I moved my mother from the local toledo with MVM, and the entire move was perfect! My initial call with Noah was very professional and informative. Levi came out to give my mother and I an estimate as she was very timid about hiring movers. He made us feel very comfortable, explained everything in detail, and ended up providing a spot on quote. Joe and Cole exceeded our expectations on the efficiency, and care they took of us. II recommend MVM to anyone who is in need of a trustworthy and hardworking company! Thank you MVM! Dear MVM,Andre W. , Alex W. ,and Nick S . ,we’re my movers on the second hottest day of the year . They took the stress away as soon as they smiled and said , “ hello”. They were amazing, so polite, professional, and true gentlemen.Their work ethic’s were above and beyond . When one man would take a break the other two men would continue working never slowing down productivity. They work so well together.When my senior parents came over they were so respectful to them and myself. When my parents move to BG, they would like the same three men . MVM Movers did a fantastic job with our move. They were courteous, professional, and above all, efficient. They took care of everything we needed them to. Everything was explained up front and there was good communication over the phone in the days leading up to the move and on the day of the move itself. MVM guys did a fantastic job! We had Brody, Dylan, Lukas and Noah and all 4 young men were very professional, very quick and busted their butts to get the job done! All of our furniture was nicely packaged and wrapped and removed and delivered to our new home with such care! These guys didnt stop - they just kept working the entire time they were doing our move! I have never used a moving company before, but MWM was recommended to me and Im so glad we chose them! Id defiantly recommend to anyone looking for a professional moving company! I spoke with Joe a few times in the office and he was extremely friendly and delivered great customer service! I dont have a single negative thing to say about the entire process!
Noah S and Shane F were amazing! They helped move my mom from her long time home to an apartment 2 hours away. They showed up as scheduled were so efficient and quick packing up and loading the truck. Two of their supervisors came out to check on progress and assist they were also very nice and professional.Noah and Shane arrived at the apartment the same time we did and they unloaded everything just as quickly as the packed it. They were so patient as my mom decided where she wanted everything.Noah and Shane were so friendly and professional they made the whole stressful process easy. Im so glad we had them helping us with this move!!I can’t recommend Maumee Valley Moving enough!
Wow. i wish i could give MVM 10 stars. this company could not have been more phenomenal. we are so incredibly thankful to them for handling our cross-country move so successfully. Lance and Leo could not have been kinder or more easy to work with. i truly enjoyed the entire crew, but i knew it was in good hands with those two.the entire crew was pleasant, trustworthy and a pleasure to work with. i feel like MVM is the hidden gem of moving companies. we will most definitely use them again.
Best moving company I have ever worked with! I recently moved from Ohio to California. I used a POD storage unit to get my belongings to my new destination. I was concerned about transit and my possessions making it safely, so I hired MVM to pack and secure everything in the POD. Every aspect of my experience with this company exceeded my expectations from beginning to end. The sales representative (Levi) was extremely helpful in answering all my question and made me feel confident that all my items would arrive safely. They definitely delivered! MVM not only packaged all my items with extreme care but they packed the unit so tight I was able to fit almost double what I had originally thought I could take. The moving crew was professional , careful, and efficient. I have had some bad experiences with other moving companies in the past, but working with MVM was exceptional! All of my possessions made it across country safely and I was so grateful! I highly recommend MVM for your moving needs.

MVM moving did an amazing job. They worked with me to move a whole house and garage off of Kelleys Island. Scott and his crew where professional, responsible, friendly, and overall good people. They made sure everything was packed safely. It was scheduled for a 3 day move. The crew did it in 2 days. I would recommend MVM moving to everyone and would use them again. Great Company!! This company is wonderful! They showed up on time and did their jobs cheerfully, quickly, and efficiently. We hired them to schlep the already-packed contents of our basement in addition to some furniture up our basement stairs, out the door, across our yard, and into their truck, then take it all to our newly-rented storage unit and transfer everything into it. It took them much less time than Id thought it would, and when they put our stuff in the storage unit they even made sure all the labels on our boxes faced outward--without being asked to do so! In a few months, after our leaky basement is repaired, we will gladly hire them again to reverse the process. And the office staff is great too, providing necessary information but not pestering us, and responding patiently and professionally to our questions. I highly recommend Maumee Valley Movers!
We had Noah S and Gage A during our move from BG to Toledo. I was thoroughly impressed with the work ethic and care these two men displayed while moving our furniture. All of our items were moved safely and in a timely manner. I highly recommend this company and specifically these two guys. I also appreciated that a manager or supervisor took the time to come out to my new house towards the end of the job to ensure everything was done to our liking. Thank you!
My wife talked me into using a mover this time , so we followed the reviews and chose MVM. Could not be happier with the whole experience! The crew arrived on time and worked very quickly and carefully to get everything loaded up, transported, and unloaded. The crew was friendly and polite and very enjoyable to work with. I liked it so much that I had MVM come back a week later to get the remaining garage boxes and patio furniture that I was originally going to move myself. VERY highly recommended, money very well spent!!

