They are located in a not-so-nice part of East Cleveland which isnt evident on their website - however, this is of no fault of their own. I just wasnt expecting this because I am not from the area.I didnt end up getting a car from them but they seem very nice. The car I looked at was neither overpriced or under-priced - however I found a cleaner, 1 owner at another dealership for the same price. If you have less than stellar credit, they seem like they would be a lot better choice from JD Byrider.
From the moment I walked into the front doors I felt welcome. Cecelia, Jamal, and Mike were all a part of my buying experience and they were all amazing. I absolutely love my Nissan Murano. She has quickly turned into the best car Ive ever had. Its not often I walk out of a car dealership excited but I can truly say I am very happy.
I traveled from Erie Painesville. I am 19 years old with no credit. I visited many dealers in Erie Pa. and no one want to deal with me. I found World Auto Network on Craig list. When I called 1st I spoke to Mike. He asked me about my job and many financial questions. He promised me that he will work hard for me. I filled a credit application on there web page. And I email him documents needed. And I was approved for a car loan next day by their Credit Union. The rate was low, the monthly payment was reasonable and the down payment was minimum. When I got to the dealer the staff was courteous and friendly. Every one was working. I new then why I was approved.
For me, buying a car has always been an awful experience. But I was in the market for a truck and need one that wouldnt break down on me in a month like my last one did. I found a 2005 Dodge Dakota on Craigslist and called to make sure all the posted info was correct. I scheduled a time to view the car and speak with the finance manager, Jamal. When I arrived the truck had already been completely cleaned off from snow and it was waiting for me in front of their building. I fell in love with it on my test drive and when I returned, Jamal provided me with a carfax vehicle history report.
When I bought the car originally it was problem after problem. The owners were willing to help fix some of the issues the car had. This is not an AWFUL place to buy but be cautious and bring someone with you who can inspect the cars. The mechanics are subpar but the sales department and ownership are good people. I dont think I would buy a car here again.
After totaling my previous car, my insurance only gave me $4,000 to purchase a new vehicle. I was already extremely upset and feeling ripped off by my insurance company but World Auto was able to give me a 2002 Hyundai Santa Fe for exactly what I had. On top of that the women who did my transaction (Cecelia, may be spelled wrong) gave me gap insurance as well so that in case I was in an other accident and the insurance did not cover the full amount of my car (again) the gap would give me the remainder. She knew just what I needed and put my mind to ease. Highly recommended to anyone.
These guys are the absolute best. Ive had so much trouble and gone to so many dealers that Ive lost count. I was always denied or the down payment they required was ridiculously high. But thanks to these guys I was finally approved at a decent price. I really needed this car for my family.
World Auto Network is a group of great people. I bought a Toyota Sienna from them recently and my next one will be with them too! I dealt with Mike and Cecelia but everyone there is great from the owners to the helpful porters. Not to mention my Toyota Sienna is awesome and has all the bells and whistles.
The car I bought had issues from the day I drove it off the lot and I was charged for repairs but I had to continue to bring the car back almost weekly for the same repairs. Their service department has no customer service skills and they dont know what theyre doing I ended up having to pay over $5,000 in repairs on a car that I owed $6,000 and they refused to take the vehicle back or trade it in for a new vehicle. Im very disappointed in the service that I received and I would not refer anyone to them.
I had heard about the tax refund program World Auto was doing and came running with my W2. They were able to get me financed on a 2008 Ford Focus by using the $500 I got back from my federal tax returns. On top of that, they filed my federal and state tax returns for me. Now I dont have to deal with the hassle of waiting two hours to file at a tax place and I have a car.
So I am a NY resident, who was extremely interested in a particular vehicle, I spoke with multiple members of the staff and was originally very happy and excited to deal with them, until I completed their application and spoke to their finance people, giving them the required info, and was told “ok, let me submit everything and I will contact you.”....1 week later after hearing nothing, I reached out to them...and the only response I got was...”the vehicle is sold.” Regardless of the type of client, location, or service provided, this is absolutely “piss-poor” practice. Seeing as how I am only 2 hrs away and providing things went well, I would have returned to purchase an additional vehicle within a month or two, as well as sent others from the WNY area to them. They absolutely DID NOT earn anything other than the warning to others to leave them to their deceptive practices and find another business to work with—over 10 years working in the auto industry and even the lowest of the low local dealers have at least common courtesy to keep you informed, leave them to their practices, and try and find someplace else who legitimately wants you as a customer.
This place is simply amazing, I got both my brother’s and my dad’s car from here, perfect price, no issues with the cars, they even changed the oil and the breaks on both cars free of charge and the owner tested it himself before selling, i am even considering selling my current car and get one from them ! Five stars !
I just bought a 2002 Saturn L100 for 2495.00 with 125000 miles, within less than a month, the check engine light is on, Ive already spent 175.00 on getting the brakes together & the diagnosis for why the light is on, it needs a ignition module & ignition coil, the driver side front window motor needs to be replaced. After writing this, the sub frame separated from the car. Please check the car out before buying.
Lies! Cars have been damaged and repaired poorly! They do not disclose that the car youre trying to buy has frame damage. They shoot gun you to every bank for an approval then they ILLEGALLY pack payments with warranty and gap! UNETHICAL scumbags! Dont fall for all the fake 5 star reviews that are left by friends family and employees
You will not find a more professional and understanding used car dealership than this one. I purchased a 2014 nissan murano with 144,000 miles from Patrick (the sales guy). After driving it for a week I decided it was to old and had to many miles on it. So I took it back and after having a conversation with Kal (one of the owners) he allowed me switch that murano for a beautiful 2020 murano and applied what I had already paid on the 2014 murano towards the 2020 murano without me losing any money. Kal, Sam, Patrick, and Dian you guys rock! I will definitely be coming back here next year when my oldest son turns 16.

