Excellent company! They were able to squeeze me into their schedule in a weeks notice. Love that they dont start charging you until they actually arrive to your property. Ashante at the front desk was so helpful and kind - I had called a few other companies and received not so great service, so she was a breath of fresh air. Very happy with everyone on their team!

Very professional, helpful and polite movers!! It was stress-free moving and nothing was damaged. They were able to quickly and carefully move my things out of a 4th floor apartment with no elevator on a very humid day. They also clearly explained the contract and schedule. We have moved many times and the experience I had with Move For Less was as good, if not better, than any. Starting with Renee in the office, everything was handled in an efficient and professional manner. She was extremely good at communicating promptly. The moving staff were careful with our furnishings, pleasant and very accommodating. Everything arrived unscathed and they honored their estimate. Not a penny more was charged. We had a very good experience with Move for Less. They arrived within the time window. The three men were polite and moved quickly. They wrapped our furniture. The price was good and a standard insurance was included. There is a stain on our recliner that we’ll try to get out ourselves and some minor items we had to transport ourselves because the truck was full. But, in general, the truck was packed very efficiently. The best of the three moving companies we’ve used in the past 5 years.
They company did a fantastic job moving us out of state. We had Brian, Ashley and Johnny on our crew. They had us loaded in two hours and Ashley and Johnny had us unloaded in two hours. No complaints whatsoever on this end. They worked extremely hard and it was during those 90+ degrees days. They never complained, just worked to get it done. They handled our belongings with great care. This is the second time that we have used them and will definitely use them again in the future.
I used this company to assist with a recent move. They had the best pricing, customer service and pressure free scheduling. I am incredibly happy with the manager that took my initial phone call and walked me through the process and how much everything would cost. The two man mover crew was respectful, helpful and super fast. I would recommend them to everyone and will use them in the future.
We had a great experience with Move for Less. Communication prior to the move was excellent. They were able to work with our busy schedules to find a good day and time. The movers arrived on time, and they completed the move quickly and efficiently. Although Im hoping we wont be moving again any time soon, we would happily use them in the future!
When you hire this moving company and you go to your new home so you can show them where you want your furniture placed, make sure you dont sign the contract stating that they moved everything once they are done. Assume they did not move everything and make their movers wait while you drive all the way to back your old house and check. If I would have done this then I wouldnt be stuck trying to move a table and an outdoor umbrella along other things. The contact also states that they would like you to call them with any disputes so they can try to handle it, well they refused to do the right thing so now here is your 1 star review.
I needed a last minute move. I spoke with Elaine who got me movers two days from my call. Renee realized that the storage facility to where I was moving things closed earlier than what the facility told me. Renee got me an extra mover and moved up my moving time so I could get my belongings in storage. Tommy, Tyler and Im sorry I cant remember the other gentlemans name were amazing. Tommy was a thorough packer who could stack boxes like no one Ive ever seen before. Ty and the other gentleman were expert lifters who could move my possessions quickly and skillfully. All three were polite, efficient and thorough. They really took care of our belongings and payed special attention to my fragile boxes. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat! If you are looking for movers in the Cleveland area, youd be a fool to look anywhere else. They did not pay me to write this review, I genuinely stand by it.
I’ve used Move 4 Less for 10 years and I only had a problem once which was resolved. My recent move went quickly and under the estimated time. The movers were polite, professional, and accommodating and if I could’ve afforded a bigger tip they surely would’ve gotten it. I highly recommend them for your next move.
I have used move for Less Three or four different times for myself and family, they exceed expectations every time. All the guys are super professional and efficient, always on time and always go above and beyond to accommodate customer. They make sure that all the items are safe and secure, never any damage to the home or the items, they wrap everything perfectly. I called Move for Less to get a quote to move a large safe, a bunch of power tools, and a washer and dryer. The quote they offered me was for three guys for about three hours. When the team showed up, on time, and ready to go there were four guys. Edwin and Ace seemed to be in charge and took immediate control of the situation. I sadly didn’t catch the name of the other two gentlemen, but they were both consummate professionals as well. Everything was wrapped in packing blankets and safely moved from the basement of my old house to the basement of my new house. They finish the job in less than two hours, which was less than the time they quoted, so the price reflected approximately $250 cheaper than quoted. Unlike other movers, Move for Less only charges you from when they show up to when they leave, and add a trip fee to cover expenses, which is reasonable. I would absolutely use Move for Less in the future for any and all of my moves.
Our organization has used Move for Less a handful of times over the past few years. Each time the move goes smoothly and professionally. They arrive in the time window, everyone is polite, they wrap all furniture to assure its safe transport and get it to where it needs to go promptly! We appreciate working with them and plan to continue! We often dont have a lot to move so we really appreciate that they do not have a piece minimum like some companies - its great to have a company who can move a couch when you need it moved!

