Renting from this company was the worst experience i have had in YEARS of renting. Poor maintenance and terrible management. Upon leaving i was assured my upcoming rent would not be deducted (which it did) took over a month after fighting daily to get it refunded. First they sent a check to the old place, after not receiving they said i needed to pay the check return fee which was ridiculous! When i got my security deposit back they deducted money for items that were reported broken or needed fixed multiple times. I was tired of fighting with them and finally just gave up. Long story short be very careful renting from North Coast. Never again for me nor would i ever recommend

I don’t know about you but it seems a bit unreasonable to tell someone youre charging them for new carpet when they move because they lived there for 2.5 years. Especially when the carpet did not have any stains and just needed a good cleaning.Do NOT rent from North Coast Capital Partners. The won’t prorate a move out and apparently expect you to replace your carpet prior to moving.
