Ordered on 1/31/2022 and received my Pewag lock kit on 2/3/2022. Great price. Very Happy with Mytee Products and would order again.
I purchased their products on Amazon. First of all, this product is cheaper on the companies website (sounds like price gouging to me). Second of all, when I attempted to return this product, I received the worst customer service. It took the company 5 days to get back to me when I told them I needed two labels in order to return the product, since they sent the product in two packages. After returning the product using the label THEY sent, I was charged a shipping fee of $44. Despite being told IN WRITING, that I would be reimbursed for the mishap, they revoked their statement and have since refused to remit payment. Mind you, Amazon also said the company should reimburse the charge. Regardless of any mistake that was made, I have never had such poor customer service with a company. DO NOT purchase from this company because they will not honor their statements and stand by their word, even when it is in writing. I would suggest purchasing from a reputable company.
Very professional and virtually everything you possibly need. Ordered a few pallets of stuff and stopped threw a few times.
This is the worst experience Ive had...I paid a lot for products that I didnt received. When I ask them, they said it was delivered and that they cant do anything about it. So I lost a lot of money, and they just said sorry. In other words they told us, we are lying and that we have the products, so they wont do anything about it, and that we have to contact FedEx and solved our issue. Please take this in consideration before buying any products from them.
Called yest, purchased 4 drive tires over phone about 10 am.. told me they.d put in outside locked container.. showed up early this morning... no tires and nothing in container.. drove 2.5 hours out of my way 4 nothing....UODATE..... shortly after emailing my issue i received a phone call from PRAD the owner.... trying to make this right..Thank you for the call Prad...740a mikeh...I just wanted to leave a fair update on this... Mytee, went above to make this right for me... i want to thank them and so people know i have purchased several items from Mytee since this purchase and their service has been GREAT... i will b trying to upgrade the 1 start to 5 stars... mh sa,tx

Normally order online with these guys but happened to be in the neighbourhood of them. I always by my trucking supplies from MyTee and will continue thankful that they are fairly close to us that if we needed to go pick something up in route. They are very good on supply and very fair on prices.
We place an order here and weren’t going to be able to pick up until after hours. These guys had everything we needed, took our payment over the phone AND left all of our order in a secure lockbox with code to come and pick up. Super nice and helpful. Unboxing the product was awesome. Everything is sturdy and tough! Thanks so much for all the help.

Shipping review only-product not delivered yetIf you need/expect delivery when stated you might be disappointed. Product shipped 3 days after expected arrival date that was stated when I ordered. Ordered March 8, yet to arrive.
I will never order from this company. First they take money off my bank card and then few days later it gets credited back..I call and talk with Tammy who doesnt know anything and says it was out for delivery and then gives me the USPS tracking number that was never emailed to me. Then I ran the tracking number and it never left the company. So I called and canceled my order. They lie..Beware of this place.
So far so good. Have not opened my new tarps yet but the drop box pick up they offer was extremely convenient for me, and the parking lot was very easy even for my 75 foot long rig.

You get what you pay for with these tarps. MANY sets have very poor stitching. The stitching is done in a manner that once it starts coming apart it just continues. I am very careful with my tarps and protect loads well. You will find the D rings will come off due to poor stitching/ cheap web material. The grommets are a little weak, but stitching and web material are the biggest weak point. Calling customer service will net zero results. They do not stand behind product and neuteral /negative reviews are cleansed from selling outlets reviews. Poor quality control.
Cheap Chinese flatbed equipment. Cheap doesnt mean low quality. I love this place. Friendly people. Highly recommend. Nobody beats their prices.

The employees at Mytee Tarp are amazing, my husband asked me to go pick up his order and after reading some of the reviews I was sceptical that my husband would get everything he ordered upon arriving I was pleased to see my husbands order was already pulled and waiting for me at the doc. Without even asking I had one of there employees asked me how I would like my husbands order loaded. As he was loading it he was saying what the items where outloud so I knew I had everything. The employees here couldnt. Be nicer from the office to the warehouse.