MVMs customer service was excellent from beginning to end. From initial phone call, the estimating process, the follow up call as we got close to the move date, and finally the move itself. Every part was professional and courteous. MVM helped me move my entire home (2nd floor apt) to my new home (3rd floor apartment). The office staff was very helpful with preparing me for when to expect the movers and gave me complete details of how the process would go (process payment etc.) When the movers arrived they worked efficiently and quickly. I have a very narrow hallway and Levi F did not leave any marks or damage on the walls of furniture! Very good energy from this crew ! Highly recommended!

4th time my family has used MVM. Absolutely loved working with Cole M., Hunter W. and Joe B. They helped wrap delicate items, marked boxes and took care of moving all the items. They were fun and very polite to all the people they met. Even when we ran into a problem at the storage facility, they were able to figure out how to keep the move going to save us money. MVM to the rescue! They did such a great job with our move. The original company I had a reservation through had not saved our date, so the week of our move I called them frantically hoping I could find a mover. MVM had a truck still available. Both movers were very friendly, moved quickly, and constantly asked questions about what went where so the setup was exactly what we wanted. Each item was carefully handled and not a single scratch or broken item! I am so glad the other company lost our reserved date because it would have been impossible to have a better experience than we got with MVM.
The movers, Clark J and Joe R were wonderful!! They put me at ease from the moment they got out of the truck. They were right on time. They were professional and personable at the same time. I havent used a moving company before, they went over all of the information so that I could understand the transaction. I highly recommend using Maumee Valley Movers if you are moving.
We wish we would have called MVM first and they are now who we recommend to family, friends and the internet! We originally hired a different company to move across the country and found out at the last minute that they were not reliable or ethical and they continued to increase our costs. We had to do something fast because we sold our house and had to be out. MVM and their team absolutely jumped through hoops to bail us out of this awful situation. They worked after hours and worked over the holiday weekend to help us. The team of guys they sent out were top notch. Super professional and all in all great people. We are still so thankful and grateful to the MVM team. We couldn’t have done it with out them…they truly saved the day. Andre & Noah were our movers. They were very polite, respectful, efficient, and professional. They made moving day so much nicer! Definitely money well spent, I would hire them again in a heart beat! MVM was awesome from start to finish.
Noah S and Nick S were my movers. Both were very nice, took care to understand what to take from the old house and where to put the items in the new house. They took great care with everything and extra care with our curio cabinet. Because of these 2 being both careful and quick they took 1/2 the quoted time and secured future business from us.
My (senior age) parents bought a cast iron stove from Lowes, which was delivered but just left outside - a 300 lb box that had to go in the basement. They called around and some moving places wanted $500 just to take it downstairs. I found MVM online and they sounded potentially good - and they were beyond good! Lukas and Jared came the same day they called, went above and beyond and took the box downstairs, into the right room and helped take the stove out of the box and put it in the right place. They were super friendly; my parents were so delighted by them. And they charged less than they originally quoted. Im so happy this company exists, providing such an affordable and friendly Herculean service.

From the 1st call I made I knew this was the right Moving company to help with my move. Everyone I contacted was very responsive and helpful. On the day of the move Dylan and Tommy called ahead (on time) and showed up (on time) and made the move look easy. They were careful with all my items and the move went smoothly and quick! I just moved into my new penthouse downtown and I was hesitant to move things myself because I live on one of the higher floors of my building. I decided to hire a moving service and Im so happy I did. Not only were they very professional, but they also made sure to ask me exactly how I wanted my items to be handled and they were very patient with me. If I request MVM services again, I hope Levi gets assigned to the job again, as he made the process especially smooth. and seamless. Definitely recommend their services to anyone reading this!
Monday morning Kobe T and Joe B arrived promptly to our home to help us move. They went over the paperwork to make sure I understood everything and followed directions without fail. Both were very polite and respectful the entire time. Our items were moved quickly and without damage. I will 100% choose MVM for any future moves.