2022-05-05Sold us a minivan with a leaky head gasket that slowly builds up pressure and overheats every 100 miles. We live less than 100 miles away, so after we drove it off the lot it took us about a week to figure that out. Took it to a shop and they released the pressure in the radiator, but then it did the exact same thing again 100 miles later. And now it’s a glorified pile of scrap metal with 170,000 miles on it. And they won’t take it back (15 days after we bought it). I expect routine problems with any used car, but I also expect a car I’ve just bought to run for more than five days. Instead, it left me stranded on the side of the road with my three small children twice in two weeks. Huge waste of time and money that we don’t have.

2020-05-22The staff was not too sociable but were friendly. The mechanic I spoke to there was especially helpful. He was upfront about what he fixed on the car and his opinion about it.The lot itself was a bit cramped but thats pretty common.I didnt buy a car this time, but if they had one I was looking for I would definitely consider them.

2018-12-09Car bought from this dealer for $4000+ had extensive water damage to rear and pulleys were completely stripped and shot out on the highway. Brought to mechanic at first sign of trouble and they told me it had been covered and oiled so no problems would be seen. As-is contract means I was out of luck and car just sold in auction for less than $500 bucks less than 2 years after purchase. Beware + get car checked out fully before signing anything!

2019-06-13Went here after dealing with another dealership in area and desperately needing a car. received overpriced vehicle. next day after getting vehicle check engine light came on. Called and emailed World Auto and advised to bring car for service. Light went off for a few days then returned. I was advised by Kamal not to mention engine light to finance company during welcome call which was a huge mistake. Have had nothing but issues every since. just found out there were multiple issues going on with engine that were patched up to sellcar. Im now stuck with a loan for $11,000 and a car with engine issues. dont do business here or trust anything said unless in writing!!

2017-03-21Words can not describe how courteous and friendly our sale rep was. Cecilia and the manager was so awesome in helping us get approved for our new truck. I love it, it was a good price and it runs very well. Not sure about others negative reviews but our experience was far from negative. We will be back next year. Thanks Cecilia!

2020-08-01We live an hour and a 1/2 away. We called ahead to make sure the vehicle was still there. It was at the body shop but was reassured that we would be able to see it. When we arrived they didnt know where it was. When they found it, it was at another dealership getting the computer repaired and wouldnt be finished for another week. We wasted our time and our money along with being irritated with unprofessionalism of the staff. We got the runaround.
