Changed my original “5 star” review because of malfunctions in the online/app ordering system. And poor knowledge of the employee. Never coming here again.
This place is amazing, great service and even better employees! My girlfriend gets the American Mac and cheese and she recommends it 10/10 but me personally like spicy food so I go with the spicy Korean noodles and add a ton of crushed peppers to it. Also their rice crispy treats are really big and really tasty.
Where’s the chicken in my chicken noodle? There’s got to be more chicken in my cat’s can food than there is here. I can’t believe I paid $9 for this!
When did it become acceptable for an employee to cook food while talking on a cell phone? Also then touching my food with he hands he is touching his phone with? I don’t feel like he is giving my order his full attention and it was ready 15 minutes after I arrived (I placed the online order 10 minutes before that) not happy.
There food is usually really good, and the staff is very nice.I 100% reccomend going there to eat.

This is my first time trying this restaurant. I ordered via DoorDash and was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the chicken noodle soup for myself since I just had a tooth extraction and the chicken Veracruz salad for my friend. Both were flavorful and delicious. Will definitely order again.

Since discovering Noodles & Co, Ive ordered via DoorDash, UberEats, etc about a dozen times and theyve never messed up a single order. The food is always delicious. Theres lots of healthy and vegetarian options, tons of detailed nutritional info available for every dish. Just good experiences!
I enjoyed going here a week or two ago. Great Employees amd great food. I have ciliacs disease a1000 my options are very little but the mac and cheese that i got was great.. Then they added shrimp and grilled chicken to it which set it off with the cheddar cheese. The only piece of advice i would give to them is to educate the employees on their gluten free choices. I understand that there is always a chance of cross contamination.. Thats on my choice to come there. But please understand what it means for people to have ciliacs disease. Its a really important matter. It took almost 15 minutes to order inside because the cashier isnt educated on their gluten free menu items and people with ciliacs disease. Other than that, she was very friendly and did a good job. Lets go managers!!!! Educate your people!! If your going to offer gluten free items and prepare the meals for people like me, then i think its vital that your staff is educated on the subject. Because it decides of Im going to be sick from eating there or not.. Like i said, i know what my chances are but its easier for me if everyone knows the importance of gluten free and ciliacs.. Maybe I just picked a better dish because while I normally dont care for Noodles and Co food as it seems low on flavor, the dish I ordered here was good! There was flavor AND some actual vegetables. Id order it again.
This used to be our favorite spot. When theyre open theyre great. But over the last year they will be closed at the most random times, when you call you get forwarded to corporate who says theyre supposed to be opened but that they dont know why they arent. I wish they would update their hours or post somewhere if they have changed them. Its made getting enjoyable meal really frustrating due to the lack of communication.

They changed their menu a while back and this was my first time trying it out. I got the spicy Asian beef noodle. It wasnt bad. I had a Mexican coke but they lost their bottle opener. You cant sit inside but theres plenty of seats outside. I wish the menu mentioned all the ingredients each item included. Other than that it was great.
My grandkids and I love this place. I can get them a lunch they love (mac&cheese) and I really like the pad thai and of course crispy treats. Everyone at the one on 256 in Reynoldsburg are very friendly. We enjoy it very much.

Uses a 3rd party delivery service when you order directly from Noodles online and tries to make you contact them for a refund if an order is not delivered. No accountability for the delivery service to do their job correctlyOn the regular Noodles customer service line I was given the runaround and had to push for a resolution.The workers at the actual location were super helpful and assisted in correcting the issue.
I love about the whole menu here and now they have ravioli?! Noodles is a good healthy option (or not if you choose), you can customize additions and subtractions from your food, and the price is not too high. Service was okay with someone possibly new at the register.
I ordered the Wisconsin Mac and cheese and once I had started to eat it, I noticed that there was a piece of chicken in there, a piece of...lettuce? And several different noodles in there. It severely grossed me out and unfortunately I don’t see myself eating here again. It makes you think that 1. The restaurant is not clean & 2. That whoever put my order together was lazy. Am I sure that they didn’t put someone’s left over food into my container? No. But I certainly won’t stick around to find out.
Chicken noodle soup delicious. Japanese pan noodles dry but great flavor..mac n cheese delicious...cheese garlic bread way too much $ for what they give you and wasnt good..I think it is over priced thats why 4⭐s and the pit stickers werent that great.

