I buy parts here all the time, it is a little hard to get in and out of the parking lot but the parts are good and the staff very helpful.

Staff seems fine. Just a very small store with a horrible parking lot connected to a dangerous 5-Point intersection.
Ordered parts online to pickup in store because delivery were not available. Went to the store to pick up the parts, they said sorry, it seems like someone sold the parts you ordered!!! :/
More exp in there workers there than AutoZone or OReillys. I have a comm accounts at all of the Napa is less headache.

2019-07-21Ive bought parts here and the employees are helpful. This time, however, I had come to pick up my mom who had a fender bender at the intersection in front of the store. They told her she could leave her vehicle in their parking lot until the next day if she needed to until she could work out fixing or towing it. We really appreciated their hospitality.

2019-02-02Serious auto parts store, all about the parts and tools and stuff to keep autos running. By that I mean not a department store selling toys and home furnishings. Great customer service, ordered a part (O-ring) for foreign car, it was shipped/delivered to local store in one day. Large selection of tools and common parts on hand in stock. Been buying and using NAPA since I worked for my father at his 3-bay Amoco station....never failed to get what we needed for a repair!

2017-06-15Absolutely terrible. The guys working there are a**holes and are very rude. I asked a simple question and they gave me a look like are you kidding me? I heard them whisper something and laugh about it as I walked away. Not only that, but I was recently flipped off by a guy driving a little napa car. Dont waste your time with these washed out losers. Ive had nothing but bad experiences with these guys. Not only that but they dont have a very good selection.
