We heard about Mr. Bees through our neighbor about a year ago when our 13 year old side by side decided to stop working. We called and they were out within a day. Our repair persons name was Logan who was clean cut, courteous and professional. I explained the issue we were having he looked it over and explained to me exactly what the problem was, had the part on his truck, replaced it and all of this took about 20 minutes. So a year or so later something else once again Logan came out within a day , he knew exactly what the problem was explained it to me thoroughly .. Had the part on his truck replaced the part cleaned up his work area and voila Very pleased!
Ordered a new spider for my LG washing machine. Had them double check the part number I had to make sure it matched my model number.They get parts fairly regularly so it should be here in a day or two. They even talked to one of there repair techs and the tech had some one call me back to make sure the front tub half was still in good shape.Price also matched what I found online and I didnt have to pay shipping.Keep up the good work.
I tried to replace my ice maker but it did not work. Logan knew right away what needed to be done. And he is a very pleasant person. I will call then again in the future. Their charge is very reasonable!
Respectfully, I completely disagree with Mr. Heckmann. Weve been calling Mr. Bees for our appliance issues for years and they have always been fast, courteous, a great value, and, most importantly, honest and up front concerning repair requests.Specifically, in the last year we had an issue with the ice maker in our double door fridge. Logan came out not once but twice for the same issue - the second time during his lunch break to fit us in. He was honest about the likelihood of fixing it and what a good solution would be. A more underhanded repair shop could have kept trying to make money in our case with multiple service calls, parts, and misinformation about what the problem was but Mr. Bees has never done business that way.Bottom line, it feels like theres few people you can trust these days. This shop is one of the ones you can count on. We will always call them when we need appliance service or repairs.
Used them once before and they were wonderful. This time, call them for a freezer ice maker repair.... Beat the daylights out of the ice maker, didnt make the repair, charges $50, and left.
Found my freezer thawed and refrigerator moderately cool this morning. Within two hours of contacting Mr. Bees, technician, Logan, had unit repaired and running again. Friendly, courteous and professional all around. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Thank you so much!
I had such a great experience dealing with my fridge that died and in the process my stove took a dive too. They were on time, very professional and I made me feel comfortable. He informed me why it was best just to say goodbye to the fridge. Then fixed my stove for me at no additional cost. Ive been telling anyone wholl listen how great I was treated. Way to make a crummy situation pleasant! Thank You!
Sure, I left a message the first time I called, but they called back within 5 minutes. Then they were able to get the part I needed the next day, for much less than I could find online. Bottom line, as long as I live in the area, Mr. Bees Appliance will be my first call when I need an appliance repaired!
On 7/25/2016, I asked Mr. BEE APPLIANCE AND REPAIR, too look at my whirepool dryer. I part him his $65 call out charge and he said that the dryer needed a new switch. He had to order it and when it would come in, he would give me call and come out and fix it, with NO extra charge. The cost for the new switch was $42 + tax. He stated that the switch should be in knowing Wednesday. I called him on Friday morning and no answer so,I had left a message with them. I never returned a phone call back, Ieft it until Monday and called back again on Monday morning.. He had answer and told me the part had came in on Thursday.. He came out Saturday morning and fitted it and the dryer would not work still.. He had looked at the fuse box, he said he did not know what was wrong.. He ended up billing me for $70.94... My husband said he was not going to pay it. We settled on the cost of the switch, $46.74. Retaining the old switch. When the old switch was tested, nothing was wrong with it... I tried to call MR. BEES, but he put the phone down on me. My son came over and visited 10 minutes after incompetent MR. BEES had left. He flicked a switch in the fuse box, the dryer came on. $115 gone. MR BEES should of been able to do that for $65, the cost of the call out fee. They should at least give me the refund back off the useless switch I did not need.
We bought a stove second hand. We had some issues with it. We bought some parts from mr BEES and got it working. Then the oven would not work. It was set to LP. I called Mr BEES and he came out and in 15 minutes he had the oven and broiler working great! He also took the time to adjust the burners on the stove. Wonderful experience!!!
I called Mr. Bs to find out what was wrong with my refrigerator. They went ahead and fixed the problem, replacing three parts. They never checked with me first about the price and are trying to charge me around $600 for fixing the fridge. They said if I didnt want to pay that, they would be happy to come and pick up my refrigerator to sell in their showroom. This is ridiculous. Since when does a company not check with you before replacing parts that cost that much?!
What an experience. Service was scheduled and confirmed and the service was awesome. Weve used Mr Bees more than once and will continue to use them again as long as we are in Licking County. Id recommend them to anyone. Before you replace anything call Mr Bees. Thanks guys.

We bought a washing machine/dryer that worked great until one of my kids sock got stuck somewhere inside. They saved me a lot of money by finding the sock instead of replacing the whole unit.
Dishonest horrible customer service. Bottom line sell junk appliances their so called technicians probably rig to work for maybe a week. This place is absolute garbage dont go there no matter what they need to be shut down.

2021-11-17I called them this afternoon about an issue with my dryer. I explained the issue and the lady was amazing!!! She was beyond helpful and knew what the issue was immediately. I even explained I didn’t know the model # of my dryer thinking that the help ended there. NOPE!!! She was on it. I asked about her cost for a repair and she gave it to me which honestly wasn’t too expensive at all. With that being said she went further and explained how easy it would be us to do it ourselves. They’re not all about making a buck at the expense of their customers and I loved that!!! It was so super easy too. Thank you to the 2 lovely women I met today. You guys rock!!!!

2021-07-21Very responsive and professional. It took a few days to get someone out to our house as they are in high demand but when they did they called the day before to confirm the appointment and give a time window. The mechanic showed up in the early part of the window, was very courteous. He had an idea of what the problem was and gave the estimate before starting work. Once approved he got to work and was very prompt and efficient, was probably only in the house for about 10 minutes. We were very pleased with the prompt service and explanation. Thanks!!

Specialty shops are now few and far between thanks to big box stores but this one is a throwback to the Good Ole Days! Will always take the time to call them with questions first! 5 stars plus!

2020-12-10Tech from Mr. Bees came out during the scheduled window of time, wore a mask, explained what the issue was so I could understand and made recommendations on what to do. Repair ended up being the cost of the service call ($65) and he was knowledgeable on next steps so I can plan for when I need to budget out a replacement. Will def be using them again. All around, a great first experience with the company.

2021-03-08Called them to fix my parents dishwasher and ice machine and they were the sweetest. They were quick but detailed. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure to explain exactly what the issue was and how it needed fixed. Wouldnt call anyone else.

2019-12-23I’ve been a customer for many years. Up until today I would have recommended Mr. Bees to anyone. I would have given them a 5 star rating. Last month they repaired my gas dryer and washer for 167.00 parts and labor. The technician was here for nearly an hour. Today, I was charged 190.59 for a job that took 14 minutes and a part that cost less than 25.00. I was quoted a price from 2013 parts list. The technician offered to take the part out. It’s two days before Christmas. I need my oven or I would have had them take the part out! When I called the office the lady suggested it should have cost me between 300-400. I could have replaced the oven for that price. Even Amazon sales the part same brand and part number 16.99.
