The customer service is wonderful. Purchased a dryer from here and not only was I able to pick it up same day, but Laurie helped me find what I needed when none of bigger stores(Lowe’s or Home Depot) had anything in stock. You can tell they really care about their customers!
Cant say enough about NCTV. Our dishwasher stopped drying. I ordered a new part so I could repair. Found out the part was backordered so we decided just to replace. The old one was over 10 years old. We window-shopped the big box stores, but always liking to support local we went to NCTV. Their prices are absolutely in line or better than the big box stores everyone. Dont think otherwise. They didnt sell us a dishwasher for the sake of a sale, they sold us a dishwasher because it was the right dishwasher to buy. They told us about repair issues these models, availability issues with these models. What people loved and didnt love with these models. Absolutely zero pressure to buy though. None. We bought the new unit, arranged for delivery and disposal of our old one. They arrived a little early for deliver which was no problem. They brought the new one in and took the old one. There was a knock on the door, it was one of the delivery guys you might need this to hook up your new one. I knew about it but completely forgot... hed pulled the power cord from the old to use on the new. Prior to ownership, work done in our house is anything but good, so repairing/replacing anything here is always more than what it should be... absolutely nothing to do with NCTV, but a few hours later the new unit was in its new home and cranking away. Window shop the big stores, then go buy from places like NCTV. Thank you NCTV!
Our 3 year old refrigerator just quit and we went to get options on a new one at North Canton TV & Appliance. Laurie gave me some helpful hints to see if we could get a courtesy repair on our current fridge (we did not buy the fridge there) as there had been some issues with that brand in the time frame we bought ours. In the end, we did need to purchase a new one and immediately they offered us a loaner fridge till our new one comes in.Since we are limited on space we knew we would not have many options. They searched and found one that Im happy with. If you want kind, courteous, professional service this is where to shop! First rate and above that!!!
We purchased our appliances here 3 years ago when we built our house. Some of them have failed (Maytag) but Lori has done her best to help me with the manufacturer time and time again. I will always get my appliances here, although I may not buy Maytag and will definitely purchase a warranty!
This place is outstanding! I purchased a home with a home warranty back in December 2018, and a couple months later, my old Maytag dishwasher leaked water like it was its job. I called the home warranty place, and they had a company from Akron come out. After some further issues, I decided to just replace my old one.Since my old dishwasher was sagging in the floor, and since my level of expertise in home repair consists of Watch DIY Network, I didnt want to deal with one of the big box stores, knowing that I would likely need to repair my subfloor.I contacted NCTVA, and they agreed to come out and remove my old dishwasher to let me inspect my subfloor. They were also able to put me in contact with a contractor, who came out and replaced a rotted-out area that was under my leaky dishwasher. A week later, they delivered a new dishwasher and hooked it up.The team that removed my old dishwasher and installed my new one were outstanding! They were both very friendly, and I could tell that they enjoyed working with each other and enjoyed their jobs. They really knew what they were doing, and both the removal and installation were completed quickly and professionally.Another unexpected benefit of being a customer with NCTVA is that they told me to call them with any warranty work instead of calling the manufacturer. When I did a price check on the model that I asked them to sell me, I saw that it was $5 cheaper at one of the big box retailers. Knowing that I dont have to deal with a faceless 800# and say Warranty claim into an automated attendant until Im blue in the face is well worth the $5 that I would save by shopping elsewhere. Needless to say, I am a lifelong customer now. :)

Needed a dishwasher fast for my wife, did my research the evening before I went shopping and decided on the Kitchenaid brand. Shopped two of the big box stores and no one had in stock the model I was looking for. Decided to give North Canton TV & Appliance a try, low and behold they had the exact model I was looking for! Scheduled the install within two days, couldnt be happier.I will recommend them to all of my friends and family. I own a small customer serviced base business, and I always value great customer service, they went above & beyond my expectations!
Our refrigerator stopped cooling and couldnt be repaired quickly by the company we had purchased it from. North Canton TV and Appliance was able to provide us a loaner refrigerator the same day! Plus provided us a great price on a new refrigerator!
They are awesome people. Our microwave died on us. Not only did they help us get a new one. They gave us a loaner until our new one comes in!

We have been so pleased by the exceptional customer service provided by the owners and staff of NCTVA. We recently had our fridge just die suddently and they loaned us one and then delivered and installed our new one in a timely manner. Friendly and competent service!
I worked with Bryce to make my selections for a home I am building. He was knowledgeable, pleasant, and responsive. If I ever had a question, he or another member of the staff always got back to me promptly. I had several changes and never once did anyone there act annoyed or like I was a pest, although I am sure I drove them nuts.

2021-07-22Purchased a washer and dryer; and I can confidently say this is the most professional and knowledgeable business selling quality products that they care about. The shopping experience was perfect. We were treated with respect and giving straight facts about the different options available to us. The delivery was smooth and customized to our needs, our house has an odd set up and they ensured everything worked properly and that we new all the functions of our new equipment. Would happily recommend this business to anyone looking for appliances.

2022-03-10I bought a refrigerator,I bought an extended warranty. The refrigerator has been fixed three times. Ive had the refrigerator for about 3 and a half years. I still have over a year and six months warranty and they keep putting me off to fix it. Its been one excuse after another. This time I have been waiting over six months to get it fixed. They still havent fixed it. I have tried to be patient,but enough is enough.They shouldnt sell extended warranties if they are not going to honor them. I will not be buying here any more. I am going elsewhere for my appliances. I would not recommend this business.

2022-01-06I purchased a dishwasher here a few years ago, after much personal research, and a good bit of excellent candid advice from the owner of this store. The installation was great and the customer service every day since has been peerlessly superior. The dishwasher has functioned perfectly. I also recently needed to buy a replacement fridge, and, again, received honest and helpful advice from the owner, and the kind of fantastic customer care that is often thought to be a relic of a bygone era. Not only have I gotten great appliances from them, but also a little boost for my faith in humanity. NCTVA knows their products and are happy to share their knowledge. They will treat you better than any big box store, and will support you with appliance care long after your purchase. Please consider supporting this gem of a local business.

2021-09-17Barry was very knowledgeable and didnt try to talk me into the most expensive TV, infact it was quite the opposite, I would very much recommend NCTVA to anyone looking to upgrade or start out with any TV or appliance in their home.
