Seven months ago I closed on a property. When I hadn’t received the deed in the mail I went to their office to get it. THEY LOST IT. After waiting 45 minutes, Mr Nader came to the waiting room to assure me it would be found and mailed to me. Never happened. My husband did some research and found that the wrong address was on my deed. As in Someone else’s address. I’ve been trying to get this resolved for the past 9 weeks and they always have an excuse. You’ve been warned. Use someone else. Anyone else. I can’t imagine anyone could possibly do a worse job.

This guy seemed very knowledgeable on the things he does. Is pricing is compatible. And he doesnt waste money on extravagant office space which is something that I like about a person that Im giving money to.

Absolutely the WORST service EVER! I have been waiting two years for a reimbursement from mistake made on purchase of home. TWO YEARS! For two years no one would respond to me or my realtor. When I could get someone on the phone they would tell me whoever I need was in a meeting or someother ridiculous excuse. Theyd take my number and say they would call back in X amount of time. Did they call back? Never. Finally thought I had it resolved when I got something in the mail and they completely botched the paperwork! Back to the drawing board. Distinguished law firm? HA!

They are rude and talk down to you and they dont care that you submitted the CDCS Covid 19 paper work to your landlord they still are trying to evict us and our 3 small grandchildren and my husband with deminta/ Alzheimers it has really been tough and we are aware that we have to be caught up at the end of the year Dec 31 st but he said I have to bring it to and prove it .
