This place has a lot of thieves walking around specially during Night time , stealing and breaking into cars. Also taking things from patios . You see a lot of druggies in the neighborhood in bikes and cutting through an alley that connects them to Home Depot . The dumpsters are always flooded and you will always see a shopping cart left behind by the Crackheads . The apartment office doesn’t care and they do nothing about it.I heard from other neighbors this is nothing new and that there is rumor one of the employees knows the thieves but they don’t do anything about it.

Non problem Tendant wise We all get along its the Management & complex organization thats the Issue. Woke up yesterday to go to work walk out The Complex TOWED my car I was NOT parked in handicapped. I parked in SAME spot ive been parking all year. Also Theres NO assigned parking neither. Secretary Said We all Needed parking permits yet no notice was given to Me. She said they TAPED notice on our doors that was Never on my door & My Neighbors got Towed Also. comes down to complex not being organized but thinking theyre a gated community. I got vehicle back They still want every bit theyre Rent Money!! So much for waking up on the Right Side the bed walk out like Duude wheres my car. Cant afford to keep getting Towed from my own place Not cool! On top of The Maintenance Man Jef sending Death threat Texts to my 60yr old Grandmother before I ever Moved in that I Still have saved incase anything ever happens between them Showed the owner he Didnt take Me Serious. The other Maintenance Guy who was doing my Lease Took Me more Serious From this day Forward I promise I Will Be snapping Pictures of my parking permit Daily incase towed again can barely see it with Tinted windows

I have lived here for almost two years and intend on renewing my lease for a third time next year its fairly quiet very close to almost any kind of store you could need. The property manager is very nice they do regular maintenance and upkeep I like it here and do recommend itunless you need or want quality cable and Internet. Because if you live here you will be stuck with Windstream or nothing.

Apartments are nice and very spacious. Landlord has an agreement between windstream. They will tell you that you can have whoever you want but when you go to install it they say the apartments turned off their service 2 years ago. If you want decent internet do not move in here.

I live in Lakeplace apartments and we love it. The apartment was perfectly clean when we moved in and the maintenance staff are always quick to respond. My only recommendation is that the office invests in actual receipts, not just the book you buy at Walmart with the carbon paper.

Been living here for almost a year and so far its awesome! Very close to my work so if anything would happen to my vehicle I can still make it to work on foot!

We were told upon move in that the our new apartment had been redone because the property was moving forward and redoing all of the townhomes. After moving in we found some bugs that looked a little suspect and started some research. We went and talked to multiple exterminators and they told us that they were bed bugs. After talking to our neighbor about what we had found he informed us that the previous tenant was overrun with bed bugs and that we should talk to the landlord. He also told us to watch out for a specific maintenance man and told my girlfriend to make sure she showered with the blinds closed and only when I was home. The property owner is now not giving the deposit back after we moved out due to these issues or the rent for a month in which we were only there for one day. Terrible experience and would avoid this company at all costs.

They made me wait 2 months and decided to give it away to someone else with out letting me know. They kept making up dates when it would be done.
