Noodles and Company in other cities:
Ive eaten there about 7 times, and its always good. Had zucchini noodles last time and loved them. Most of their noodles are very good. Everything is prepared in front of you , its quite fresh for fast food. I love their cauliflower rigatoni as well also the mac and cheese and asian dishes are all very flavorful.
My family and I love this place! The food is very good. The portions are more filling than they look. Everything weve had has been delicious. I have a few picky eaters, yet we all end up finding something we really enjoy. There are lots of flavors to choose from. They have American, Italian, Asian, and more. You can get gluten free noodles, veggie noodles, or make it a salad. Perfect for any diet.
Noodles and company is one of my familys favorite places to go. My kids love the butter noodles with parmesan crusted chicken. The Pad Thai is fantastic. The japanese pan noodles are also a good choice with a smidge of heat. If we are near a noodles and company, my family and I always want to eat here.
Staff was amazing. Food was great. I ordered to go and was still almost too hot when I ate it. I had the zoodles and the spring rolls. Zucchini noodles were cooked enough but definitely not squishy so there was some crispness like veggies should have. Garlic and lemon were not too overpowering and the chicken tasted like chicken. They gave a regular size cup for ice water which was very convenient and the plastic to go containers make for great food storage containers for the fridge. I do not live close to a Noodles and Company but will make an effort to stop if I find myself near one.
Ive had good experiences here, but my food was burnt today. It was brought out to me redone, but with an explanation of why it should taste burnt. :/ Nope.Ive had Japanese pan noodles at this restaurant about 5 times. I know what they should taste like. Food shouldnt leave a bad taste in my mouth or smell burnt.Still gave three stars because the service is usually awesome and friendly. Also the food is usually delicious.
We visited this location last night for take out. The wait was reasonable and the staff was moderately friendly.Upon arrival at home, we realized that not only did we not get what we ordered, but that what we did have was not that good.I drove back to the store (15 minutes in a cold rain) to ask for them to correct their error. While one young woman was offering alternatives for restitution, another came up and demanded to know when i was there originally. I told her you are looking at the receipt...it has the time on it and she then huffed away rudely. After a wait of a few moments, a gentleman (Im assuming to be a manager) gave me the corrected meal with a comp desert.I work very near this location and could have been a frequent customer. That will not be happening now.
The menu gives you a clear definition of each entree, sides and drink options. The menu is on the wall after you enter, behind the registers, painted as decoration in the hall/dining area leading to the north as well as physical, colored placemat sized menus. The dining room is streamlined and functional with a good flow. The all glass front allows lots of light to brighten by day and allow an interesting view of well lit buildings across the way. The restaurant is clean and the service is friendly as you are greeted with smiles as you enter and order. After you place your order, you are given a table number (if you are dining in) and drink cup. A beverage display case is between the registers with bottled waters, juices and milk options. The beverage/ice dispenser is conveniently located next to a neatly compact condiment counter offering communic bottles of hot sauce and signature seasoning shakers as well as chop sticks, sliced lemon, to-go containers, extra napkin straws straws. On the other side of the condiment area is the Noodle Nook offering a bowl of individually wrapped Chopstick Buddies and prepackaged activity pages with crayons. You will enjoy dining-in as there are many tables and booths along with two counters with stools. The only negative both times weve dined in, is that only the main entrance has a climate/wind blocking foyer. Many customers also use the other two side entrances that result in the dining areas being very very cold. (It was below freezing each time we dined in.)Their food is quite tasty and the menu offers both zucchini noodles and cauliflower noodles in addition to the flat noodles, spaghetti noodles and elbow shapes you would normally expect. You will enjoy watching the chef prepare each entree in the row of skillets lined up waiting for noodles, where he then creates the magic for your taste buds by adding the sauces and seasonings specific to any one of the twelve entrees offered. Come, dine, enjoy! Once you have tried each entree and have chosen a favorite, youll return again and again for food that is fresh, light and a delightful experience for your mouth. You wont be sorry!
Horrible customer service. a month ago i went in and got mac and cheese, when I stirred the bowl there was a thick hair in my food. when i told staff the manager just walked away and the cashier got me another bowl. no apology, just said oh and yelled at the person in the back to make another bowl. the second bowl was completely undercooked pasta and i wasnt about to complain again so i wrote them online. i was told sorry and that they would send vouchers for a free dish to make up for everything. well its been over a month and i never received anything. i emailed the manager to let him know and he never responded. this place sucks go to another location if you need your noodle fix.
So you are trying to figure out where to go. One wants mac and cheese, another wants Asian, and someone else wants Italian. Where to go? Noodles & Company of course! The food is prepared quickly, the staff is friendly, and the food is tasty. Ive been to a few of these and I have yet to be disappointed. Also, if you are flying out of Columbus airport, its a nice place to stop before the flight.
Stopped here for supper before heading to an OSU volleyball game. This was our first time eating at a Noodles & Company, and I must say the customer service was superb!! The place was very clean and comfortable. Our food came up in a timely manner and it was delicious! I really wish we had one of these places near the Mansfield area! We will definitely stop here again!
This is definitely my favorite from Noodles and Co around the city of Columbus. Its always clean, the people are nice, and their buffalo mac and cheese is simply the best. Great spot for a lunch break on your own and a solid choice of taking your kids out to dinner. Definitely something for everyone.
Not particularly impressed. This was my first experience at a Noodles and Co. Its a decent location just off the parkway, and there is plenty of parking. The dining area is small so it fills up quick during peak hours. Two things turned me off: 1) There was foul language coming from the workers in the kitchen which is an open concept to the ordering kiosk and dining area, so everyone could hear it. And 2) my spaghetti meal had several clumps of noodles it it. Appears they were cooked without oil (butter) and/or they didnt stir the pot while cooking to break up the noodles. I might give them another shot, but not a choice of mine in the near future.
We stopped in for dinner-ordered steak stroganoff and a salad of some sort- the cook was on her phone, which I think is just nasty, however thankfully they pour or use utensils for the food. But still not a good look. She also placed a cleaner bottle on the, I believe was the pasta station, which is a no no for food safety reasons. I gave a middle score bc the mgr replaced my daughters food. But there should be a standard with the phone use in the food areas.
NICE EMPLOYEES; IF THERE IS TIME THEY LOVE TO TALK TO YOU. ME, I LOVE THE FOOD, AND IN NEARLY 90 Percent OF THE TIME IS VERY FAST GETTING TO YOU. Since this is a family restaurant it would be nice if they used a battery operated sweeper on the floors and perhaps at least every two hours made bathroom rounds to keep them neater.Otherwise I have nothing to complain about. I have been to Locations on Sawmill Rd. And Gemini.
Quoted me 10 minutes, I came in 15 after I placed order and still had to wait another 25 minutes to receive it. Also would’ve liked to at least have my drink while I waited or a “sorry for the wait” but customer service was lackluster here today. Not to mention my meal was lukewarm
I live this place. It is a $10 lunch, so it isnt cheap, but this food is so good.I get the parmasean chicken breast, on buttered noodles, adding broccoli(I ask them to steam it long as I have issues chewing). The chicken is always tender, spiced perfectly, and full of flavor. The buttered noodles sound boring, but with two types of parmasean, spices, and warm, fluffy noodles, it is fantastic.I order ahead on my phone, pick up fast on lunch, and save a bunch of time. This is one of the best ways to get fresh food on a quick pickup.
Dirty tables. No ice in the pop machines. I mentioned it to a employee, but it didnt get fix. Meatballs were obviously from a microwave. Tasted like any other meatballs you buy in a freezer section. My Ceaser salad was good. The employees were nice but there werent enough of them for how busy it was.
I thought the food was really decent. Seemed like gourmet food for a fast-food type restaurant. The cashier was excellent at explaining how it all works and gave us good recommendations. I also love their policy: if you dont like what you got you can tell them and they will make you something else for free. Prices werent amazingly cheap, but pretty reasonable for the food you get. I wouldnt call it a restaurant that I would crave but one that I would return to every few months. I gave the service a 1 because the bathroom wasnt in the greatest condition.
I got the buffalo chicken mac and cheese and it was lackluster. Noodles were overly chewy and there was little to no cheese sauce on it, 75% of pasta had no cheese at all. It was doused in hot sauce and a cut up breaded chicken patty. My husbands chicken alfredo has endless spinach and a dash of alfredo, it was really dry. It is mediocre fast food in pasta form. It was expensive too and we arent full. Go to Piada if you want delicious bowls of pasta. Wont be back.
For a place with “noodles” in their name, they really miss the mark. My Pad Thai had several large clumps of fused together noodles. My other complaint is, this place was crazy cold and windy inside. Yep, the temperature was set at Siberia and the overhead fans were unavoidable. I moved 3 times and still could not find a seat where I did not have to anchor my napkin to something heavy. Then to wrap up this unpleasant condition, the tables were sticky and looked like they had not been wiped down since the Truman Administration.Seriously... find another place to eat.

