The obgyn part isn’t good at all .. I was high risk they didn’t take it into consideration .. they had my due date all messed up ... they had so many due dates I almost had my baby at home because according to them I had about 3 weeks left but my child came out at 39 weeks..... but the pediatricians are good
It’s not that the doctors themselves or the staff are terrible but the entire system is. I literally don’t even know the names of my 3 children’s doctors because they switch them every other visit. So every time we go we see someone new. Even with my infant. He’s 4 months old and only seen his actual doctor once. And he’s had multiple appointments because of issue at birth. That and the appointments take hours because you have to wait so long between the lobby, nurse, doctor etc. And getting an appointment is hard too. Either your doctor isn’t available (99% of the time) or you have to wait weeks for an appointment. Also, I turned in paperwork to have my children’s records transferred to a new doctor and after calling 5 times now they still haven’t gotten transferred.
I have been seeing the same Doctor since I was a child and he has become like family! But since they moved locations to this facility I have not been able to see my doctor for any of my problems. You get no appointment reminders, unknowledgeable, and unorganized! Trying to get seen by my doctor for medical concerns that he has been treating for years means I have to wait a month to see him and I am told to speak to my pharmacist for any medication concerns... Currently looking for a new family doctor to say the least.
I see Laura Riley, CNP. She is very competent and thorough. She answers any questions that you might have and really takes quality time with each patient. I also like how you receive care summaries and test results directly mailed to you after each appointment, consult and test. Excellent service all around.
I wouldnt even give them one star worst Dr I have ever been to nurses up front give you attitude and Dr said he doesnt care how the nurses treat you had to go to different Dr starting next week for my biopsy and Im glad I changed drs after what I heard from a friend about them
Dr. Riley is an awesome thorough lady that cares. But that nursing staff is rude and unprofessional and talk to you like trash. Remember just becauae you have the education doesnt mean that job is for you. Nurses are nice and kind. My Community Health Nurses have smart mouths and rude as hell!!!!!!
They are very unprofessional, misdiagnosed a lot, write labs an not authorized, just awful an need retrained period... all thumbs down. Calling over phone to tell someone I think you got Cancer. Where they do that at. You suppose to call in office an schedule next appointment with specialist. Oh yes you ain’t heard last about that. I’m going higher up about this bs.
I would not recommend this office if you are looking for any kind of real, educated, experienced and responsible doctors. This office sets you up with student doctors who have to finish this program to actually graduate, and they have to come in and visit (sometimes even they bring in students....so students teaching students), gather info and then leave to talk to their attending (actual doc) and then come back with a plan in place. Not efficient for ANYONE with health issues. Getting refills is a joke. I had to call patient advocate twice to get refills done and now I am waiting for my medicine to be filled again. We have now decided to move on to another office due to the lack of professionalism and respect by the staff at aultman. They dont listen, they dont treat.....youre nothing but a number here, and they certainly dont give a damn about actually doing their jobs.
My application was at 1 I wS in the room for an hour, so I opened the door and explained I couldnt just sit in here any longer with the door closed the nurse said u have to keep it closed due to phi, I said well thats not protecting phi people are coming and going they could here you speaking of someone else , she closed the door again I said Im claustrophobic ill sit in the waiting room until youre ready. What is the point of an appointment if youre not going to see me for an 11/2? She says when we are ready well come and get you then she comes out and calls someone else, there were not that many people and its unprofessional. I spoke to the manager and then they called me in

2022-05-20I’ve had pleasant experiences here.Easy to make an appointment, usually within a week availability. There are days where the wait is beyond reasonable - but it’s understandable.I’ve been a patient w the OB clinic here since 2017.

2022-01-26I had a 1:40 appointment. I watched 5 people come in AFTER me get called back and seen before me. Wasnt seen until well after 3:30. ZERO professionalism or communication by anybody really. At 30 min past my appointment I asked the lady who took me back why the extended wait. She sited short staff and no apologies. did initial urine screen, to which I was left to wait in the hall to wait for her return. She takes me to my room, where staff are openly discussing other pt ongoings. From here a medical assistant--- NOT a physician--- delivers my findings of a September annual and asks me to remove garments waist down to be seen. Im sitting there waiting at 2:40 and two other staff come in to get supplies for another patients procedure. By then Im pretty heated and have been waiting well over an hour. At about 3:30 I get dressed and let a nurse know Im leaving and why. Magically they find a doctor to review my findings and execute why Id come initially . He offeredor rather I extracted flat apologies and dismissive excuses as to the complete lack of communication and professionalism but ADMITTED it as such. Absolutely WORST experience ever had in an office. Aultman is NOT affiliated with them, even though badges read as such. I called to lodge a formal complaint with Aultmans ombudsman and was instructed to contact My community Health office Manager and frankly wont even waste my time.