It never fails that I have a great experience at this Noodles. Everyone I have ever interacted with has been super friendly and they do an excellent job. I highly recommend this restaurant whether youre looking to eat in or take out!The one downside is the parking lot, be very cautious as you drive through because the holes are huge -- no fault of the employees, so I wont lower the rating.

Employees are friendly and helpful. Every time we leave Church, my 8 year old grandson asks to go to Noodles for lunch. He eats the food so fast and I have to tell him not to lick the bowl. I dont mind going because the food is healthy, tasty and hot. The place is nice and they get the order right. Good place for families.
Tasty noodles for not too expensive prices. Recommend for a lazy lunch/dinner option for sure. They do have healthier options like zucchini noodles and cauliflower rigatoni. They do market a keto and Paleo friendly option as well.
2 comments . The lady that took our order tonight was extremely rude . She did not seem excited to be there at all and practically mumbled everything she was saying . When I asked her to speak up she gave me a nasty look. On the other hand, the lady that handed us our food tonight was the sweetest person ever and was so much nicer . She knew exactly who I was . Overall , the food was great and the service walking out was great , but the lady taking orders tonight that greeted me when walking in should not be up front.
I made a to go order online for Reynoldsburg Ohio and when I received the confirmation email it said Columbus Indiana! I went to the location I picked and showed my order to the manager Bill. He was very nice and quickly fixed the order and even saved me money! I had already had a very stressful morning so that made my day just a little better! And the food was great too!! Thanks Bill!!

We come here at least once a week. There is a good variety of dishes covering a lot of flavors. My kids order the butter noodles almost every time we visit. The staff is always pleasant and helpful with my mom, who never knows what she wants to eat and requires a full description of each dish she wants to try. The location is always clean (including the bathroom). I will definitely be back to eat there with my family.
There was this really nice cashier that tended to all my needs. She made sure to get my complicated order correct even with the masks and my food was superb. 10 out of 10 would go again.
After my visit to This location tonight, i knew this location HAS to be under management. I had stopped going about 6 months ago, due to lack of cleanliness, lack of inventory, and a most definite lack of staff personality, and no understanding of teamwork. So I called the restaurant, the managers name is kassi, she had done a great job turning the restaurant around. It was clean, food was ready in good timing, and tasted good. The staff all seemed to work well together, and process orders efficiently and courageously. Thank you Kassie, keep up the good work, I appreciate it!
Overall a good experience. One front line employee had mask pulled down below chin. As it is currently as required as gloves per health dept, wear them as you are suppose to. Zucchini noodles and shrimp were tasty. Manager was very personable, polite, and informative. Snickerdoodle cookie was Amazing!
This place is excellent! I normally order the pad Thai and although it is prepared differently based on who is making the food, it always tastes great and never disappoints. The staff is friendly and prompt and price point is right for the quality of food being served. I recently tried the zoodles (zucchini noodles) and was pleasantly surprised. They dont really taste like vegetables and really drop the calorie count by replacing the pasta noodles.

During one of the worse times of my life, I went in to grab food and go back to family. I was crying and trying to order. The staff were so empathetic and took care of my crazy order with such patience. I know thats not part of their job, but their kindness made me feel so cared for. Love the food here and love the service.
Love Noodles and the Customer service is Excellent! The restaurant is always clean. And the workers pratice COVID protocal for safety.The Japanese Pan noodles w Steak is my Favorite. And for my after meal treat.....THE HUGE RICE KRISPY TREAT! That alone makes me continue to come.And yes, Noodles Reward member the points add up quickly. And the items vary that you can redeem them for.
The butter noodles here are awesome, and the drink selections are very diverse. But the forks were dirty, i had to go through 2 forks before i found one that looked like it was clean. If it werent for this i would have given 5 stars to the place. The prices are confusing though. Would be better if you could understand them.
I’ve seen a rapid decline in this place over the past several months. We ate there regularly for quite awhile but have sadly decided not to return even though we’re big fans of the brand. At this particular Reynoldsburg location the cleanliness has slipped, service has become slow and confused, and the mistakes plentiful. The last visit was a culmination of all these problems that we’d started to see. The place was really dirty and not just from a short term surge - I’m talking dust and filth building up. Took around 20 minutes to get our order and then it was completely wrong and partly missing. Waited another 15 minutes to get the correct items and never did get the garlic bread. No apology, no offer to refund for what was never received, etc. I felt sorry for the kid that was obviously not well trained so we just let it go. Any place can have a bad day but this has been a slow moving train wreck happening for awhile.

