NMS and their contract funeral home failed to ship human remains on the scheduled date. NMS did nothing and was unaware of the problem until we (the receiving funeral home) found out and told them. In all it took 10 days. There were no extenuating circumstances with the airlines or deceased. Simply failure to do what is required to care for the deceased and their family. Management did not return several messages over the period of 2 months.

When faced with an unexpected death in my family, I had no idea what to do. I contacted National Mortuary Shipping and they handled my fathers final arrangements with dignity, compassion, and respect. They were a bright light during a very heavy, heartbreaking time, and i do not know what i would have done without their help.Their prices and services are very competitive, and their costumer service went far above and beyond.

For the sake of your mental health and the heart ache that you are going through during the time that you would need the services of a company like NATIONAL MORTUARY SHIPPING, I would beg you NOT to use this company for your needs. My experience is so sad and lengthy, details that I don’t wish to share but to only say my sadness for my loss has been replaced anguish, bitterness and disbelief . Shame on this company for making a already sad situation so much worse . I would not have even given it one star but that is the only way you can post review.