2022-06-16Please don’t waste your time!! This place is a joke! They make you wait 45minutes to an hour or sometimes even longer after your appointment to be seen. They don’t know what services they are able to provide and they are very unprofessional and unorganized. 1/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND 👌🏽

2021-11-01I’m currently pregnant experiencing a lot of discomfort an complications, when I first started coming here they were very nice and helpful an said if the swelling in my feet get too bad I could file for a short term disability… needless to come find out a month later of me trying to get them to fill out the paper work an kept filling it out incorrectly they now tell me they will not send the paper work in for me to be off two months before I give birth. I went an entire month with out getting paid after I had just moved to a new place an struggling to get money for groceries an pay my bills. When at the beginning they could have just told me they wouldn’t send in paper work.

2021-04-09I completely love them! Great environment, patient and kind staff. I’ve been with them since 2017 and with them throughout my pregnancy and after! My daughter is a patient as well. I love their nurses and doctors they’re gentle and understanding. Great choice for General Check ups, OBGYN visits, and pediatric.

2021-09-02Loved the first doctor I seen but unfortunately every doctor after that did not care what so ever about my health. The last doctor Dr. Ahmadi made me cry in the parking lot after my visit. She wrote everything off I told her. Every answer was “to work out”. Well I found a new doctor and it turns out I have 7 different things actually wrong with me & it has ABSOLUTELY nothing to do with working my body out. I can’t believe they even allow a doctor like this see patients. My new doctor advised me to always be an advocate for my health and I’m here to tell everyone else that if you believe something is wrong with you, get a second opinion. These people act like you’re making things up. Will never trust them again. - Jessica A.

2021-08-09Okay so, My initial appointment was to be put back on an adhd medication I was previously prescribed by my last doctor. When I called to set up my first apt with My Community Health they mailed me forms including my release of medical records form and I made sure everything was sent over to them BEFORE my FIRST appointment. When I showed up for that appointment I waited twenty minutes to see a doctor and everything went fine. The doctor said they couldn’t prescribe me a controlled drug with out having my EMPLOYER fill out one of those forms they give little kids with adhd to give to their teachers in grade school. Before I left, that doctor named three medications we would discuss at my next appointment. Although it was a bit embarrassing I came back with the adhd evaluation forms filled out. At my second appointment I waited 35 minutes to see a doctor which wasn’t the same doctor I saw before!! This new doctors name is Dr.Kenith if I remember correctly. Once the doctor finally got to me, he asked a few questions about my general health then said he wanted to start me one a medication i had never heard of. I told him I would be more comfortable being prescribed something I had taken before or at least heard of. He then mentioned ONE other option which I had heard of so I chose that one. He left the room and came back to say that I couldn’t be prescribed the one I had heard of because they didn’t have my past records!!! I’m not sure what happened but it appeared they had LOST my MEDICAL RECORDS!!! I called my previous doctor to have them faxed over AGAIN at that appointment. Even after the record showing that i had been on adhd medication before the doctor was still unwilling to change his prescription. I asked why and he literally said there wasn’t any reason!!! I also asked this doctor kenith to at least tell me what is in this prescription I clearly stated I did not want (yet was walking out with) and he couldn’t even tell me the first ingredient or any side effects nor did he offer to find out for me… I told him I’d rather walk out with no prescription than something I didn’t want or plan to take. He didn’t cancel the prescription or change it. I have never struggled with drug addiction although I know it is a serious issue. You would think a doctor would be more mindful before prescribing people pills they have never heard of especially when the patient said that they would rather leave with no prescription RATHER than some random medication they clearly stated they did not want.

2021-06-04I love the staff and I have only had 1 problem with a Doctor there and it was more of a personality clash than her skills as a Doctor. Overall, it is a great place to take care of all your ailments! Please remember a Doctor is only a person like you, if you arent proactive in your care they can only do so much for you, medicine and pills can only do so much!

2019-08-02This is a great ob clinic, I was high risk during my pregnancy and they went above and beyond to make sure me and my babygirl were taking care of during my pregnancy. Dr Ting was my ob and I couldnt have ask for a better doctor. She/they took all of my concerns seriously, and always listen and answered my questions. The wait time can be kinda long sometimes but I always went early in the morning so it usually wasnt that bad. Would definitely recommend this clinic.