Great service, Great attitude and very professional employees. I contacted MVM Friday afternoon to move a newly purchased tread mill. Saturday morning they arrived and moved my tread mill into the basement. The team of guys were very professional, polite and very conscientious not to damage anything during the move. The price was good. I will definitely use MVM in the future if a need arises.

Great Job!!I wanted to express my heartfelt thanks for the 4 man crew you sent out to move my piano, desk, refrigerator, and nightstand from Sylvania, Ohio to Onsted, MI. They were a great bunch of guys. In Sylvania, Brian D. introduced himself, as did Tye D. in a very respectful way.They looked at the area where the items needed to be moved from. Then got 2 others, Mike R. and Ben K. Altogether they got to work immediately. They were extremely efficient and Brian took the lead to guide the others on how they were to proceed. It went like clockwork and we were out ofthere sooner than I expected to be. They actually arrived to my home just ahead of me and were ready to go. They took great care of the items I had and did an amazing job with everything. I also was pleased to see that they worked together in harmony and willing to follow directions from Brian, who was clear spoken with directions to all, and keeping everyone safe with not getting hurt. I had asked at the end for their names, so I could give you feedback on how very well the move went. I am very pleased and I can tell you, it was hard work to move and set up the piano. The piano is absolutely spotless after it was moved into my home.I also want to thank you for the free fuel you provided. I do appreciate that. And much thanks for the professional team. MVM made our move easy from the moment we first talked to Levi. Tanner, Bryan D., Collin F., and Shane F. did a great job loading us up and protecting our belongings. We were especially concerned about our baby grand piano, but it arrived unscathed and still in tune. Thanks to everyone at MVM!
MVM was very unimpressive as professional movers. They started our move very strong being careful and using blankets on all the doorways. 13 hours later, at our new construction home, they did not use blankets on doorways,(scratched, damaged doorways, & walls), labeled boxes were dropped in wrong rooms. It was nothing more than a bunch of kids trying to act like professionals. I would not use Maumee Valley movers unless you have one or two items to move. They were ill-prepared and not professional. Next time Ill use a national moving company not local.

Im surprised by all the 5-star reviews. The initial walk-through was very professional but the actual move, not so much. It took more time to load and unload the truck than it did to pack, load, and unload the same amount of furniture and boxes with a different mover. They had dollies on the truck but did not use them, instead carrying one box in at a time. At one point I watched a mover carry in a 12 x 12 shelf. Will not use them again if I can help it.
Scheduling was very easy. Caleb and Isaiah were are movers and both did a great job. Arrived on time. Professional, courtesy and great attitude. Efficiently loaded and unloaded truck. No issues. Would hire them again!
Move went great from start to finish. I’ve moved quite a few times. Although this was not a full house move, these guys were probably the best movers I have ever used. Kept me informed throughout the whole process and did everything efficiently!

Recently used MVM to move a couple of storage units from Toledo to Chicago area. They did a fantastic job from start to finish, zero issues. Everything made it in line with their timing and the cost was in line with their estimate. Was assisted by Dylan, Collin, Ray, Matt J and Noah B.
Joe R. and Colkn F. were assigned to do thr move from a townhouse to a condo. They were on time, very professional and got to work immediately. Everything was wrapped properly and secured during the ride. They broke down and entertainment stand with a glass top so as not to damage the glass in transit. They also packaged a 55 inch television in such a way that there were no issues in moving it. I would highly recommend MVM and especially the two workers mentioned in this review.
Clark and the Toledo/Columbus crews were excellent! Attentive to the new work done at our condo all the way through. MVM may be a bit more expensive but worth it. Price says a lot about value.
We hired MVM to move a double decker pizza oven that was 6 X 8 and probably weighed 1000# out of a closed business. They took there time, evaluated the best way to tackle it and got it done without any medical treatment or injury lol. I would highly recommend MVM Moving for any moving needs you have. Great job guys I hoped you enjoyed lunch at the Whitehouse Inn.

