Although it was a rough go due to Covid-19 National, Fire and Water were very helpful in getting us to the completion point of our repairs.

2022-07-16Not a good business to work for if you want to be something in life, a bunch of bitter old women there that tries to make your job hard, seem a little prejudice and judgmental. And they won’t pay what you’re worth. Overall a good job to learn from but the people who you have to answer too very unprofessional in my opinion. I still have dust on my lungs from doing demo work with the proper ppe provided, just another company that wants a buck the employees aren’t appreciated. And they’re only getting 2 stars because I liked the job and despite my situation I was there late or not.! Good luck NFWR. Thanks for the opportunity to find better in myself.

2022-07-18National Fire & Water Co. contracted with Nationwide Insurance Company recommendation in Feb of 2022. Company showed up, took my check and cashed it.Then I only saw them every 3 weeks or so. It is almost August of 2022 and they are still not done. I am not satisfied with what they have finished. I wouldnt recommend National Fire & Water to save my life!!

2021-07-16This locally run and operated company was professional, timely, and efficient. They took the time to explain and guide me through the ins and outs of my insurance claim and coverage, going above and beyond to make sure that I was able to make informed decisions. Highly recommend!

2021-07-16These guys helped me out in one of the worst times in my life. Ive never witnessed a company in the evil industry that is insurance claims give me such direct, clear, and concise information. All of the negative reviews are coming from people who dont know what a deductible is. Ultimately, I cant give a single complaint and Id honestly say if I couldnt recommend a better business for insurance claims. On the worst day of your life call National Fire & Water Repair.

2021-08-26Did an excellent job in repairs on my basement. The main area of concern was the lack of respnsiveness with communication. But again, all services that were requested, were completed, and I am happy with their work.

2020-08-04The BEST services you’re going to get in our area, they’re honest, hard working, and locally owner and operated. They aren’t going to rip you off like other mitigation/restoration companies are going to that are in this area. I recommend them to all of my customers and they’re never unhappy with the service they receive from NF&WR. Keep up the amazing work!!

2017-02-15I have worked on several projects with the staff at NFWR. This locally owned, community-oriented small business provides excellent customer service and a job well done from start to finish.Stay away from the national chains. When you have an emergency, call someone who cares! Call Paul and his team at National Fire & Water Repair!

2019-09-06We had a kitchen fire and almost lost are pets. Smoke damage was everywhere. Larry went above and beyond along with the rest of the crew. Are house is so clean and looks beautiful.
