Elijah Anderson has got to be one of the best Sales Associates at North Coast. He was so attentive to our needs, running to get car after car until we were completely happy, without even one complaint. And shout out to Elder who is an absolutely amazing Finance Mgr, who found car after car, again until we were completely happy!Thank you both so much for everything you guys did to get us in an amazing car.
Was absolutely wonderful! I’ve had a rough few years and this is the happiest I’ve been in a long time! Nothing like driving home in a brand new car and it’s all because of him and the rest of the fabulous staff! Honest, fair and worked hard to get what I wanted! This place is awesome! I just bought my first car from here!!! Nadar, Logan, and Emily were all fantastic. They don’t jump down your throat. Anthony Randall is a champ. I test drove a 2018 330i and it was dope. But then my dad and I spent like an hour just talking about cars with Anthony and it was the meeting of kindred spirits.I don’t know who needs to see this but if you go here, ask for Anthony. He’ll be the shortest, most confident guy in the room. I liked him he knows what he’s talking about and he admits when he doesn’t. And is humble enough to learn whatever wisdom you might share. He has zero traits one might expect from a “Sleazy Car Salesman™️“ type. He doesn’t talk over you or feel like he is constantly trying to steer the conversation and he doesn’t talk like he’s reading from a script. He is just genuinely passionate about cars and serving people. You can tell right away. You can’t teach that.I didn’t buy a car but if the car I’m looking for shows up there, I will go out of my way to give that dude a sale.

Applied for financing was approved. I had explained my first paystub this season was only for 2 days over the phone before I drove 45mins here they said thats not a issue they can call and verify with my employer. They failed to do that. The manager said I was good to go and just waiting to sign papers and sent my ride home (as I was about to drive the new car home) the manager then comes to me after being here for 4 hrs and says sorry theres only 18hrs on the paystub we cant help you now. Your out of luck and were sorry. (Mind you we live 45mins away and my 8yr old daughter is with me) This place for all the good ratings it has cost me 4hrs of my day, we drove 45mins here now Im sitting here in the parking lot with my daughter in the rain waiting on the wife to come back and get us. The sales people here will do and say anything to get you here and not have their ducks in a row before selling a car. STAT AWAY! I give them 0 stars. Cost me $50 in fuel waste aswell along with my poor girl having to sit outside in the rain. They offered no help what soever besides the manager said hey I have a little gas money for you. Keep it buddy you need it more than us!Will spend my 17k elsewhere.Never coming back!
Had a wonderful experience today at the Akron location! Aleena was so incredibly patient and showed me atleast 4 or 5 cars, even getting one brought from another dealership, before I finally fell in love with this BMW! Aleena is so knowledgeable, polite and professional and there was zero pressure to purchase at any point. Justin was also great and showed tremendous patience! The entire staff were super friendly and kind and salespeople not even helping us would ask my boyfriend and myself if we wanted drinks or if we were doing ok throughout the day. I’ve been looking to buy a car for the first time and was super nervous and felt out of my element but Logan and everyone else at NCAM were fantastic! They walked me through everything, had no problem answering any questions I had, and were just so personable and friendly. I left with a car I love and I’ll definitely be doing business with them in the future!

First time car buyer here and I could not be more pleased with my experience. Bianca went above and beyond as I had a few specific requirements for a car I needed. Open to suggestions, she was both patient and knowledgeable in helping me find a few cars that I fell in love with. It was a painless and easy process from start to finish. Even staying after hours the team was incredibly welcoming.

