New Castle installed a new roof on our home in April 2021. We are very pleased with our new roof! The owner, Dave, was quick to answer all of our questions before and after install. The foreman was also onsite both days keeping an eye on the work. They’re also a local roofing company (Cleveland) area.

I had a large tree branch hit my house, damaged roof, soffit, gutters and had interior damage, I called Kyle at New Castle and He took very good care to ensure the job would get done.The overall experience was fantastic, had no hassles he was strait up honest and delivered on promises made. The tradesman were professional, friendly and respectful. I would highly recommend New Castle.The finished job looks fantastic and I was very impressed.
When we had a leak on our chimney, we called Kyle, who came out the next day and determined that we needed our flashing replaced, and we asked for some gutter work to be done, too. His team came out about 2 weeks later and had the job done very professionally within a few hours. We would definitely use New Castle Roofing again.
I spoke with Kyle on 12/2. He gave me an estimate and told me someone would be in contact to schedule my roof repair. I didn’t hear from anyone so I sent him a message on 12/9 letting him know that no one had contacted me and asked if he would be able to come out soon for the job. He told me they could be out the next day or the day after. It is now 12/15 and I have not heard from anyone and my roof still needs repaired. Poor communication shows lack of professionalism and is a very frustrating experience to be in from a customer standpoint.

My mother in laws roof was leaking into her house. She called New Castle and they came to check it out within a couple days. She received a very reasonable estimate the next day and they did the work the week later. The work was done well and it looks great. We highly recommend them.
The crew from New Castle was courteous, professional, and conscientious. They replaced several gutters, with gutter guards, and diverted downspouts in directions that made more sense than the prior set up. We appreciated the constant conversations and explanations throughout the process, as well as the follow up that occurred. Highly recommend!!
Newcastle came out to inspect a leak in my roof, and were able to repair it quickly and at a fair cost. Really appreciate how helpful Dave was in explaining what needed to be done, but didnt pressure me into any unneeded services.

2021-10-22Very happy with the job done by NewCastle. We had a complete new roof installed and they did a great job. They communicated every detail along the way and were all very friendly. They were recommended by neighbors and I can see why. An excellent choice for roofing. The total cost was also very reasonable.

2021-05-26I recommend New Castle Roofing to the fullest extent!I am absolutely thrilled with the roof replacement and chimney repair!All communications were professional, prompt and they fulfilled all of my requests and responded to every concern. I so appreciate how hard everyone worked, and particularly in the blazing heat! I tried to keep everyone fortified with snacks and electrolyte drinks! They arrived promptly both days, worked nonstop, and they even cleaned the site after the first night, even though they were returning the next day. They cleaned the site again two more times to ensure that no nails or other debris were missed. The crew did their best to protect my plants, which was not easy! and I greatly appreciate that effort. They were very thorough, cleaned the gutters beautifully, and took care of all repairs quickly and efficiently. The roof needed far more repair work than I had anticipated. They took before and after photos of all critical areas, and sent me a detailed list of what was done so that I can use that for insurance/inspection/resale of the house if I should ever need such documentation. Their quote was less costly than three other reputable competitors. Everyone was very respectful and the new roof and chimney repairs are gorgeous!

2020-12-27New Castle roofing is a highly reliable, professional company with highly effective communication. They were able to come out the day we called to fix our leaking roof which was such a blessing because the next day we experienced heavy rain and snow. Now that the snow is melting, our roof remains leak free after their work. My husband and I were pleased with the professionalism and courtesy demonstrated by the team of men who worked on our roof. We will be recommending New Castle Roofing to all our family and friends, and will be hiring them for future projects.

2021-01-22Newcastle did a great job removing old roof and installing completely in one day! There was nothing to cleanup after they were finished and the roof/gutters look great. Kyle took care of talking with my insurance adjuster and I didnt have to do a thing but give him all the info. Everything was taken care of with no hassle.