The food is good but too spicy. We tried 4 different noodles (including the Pad Thai which is not marked as spicy) but all 4 were too spicy. They also forgot to bring my soup even though it was on the bill, that just shouldnt happen.
I knew I was on very short time during my lunch. As a result, I asked how long it would take to get my food. I shared my concerned. I was told that it would only take 2-3 minutes. I waited and waited and waited... then I told the cashier that i would need a refund because it was taking too long. She left the cash register and went to the rear of the store to talk to her manager. She literally was back there for more time...which caused me to further wait. Once he came out he wanted to ask me questions and he said there was a process. I shared that all I wanted was a refund and I did not have time to explain or answer questions. He proceeded to continue to ask me questions and wanted to create a dialogue; he then handed me a coupon so that I can return for a complimentary meal. However, I just wanted a refund. He kept walking back to the food board to see if what I ordered was completed. I did not have time for that. He was not curteous nor mindful of his customers. He was very self centered and SLOW. When it was all said, he finally opened the cashier drawer and gave me a cash REFUND. The service was terrible because of his lack of consideration. Their uniforms were dirty and the kitchen was nasty. This is my first time writing a review for any company and unfortunately I have to do it for this one. Because of their lack of consideration for timeliness, I was late getting back to my place of employment. Not GOOD!!
I stood in line without being acknowledged while the only cash register person took care of two customers. A second employee came over and began to talk to the person behind me in line without even acknowledging me. Then, I tried to ensure my order was correct, because it wasnt typed up in the receipt correct and was ignored by 3 other staff. Worst service I have had at a Noodles.

I’ve only been here a couple times and usually I know I have to wait because people working are too busy talking to each other. However, today I go in and didn’t have to wait long. I ordered 2 dishes of the Mac and cheese with chicken. My chicken did not taste like it was fully cooked and then I found 2 plastic pieces in my food covered in cheese. This was the worst food I’ve had from them but the best attentiveness I’ve ever seen the the staff have.

Ordered to go on a Sunday afternoon. Got the food home and my large bowl of Japanese Pan noodles had no steak in it that I asked for and was a small portion. I called the location and was told that they would send some coupons for free bowl. The rep said it would take a week. Two weeks later I have seen nothing. Dont promise something if you are not going to follow through.
I wanted noodles so bad but fir some reason they didnt see( the handicap one) so I had to keep moving spots so someone can see me. Then it took forever to get ny food waiting for everyone that came in after me get theres...love this ace but I will drive extra miles to a different store..

Great comfort food for a cold rainy day! Tried the buffalo chicken Mac and cheese! It really hit the spot. The only reason I gave it a 4 was I wish it was cheesier!!!! I also got the rice crispy for dessert! Yum!!!
I usually eat here frequently.. like at least once every other week. The last two times their chicken has been terrible. It feels like youre biting into gristle, and the whole chicken breast tastes like that. I thought maybe the first time was a flaw but two times in a row.. disappointed.
Every time I get to Pickerington- hungry or not- I sssooooo love the food here! You can get a taste of Italy, Asian, and the midwest all in one meal- all are delicious- Ive tried different dishes each time bc I have issues trying to decide!! I loved what I had before- tho bc it was so good- I wanted to try more- the struggle is real🤣🤣🤣
My favorite is thai green curry noodle with shrimp, they are so delicious! Especially when you add the spice mix (I love spicy). Today I try a different menu, which is Korean spicy beef noodles and its really good!
This used to be one of my favorite lunch spots, but the last couple visits have been very lackluster. To start, the parking lot is like manuevering through a mine of potholes. The staff they are hiring now are nowhere near as good as they used to be. No more welcoming greeting to guests as they walk in. I had to start the conversation with the guy working the counter before he even acknowledged me. There used to be a manager that would walk around to make sure everyone was doing well, havent seen much of that recently. It all starts with the staff and how much they care. Do a better job at hiring and training better employees..... Im a server, so I know how restaurants should run. Just saying.