I just bought a 2018 Kia Optima threw them and they have a friendly atmosphere and there customer service was outstanding. Got what I came in looking for and they were very helpful and not high pressure. Jennette Cruz was my sales woman and she was awesome. I highly recommend her.... No haggling or gimics, very straight forward.
Our salesman (Nader Soliman) was so lovely and patient, and he listened and understood what we needed then gave us some choices. Also, one of the managers (Mark) helped us with all the paperwork and what we should have for a car warranty in coverage. if anyone is looking for a car do you need to go there friendly staff and management.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. At this point I’m starting to think all dealerships are a lie…. Anyway, the issue with this dealership is they reached out to me with an offer for my vehicle, in fact two people from there did. It was good enough so I brought it in. When I arrived I was put will someone different and he appraised it himself and came way under that amount. When I went to the manager to understand how this happened he basically said that the other two people had lied to get me in the door. Terrible… terrible… customer service and very disappointing. Granted the physical appearance of the location describes what you should expect from them. I probably should have never taken the time out of my day to go there. Anyway, I digress.
Stopped in just to look at a car and was sold on the comfortable no pressure atmosphere. Anthony Randall was extremely helpful and courteous through the process! Had a few concerns with the car before we could say yes and the knowledgeable service team helped us out and fixed our concerns. Mark (manager) was a pleasure to speak with and very accommodating. Came in with Elizabeth Johnson. Jonathan Fry was our sales rep. Liz liked how smooth the sale went but I myself was lied to twice. We should have left but my boys would rather have the pickup truck.Lie #1. Jonathan told me yes, they can work with a shop to put a plow on the truck on the loan. Finance officer later said they dont do that.Lie #2. I asked Jonathan if he can fill the truck up as a courtesy (dealerships do that, its worked into their price but wont tell you) Well, it wasnt filled up like he said it was.Liz review was put on there after we got the keys and before we left. It was a rushed review. Never again will I do business with North Coast Auto Mall. I dont care which location. They lost my business permanently!
1st I would like to say this is my second purchase from NorthCoast and I’ve been pleased both times! But this second time was the best Especially now because I’m Now in my dream car! Deegan Sullivan was a great help and I’m thrilled to be his 1st sale! He was honest, up front and professional! Also, Dave from finance was also great and made sure we understood every detail even went as far as drawing diagrams and explaining every detail! Great Experience & Thank you guys!

Nader Soliman and Emily were both very nice and friendly. Very fast buying process. They have fantastic cars. Nader gave us alot of info on the car. Oil changes were up to date. He took it out gas in it and had it detailed before we pulled off the lot.10000% recommend him.

Big Stovy and Emily did an amazing job. They were very friendly and willing to answer any questions that I had. They were also willing to fix things that were wrong with the vehicle. Nothing major. However, it has taken almost a whole week and they can not do the alignment like it desperately needs. Im very frustrated and just want my Jeep back. I do not think that I will purchase from them again. The staff has been great, but the situation has me frustrated.
I’ll never come back. We bought a 2020 Rogue with only 8K miles on it in April 2022. The good part was Jazz was a great salesman and treated us well. Now for the bad part….the air conditioning didn’t work. I guess that’s partially our fault because we didn’t test it but we assumed that a 2020 would be in good working order. They did fix the air for us and it’s worked fine. My husband pulled a dead squirrel and a rat’s nest out from inside the fender of the car which was nasty but at least didn’t affect anything. I assume the car was sitting a while and some critters decided to live in it. Then I noticed a popping sound when I turned my wheel sharply. I assumed that it was something rattling in the back cup holder so I didn’t look into it until a few months later. I was told by a Nissan dealership that it was covered under warranty. Then they see the carfax and because the car had previous structural damage they won’t cover it. North coast is the one who fixed the damage initially so they should have fixed the strut. I called North Coast and they basically told me that I’m out of luck. I didn’t damage this car - it was bought this way. I was assured that these cars were checked by certified mechanics and would be fine to purchase so I had assumed that the noise I was hearing was nothing. Never again!

Inquired online. Talked to supposed salesperson... specifically asked if she would be the salesperson and she said yes. Told her we had a long drive there I wanted to make sure of some things before we got there. She assured me that the trade-in value that I calculated would be good and that we could come look at the vehicle I was inquiring about. Drove an hour to get there. Said salesperson told me to text them when I get there.. still pretending she is the salesperson and at that location. Get placed w in office salesperson as deceitful person on phone was at corporate office. Within 5 minutes told that vehicle we drove an hour to see was at another dealer being serviced for a check engine light. mind you..a 21 w 7900 miles on it. Cannot get a response from 3 different people now. Im not going away

