T is a consummate professional and I am always treated like family when I am here!Update 2/2022: Im 5 years in as a customer and stand behind this review. In the age of this pandemic, there is little you can depend upon. Natural nails is in the dependable category. Hands down.
They got me right in, after scheduling an appointment the same day. I was done in good timing.
Although I enjoyed the atmosphere, relaxed and clean, I am not happy with the quality of my nails. It has only been a week and a half and my nails are chipping. I got the gel polish. I am not sure what product they are using but it is not holding well for me.
Customer for over 10 years and have always been treated with utmost professionalism. They care about their services and always treat customers with kindness and respect and make sure they are satisfied with whatever service is done. I get many compliments on my nails and I make sure I tell them where I get them done!
This place is horrible overpriced for low quality it only been 2 day and three of my nail already broke. They rushed it the nail polish wasn’t even dry and the trying to rush to do a pedicure I ask them to fix it and the said they’ll do my pedicure and then fix it I told them I don’t want a pedicure that I wanted to polished fix they got an attitude and instead of taking of the messed up gel polish they tried to polish over it 😡 this place is pathetic
Ive gone here for years, and have never had an issue. They are like family. The owner and her husband Stacey, who keeps everything clean and sanitized, are great. Never had an issue with none of the techs, and my nails always pop!!
I’ve been coming to natural nails for 15 yrs. the nail techs are always welcoming and friendly. My nails always look amazing when I leave. I’m always getting compliments and asked where I go. You can’t go wrong with getting your nails done here. When you leave you feel relaxed and fabulous
I came here twice, the woman did a fantastic job the first time. The second time he applied the gel polish terribly it was lumpy and my feet didn’t even look done. It was like he didn’t even want to do it. My gel polish started peeling and now I have a fungus on my toenail. Get serviced by the woman they’re more delicate and careful. The man just wants to get it done so you can leave, so disappointed I never had nail fungus in my life. And I paid 60$ for a pedicure now I have to pay more to get rid of this fungus
I have been getting my nails done here and by Thuy for years. I love her work, she does an excellent job on making my acrylic nails look natural. She is very personable we laugh joke she’s great!! The prices are extremely reasonable. Tammy is also great as well. I absolutely recommend Natural Nails.
I went and got my nails done a week agoI a fill and pedicure. And a fix . Which the lady took the wrong nail off and had to replace 2 nails . I also got a GEL POLISH.. she replaced the 2 nailsWith 2 curved nails . Which the nailsIs not the same type of nail as the rest, as well as my my gel polish is completely coming off on on all of my nails, I have 2 missing nails and 1 nail is lifted. Ultimately I do NOT RECOMMEND THE SERVICES HERE . I will never go back

I have been going to Natural Nails since they opened years ago. The owner Thuy is very professional as well as her staff. Her shop is very clean and quaint, thats why I chose Naturals Nails. Now my Grandchildren go to her as well. Love You Thuy!
As having previously bad experiences with pedicures at salons, I chose this place with a bit skepticism. The experience was very pleasant. I have very janky feet and the woman who worked on them did her magic and they look the best Ive seen in a very long time. This place will more than likely be my go to for my pedicures. 😊 Not to mention reasonably priced for pedicures as opposed to other places that charge 40 and up that are closer to me
Was not happy with the shape and look of my nails. The older lady has such a bad attitude and everytime she does my fill in, she drills so hard that she hurts my cuticle and today was the day she made me bleed. She continued the job without acknowledging she cut me and then once I told her of the pain she waved me off. I will not be attending back there, They could have better reviews if they agree to getting more nail artist with more experience in what the client wants
I’ve been going to Tee for over 2 years and she has always been professional and worked in a timely fashion... I make my appointment she take me in on time and recently she did my mother nails last minute... Great clean atmosphere and service !!!
Thuy and her family do my nails to perfection every time. I never have a problem with chipping or the color wearing off. They always execute the designs that I ask for. Very friendly and extremely fast.
The staff and the technicians were great they did an awesome job on my pedicure. The managing staff was pleasant and very nice to talk with. The place is exceptionally clean and very quiet and peaceful. It was an excellent experience

Such wonderful staffs, friendly and the pedicure service was the best in town! All of their brand new pedicure units, clean and relaxing! The Manicurist has really taken time for the whole service and it absolutely worth every minutes of it!! Cant wait to bring my family in for the manicure/pedicure services!!!!! I guarantee it!😁😁😁👍🏻
If I could really give them no stars I would. First they need more than two people working there at really know how to do nails. When my mom and I got there’s was probably only 4 people ahead of us. That’s older lady she does not listen at all. She messed up my mom nails. Then they took another lady before me that walked in way after my mom and I got there. They have a book that people put down what they want done. Why don’t they use it. The young lady doesn’t listen either I asked for a very light pink she gives me a clear color. My mom and I will not be coming back.
I love going to Natural Nails . I have been going there for over 4 years . Very friendly and there prices are just right . Make a apt and get in and out very fast . They take walk ins but u might have to wait . A lot of colors to pick from . I get the gel and it last me 4 weeks . All knew salon chairs for you feet . Hope to see you there