2022-03-20Though a bit slower than most Noodles & Co around, it always supplies a tasty meal. I Particularly recommend the Mac and cheese. Please also keep in mind that anything ordered from here is significantly better when consumed at the restaurant - something I havent noticed as much as other restaurants. All around great place with some comfortable seating!

2022-03-26We love Noodles and Company. This place was disgusting. Food all over the chairs, tables and floors. My wife and 2 boys got the Mac n Cheese. Noodles were hard, cold and over cooked. This mustve been pre-made?? I ordered the pesto spinach grilled chicken. The noodles and vegetables were delicious. The chicken not so much. I felt like the chicken was either under cooked or the cheapest chicken they could buy. I paid $40 for this meal. I feel McDonalds wouldve been a better choice.

2022-07-14I enjoyed my food! Im only giving it a 4 star because I ordered one of the Asian inspired noodle dishes that was supposed to have lo mein noodles, and I can with a party of maybe 16 people. They told other people in my party when they ordered they did not have the lo mein noodles, and gave them options to substitute or order something else.It wasnt until after I ordered that my boyfriend came outside to tell me they didnt have the lo mein for my meal. I subbed for spaghetti like they suggested which is fine, but its just good to know what options are available ahead of time when youre ordering because that does change your decision on what you will get sometimes !Great service and clean environment.

2019-01-06I love their options for low carb and healthy diets!! I got the chicken Veracruz salad which was just amazing. For the keto diet I opted out of the corn but left everything else in. It really hit the spot. The lovely flavor combos make it feel like you arent missing out on anything!Would definitely recommend.

2018-05-13Easy to access. Food was ok. Orders were wrong with simple modification. Servers running into each other and customers. Food comes out meal by meal instead of at once. This is why I probably won’t be back for a year or two