I originally gave Jacob Wise 5 stars, however alot has happen since then. My actual review is too long so it wont post. I would avoid this business at all costs. If I could take the car back and pick up my jeep I would in a heartbeat!!! They are shady, add fees on that they have no clue what they are, when questioned finance said I honestly dont know what that is for, I can look into it and get back to you that was on 5/7/22, still waiting and its 5/16/22. They are liars to be brutally honest!! Worst experience EVER buying a car!!!!
They lie to you on the phone to make it sound good as if you are approved until you walk through the door and never actually meet the person that you talked to. The employees act as if they are clueless but they are in on it. If you dont make a ton of money or have great credit, you will waste your time and gas
Great experience throughout the process. Elijah was great and easy to work with. Would recommend this dealership for sure. Update change to a two star. Reason was promised a key fob for my vehicle by sales department. They contacted me about when I would be available to drive back to Akron,which is an hour and 15 minutes one way for me . I told them Tuesday and they told me we were all set to come on up let them know when I was there. I drove there texted like I was told to do and walked in the dealership. The sales manager directed me to the service department. The service manager looked at me like I was crazy when I told him why I was there. He pulled my records and seen that I was promised another fob and then said I cant do that you have to go to a jeep dealer. I asked that exact question the day that I was there buying the vehicle. So a big waste of time and gas. When I called to fill a complaint they took my info and said I would be contacted in 24 to 48 hours. Still no contact.UPDATE 5/17/22 So Bill contacted me and we spoke on Monday. We had everything settled and I decided I would update my review to a four star for their effort to make things right with me. It was much appreciated. Today Jennifer called me to ask me to change my negative review which I find a bit tacky so now I have lowered them to a three. Please lose my number NCAM I am satisfied with the outcome but not with Jennifer
My daughters mother bought a 2019 chrysler 300 and within 2 weeks of purchase it gets warm out and she turns on the ac to find out it doesnt work. I call the company after they pass3d the buck around for a day the service manager says. Sorry she didnt buy any extended warranty. I said can you help her she spent 30k 2 weeks ago. He said its really not our problem.Also purchased as a pa resident and they are still holding the title and tax money they received immediately upon purchase. They were suppose to give her the sales tax to take to pa but did not. When I called they stated that they have a company for that and we should get it soon but they have no idea.Sales woman knobi (I think) was absolutely amazing to her. Everyone else there especially management cares nothing about the customer after the sale. I think they took full advantage of my daughters mom because she was a woman. Period

By far the worst customer experience I’ve ever had! Completely played us, made up get a PPI on a vehicle spent 4 days going back and forth on the car and ultimately sold it to another customer knowing we were driving down to buy it that day! I love Knobi she was the best and I mean best salesperson I’ve ever had I came in 2weeks ago and left with nothing I wanted to purchase a 2016 mustang but I couldn’t imagine she worked it out for me to purchase this beautiful car. Also I would like to thank Avery and Ian for there hard work in getting me financed I don’t have enough thank you’d for them . Also Kristen who calmed me down when I was crying yes crying because I told her I felt like I was being scammed and this was to good to be true she was fantastic and told me everything was on the up and up. The hustle and bustle of this large auto store can be intimidating when you first arrive, but the one on one attention the professional staff gives, makes you feel like your the only customer. Knobi was attentive and answered all of our questions, providing us with excellent service.
Finalized loan process left with car and a few days later I received a call saying the co-signer on my vehicle needed a drivers license something they did not communicate before and something that is clearly not a quick fix. I was told either get another co-signer or return car. Every contact treated me as if I made a mistake and as if it was a complete disruption to my life. Definitely do not recommend!!!

I cn say tht north coast auto and its sale consultant knobi Ysumde along with other sale reps r a#1 in my sales and getting u in a Reliable source of transposing.I didnt leave there car lot not driving. They did wht ever it took to hey me in a vehicle a2016 Ford Focus to b exact and Ms Knobi and the lot worked in my favor all day till I was financed and driving.Love this place.
Great customer service today from Knobi and the rest of the staff at NCAM of Akron. The test drive went well, and financing negotiations were easy. They replaced a cracked part of the bumper/body housing around a front foglight that I noticed was damaged, so they get kudos for taking care of that damage. Overall: Thanks for setting me up in my new ride!Update: Before my initial trip from the dealer was over, the check engine light came on. I was bummed, but I was able to diagnose it as bad downstream oxygen sensors.I replaced the two downstream O2 sensors (Bosch parts, $42/each + $100 labor) and the check engine light has yet to return.In hindsight, Im fairly certain the check engine light was reset by the dealer without replacing the two O2 sensors, and I was left to discover the issue on my initial trip home. Thankfully the issue was reasonably inexpensive to repair/fix, but I felt this should have been diagnosed and resolved by the dealer prior to my purchase.Also worth noting: I attempted to trade-in my old SUV, valued at @ 26k (I later sold for that exact amount). They said a spark plug misfire showed up, and that the engine was about to fail, essentially negating most of the value of the vehicle.I mentioned that the misfire happened when replacing the old spark plugs (one of the new plugs was bad and had to be replaced again), and that otherwise the SUV ran great. I ended up driving my new purchase home that night and picked up my old SUV the following day, later selling on my own.In this instance I felt like they were trying to make me a super low offer on my trade-in.Almost forgot: The advertised mileage was 3,000 miles less than what the car had on it when I went to see it...clearly misrepresenting the mileage and impacting the deal rating on CarGurus. I only proceeded with the purchase because even with the additional 3,000 miles, the car was still rated as a good/great purchase according to CarGurus.Best advice when buying a used car: Take a small ODBC scanner to see if there are any issues/codes and negotiate to have any issues fixed. Also do a close visual of the car, inside and out, and check that things work...lights, power seats, heated seats, AC and heat controls, etc.Overall I am still happy with the SUV, but noticed some questionable business practices along the way.
I walked to the dealership from my house and Knobi got me driving off the lot in my new Buick, she even helped me get insurance and get all my papers together. Excellent customer service and I would definitely recommend NCAM to everyone I know. Go see Knobi today!!!!