When my movers canceled on me less than a week before my move I called Move For Less. I should have called them from the start! Edwin and his team were efficient, quick, and polite. It was a great experience. I’d definitely recommend, and will use them again in the future.
Move for Less provided me with updates on arrival time, and were able to make short work for the pick up. Unfortunately, since it was rush hour, the travel time was longer than expected. They were quick and efficient, treated us and the articles they were responsible for with respect. The movers were polite and knowledgeable and got the job done as quickly as possible. I was very pleased with my experience with this company from the very beginning. Speaking with Renee on the phone was a pleasure. I got a very accurate quote and she was very professional. I dont know why I decided to move on the same weekend that I started school, but the movers I had made things a whole lot easier. Yusef and Iggy were professional, and even entertaining. They worked quickly and moved me from Garfield Hts to Twinsburg in under two hours. The rate was great, and I actually would have paid double for the excellent experience I had. I am not an avid reviewer, but feel i need to share my experience. They are professional, efficient, and very reasonably priced! They took great care of my belongings, I had absolutely no concerns as my belongings were loaded onto their truck. I would use them again (and again, and again), and recommend them to anyone looking for a great local mover in the Cleveland area.

Overall they did a very good job, and did not damage any of the items and property. The only thing is that I have asked for a flat rate and they ended up charging more than expected due to all kind of additional fees that were never mentioned when they gave me the quote. We used Move for Less to move my father-in-law from his house to an apartment. The movers were very quick, courteous and aware of my father-in-laws needs. They also moved some larger items to the curb for trash pickup. It was a 90 degree day and they worked non stop. We would definitely use them again for any future moves.

As a result, we recently chose Move for Less for our long distance move for Concord, Ohio to Atlanta, Georgia. After getting several quotes we decided to once again use Move for Less, and we were not disappointed. The guys prepped, covered, and stored everything properly and there were only two minor dents but nothing was broken or missing in this long distance move. The WORST company to go to for moving. They attach hidden fees they don’t tel you on the phone. My movers showed up 4.5 hours late to the job and broke my brand new night stand,Mugs, scratched my bed frame, and ripped my suitcase. Some of those had sentimental value because they were from my mother before she passed away and now I can’t get them back. The customer service was awful and they kept telling me how great a company they were and yelled at me on the phone when I demanded compensation. The movers clearly hate their jobs and told me that they are forced to work over 12 hour days.
Move 4 less is the only moving company I will use. I have recommended them to family and Co workers. The movers are fast and know what they are doing . Thanks Tommy for taking apart my treadmill and reassembling it in a timely manner. The movers arrived on time and finished my move earlier than expected.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANYAbsolute nightmare moving with this company. When I booked they told me the movers would arrive between 11am-12pm, but they didnt show up until 5:15pm!! On top of that, the movers had already worked a 12 hour day before getting to me so they were rushing to get my job done. Ending up breaking multiple things!!! Would give zero stars if possible. This company is in desperate need of new management!
Their workers were really nice guys who worked hard but they lost a coffee table by accident I think. I owned a lot of stuff and didnt notice until a few hours later. I immediately emailed them about it and they went into some kind of you signed a blank piece of paper mode its not our responsibility. Offered me no help. Took a week to put me in touch with the driver after constant requests. No apology. Not a penny offered or even sympathy. Insane. I cant imagine a worse experience. I feel bad because the driver and workers were wonderful, but when they made a costly mistake management acted like I was vermin. Life is too short to deal with experiences like this.
I am currently living out of state and needed them to handle the move for me. The move was scheduled between 2-4 and they didnt get there until 4:45. I specifically asked for them to bring boxes for my dishes but when they showed up, they had none. My friend who was overseeing the move called to tell me that they did not bring boxes and they planned on putting all of my dishes in my dresser and said whatever happens, happens. When the movers dropped off my stuff, everything REEKED of smoke. The only nice person there was Jake who works at the front desk. Even the claims lady wouldnt apologize for such terrible service.

