I have a Ram 1500 with the 5.7L Hemi and I brought it here to have the exhaust changed. The service was extremely exceptional and professional. They recommended an exhaust system that has an amazing throaty, deep V8 tone. I would definitely recommend Mytee Automotive for anyone looking to replace the stock exhaust.They also have a wide selection of exhaust tips.
I am surprised this place has good ratings. We took in a used car we bought to get a price on a power steering pump. They told my husband the brake line needed replaced as it was leaking. All total was a sticker shocking quote of $1000. WHAT? We ended up taking it to a friend of ours and he did the power steering for $240. Far cry from the $600 they wanted to charge us. My friend (who I trust implicitly) also said there was no leaking braking line. He said he even had someone else look at it to be sure. He said it was a little rusty but it was fine. I told him this place wanted $400 to replace it and he said that was a ridiculous price because they buy the lines in bulk and they are not expensive. They wanted $150 I believe just for the part. My husband is hearing impaired and it makes me wonder if he looked like an easy mark or something. There are too many reputable places around to have to deal with gouging and dishonesty.
Couldnt have asked for better service! I’ve known Jonathan for at least four years and he’s the only one I trust with my car. Honest opinions are given to customers. When I was there recently, Jonathan sat down with a customer (who needed a lot done to his car) to go over what absolutely needed to be done right away. Not very many places offer that kindness; most of the time, they just want you to get it all done so you have to pay. Definitely NOT the case here—they will tell you exactly what needs to be done now and what can wait.They did a great job on my car and will absolutely be returning! I don’t trust anyone other than Jonathan and the staff at Mytee to work on my car!
I love that they take coupons and give you great deals. The customer service from Johnathan was superb. They know how to diagnose the problem and hunt down the parts to do the job even if they have to order it. If u dont want to pay your arm leg and feet price give them a try you wont b sorry for the price and service

Called Im to check on a price to replace a wheel bearing. Spoke to Jeff. Was given a price higher than what I had been given by another shop and he not only matched it but beat it by 120 bucks. Was super friendly and professional. Made me feel comfortable and not like I was getting taken to the cleaners. Would def recommend checking them out if you havent already.

Had them do alignment on my daughters car, because they did good job on other car I took, well had bad strut and inner tire rods, that they replaced gave deal on them too when different company said both tire rods needed it but only one and didnt catch bad strut. And yes it was bad. And car pulled , they didnt get steering wheel right and had to do it again, so they did good job and backed up there work
After having sub par work done on my back brakes by a dealership (yes dealership) less than two years ago, it was really nice to experience real customer service with Mytee. I visited the Reynolds location and they were honest, clear and priced in the correct range. I have had them work on other things as well in the past and they are ALWAYS consistent. They even picked me up from work to make things easier on me. I highly recommend them! They can be trusted to help when you need it.☺👍

I am a working father of one soon to be two kids, I work hard to provide and my fiancé and I are also both in school full time. Fixing the car can get expensive quick and the guys at Mytee were kind, helpful, and not at all sketchy in the way they diagnosed and fixed my air conditioning and gave me a run down of prices and options to fix my compressor, my CV shaft and my steering column for a reasonable amount. It’s hard to find trustworthy guys to work on your car so I’m glad I know where to go to get honest quality work done. Thanks guys!

This will be my permanent mechanic in the future. The experience was great! They fixed my vehicle quickly and the cost was very reasonable. They were polite and answered all questions transparently. I am a very happy customer.
They were quick and very nice. Fixed the problem I was having that the mechanic I had been in to see just days before, didnt. I was very pleased and they definitely have a new customer with me.