I may be biased because I used to work here. However, that was over a year ago. Noodles is and will continue to be my favorite fast food resturant. The food here is so high quality. There is not a single dish I dislike (allthough I do have my favorites). The people who work here are just as high quality as the food is. The management is kind and their employess follow suit. If something is wrong they dont fight you on it or hesitate to fix the issue.
My son and his girlfriend are home from college for spring break and we stopped in the Reynoldsburg Noodles and Company for lunch on the way to visit my parents. Robert, the GM greeted us and took our order, explained the rewards for Noodles and company, and was so nice and happy it affected all of us! His team was a breath of fresh air as you dont see this level of customer service hardly anywhere anymore! ( and I work in retail myself!) I would recommend this Noodles and Company to anyone in the area! Robert, you are a very strong and effective manager!
If 0 stars was an option, I would have chosen it. The only reason they got 1 star was because the food was decent. This was my very first time coming here along with my children and it will be my last. You would think that manager would have enough sense to check on all patrons but instead she only made it a point to check on some . Funny how we were the only African America family in the entire restaurant and she just so happened to keep missing our table. Even my children noticed it. Horrific service. I just finished writing a scathing account of my feedback on their corporate page and I plan to continue letting everyone know how much I hated it and the reason why.

The noodle bowl I ordered with tofu was pretty tasty. They even had Mexican Coke (the drink, its made with cane sugar not that terrible syrup).
Almost always Excellent- the staff is good and they never make an order mistake. Im taking a star for no chopsticks available in the last 3 visits. Fix that little issue and wed be back to five stars
My go to place! I love all of the choices.Im especially happy that they now offer zucchini noodles! Food is always great and they are very accommodating for food allergies.
So I was with a friend playing smash bros and he got some mac and cheese with STEAK delivered to us and I have got to say IT IS TO DIE FOR he said try it and once I tasted it I slammed it on the table and pushed the joy cons and console off of it and just ate. I WOULD LOVE TO GET MORE!!
The company is now called Noodles World Kitchen. The menu is primarily pasta, soups, and salads. The food is tasty... can be just pasta and one one a number of sauces, or can add one of several proteins such as tofu, shrimp, pork, chicken , or beef, to the pasta. It is a quiet location with quick service and good flavor.
What an awesome place!! We went because other places were busy and very happily surprised by the service and the quality of the food. We were on a time crunch for lunch and they were very prompt and went through the menu with us. Excellent food, excellent service I highly recommend.

Second time in a row we ordered food and had to wait 30+ minutes for them to remember to make our food. I use to love this place but its more of a headache to go when the workers cant even remember to do there job and make the food.

Decent options, good flavor. They have beer and a freestyle coke machine.Lots of vegetarian options. Carnivores can add meat to most dishes.It has that sort of modern, loud chipotle-esque feel inside, so its not exactly a comfy quiet place, but I wasnt expecting that either.
Whenever I get take out from here I order the penne Rosa. But it never tastes like how it is supposed to. It just taste like pasta with marinara. This has happened twice. Idk if they make it wrong but it’s disappointing.
Ive been to several of these and have never been disappointed. The variety is good since every child can usually find something they will eat. My only suggestion would be to have spicier menu options for those of us that like that kind of thing.

Make sure you ask for no hair! 2 bowls back to back with hair in my food. The first bowl it wasn’t a problem, I simply let them know and they replaced it with a new one. So me and my lady decided to switch bowls. Ang guess what I find mid way though eating it.....another piece of hair. At the point I’m am Beyond disgusted, I simply just pack up like everything’s fine knowing that I’m never going to come back here again seeing that they can’t contain hair from getting in their food .
There is happiness in a bowl of udon noodles. Add broccoli and some sauce and it moves it to a level that rivals religion. Noodles and Company I thought was over priced however after eating there a few times it is the place my daughter and I go for comfort food. She is comfy with mac and cheese and there are enough selections that you will find something to be comfortable with too!

