Attorney Wilkenson was appointed to my daughter by the medina juvenile courts so while I didnt personally hire him, we were very lucky to have had him be her appointed guardian ad lidem. Having had experience with guardian ad lidems within the Medina County court system in the past(several during my divorce) I am well aware of level of interest, concern and ability(or lack thereof) that most guardian ad lidems put forth. My experience in the past as it relates to court appointed Guardians was not a positive one. To be blunt the ones I had in the past were Horrific.HOWEVER that was not my experience with Nathaniel Wilkenson.Attorney Wilkenson truly went above and beyond. Even though he was appointed by the courts he treated my daughters case as if I had hired him myself. He took the time to get to know my daughter, to educate himself about her and what was Really going on in her life and to ultimately put her best interest first and foremost.I know that is technically what a Guardian Ad Lidem is supposed to do but most do not. Most just look at whats on the surface and make there decisions without getting to know the children they represent.Attorney Wilkenson is the exception to that. He cares about what is best for the children he represents. And it shows. He advocated for my daughter the way people do for there own family or close friends. He represented her the way ALL Guardians should. Thank you for looking out for my daughters best interest. You were an integral part of changing my daughters life for the better.I can honestly say that not only did you save my daughter from years of further trauma and abuse, you may very well have helped save her life.I cannot thank you enough.

Not bad, however, I’m complaining about being thrown a bill for almost $500 when I didn’t receive any indication for why, besides a statement number and upon searching my records, I never received said bill in my email prior to this statement being sent. Office staff is slow at typing up paperwork, too. Irritating.