Wednesday March 6thHonestly the worst service Ive ever dealt with. Brought my truck in there because they said it was an easy fix quoted me 350ish then called me a few hours later that it will cost around 500. Which was fine until they called me again saying they didnt know how to program the part I needed therefore didnt even know how to do it. Ended having to pay like 200 bucks and nothing was even fixed on my truck . Honestly wouldnt take my bicycle there to get it fixedThursday March 7thAfter talking to owner and doing some back and forth.I do go to mytee quite often and usually get pretty good service never had a problem but I would stay away from this location . Im not bashing mytee itself but just this group of mediocre mechanics. He did raise the price of 347 to over 500. Then were incapable of doing it after countless times of telling me they could and then charged me for a diagnostics . Took it over to Dave white and had it fixed within a few hours for cheaper. But I talked to Brent one of the owners and he was nice understanding and understands how to make things right he said he will do other work to my truck which I planned on having done there give me the refund off of the work .Thank you Brent
I had to get a new battery and head light. When I picked it up the next day, the manager, Jonathan was there and he was friendly and treated me like a person, not a dumb girl. He probably treats everyone the same way, as it should be. THANKS Jonathan and whoever did the work.
Ive used Mytee Automotive for several years now with several of my vehicles. I can say they are always honest, great mechanics and very customer friendly. Always on target with diagnosis and always give me the best price in the Toledo area with great quality workmanship. Joe at the Reynolds Rd. shop is great to deal with.
What a great place to go to, owner was there and was a great guy, they are very honest and tell you what needs work immediately and what can wait. They try not to bankrupt you, however the prices were just too high for me. Unfortunately I had to look elsewhere to get the work done.
Stopped on the weekend to get an estimate for a repair, got a reasonable estimate. Was told to call the following monday to see what time i could bring the vehicle in. Job took estimated time to complete and price actually came in a little under estimate. Very satisfied.
The guys were great! Got my car looked at immediately and was able to diagnose and replace my exhaust system all within 3 hours! Will definitely be back!
The “other guy” said my truck wasn’t repairable or worth repairing. It’s a beat up pick up with old tires and only one windshield wiper, but it gets me around town and I thought it just needed suspension work.I called Mytee because they had treated me fairly in the past and asked for a second opinion. Since The mechanic who answered said he could see the “other guy’s” place from his window, he offered to walk over and pick it up.Here I am a few days (&1500$) later my truck is good as new! Well... “new” is a strong word. LOL. But I am very happy!! Thanks Jonathan (& the crew)
Amazing service from Jim the manager and Jim the tech. Repairs done fast, and Jim was extremely polite, helpful, honest, and informative. Cannot recommend highly enough. Definitely going to come here whenever I need anything done to the car I care about.

I called to make an appointment. They could do it right away if I could be there in 15 mini. I could, and they didThey charge a little more than most, but they use a semi synthedic oil that lasts longer. I have always been happy with the service.

My experience was not good at all I paid Mytee to inspect my vehicle $45. The inspection report mentioned nothing about a ball joint repair. It did mention a tire rod repair and other things. I dropped my car off Tuesday morning they kepted it 4hrs I get it back Tues. Thursday around 5pm tired falls off my car because ball joint broke and I believe something else underneath my car. What type of place inspect a vehicle and not notice something so important especially during the repair done to my tired rod and sway bar on the same week two days apart. My kids and I could have been killed in a crash . I am not satisfied at all.
As an employee, I love working for this company. The owners are stand up guys who value their employees and customers. Being here has renewed my faith in the industry, not all shops are owned by people who actually care.
Very unprofessional. I walked into the shop and one of the mechanics is sitting behind the wall looking back at me. I stood at the counter until another person came out of the back while the guy sat there and continued to stare. They broke my clock light and the guy told me it was confidential that my light stopped working and they took the part apart a week ago. He told me there was nothing they could do. They also left tools in my car. Never going back.
I had a positive experience with my visit to Mytee. Not only did I get Great Service! I had a wonderful time speaking with, who I assumed was the shop manager Bob. I will visit and recommend Mytee again for my automotive needs.
My brother brought my van in for an oil change and tire rotation. The service tech said that he wouldnt rotate the tires because they were ready to be replaced. 2 of the tires are only 6 months old purchased from your store. One was actually a replacement (warranty work) one I purchased because it blew out. The other 2 tires were also purchased at your store 18 months ago. I regularly rotate my tires when I get my oil changed typically at your shop. One tire looses air and is still under warranty...it should have been repaired and the tires should have been rotated
Jonathan and the guys are fantastic. They communicate the issues and fix whats needed at a good price. No BS and nothing to pad your bill.
I went there to have my brake lines replaced. They charged me $150 per line. When all said and done thats $400 I spend for lines that I could have bought for less than $10 at auto zone and pay a friend to put in. But to top it off I now have a check engine light on and my steering is making popping noises when I turned my wheel. Never happen until I went there and they didnt say anything about it. When I checked the work that was done, the guy who did it didnt even run the line the same way they were before. He took them over the steering column and right next to the rack and pinyin. So now when I turn the lines rub the on the rack.Oh and now that I have posted this they called me and complained about it.

