Do not shop at this store! I had a set of Napa branded premium rotors that I tried to return to this store yesterday. They were still in the box and never used. They told me I couldnt return them to their store because I didnt purchase them there. Ridiculous. Save your time and drive up to the Temperance Napa store. I was able to return the rotors there without any problems. Ive already contacted corporate headquarters and complained about this location. Terrible business!!
I went for there sale this guy. I think his last name is Ramsey Terry. He was incredible knowledgeable. Have not met a guy with knowledge like that in 30+ years. If they keep people like that around. I wont shop anywhere else.
I actually want to find parts if they can find in the computer to go and look at books too many people do that nowadays good people

2022-04-30I bought a napa battery 12/1/2019 it wont hold a charge. i called the store and there is no warranty after 24 months. i paid 150 for a piece of garbage. most auto parts store prorate their warranties depending on the predicted batter life. napa does not so do not buy a battery from napa.

2022-05-20Just because I am senior and woman I think they cheat. I went in got estimate on a battery he quoted me 184 and change I stepped outside got my card came back in to purchase and he said it 211 and change when I question him he said return core it will come down well no it didnt. He said I if I had military card or triple A I would get get discount. Not. (He didnt know I had both of them)

2018-01-24Very helpful and never have an issue....updated ! This place was super helpful and they are only two blocks from my home so its just a short walk to get my car parts! They had affordable prices on the parts I needed as well. Cheaper than what AutoZone quoted me. They man and woman at the counter were extremely helpful! Thank you!

2021-07-04I am not what you would call a handy man, so when I go to the auto parts store I need a little bit of assistance. The people at this location are very patient and helpful with amateurs like me. They helped me sort out everything I needed for the task I was working on. Super duper service and extra polite. They were so helpful that I felt obligated to leave a good review.

2021-03-25They moved to a new location on Laskey Road. New store. Very bright and clean, not to mention large. Now they have a new owner who even bought four brand new parts delivery cars. Things are looking up over there.

2018-01-17Place always looks like its on the brink of closing, but the people inside are very nice and helpful. Not quite your usual Autozone-type parts store, they have a lot of obscure and hard to find things. I went in for a rubber 1 1/2 fuel hose with a 45 degree bend, and wouldnt you know they had it.

2021-04-11The website said they close at 5:00 on Saturdays, I pulled up at 4:15ish and the place was dark and locked up. During the week they close before I get off work and now theyre closing early on Saturdays!? I would rather do business with NAPA than any of those other places, but they make it difficult.

2020-11-28Went to ORillys, then Auto Zone and finally NAPA looking for a positive battery lug to replace the one on my 17+ year old car. You guessed it...NAPA had what know one else did.

2018-09-28Moved the store months ago and the management never took the 5 minutes it takes to change the Google locator. If you put the Laskey address in it still takes you to the Alexis area were the old store is. I cant imagine how much business they have lost because of this. I would do some restructuring of personnel if I was a regional manager. Good luck. Lol