We spent 3450$ in tarps, chains and binders and we also payed for cab rack to be installed and boy it was nighttime took them 4.5 hours one of the recks was with defects, if you getting a cab reck don’t let them instal it you can do it faster yourself. The guy who was installing couldn’t get u bolts secured , and after I called and ask why it’s taking so long they told me my driver was late for my appointment which was not true

Best source of flatbed trailer tarps, straps, chains, & binders in USA ! Excellent selection and the best prices available. DONT buy directly from your trucking company; order from Mytee. Even with shipping the price will be cheaper and they have a better selection.Example: many companies offer only 3/8 chains which are extremely heavy and hard to handle. Mytee had 5/16 chains which weigh about half as much, are cheaper, but are perfectly adequate for securing heavy loads (you just might need to use an extra chain for super heavy loads).Mytee also has lighter and easer to handle 14oz tarps which are just as good as the much heavier 16oz tarps most companies use.
Management is a joke. know one shows you anything or trains you. In every job there should be at least 2 weeks of training. All employees are on drugs all workers sit on forklifts an sit all day. They dont get up an do anykind of labor. They already planned to fire me. The supervisor Bruce came to gme an said Im going to give u this full week pay check but your time has ended, he walked me out an paid me to quiet an walk away quietly.They had no one to tell me what I need to work on or what I should do to be successful in the line of work. No one teaches you or shows you what you should be learning. worst experiences of my life. Its not even privately owned. This place is a joke. Stop while ur ahead if your looking for something full time an planning on a long term job. This job isnt long term they will throw u out if they do not like you or the hard work you show. They were great and make good quality tarps and stuff. They are strict on the covid guidelines by cdc though so be prepared before going.

It was painfully hard to purchase products when they wont let anyone inside to pick out the equipment you need. Had to sit out in the parking lot outside their business looking online for the equipment you need.

I spent $2900.00 in equipment, headache rack, chains, binders and more, I bought 5/16 and 3/8 chains I work part time I go to California once a month, Ive used the 5/16 chains maybe 6 or 7 times and the links are braking, I called and was told theyre out of warranty, I would advise you not to buy chains there they wont last, must be bad welds

2022-06-20Bought 4 tarps 2/4 and 2/6 used one of the 4 a few months after we bought it because we try not to get loads that are tarped. Well come to find out the 4 tarp that we used for the first time after 700 miles down the road had holes where every D rings were. I called Mytee and they said my warranty was up which is no where near long enough for a tarp in my opinion. Anyways I will be shopping elsewhere from now on. I guess you get what you pay for. Would not recommend these cheap thin tarps.

2022-06-22I wanted some dunnage bags for backup floats in a sailboat. They werent listed as waterproof but they checked out the materials and verified that they are indeed waterproof. They were even willing to test the materials for me - thats remarkably proactive!

2022-05-13So I used to be a delivery driver and this business was on my route. EVERYONE who worked for this company was RUDE. They wouldn’t acknowledge me at all. They would leave HEAVY packages in the front of the business that weigh over 75lbs and would have you carry them off the front steps into your truck instead of using the dock for shipping and receiving like they should be. Not to mention the male secretary inside was talking bad about me one day to the other secretary. They just sat there and watched the other delivery drivers and myself struggle while trying to carry these obnoxiously heavy packages. Oh and the walkway area to the front porch has uneven pavement on it that they tried to hide with a mat but you can feel the dip in it when you step down. That’s dangerous and can make someone fall.I’m not one to write negative reviews but this place lacks serious customer service skills. It’s a wonder how they’re still in business with how rude the people who work there are.

2022-03-09I drove up from Elizabethtown, KY to get my product... fenders and a mounting kit. I wasnt sure I could get there before they close. No worries, they have lock boxes by the loading docks where they leave customer products for after hours pickups. I wish more businesses did that. 👍👍

2022-02-02Very displeased with this company. Several orders that were wrong and missing pieces for not only myself but for other people I personally know. The box was torn and crushed, very disgusting. For the prices you would think your getting a deal but you arent. You are also paying for poor quality. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