Food is good and tasty.... However, weve gone to the Pickerington location several time and most if not all the tables are filthy and need cleaning very badly.... In addition, for the cost of the food I wouldnt expect that I would gave to bus my own table.... But on the other hand it might be good that the customer does because that would really make it messy.....Over all we would recommend this location but be prepared to wipe down your own table top....
Good quality food, fast casual dining
Great balance between amount of noodles, and dish specific ingredients. The ingredients are prepared in a fine manner. Optimal ratio between price, quality, and quantity. I find it hard to believe someone could find the portions size inadequate.
First time here I enjoyed the Asian noodles I chose. If there was anything I should change it would be portion the regular was not enuff for me. There should be a sm, reg, and LG. But it was very tasty. I will return soon.
Plenty of parking. Handicap accessable. A wide variety of noodle meal choices in small or large bowl. Most can be customised. You can have plasta with different sauces. You can request vegetable over meat as an addition. New on the menu is zucchini noodles. Only cold beverages are available -- which include in bottle brands. They currently have two large cookies to choose from.
Not ImpressedI got the Japanese noodles with a side of mac and cheese because it was my first time eating there. I wasnt really sure what I wanted. The Japanese noodles were dry and lacked real flavor other than soy sauce. The mac and cheese was almost as if they cooked the noodles and just threw some shredded cheese on it. No butter or milk or anything, leaving the noodles that werent covered in shredded cheese at the bottom of the bowl with no flavor or even sauce. I will not be going back.

Its pretty good. If course you have to find what you like cause some things taste different than they do at other places but its a decent lunch spot
I honestly really like the food here and its consistent in that way.. however, every time I come into this place theres always at least 3 people just standing around talking and laughing while I stand at the counter for 5-10 minutes before someone helps me.. and its sad because I order and pay in advance, it would take less than a minute to grab my food but it never happens.
The cost vs. Portion size was very disappointing. Served noodles in a huge white bowl with just a small plop of noodles. 23.00 for 1 adult bowel & 2 kids meals. Expensive lunch.

They close at 9......showed up at 8:50 and the doors are locked and all the employees were inside cleaning? Last I checked closing time is closing time, not 10 minutes early so you can get off slightly earlier.
Hit and miss... but they usually forget the avocado on the chicken veracruz salad. Im not a big fan of having to check for the ingredients in my food before carrying out.
I had a great time at this place. The food was amazing, fresh and full of flavor. The ataff, extremly helpfull and very very friendly. Although the food is amazing, I would recomend this place just for the amazing service you recieve.
Great place for a soup or a bowl of noodels. Our first time comeing here was an amazing experince, even the simple chicken noodle soup was great. Will be a reguler.
Portions have gotten noticeably smaller while prices have gone up. They did away with the real dishes and replaced it with cheap plastic ones. Very disappointed in the changes.
Love noodles and company I was traveling back home to Iowa from Virginia and stopped here at 5pm so prime dinner time... Noodles in Mac and cheese were dry and hard and the meat balls were cold.. Pretty poor for $10 wont be dining here again

A nice variety of dishes, mostly involving pasta of some kind - from pad thai to good ol spaghetti and meatballs. I particularly like the salads. Youre bound to find something youll like here.

Great spot for a different kind of fast casual, basically everything on the menu is good. Their appetizers are also top notch.
I got the cauliflower gnocchi and it was good, but it could have used a little more veggies and a little less gnocchi.

Its good but the Mac and cheese was to runny not thick enough and the japanies pan huddles with beef was not very big and not much steak.

I have no Idea what that was. But It was supposed to be Pad Thai but what it looked like and tasted like was plain noodles with a giant pile of scrambled eggs. No sauce or anything. Ick

2021-09-21My first time back at this restaurant since I was in collegeten years ago. Very tasty and healthy expanded menu. I had the zucchini noodle shrimp scampi. So much tastier and heartier than what I imagined it would be.

2022-07-01This place is by far the worst Noodles I have ever been to. Woman taking my order was rude and seemed like she had better things to do than take my order. Also, my food was disgusting. I ordered a japanese pan noodle and almost every single noodle was burnt, almost no sauce, broccoli was cold and hard, AND they forgot my steak. I went back to the restaurant after realizing there was no steak, and asked them if they would just give me my steak in a side bowl. Well, I open my side bowl of steak and of course the steak was burnt as well and it was very hard to chew. My food was not worth the almost $16 I spent on it and I’m never coming back to this location again.

2022-04-17Noodles offers new Leanguini and Zucchini noodles for heathier options. I had the Leanguini lemon parmesan with grilled chicken. Very delicious and filling. Always a family favorite! Everyone can find something they like here. Highly recommend!

2022-07-09This restaurant is nasty. Everything was so dirty, stuff all over the floor, supplies not stocked at the pop machine, all tables were disgusting. I can only imagine what the food prep and kitchen looks like 🤮