Was very displeased with the service . Feel like I was ripped off for $154 and never repaired the issue. Why would you charge $20for fluid alone? I will not return nor recommend your shop to anyone I know!
Charged me $80 just to look at it. They wanted $400 labor for a transmission line with part in hand. Ended up taking it down the street to Goodyear and they only charged me $60 to put it on. I still had to pay the $80 to release my own car. Go somewhere else, these guys are too expensive.

I witnessed first hand how unprofessional/ poor quality work this place is. I would never recommend taking your car to get fixed here. There are many good pro level Shops in toledo. For example Midas, Goodyear, Monro, Tireman, Beltire, etc. Stay clear of Mytee. Look else where.

On way to Omaha, Nebraska, I had no heat and engine overheated. They checked for problem and found the radiator had a whole. Fixed it and I was on my way in no time. Needed that heat with the temperature at 0. Thanks guys.

I do most of my own work on my vehicles, but when I have issues or more than I can do, Mytee is my #1 choice, fast and friendly service and a good price for top notch work!
Service was good, they got me in and out. But prices kind of high! Dont accept or offer coupons, says beat prices but only from that particular brand, not service costs. I would refer more if cost wasnt so high. But they do offer quality service and staff.

Had my wifes exhaust fixed here. I didnt shop around as the were close and not too busy to get the job done asap I felt the price was really high but it works so thats a plus.

Went in there for them to tell me what was making noise , I knew it was either a strut or a ball joint, they told me it would be 40$ to tell me what was wrong so I left it with them came back a half hour later , they said 2000$ worth of stuff was wrong and told me they couldn’t tell me what was making the noise yet that was the whole reason I brought it there .. took across the street to Midas gave them the list they gave me a hour later he told me it was a strut and that that whole list the that mytee gave me was basically full of poop and only one thing on that list was bad 78$ fix they fixed it man imagine if I wasn’t smart enough to get a second opinion I would be out 1,922$ smh , they guy I talked to was nice though if that counts for anything lol
It was terrible i was charged $115.00 fir a diagnosis they said it was a fuse box in which it was not it was a cable loose under my car thts the reason it wouldnt start and they had my car for 2 days

2021-06-26I dont even know where to begin. When I 1st arrived I was welcomed and taken care of. I went to (2) other locations and Mytee by far was the best. Johnathan was amazing and compassionate. Now and days you cant find kind people like that. Johnathan explained everything to me so I could understand. 2021-05-30I had bought a used car. Took it to a place for an estimate. Very HIGH estimate. I walked across the street to Mytee to see what options they had. They were able to lower the price by around 1,000. I took those savings and put it towards more repairs. Only took a few days for them to do. Struts, brakes, exhaust and a timing belt. A lot of stuff :) They did a fantastic job. What impressed me was the care. The big stuff got done, but it was the small stuff that really impressed me. I will recommend this place to my friends and coworkers.

2021-06-21I took my car to have some work done basically a full check. They did fix the air bag issue but my car was still not right so I called and was told to bring it back, I was already charged $600 the first time and I felt like nothing was done right. So now they want to charge me $700 more for tyrod ends & two tires. I saw all of the good reviews that were left so I thought I would be able to leave one as well but I cannot. That was something you were supposed to do the first time, my car is worst now than when I took it in. Never again.

2020-09-09I was very impressed with the over all service. Starting with Johnathan the front Service Representative who was very professional and kind he went over and above understanding my situation and applied that to the needs of my car repairs. My car was repaired faster than what he thought it would take. And Johnathan gave me good advice for my car future repairs. I plan to go back to have additional work completed. I highly recommend Mytee services. My car is running well!!!

2019-11-25I met Brent when I was in college. I have purchased from Brent 5 cars and been his customer for over 12 years. His honest and really go out of his way to help out without expectations of return. The quality is amazing, never had to come back for same issue. He offer on phone consultation to me with issues on my car and walked me through on to fix it myself when I got stuck on the road, better than triple AAA. Very personable and did I say honest? He has 3 locations and years of experience, the guys work there are pretty friendly and knowledgeable too. Prices really unbeatable compared them to tireman, Midas and guys work from their truck, Mytee was the best every time!!

2019-04-16The gentlemen were very nice and did a great job. The guy at the front desk is awesome. Everyone was very kind and they were even helpful in avoiding an additional cost when it was found that I had a part still in tact with no damage.
