Norman’s do not stand behind their work ! They gave me the the run around. They told me I had a heater core leak when in fact it was just a leak with the door that they had replaced like I suspected all along. The whole door needed adjusted and a seal fixed. $250 later another repair shop fixed their horrible work.

2022-02-12Stacy explained all details thoroughly, Brian and Tom completed the body work from damage perfectly!! Cant even tell where the damage was! Paint matches perfectly! Highly recommended, professional, friendly and timely!!

2021-01-21I have brought my vehicles here several times for various repairs. I am NEVER disappointed in the quality or professionalism of the work! The car always comes back looking like you are driving it off the sales lot for the first time. I am so glad this little gem of a business is in our town: It truly is the best shop around for body work.

2021-05-27I was in a fender-bender and they got me in the next day to pop a rear bumper panel back into place. The whole thing took 5 minutes and they didnt even charge me for the time or repair. Very professional and friendly. Would recommend to everyone!

2018-04-09Norman Family Collision has repaired a few of my vehicles over the years and for others in my family. They do an amazing job. I always got my car back looking just as good as the day I bought it, if not better! They truly care about their customers and their vehicles and it really shows in the work that they do! The fact that I’m supporting a small family business is also always a plus!
