I just moved in and I love it. Geese n deer in the morning and evening to sit on my balcony n watch.pam and mark are always available if you need something. Looking forward to the future in my new home.

Water was turned off on us multiple times over multiple weeks due to lack of routine maintenance on pipes of building. Owner knows the building is old but waited for issue to occur with the sewer lines before taking action. This left tenants without water for over 24 hours with no prior notice over the weekend. Woke up to the sound of a jack hammer behind my bedroom wall due to damaged pipe once again with no notice of maintenance being done. I Refuse to do laundry on site anymore due to spending money on laundry and clothes coming out of the dryer smelling like the creek. Got walked in on while in the shower because property manager gave keys to electrical crew even though we were given the choice of being home and letting the crew in which I was but it didn’t matter because work was not managed with respect to tenants. Pool was never opened and property manager asked tenants to help find lifeguard. Very lazy. If you need a cheap place to live, trust me there are similar places around that won’t leave you as frustrated as I have been these past 12 months. Believe me when I say DO NOT DO IT!!

This was the best place Ive lived so far. I had a second floor unit in the back of the building, so I got a wonderful view of the metro park in the rear. The floors are concrete, so they are as soundproof as any apartment is going to get, even if you live under someone else.My only gripe with this place, and the reason I moved out in the end, was that they will raise rent annually, to the point it is no longer e economical. If you have good tenants, you should be more lenient with their increases!! They raised me quite a bit in the years i was livin there. Otherwise, i would recommend this as a comfortable living option for parma.

Pool is small, with no shade available around it. Rent is high for the age of buildings but at least the heat is included, which is about the best reason for moving here! Laundry rooms very small. Machines have frequent breakdowns/malfunctions. Was close to sons school so was why needed the location. Since I came they did do some improvements so the halls & exterior parking lots & sidewalks look alot more presentable.The 1 BR apartment I got looks okay inside but the bathroom is the size of a broom closet. Balcony is double wide tho, so guess its a trade off...Also there is the elevator out of order at various times & was down 4 months in December 2017 waiting for part to be replaced. But overall I stay cuz its close to all points east & west I go, & I dont freeze here in the winter like I did having to pay for high cost gas heat elsewhere. Oh, & if you do happen to get bedbugs, you have to pay for exterminator yourself.

I lived in 3 different units. Some are nicer than others. Maintenance is prompt with repairs but not always thorough. Jackie the manager tries to keep everyone happy. One thing thats been consistent, every single one of my neighbors was loud. Day, night, didnt matter. Rude

Incompetently run apartment complex, with a manager whos more interested in playing Candy Crush than she is fixing leaks or removing mold from a decades-old building. Numerous maintenance problems go unresolved or ignored outright, while loose renting standards and a lackadaisical interest results in problem tenants (massive marijuana smell in hallways, etc.). So happy to be out of there. As a final show of pettiness, management falsified information about the lease in an attempt to withhold a significant portion of a security deposit. One could throw a stone and easily hit a better, more livable apartment in the Parma area.

This place has bed bugs. The staff is mean. The owner will do everything he can to sue you. Things never get fixed in a timely mannor. DoNotRentFromHere

DONT RENT HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE THE SMELL OF WEED IN YOUR APARTMENT PLUS THE MANAGER IS RUDE MY APARTMENT GOT FLOODED FROM UPSTAIRS THEY DIDNT FIX ANYTHING
