staff seem very caring too.

2022-05-25My Lilli was not feeling well, she had vomited and had diarrhea and there was blood on it. I left it in the hands of very professional and kind people. They were talking to me on the phone and the cost was very reasonable. Lilli is home on medication and very happy and I am very grateful.

2022-04-05Dr Raina is amazing, kind and believes in providing services at an affordable cost. I had a toy poodle that became very ill a number of years ago and wouldnt eat - Dr. Raina and his staff had me bring my dog in daily while I was at work where they would administer hand feedings to him - even on Sundays. They provided this at a rate that no business could truly operate under. When Dr. Raina suspected cancer and I wasnt ready to let go, he went out of his way to call multiple locations for X-rays and treatment to try and help with cost. I cannot say enough good things and have remained loyal with my current dog even though I have moved away from the area. Have you ever priced dental cleanings for a dog - do so and then get pricing from Dr. Raina. I cannot speak for other posts on this site but my experience has been that He always advises me to get bloodwork and prescreen completed before my dogs teeth are cleaned so I can attest to his routine 100%. Every person I have referred to him, has the same feedback and continues to be a patron.