I needed a bedroon with a sleep # bed moved so new carpet could go in. On Monday Kobe T and Joe B came and moved things out. On Fri. Tanner & Matt came to put things back. All 4 young men could not have been nicer. The did a great job, quickly, and made sure everything was the way I wanted. I look forward to this company packing & moving me in May.

I called on a last minute, short notice, request to move a safe and the staff starting with Duke who handled my request to the 3 men who moved the safe for me, “ Josiff, Manuel, and Daniel” were nothing more than complete professionals. I didn’t expect this to happen but after several follow up phone calls from them they were able to rearrange their schedule and make the impossible a possibility. Should I ever have a moving need in the future I will not call anybody else, these folks went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of in a very stressful time for me and my family. 5 star review only because I couldn’t give a 10 star review. If you want the best then quit looking around, these folks truly care about making certain that their customers are 100% satisfied. Thank You Maumee Valley Movers.

Andre and Tyler did a phenomenal job at moving my couches and a few other items to my new place! They did everything quick and efficiently while ensuring everything was safe and secure! Also the customer service and follow up from the office staff was flawless! The only thing I could say negatively, was that my initial quote was not very accurate, and ended up being over $100 more, and that shouldn’t have been the case as everything was ready and nothing slowed them down. Other than that I would strongly recommend this company to anyone looking to feel confident in the safety of their items being moved! Thanks guys!
MVM was recommended by my father’s assisted living facility for getting his furniture moved from his home to his new apt there. MVM did not disappoint. Look, moving is a pain. The proof of that is we moved over a month ago and are just now getting settled. But you know what helps? Excellent movers. MVM was great. Hunter and Jared were great. Having moved several times over the last few years, we’ve dealt with our fair share of moving companies. MVM Movers was hands down the best moving experience by far. Joe and Alejandro were very careful with our boxes and furniture, and they made sure to put tarps on the ground and padding in the doorways to prevent knicks and dents along the way. They were friendly and personable yet worked diligently the entire time they were on the clock. The local company they contracted out to help unload were great too. MVM even came in a few hundred dollars under our original estimate for our cross-country move! Would highly recommend using their services.ProTip to save some money: we had our things (mostly) packed up and labeled ahead of time which helped speed things up. The MVM movers quickly disassembled our beds and crib and reassembled them at our new location, so that was one less headache to deal with on moving day.And last but not least…Joe, we’re having a boy!
MVM was fantastic. I had a very difficult situation - getting a large sectional to the couch on the 2nd floor of an older home and they found a way. I had a relatively small moving job from my sisters house to mine. The guys were actually able to come earlier than expected, which worked out great ! They showed up right on time, loaded all my things efficiently and without delay. They also took very special care of one antique that I had. They wrapped it and padded it in order to protect it on the way. I would recommend Clark J. And Hunter G. to anyone. Great guys, very friendly and hard working. I would use MVM again in a heartbeat.

This is the third time in about six months I have used MVM: once to actually move from one location to another and twice just to move things upstairs, downstairs, etc. which were too big or too heavy for my wife and I to handle. Every experience has been a five-star event! Where does MVM find so many (weve never had the same person twice) professional, engaging, cooperative and competent young men? Vincent and Josh were amazing they were polite and courteous and extremely conscientious about being careful not to nick or scrape walls and woodwork etc as they moved furniture. Maumee Valley Moving recently helped me move from Sylvania to short-term storage and then from storage to South Carolina. Dealing with MVM was great from start to finish. Eric came to my home for an in-person walk through and assured me everything would fit on one truck. I was skeptical and sweated it right until the end, but he was spot on! John handled all the details with both legs of the move and alleviated a lot of stress over a cross-country move! Tyler and Josh (I hope I got the names right) did the first leg of the move and I was so impressed with the care they took with my furniture. The icing on the cake had to have been Joe Walker though. Joe did the 2nd leg down to SC. Joe had such a positive attitude, was very outgoing and personable but yet very professional. MVM hired a local guy to help Joe unload in SC and he was such a hard worker! Five stars to MVM for sure; great people, came in under estimate, and highly dependable!