The reason why I gave the business 1 star is because the car salesman was very racist and very rude her name is EMILY . Now I willl give 20 stars to the sales lady her name is Knobi She was very WONDERFUL AND A BEAUTIFUL ATTITUDE 💕 THE LADY EMILY IS CERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL SHE DONT NEED TO BE WORKING FOR THE BUSINESS AT ALLLLLLLLLL. Me and my wife came In to trade in our vehicle we purchased for a slightly bigger one. We were assisted by Mr. Jacob Wise and he made every effort to find us exactly what we were looking for and a bit more. Overall he was patient and knowledgeable of the inventory and questions we had. Never knew Northcoast auto mall in akron took in formula 1 cars on trade until I pulled up to their lot! They gave me the perfect amount for it and got me in a nice luxury Audi A5! Roman did a great job as our salesman. He greeted us at the door and worked with us to find a couple cars to test drive. He had our trade in evaluated while we were on the test drive to make the process as smooth as possible. Roman went above and beyond to make sure all of our questions were answered and were comfortable with our purchase. I would not hesitate to return to this dealership in the future.

In 2017 I bought a car from Stephanie that worked there. The car was great, no issues. Well 2 years ago I decided that I wanted another car. I went in and was introduced to Christine the sales person. She was so pushy and used high pressure sales tactics to try and talk me into financing any car that was at least 15 grand or better. She wouldnt listen to me at all about what I wanted. So I did not buy a car because of her extremely poor customer service skills. Today I inquired about a car that they just got on the lot. Somehow I managed to get hooked up withthis lady AGAIN. I know it was her because she acted the same exact way and refused to listen to what I wanted. You get more sales by actually listening to your customers. I understand car sales are commissions based, but I would think that some money is better than no money. Im so disappointed to be treated this way and basically be refused to buy a car.
I have never had such terrible luck with a vehicle in my life. Poor customer service. Sold me a vehicle with a battery on the verge of dying (the vehicle doesn’t even have 34,000 miles on it yet) and when my car died and had to be towed to the dealership, it took the service dept 4 days to call and inform me that I now owe THEM $250 for changing the battery. If it was not covered with my “warranty”, I should have been informed before any work was done. So now, lucky me, has just made my first car payment for a car that is STILL at the dealership. Also, I was told I would get a free tank of gas with purchase, which apparently was another lie. SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE! While buying my car, the salesman opened my google review and requested I leave a good review for the dealership… I should have known at that point how shady this place is. Incredibly dissatisfied and disappointed!

He literally stayed and work with me from 10:30am to 6pm! So attentive and honestly super amazing. I couldn’t have had a better experience!!! And I love love love the car! The beautiful general sales manager picked the car for me FRESH out of inventory AND met my needs of the monthly car payment with the addition of overall features I wanted for my future car!! She never made me feel like I was asking too many question or that my questions were dumb. She kept me in the loop every step of the way.She found me everything I was looking for. 2022-01-10Found the car I wanted, after a nationwide search, at North Coast Auto Mall. I hale from Denver, so I have no local connection. I did some basic negotiations on the phone (easy!) and arranged for an appointment to go look at, and ultimately but the car (a 2018 Tesla S with low miles at a very fair price). Had a fine experience at the dealership itself. Conditions were somewhat spartan at the dealership, but overall a very positive experience. Delivery was smooth and the folks at the dealership were professional and helpful, and most importantly, quick. Ill sacrifice luxury for speed and no drama anyday! I would go back, and entirely recommend North Coast Auto Mall to anyone!

From the moment we walked in the door, when we were greeted with smiles and a warm cup of coffee, we knew wed come to the right place! Every step of the process was hassle free. We, like many others through these tough times, have struggled financially. We were falling a little short on a down payment. Out of the kindness of their hearts, they raised our trade in value to premium, which is the only reason we were able to get approved. We can not thank them and show our appreciation enough. This experience has been refreshing and I recommend, if youre in the market for a new car, to head in and see Jacob! I know Ill be back!
