2018-02-09My windshield wiper broke off while I was driving so I pulled right into Napa Auto in Twinsburg. Took the broken piece into the guys inside, and turns out it wasn’t broken, the little lever was just frozen!! They ran it under hot water, and came outside to put it back on for me. Didn’t spend any money there and still had great service. Thanks for knowing car stuff and helping me out Napa! Support Local Business!

2017-11-30Pulled in there lot at 610 they are closed at 600 I understand what closed means but when a customer has a flat and you refuse to sell them a plug kit and some fix a flat for cash. I will never do business with napa again. What comes around goes around.

2019-02-24They don’t install car batteries if purchased there. I went to Auto Zone in Macedonia instead.