MVM helped my family move from IN to FL and had great pricing for our relocation needs without breaking the bank. We had a couple small hiccups in the process, but Tanner did awesome to ensure we were taken care of! He had a positive attitude and made sure the job got done. Just had SB and CJ move a treadmill, sectional, and a coffee table. They were very courteous, professional, and good at communicating the costs and move details. They moved quickly and still took great care of my items during moves and did so safely. They were able to come in under the expected move time frame which lowered my bill, where other companies might milk the time on the clock. Overall they moved things I cant move on my own with their equipment for a reasonable cost and provided a great customer experience. I went with MVM as my first moving company based on google/reddit/next door reputation and they delivered. I appreciate a company and its workers that put out quality services over a quick buck. Furniture removal from upstairs because of new carpet installation. I highly recommend MVM Moving and Storage. Heres why:Clark J. and Dylan C. provided the best moving experience for me and my stuff. When I say stuff, I mean lots of treasures I have accumulated over 25 years! The upstairs of my house had a large doll house, a couple of tables that had to be taken apart, cedar chest full of old wool clothing, book shelves, several chairs, upholstered sectional couch, and totes full of books. My house was built in 1936 and has a very narrow staircase. The treasures were moved to my pole barn. Amazingly enough, these two guys got everything out with no problem. They asked questions about anything that needed my attention. A little ding on the wall that they immediately told me about. No worries because there were other dings from daily living. One table that Clark and Dylan had to take apart was from the old downtown JC Penny store. Despite rusted screws, the table was disassembled and taken out to the barn. Usually, I dont take time to praise workers who are just doing their job, but these two guys deserve to be recognized. They did a fantastic job and all of my stuff made it to the barn without incident! Good job, Mark and Dylan!
Using movers was a nice luxury. It’s not cheap, but it’s absolutely worth it. The workers were diligent when packing all my belongings. Everything was wrapped, and the boxes were labeled. The movers were polite and had a good sense of urgency. Nothing was broken and no walls were scratched. I would use this company again with confidence.Caution: My pack and move grand total ended up costing twice as much as the estimate. It also took two days, not the estimated one day. Though It was expensive, but I still feel like it was worth every dollar. The estimate being so inaccurate is the only reason I can’t give 5 stars.

I needed to move from my apartment in Toledo to a house in Detroit. The customer service from the office staff Levi was excellent and professional. I appreciate the confirmation call the day prior to my move day as well.Kevin & Joe moved all my apartment furniture to Detroit and I cannot say enough about how friendly and professional they were. This was my first time ever moving and they made the process smooth and quick!! Both Kevin & Joe were personable and answered any questions I had. MVM is such a great company! I thought I had more time to prepare to move out of my apartment, but ended up needing to move out last minute. I called MVM a few days before, hoping and praying they could do it! Eric was so nice. He tried to work me in the best he could on the day I wanted, but there wasn’t any way (I mean, it was like 2 days prior!). He said the best he could do was the morning after. I was able to make that work. They arrived right on time. My movers were Chris and Joe. The came in, were very polite and friendly. They asked exactly what I needed done. They started right away, making sure to be careful with all my things. I ended up adding some things I initially hadn’t planned and they were really nice about it. They both were really so kind and professional. Once they had packed everything up and went to my new place, they came in and asked where I wanted items to go. They made sure to place them all where I wanted them. Again, being careful with my things and inside the apartment so they didn’t scratch or damage any walls or floors. They worked quickly. I honestly couldn’t believe how fast they loaded and unloaded the truck. I was shocked how quickly they were done with everything! Moving is so stressful, and MVM made it a lot less stressful for me! We completely enjoyed our experience with MVM. I wouldnt have even known about them had our lender not recommended them. The consultation call was very nice and John was helpful in us thinking through what we needed from them. Especially, since we had not used this kind of service before. On the day of: First, they were on time, which always sets the tone for an experience for me. They were very careful with our belongings and also friendly even thought it was so early and they had a lot of work ahead. They adhered to all of the safety guidelines for COVID which was very important to us. Levi and Bob were our movers and they were also very knowledgeable about how to get the work done in the least amount of time all while being thorough and thought about ways to mitigate damage in either of our homes. I would absolutely hire them and specifically ask for Levi and Bob to ensure you have good experience.

