Found through Thumbtack, Native Tree Care showed up on time to provide a quote. Dan, the owner, also showed evidence of insurance, something others, if they bothered to show up at all, did not do. Working as a three man crew the two tall pines came down quickly. The removal from the yard was hard work and by the time the cleanup was done it was dark. You wont find a more trusted and committed tree service company at such competitive prices than Native Tree Care. I hope I never have to have another tree removed but if I do I know who I am hiring.
Very prompt response. Reasonable quote. They arrived the next day on time. The tree was removed in under an hour and they were very professional. Cleaned up nicely afterward. Will use again!

Removed two mature invasive pear trees and ground down the stumps. Scheduled and completed job immediately. The crew was very professional and did a great job with clean up! Excellent communication and very competitive rates. Highly recommend.

Worst company I’ve dealt with hands down. After coming out once in November was supposed to get a follow up and get more branches trimmed didn’t hear anything for 2 MONTHS! Was charged the same amount to get 6 branches trimmed as it was to get an entire tree taken down because it was quoted and was $100 difference. No communication whatsoever 10 out of 10 wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Willing to pay double from someone else to not have to deal with them again.
After having several other companies come look at the job with varying estimates and ideas, my family and I were so glad and relieved to know that there are companies out there like Native Tree Care, LLC. They were consistently honest, transparent, responsible, and willing to get the job done no matter the difficulty (in the most safe and efficient manner). Over and over again if you need any tree work done, hire this company! In fact, our neighbors were very pleased with how well they handled the precarious tree situation we had (massive Tulip Poplar) and highly recommend their work too. I cant see hiring anyone else in the local area for the type of work they do.You will be most pleased with the work from the first phone call to appraisal and estimate to their quick but excellent execution.Thank you for making our home, family, and property safer.
When searching for a tree service company, we kept seeing that Native Tree Care had a five-star rating. That is why we decided to use their services. And now, from our own experience, we can definitely say they deserve a five-star rating. Dan and his crew are amazing and reasonably priced. Dani came out to provide estimate for service needed, he was very professional and pleasant to speak with. While there still a small amount clean up leftover they did an amazing job. My neighbors were so impressed with the professionalism they want to hire them for tree work around the neighbor. I would highly recommend.
Dan and crew did an incredible job cutting down trees in my yard. I am so pleased that I will tell everyone I know about this company. I live in a Florence, Kentucky subdivision where there are a lot of big trees. Pricing is extremely fair for tree/stump removal, hauling it away and seeding. This was a big decision for me and working with Dan made it the right decision.
I had Native Tree Care remove 11 trees from my yard and they did a fabulous job. They called to let me know when they would be there, they came and removed everything in once, chipped what could be chipped. They cleaned up after themselves. They guys were friendly and accommodating. I would definitely use them again and I would recommend them!!

Native Tree Care was very professional, courteous and did excellent work. They pruned two large trees near our house and removed all debris. I will use them again in the future and recommend them to anyone else.
Removed two trees for me. One large ash near my house, a second tree partially uprooted that was about to fall on my neighbors fence. They were able to take care of both of these quickly and professionally at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend.

2022-03-25This is the second time we have used Native Tree Care to take down a tree. The first time they came out and removed at least 3, and today was only one, but this was the biggest. It was at least 80ft tall and it had rotted out. It went down with very little damage to the surrounding trees and they made it look neat and even artistic upon completion of the job. We highly recommend this company and pricing was very fair.

2022-08-01If you are looking for someone for tree work I can not recommend Native Tree Care enough. They had the best price of anyone I received a quote from. They were literally half the price of a lot of their competition. I even had one guy suggest because of their price they would leave the work undone or do a bad job, that could not be further from the truth. They did everything they agreed to do and more. The work was completed on time, the price was GREAT, and they cleaned up everything before leaving. I didnt so much as have a leaf or wood chip on my deck or driveway. Dan and all of his guys were the best! You wont find someone to do a better job nor will you find a better price! If you are looking for some tree work give Dan and his team a call.

2022-06-21Dan and his crew do a great job. I have used them twice in the past year. The first time was to trim up several trees and remove a few dead trees. The trimmed trees look so much better. The second time was to remove a pretty large walnut tree after it had been damaged in recent storms. Dan stopped by my house to estimate the work, sent me a text of the estimate and was out the next week. Their pricing is very reasonable. They are very professional, do great work and clean up all debris from the removal. Give Dan a call you won’t be disappointed!

This was encouraging as had a few tree folks stop by quoting unreasonable prices and needs. The value was extremely good for the quality of work completed by the Native team. 2022-03-18Dan and the team did outstanding work removing a huge Oak tree and 2 stumps in my backyard. The oak was at least 50ft high - not sure of the diameter of the trunk but it was massive and waaaaay too close to our house. Not to mention it was positioned between two power lines that led from a pole in the back of my yard to my house and my neighbors on either side of me. The lines create a V shape over the top of my yard and the giant tree was right in the middle. Dan and crew safely removed the entire tree and stump without even brushing a power line. The crew was very professional and personable and they got it all done in one day much faster than I had initially been told. I would highly recommend Native Tree Care. They were also the most reasonably priced!

2022-07-11Dan is a pleasure to work with, and they did a wonderful job removing storm damage on the ground and 80 feet up in the canopy. Professional, fairly priced, responsive, and cleaned up nicely. Living in Paxton Woods, weve used quite a few over the years, but Native Tree is our tree service going forward.

2021-05-21I have needed tree trimming/removal for years at my home, but have never been able to justify the cost. Tree care is extremely expensive. I decided to get more quotes this year and used Thumbtacks website to do so since Ive had good luck with professionals on there for other projects in the past. I reached out to Dan for a quote on May 3rd. He messaged me back quickly and said he was able to get here today. He got here when he said he would and gave me a quote for the trees in my front yard--it was such a great value compared to all the quotes Ive gotten from similar companies in the past that I had him look at my backyard as well. All in all, his quote was about a third of the price of the most expensive quote I have gotten from a highly recommended company--for double the trees (so we would get 4 trees done at a THIRD of the cost of what the other company wanted for 2). That value is insanely good. He hadnt even left my driveway by the time I called him to set up an appointment.Dan had to delay work for one day, which could have been a minor inconvenience if my husband and I didnt work from home (so we could be here at time of service). Thankfully we do, so it wasnt a big deal. They were done by the end of the day. That included three large tree trims, one large tree removal, and the grinding/removal of all mess. They even picked wood chips out of my front gardens and removed a large branch from my backyard that was already there. They offered to grind the stump (in the attached photo) for extra, which I agreed to since it was still cost-effective. I waited until everything was done to review, so here I am (the stump has been ground down and the bill matched the quote).Dan was amazingly cost-effective, punctual, and professional. He was also honest, giving me his professional opinion on the health of my trees where other professionals claimed they were already dead and needed removing (which is clearly not true given theyre still blooming and growing). I have already recommended him to fellow real estate professionals (I work in real estate, so I know a few people who would love to have the phone number of an honest and cost-effective tree professional!). If you need someone to look at your trees and give you an honest informed opinion, I highly recommend Dan at Native Tree Care. I got so many quotes from recommended local professionals before Dan and was outraged at all their prices. Dans was the best quote and he even cleaned up after himself--something most other tree services dont do for free. I cant recommend Dan enough.
