This place was good when we first started going a year ago. The past few times weve had nails done there, the service was horrible and the nails uneven. The nail tech was too interested in her show she was watching on her phone to pay attention to the job she was doing. We wont be going back.
The first time I went there was a year ago. The nail tech done a sloppy nail polish job. Just went back to give them another try. I made an appointment the day before when I got there on time they tell me to come back tomorrow. Nail tech didnt even show up and they didnt even call me to let me know. Gas burned for nothing. SMH
Yesterday 05/06/2019 I got my nails done, this morning two popped off. The paint coat is uneven, I asked for coffin shaped nails and they are different shapes and sizes, none of them are even. They are over all sloppy. I was told they’d be one price and ended up payed a lot more than how much o was told they’d be. I do not recommend this place.
Wasn’t the best experience. The wait was little longer than expected which is fine they have a little staff at the same time they were taking people that were after me and the dude that did my nails burned me twice on my finger and nail knowing the tool he was using was worn out. It’s ghetto and cussing. It was good to experience something new because it’s close to my house but never again!
I waited forever. Even after calling. For my daughter to receive a gel manicure. They tell me the polish isnt going to say and why waste my money. I get her nails done all the time we are not new to a gel polish manicure. All I wanted is for my daughter to get her nails done and keep it moving. I dont need the extra nor did I ask for it. This was my first and last time at the nail expo
The wait was a bit long, but I could tell that the man doing my nails was an expert and cared to make his customers really happy. My nails look and feel very pretty and natural.
I went today for the first time and Ann did my nails. She did a great job on them. I will definitely continue to go back.
There are a LOT of nicer & cleaner places. This place is less expensive than most, & time management is NOT a priority for them. I go only because theyre so close to home, & 2 of the technicians are so good. I wish I knew of a better place thats not so expensive!
Went in for a gel polish on my fingernails. They shaped my nails and painted them with the gel polish for only $18. Ive paid $35 elsewhere. I am getting so many compliments on my nails!
The man that did my nails, was clearly not experience enough I got a full set and they are not even and he used to much polish so it made my nails uneven (not smooth)
Slow and work is sloppy. Not up on latest nail trends. Very basic lack luster service. If you’re basic at least be meticulous and deliver quality service with a sense of urgency
This was my 2nd visit for manicure only service. No appointment but I had a short wait both times. Satisfied with results both times and plan to patronize this business again.
Sofia is the greatest nail tech and the only person I trust with my nails. Her shaping and clean up is amazing. Shes funny as hell too haha.

The door was locked and two people looked at me and let me emphasize the fact the the open sign was on and and AND the store hadnt closed yet. So in conclusion I did agree with this rating.

Was dissatisfied with the service I received there, instead of being accommodating, the aunt that works there began yelling at me and told me I could just go, never saw customer service that bad, will never go there again..ever!

Did a bad job on my pedicure. The man barely cut my cuticles, and did a half job taking the dead skin off the bottom of my feet. I wont be coming back.

2022-04-16The lady is rude and lack customer service.Came April 15th at 7:10 and asked for pedicure she said no were closed. Says it doesn’t close until7:30. Came back at 11:40 April 16th she say no I’m short staffed I should’ve made a appointment when the previous day she said come earlier. She’s not welcoming and is just rude

2021-11-23I have been to this business twice and unfortunately, while the staff are friendly, the choice of TV programs and quality of service still give me concern. Who wants to watch animals kill baby animals while getting a manicure? Who enjoys bleeding during a manicure? I could barely tell the difference between the nail polish and my blood last time I was there and had to apply triple antibiotic cream when I got home. Lastly, not even a few days after getting my nails done, they tore. Not just near the tip of my nail where I could just clip off the torn part but further down my nail. While I managed to fight off infection the last time I was there, Im not sure if I will give a third try...

2021-03-10Went in as walk-in on a Sunday and got the best gel manicure Ive ever had. Usually a gel lasts me 10 days max, I am now close to 3 weeks. I had a chip in the polish last week and they fixed free of charge.The people are friendly and fast, the salon is clean, the work done is high quality and the cost is fair.They dont know this yet but theyve got a new client for life!

2021-06-25My first time visiting this establishment and I was scarred. I came in for only a mani/ polish, I brought my own polish. The manager/technician treated me very unfairly. She threatened me and then when I asked to switch technicians, she repeatedly kept coming over to me, taunting me. She was out of line and has VERY POOR customer service. The other technician that finished me up even apologized. She was disrespectful and rude. I will never be back!!! You just don’t treat any human the way she behaved. I was also told by the establishment next door that this isn’t the first time that they have heard similar complaints abouty this establishment.

2021-05-16To start off let me say that I personally do not use this establishment. But over the years I have bought gift certificates for people in my life that do use it. Ive never heard any of them say that theyve had a bad experience. In fact, its been just the opposite. The staff is very kind and they do follow the proper covid guidelines. I am told that they do really good work there. So if youre in the market for this kind of service you should check the place out.

2021-06-26So unprofessional!! I called and made an appointment for the following day. They said they had 1 appointment left for 6pm the next day. I said Ill take it, the women made sure to say tell them its with YoYo. I put the appointment info in my phone as soon as I hung up. I go to the appointment at 557pm. Walk in and tell them of my appointment. They say your not on our schedule. I said its with YoYo. Then they say it was at 5:30. But you just said I didnt have an appointment!?!? Oh were sorry... YES THEY ARE SORRY. I should have known and SHAME ON ME for going to them. After a friend told me one of them tried to over charge her and her mother. DO NOT GO TO THEM!!! TRUST ME YOULL EVENTUALLY REGRET IT!! FYI, they dont even have a price board. So they can say their price is any amount or over charge you.

2020-09-12If your looking for the latest trends. This is not the place. Special colors, color acrylic, shaped nails they just dont know how to do. It just took me almost 2 hours just to get my nails polished correctly. Idk the name of the man that serviced me. But for the future when dealing with certain colors. You have to lay many thin layers. Trying to put polish on thick to avoid doing multiple layers will leave the nails looking lumpy, and mis shaped. It starts to look like the nail polish is dripping off the nail and thats how it will dry as well... I also feel I was over charged ($60) for a polish change on my toes and nails with gel polish, especially for the low quality paint job received. This service shouldnt of been more than around $35.

2019-04-20I went to get my nails done here Thursday I’m a returning customer because my first experience here was great nails were neat and perfectly shaped too. When i left the shop Thursday I noticed my nails were shaped differently and not identical so i called to express my concerns and was told to come in at 2:30 (this was Friday, yesterday). I got there at 2:30 and was told i had to wait because the lady wasn’t ready to assist me yet. So i sat and waited for at least 30 minutes until i decided to leave. I called to see if i could make another arrangement to come in today and see if she could fix it and she became very argumentative telling me that i need to make time if i wanted her to fix my nails and that i was late coming in and how i need to show proof that she made a mistake. I went into the shop earlier today to show them the mistakes of how different all my nails look especially my middle finger on the right hand. The lady insisted on fixing my nails after i explained i didn’t want them fixed i just wanted to show them the mistake so that in the near future it wouldn’t happen again. The lady who serviced me walks over and tells her not to fix my nails because I cancelled my card and begins to argue with me and tells me because i didn’t get a full set that’s why my middle finger is shaped the way it is. Overall experience first impression is everything at first i suppose but after today’s ordeals i will not be back! All i wanted wasfor my nails to be all the same shape not to argue about what service i received.