Hey, you want a free china hutch? is a great phrase to hear if your wife has been openly wondering for years when shell finally get a chance to display her grandmothers china. Its less fun to hear if youve got a bad back, dont own a truck, and have nobody who could move that hutch into your house.But thats where MVM bailed me out. On short notice, they provided two excellent movers who got the giant, two-piece hutch across town and into my house without incident. Jeff T. and Steven S. were smooth, professional, and took great care of our item.This was the second time Ive worked with MVM on a project, and Id never want to go with anybody else. Between an interstate move and relocating a giant piece of furniture with less than a days notice, Id say they can handle it all.

MVM is great to deal with from beginning to end. Derek came out and gave us a very accurate quote to start the process and we also received a call at the beginning of the move week, making sure we were still on track for our scheduled move date. The 4 guys who handled the move were fantastic. Jeff T was the person who introduced himself and did a walk through with us while the other 3 (Chris P, Zach M, and Shane B) prepped our house and started disassembling and loading right away. They wrapped everything and protected everything that was being moved as well as the doorways in and out of our house so no damage was done. They did a great job and they were efficient. There was no sitting around or people taking breaks... they simply busted their butts to get the job done. If they had any questions, they asked. They never assumed anything. All of the guys communicated well and were very receptive to anything we had to say or suggest. I would absolutely recommend this company for any move you have. They are extremely courteous and professional and we had no issues or concerns with them at all. They were a pleasure to do business with.
We had a 2 day 57 mile move… two teams. All members were EXCELLENT!!! Joe M, JoeW, Chris, Nick S, Josh S and Dylan C… Joe M was the crew chief both days and I can’t say enough nice things about him. They even moved our granite table weighing 420lbs! Sorry about that guys. Highly recommend.

Great job with our move from Perrysburg to Hilliard! The teams were very professional and paid attention to details at every phase. The team asked appropriate questions and offered helpful advice throughout the process. Moving can be painful but MVM took the pain away and made it more seamless!
I moved from Toledo to Columbus and used MVM. They came highly recommended and I found out why! Very quick, thorough, friendly, helpful, patient with a crazed picky person, etc. Would highly recommend as well and use them again, but hopefully never have to.
Andrew O and Shane B were the best today. They moved from a second floor apartment to a multi story home. They safely transported multiple antique pieces, an obscene number of boxes of books and heavy items, and awkwardly sized furniture. I was so happy with the two gentleman and I highly recommend them and MVM for all future moves.
Andy and Dillon were on time punctual and very accommodating for many different tasks we needed for our move. They were very flexible and accommodating as well as followed our instructions to place are items in our new home especially since we had them relocating items at the new location. They were courteous and respectful and I would definitely recommend them or use them in any other moves that i may need.

I can not say enough good things about Isreal & Isiah, these two did a fantastic job. They performed a move for my parents that took seven hours. It was through no fault of their own, it was logistically a nightmare, no freight elevator, only one passenger elevator and that was being used for the entire building. These two men were just as courteous in hour seven as they were in hour one. We have use MVM three times now and will use them for future moves and recommend them to anyone that asks.PS: they were still in a good mood when the couch wouldnt fit in the elevator and they had to carry it up to the third floor.

Packers were professional, friendly, and efficient. Though on moving day they were short staffed, the guys moved fast and took great care of our things. Alejandro kept us updated on his progress on his 2 night drive. We were moved in to the new place with very little stress. Excellent company.
We used MVM recently to move our daughter from one city to another approximately 2 hours away. Josiff and DJ were professional, efficient and extremely upbeat and friendly the entire day. They wasted no time getting the truck loaded at the pick-up location and were also timely in unloading at the final destination. This is the 5th time we have used MVM and they have always exceeded our expectations.