My experience was ok until I asked for her to do nail art on my 9 year old daughters fingers. She begin acting like she didnt want to do it. She said something about her fingers were too small. Her customer service was unacceptable and I will no longer spend my money there. She seemed like she had an attitude while doing my nails. I work in customer service so I know how a customer should be treated. She need to take some customer service classes. Her 16 year old son had better customer service.
I have been going to Thuy for years. Today I went for my appointment for a fill as usual She started using the nail drill on my nails and when she got to the forth finger she lost control of the drill and cut me from one end of my finger all the way to the other side. I started bleeding she didn’t try to help me, get a bandaid say sorry or anything and she still charged me full price! If you cause a injury to someone you don’t charge them! especially after I had been going to her for so long it was basically like so. I will never ever go here again they are horrible mean people they don’t care about their customers they just want your money! Go else where!
I give this nail salon 5 stars for one reason.T. There is a nail tech here named T. Before I switched to her, another worker named Tammy did my nails. Do not let Tammy do your nails.From experience I have seen Tammy being rude to a customer once. Also, she did my nails once and she did a terrible job. Not only were my nails uneven, but she left bubbles in my acrylic and it showed through the nail polish, when I sat under the dryer for at least 15+ minutes I messed up one nail, my nail tech Tammy didnt help me, but T did.If you go here get T. She is very nice, the prices are always on point and she does her job well. If youre very specific as to how you want your nails done, you can count on T to do it perfectly.
A wonderful professional nail salon, very clean. I have been coming here to Thuy for 14 years and my pedicures are great. The new massage chairs are very comfortable and relaxing 😊
My nails were messy and my acrylic started to pop off the first week. I gave them a shot because I seen a few good reviews. I regret coming here by far the worst nail job I’ve had.

I have been going here for years but lately the owner and staff is unfriendly, she never speaks to customers unless its asking for your money! They only talk in their language its starting to feel uncomfortable!
The first time I went the polish dried very uneven. Gave them a second chance and again my polish dried very uneven and blotchy even worse than before! I dont know if their polish is old or what but they just dont know how to polish evenly.
My favorite nail shop to go to, been going since they opened 15 years ago. Great quality with a great price. Make sure you get shellac it make your nails last even longer.
Requested the older lady because she is usually pretty good. Went on a Friday so they were pretty busy so she was rushing. Nails shaped uneven, gel polish uneven and sloppy. Very disappointed
Me and my mom went they were Extremely rude changed my nail shape with out asking me didn’t have nothing I asked for I was getting eye rolls the whole time they did a rush job and was really impatient will never go again if I could give them no star at all I would f this place horrible horrible service.
They next day my nail chipped. They are so rude in there too. Nobody even talks to you. Ill never go back.

2022-01-140/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.! I Came In For Two Nail Repairs It Hasn’t Been A Week & My Nails Are Breaking. I’ve Been Sitting For Over An Hour & She Still Is Saying She Has To Charge Me Even Though Ive Already Paid $70+Tax Because In Her Words “ I Broke My Nails. ” They Never Speak English Even When Talking Around Or To Customers & They Overcharge You After They Make Mistakes. They Use Hideous Curved Nails & Will Take Other Customers Ahead Of You Even If You Arrived First With An Appointment.!!!

2022-04-12Absolutely love this place. I make an appointment, which is allowed. I never have to wait. Tee is professional and provides a shop that is clean, sanitized after each patron and comfortable. I have watched her deal with customers that are very rude with kindness and in a professional manner. Prices are commensurate with todays costs. I have frequented this place for many years. I recommend Natural Nails highly and I am not easy to please. 🤣

2022-06-24Felt my mani pedi was rushed. I was the last appointment of the day. I was charged $64.80 but the sign said $55 +$5 for 2 finger/toe design. I have badly filed nails with polish on some areas. I am not happy and dont plan to return. Customer service is dead and gone. Everyone has attitudes and think they are doing you a favor when it is your money keeping them open.

2022-05-12Update to Thatcher Tan: First of all my name is Selena not Serena and I go by Lena which is my nickname. (Ask Tee she know who I am) My fill in never used to be 40 dollars including taxes I used to pay 30 dollars with tax plus a 10 dollar tip and I have the bank statements to prove it so before you start running your mouth do your homework!! I havent been to that shop since February and furthermore I would NEVER pay 97 dollars there so again address this with Serena because Im not her please and thank you ✌At first I really enjoyed coming here because initially my nails would be flawless and reasonably priced. However, as the months went on the quality of my nails began to crumble. They lifted a lot because the acrylic was so thin and I had the same set of nails on for a year but was told I didnt need a new set on more than one occasion. My other issue was the fact that I never paid the same price and Ive been going there for 9 months, the last straw was when I paid 43 dollars for a fill in and my last 2 months I had to tell my nail tech what I wanted my nails to look like shape wise when that wasnt the case before. So I decided not to return

2022-09-17Very clean! Very quiet! Friendly, professional and fast! They don’t break the bank and they move very efficiently! Very very pleased with my services from this shop! I drive 45 minutes just to have my nails done here. Treated very well every time I go!

2022-03-22I wish I could give them a 0 stars! I frequented this establishment for pedis. At first it was cool but then I started to notice how the pale large guy at the door treat people. Well today took the cake. I just got a pedi at this place yesterday. I was driving back from out of town with my 5 year old twin nieces and one had to potty really bad. It was the first local business with a restroom off the freeway. I stopped in to see if my niece could use the potty(seeing I was a frequent customer). That man literally yelled at us , told us to get out because they didn’t have insurance for that! I told him i’d never give them my business again but my poor niece use the bathroom on herself. She was so sad and humiliated. I’m more so hurt for her! She’s 5 years old. Human decency goes a long way! Shame on you!

2021-09-19Natural Nails has been my go-to nail salon for almost 5 years. Excellent service, extremely clean, and very professional. Unfortunately my mother & I stopped going due to the pandemic. Now that I’ve returned back to an office setting, I intend on scheduling an appointment immediately! 2022-05-19I went to get a manicure around 2:50pm and the lady said that they were booked. There was only one customer in there. The place close at 700pm. Not convenient at all. Thumbs down 👎