As always move 4 less was fast, professional and prompt to arrive and get to work. This was my 3rd time in 8 years using them. Edwin and Cory and a third guy who’s name I didn’t get finished my move under the time I had estimated it would take! 2 thumbs up!
Booked 2-4pm move 2 weeks in advance. On the day of move, the crew did not show up nor contacted me. I called the companys line 4 times and the agent keep stating the crew leader will call you in a few minutes or hold on and let me wait on the phone for 40+ minutes. I was charged for the travelling fee for $110 + tax but they dont even give me any response or explanation of no show.
I cannot recommend these movers enough!! They came on time and finished early. They were so friendly and listened to all of our directions and moved our treadmill to the basement which seemed impossible. I have already told a few friends about this company.

They are good as working as a team. I will give them that. All I am going to say is if you have any flat screens that you have purchase. Make sure you either move yourself or watch them move it. Because my brand new flat screen 32 inch t.v. was damaged and I was told to take it back to store with receipt. I wasnt the one who damaged it. And this was told to me before I even talked to a manager. Again they are good movers. But if things were damaged it needs to be paid for. Especially if you know for sure it was nothing wrong with it!!! Pleased at how they worked as a team. But unhappyy about my new t.v.

2022-05-19I will NEVER refer this company to move anyone. This company took advantage of my mom in her time of need and overcharged her blaming the overcharge on the elevators being too small. Which led to time being extended. The elevators being small was no fault of my mom. At first there were two men present to start at 9:30AM, at 6:30ish another man appeared with an unprofessional aggressive attitude. It then we made him aware of items broken during the move, he allegedly stated he will check with management after stating in writing what items was broken. After all that this terrible company did nothing to compromise, accommodate or replace items broken. move for less is just a name with terrible business and untrustworthy outcomes.

2021-03-15Tommy and James from Move for Less went out of their way to make this move less stressful. They helped me remove a mirror so we could move a dresser. We had more items than expected so had to go over our time and they work fast and consistent so as not to have to charge me anything extra that wasn’t necessary. We were moving a senior into assisted living and they were very sensitive to the situation while moving everything. Would certainly use them again.

2020-03-03THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! Preparing for this move was very stressful, everything that could go wrong went wrong. I called this company and spoke to Lakeisha, who was very nice and professional and assured me that I was in goods hands. Well, there were several hiccups on my end so I was not able to follow-up until Friday. I spoke to Julian, and he was able to get me scheduled on Sunday and again made me feel like I was in good hands. Now, on the day of the move Jimmy (James), Tommy, and Will arrived. They were so nice, assured me again I was in good hands. They were fast, careful, and kind. I am very particular about my belonging as they are very expensive. They did an excellent job, and I hope they are available when I move when this lease is up. Next time I will get the packing services as well. They called ahead to let me know when they were arriving. They wrapped all the big furniture items (which no other moving company has done previously). They also were incredibly fast and precise.In the past with other companies I make it to the destination a good 30-40min before the movers, but these were just a minute or two behind me. AMAZING. They did not up-charge or try to drag out the time.They were available on short notice (this company was the fifth company that I called trying to schedule a time for a week in advance). The gentleman who made my move possible (in record time) were so nice, amiable, and easy going; they made me feel as if we were old friends- they asked all the right questions and took my advice on how to get big items down tricky stairways seriously.

On the day the team called to give an estimated time of arrival. Will and Ivan were friendly, helpful and moved everything with care. They were responsive to our needs and concerns. They took instructions without complaining, on how I needed my store merchandise, stacked. I will definitely use this company again, if they are my movers. 2020-03-11We needed a very large, heavy vanity moved from the garage to our renovated bathroom. I rescheduled the move 3 times ( still with at least a day notice). as our contractor was so far behind schedule. Move for less was great! They cordially rescheduled each time. On the day we actually were ready to move: the showed up right on time, we’re very polite! They wrapped and moved this huge thing up the stairs thought a tiny entrance and set to down as gently as could be!!! We couldn’t ever have maneuvered that vanity through my he way they did! Awesome!