MVM Moving was a home run in transporting all of our major furniture to North Carolina. They were able to accommodate all of our needs on short notice after closing. There staff is incredibly professional, responsive and friendly. Tyler drove our belongings down, and was a real pleasure to work with. Would give Tyler an A+ in how he took care of us. We had an in-state move a few weeks back. I had to convince my fiance to use a local place rather than a large national company because I always like to help out local businesses. That was a mistake for sure. When we called to schedule our move, the person that helped us boasted that we had made a great choice and that MVM has the best reviews in the state of Ohio. The reviews spoke about how kind and professional the movers were. Ours were very average professsionally, if not subpar. They were talking about about how they wanted to drink & smoke after work (which I dont have a problem with but I would never do at work in front of customers). They moved our items very quickly, but they did cause some minor damage to a few walls. They assured us that they would alert their manager who would contact us within a day about a refurbishing teams. They left our new place clean but didnt put together the couch cushions or recliners and left wrapping on several of our items, which we thought was odd. We were never contacted about the scuffs and every time we tried to call the office, there was either no answer or wed be put on hold with someone who would never answer the phone. The damage isnt even that significant, but we shouldnt have to fix the damage that they caused. Overall, this was really disappointing. Like I said, we always want to choose local businesses, but this place has awful customer service and clearly does not care about their customers. If I had to do the move all over again, Id go with Holland movers or Perrysburg.
Great experience. Both guys were extremely helpful, courteous and respectful. I dont even think they were in my house yet and Id been called sir 5 times. My wife (8 1/2 months pregnant) and I are very appreciative of them moving our furniture for us. Scheduling was a breeze. Pick-up and delivery went smooth. Only thing that didnt cooperate was the weather. But that didnt stop these guys from getting everything done. Well definitely use MVM for any future needs.Thanks again!!Michael & Sarah Uhler

Thanks MVM for a smooth & efficient move! Tyler, Josh & Shaun helped pack on the day before the physical move to another city. They were on time & were careful with my furniture & household items. Tyler & Josh helped on day two & couldn’t have been more courteous & helpful. I had a problem with a dresser mirror that both gentlemen helped fix- above & beyond what I expected! Tyler hooked up my washer & dryer, another win. My furniture was carefully assembled & placed. Overall, a great experience & everything arrived unbroken & undamaged. I also had Jason & Anthony help me clean after the packing. They knew I was in a hurry & really worked hard with great results. Nice that MVM has the extra services. I highly recommend MVM.

I have moved a lot in my life and always used another company. I wish I wouldve known about them years ago because I am impressed! My movers, Andrew S. and Sam L. were excellent! I signed my paperwork and they started moving immediately. It was 89 degrees and they never stopped moving! The trucks are equipped with blankets and straps to keep everything secure. The guys were professional and packed all my stuff with care. I would definitely use them again and I highly recommend this company! Thank you for making my move less stressful!!!

We had a short local move, and called MVM because of the good things we had heard about their service. We had a very good moving experience due to the team of Tyler and Dayton. They were very courteous, careful and responsive to our questions and our needs for the move. The quality control manager, Brian also showed up during the move to make sure everything was going well. He even pitched in to help the crew while he was there. Moving can be a bad experience, but in this case it was quite pleasant thanks to the team at MVM.
Our crew was amazing to work with. They moved furniture within my home and to another off site location - they easily took apart equipment and reassembled. This is the second time we have used MVM and I would use them again! From the first scheduling to the end of the job there was excellent communication and professionalism - I highly recommend MVM!

Hiring MVM was the best decision I could have made. The team made my day so carefree and easy. I didnt have to lift a finger, instead, I was able to clean each area as they were done packing and loading the truck. They protected all of my fragile items with wrapping and were very careful with all of my belongings. They were pleasant to work with and they moved quickly to get the job done in a timely manner.
Ive used Maumee Valley movers twice before for my mom but this is the first time they have done any work for me. We had a lot of stuff to move! Andy, James, Demetrius and Eric came in to save the day. All of them were friendly and very fast and efficient. They did not take as long as the quote projected which saved us money. Vince and the two other gentlemen that helped him did a great job with my move. We had a few snags with some oversized items but they handled everything excellently, and everything arrived on time and in great condition! We really appreciated everything MVM did to help out!
We were fortunate to have been assigned Jeff T (D), Hunter Wolfe (L), Chris P (D), and Dalton (L) as our movers. These four young men were fast, efficient, and courteous, even when I kept stepping in their way. If they moved any faster they would have been sprinting. They loaded a two story house and moved it into another home 20 miles away in only six hours. We are NOT easy to please so these accolades are well deserved. I have never used this company before but I would again and highly recommend them. In todays world it is great to see young men who appreciate hard work and taking care of others property.

