When I first moved into this townhouse 4 months ago, the management and maintenance were very helpful. They fixed a water issue and also purchased a new refrigerator for me since the one that had been in there previously was very small and very old. Since then, there have been issues. For the past 2 months I have attempted to contact management and maintenance several times via phone, email, and in person about holes in my bedroom ceiling due to severe water damage and relentless leaking when it rains and nothing has been done. Im beyond disgusted with the lack of concern they have towards their own property and tenants. Do yourself a favor and if you see a rental opening, dont waste your time with this apartment complex.

Highly would NOT recommend this place to anyone, especially college students looking for a place. I had an appointment to see the apartment I was considering renting, but the employee from the office (Sarah is her name) literally did not show up. After about a half hour of waiting, I left. It was probably a good omen she didn’t show up, because the apartment buildings are the definition of sketchy. There are much nicer places available for the same price range, don’t even try this slum.

>>>Well this is a place we WOULD have loved to live we movied up to ohio from cape canaveral fl we drpve almost a 1000 miles with all our stuff in a buget truck and a 4 year old in the middle seat we spend almost 6,000 dallors and we talked to ((JASON)) for over a month we get to newark on the 19th of july thats when we were told the apt would be ready we get up here and we find out hes not the manager like his said and he was on vaction and to make it worse we lived in a hotel room with 6 people for a week because they had already gave away our apptment to someone he garentied it to us down to giving us the adress to foward our mail there and then said oo well sucks to be you i will not ever recomend this s**t hole to anyone we spend 1000 dallors extra on a storage unit and truck being late this was the worse thing u could possablity imagine with a four year old. we eventily found a better house not town home and the basement in 607 mt vernon rd leaks..

I was told nothing available till next year when i went in but online they say they are for rent and have open places.