I had a piano moved by this company. I was happy with the time and the service they provided. I thought the price was fair and they did a good job in transporting the piano.
We had Nate and Collin show up to help us move earlier than scheduled which was great! They both were very professional, courteous, and quick. We recently hired MVM to move some family items for us. Jeff T. & Aaron were great - professional, kind, and efficient! Everything was handled with care and our items were safely delivered to multiple locations. Eric was very helpful in setting up our move and accommodating our changing needs along the way. From beginning to end it was great and we would 100% use them again.
Scott and Antonio were conscientious, punctual, professional and polite. The moving process took about 5 minutes, so it was extremely satisfying not to have to pay a two-hour minimum that most other movers charge. I have never had a better experience with a moving company and will highly recommend them to anyone who needs a mover.
Cant say enough good things about this company. Seth and Cole moved us and were quick, efficient and kind! Their moving system protected our things and the value in our moving day going seamless is unmeasureable. Would recommend and will use them again!

2022-08-22Our dad recently passed away and we were faced with having to move his belongings out of his house. My brother enlisted the help of Maumee Valley Movers. Tanner and Nate were our guys for the day! They were so polite and helpful and respected every single thing they had to load. I’m beyond impressed with their work. From the moment they showed up, they were kind, courteous, knowledgeable and most of all, patient with us. Tanner explained the paperwork in detail so that there were no questions about what we were paying for. Thank you so much for all of your hard work!

2022-01-28MVM Moving did a wonderful job moving an important piano for me. It was my late aunts piano that she bequeathed to me, so I wanted to ensure the move was in good hands. Bryan D, Matt L, and Dante were professional and courteous. The time they quoted me (2 hours) for the move was spot on, so the cost of the move was exactly what they quoted. When I booked the move, it was easy to get a hold of MVM by phone and they reserved my move quickly for the next week. It was a little cheaper to book during the week instead of the weekend, so I took advantage of that discount. I would definitely use them again for moving items.

2022-08-02We were un-decided on getting movers and had some pretty high quotes from others. Then I met one of MVM’s sales guys at an event at our office. He gave me a quote that was not cheap but definitely fair. So we decided to go for it. And we are very happy we did. Andre and Vincent were our movers. They are efficient, they care and I would definitely hire them again!

2022-03-18MVM was a fantastic moving service for a low price. Ian and Brodie were my movers, and they did an outstanding job. They not only moved everything to exactly the place I wanted it to be, but they also broke down some items AND put them back together perfectly. I would highly recommend this company to any and everybody looking for cheap and efficient moving! They had everything in the truck, moved to the new location, and unloaded in 4 hours. It was absolutely amazing, and I will be using this service in the future.

They were prompt, efficient, hard-working, smart, always on task, and great people to have in your home. Tanner, Matt J, and everyone I spoke with in the office were helpful, positive, and kind. This company understands so well that moving is stressful, and that their job is to help lower your stress, not add to it. Honestly, MVM represents customer service at its very best. 2022-08-22I recently hired MVM for a move from Ohio to Michigan and they provided excellent service. I chose MVM because they offered the cheapest and quickest option compared to other local and national companies. I spoke with Noah to arrange my move and he explained the cost estimate clearly and answered all of my questions. The moving team, Aaron and Ali, worked to save me even more money and time. They thoroughly explained the paperwork, loaded and unloaded the truck quickly but carefully, disposed of furniture I asked them to remove, and easily managed unloading my belongings at two locations. I highly recommend MVM for your moving needs!

2022-06-26I was totally satisfied with the company, their rates, and the professionalism and expediency of their moving my household items. Cole M and Terrell seemed to be a well trained team. They moved things carefully and quickly. My move was finished about an hour earlier than the estimate. I 100% recommend Maumee Valley Moving and Storage. 2022-07-28We have used MVM three times to move. On our most recent move, Noah and Ryan were our movers. They were on time, professional, and truly cared to safeguard our belongings as well as the historic building we were moving from Downtown. We had two flights of stairs and very long hallways; it wasn’t the easiest of jobs but Noah and Ryan worked together well and made it look easy! Our items were secure and well protected throughout loading, transporting, and unloading! We highly recommend MVM for an easy move from start to finish! Thank you again!

2022-07-09This company does a good job! I used them twice in March of 2022. Once to move into my newly purchased home & secondly to move the furniture that was left for staging. The entire crew both times were fast, polite, thorough and professional. At the end of the job they always ask questions if there was anything else that needed to be done before wrapping up the day.
