She answered all my questions and concerns that I had. I had the 3 men 26 truck deal. Good value for the cost. The guys were great!!! Dominique, Rob and Keith (I believe) did excellent work Dominique called enroute to our house. Once he got there they all introduced themselves. Me and Dominique went over the contract, explained everything and made me feel good when he told me him and his guys treat your things as if they were their own goods! Today Tim, Kris, and David completed a move for me. They were efficient, timely, thorough and patient. We had a 20 minute commute to our new residence and they popped out ready to continue working.Unfortunately, David was injured moving my extremely heavy dresser with the rest of the team but Tim & Kris continued on without missing a beat.I am a heart patient and my husband threw his back out the night before therefore, we really needed a solid crew to help today. I truly appreciate each member very much and look forward to using them for a 5th time out of state in the future.

I didn’t have a lot of items to move, but it was the big stuff and I was moving from the 3rd floor with no elevator!!! The guys did a great job of keeping everything safe and got the job done quicker than I could have imagined. They were very friendly and even stayed in good spirits when my couch didn’t want to get into my house! I highly recommend.

Perfect- from the start. We needed movers pretty quickly and Move For Less worked us into the schedule. Jake was really friendly and helped us to get on their schedule quickly. The lady who gave us the courteous call was extremely friendly and professional. Tommy, Jim and Andre helped us move. They were professional, friendly, and got everything unloaded from our moving trailer to our mini storage within a couple hours, I was impressed they got the job done so quickly. Move For Less, LLC move our furniture and some boxes to our new home. Two of the three movers that arrived at our home were not experienced at all. The lead mover, Rob, was the only one who knew what he was doing. The incident: the two inexperienced movers moved our appliances into the upstairs laundry and by doing so badly damaged the door. There is a deep gouge on the solid wood door. We have pictures of the damage. Further, they damaged the railing going up the stairs. All the damage was pointed out to the lead mover Rob, who stated that Renee from the office would send me a claims form in the coming days. She did, and I’ve completed as requested. Rob showed up the following weekend with some paint for the railing and stain for the door. Unfortunately, the stain DID NOT correct the deep gouge on the door and is to this day damaged. At that time, Rob informed me that the door would have to be professionally refinished and stated that Renee would be in touch the following week. A week went by without anyone reaching out to rectify the situation, before I was asked to complete yet another claims form, which I did. At that time, Renee asked me to get a quote from a company to have the damaged fixed. Not knowing anyone in the area, a Google search lead me to The Refinishing Center. Having described to them the damage, they provided me with a quote which was forwarded to Renee at Move For Less. Again, weeks went by without any response or plan of action to get the damaged fixed. I’ve called several times, but no one calls me back. I’ve emailed Renee frequently, only to be told that the ‘claims’ department is looking into the issue. I simply can’t stress enough the questionable business ethics of the people that work for Move for Less, LLC. If you’re a potential customer looking to have your belongings moved, do you really want to risk the possibility of a similar experience? Personally, I wish I would have been warned about this horrible company ahead of my move.

I spoke Lakeisha and she made the experience easy and painless.We had a four man crew who were extremely courteous, hardworking and great to talk to. My experience with this company was not good, first they showed up about 45 minutes late. Then while carrying furniture down the steps they marked up walls which require me to scrub the marks off and touch up paint. Upon arriving at my new apartment, when it came time to bring in my leather couch there was a problem. The entry area is fairly tight and my couch would not fit. Not their problem but in trying it several times they chipped the paint on the corner of a wall and marked up the ceiling. Then I noticed that in the effort to get my couch in they ripped the leather on the top corner ruining it. Although the price was good, not a good experience.
From the first phone call I had with Ashante’, I knew Move For Less was the right choice. We booked very easily and a lot of my anxiety about hiring movers for the first time was put to rest! Communication was great, and the gentlemen called and arrived as scheduled. Will and I handled paperwork while Ivan and Leonard got right to work. These guys are friendly, funny, and amazing at their jobs. We went longer than expected, and they didn’t complain or look weary once. We had a snafu with the elevator in our new place but they kept their cool much longer than I could have. I cannot say enough good things about MFL, book with them today!!
Best moving experience yet. I will absolutely use this company in future and highly recommend! The estimate was right on target as well and moved more than anticipated or would have been less. They arrived with a great attitude. They were fast, efficient, and took time to protect my items. In the past I have used a well known moving company twice, so I can say Move4Less exceeded the competitors in their setting up service, move day, price and service!!
My three delivery techs did a great job. They worked hard and made sure I was happy with my furniture placement before they left. Wrapped anything that needed to be protected. Great price, great customer service.
I cant stress enough that you should steer clear of this business. They damaged SEVEN pieces of furniture. Seven! The amount of damage is breathtaking. I have a corner desk that they needed to disassemble. They did not bring any of their own tools but used my tools (they did not ask me if I wanted them to take it apart or if I wanted to do it myself--they just grabbed my tools and went to town on it). They literally ripped the desk apart. Then they wrapped the pieces with the torn off pieces of wood up in movers wrap for me to find later--never admitted to me what they had done. I had to use a series of brackets to put it back together. Huge chunks of wood are missing from all these pieces of furniture. But because six of the seven are pressboard, they wont do anything about it. Their contract, which you dont see until they arrive for the move (and so you have no choice but to sign and proceed because what are you going to do at that point when you have to be out of the house?), explicitly excludes pressboard furniture from their damage claims. So if you own anything from Ikea, Wayfair, Target (and who doesnt?) they can do absolutely anything they want with them. The seventh piece of furniture that was damaged is an Amish-built solid oak hope chest, a wedding gift from my parents, which is now all scratched up. They ask for 30 days to resolve any issue. It has now been nearly 2 months and they are still just telling me theyre looking into it, AND said (direct quote), I am very confident that a negative review/complaint regarding damages that we are not liable to repair will not help my crusade to get you some sort of compensation. So basically dont tell other people how terrible we are or we wont do the right thing and resolve this in any way. They also tore up the grass on the public tree lawn across the street from my house when they were trying to back into my driveway (which took them 30 minutes to do--not an abnormally tight driveway by any means, just a normal city driveway on a normal city street--because they obviously have no idea how to drive a moving truck). They said they would come out and take care of that. That was nearly 2 months ago and Im still waiting. They also took my tools in the truck with them (up in the cab) without telling me, so theyd have them available if needed at the new house. So if they had forgotten them in the cab (which they did do with some of my hardware, which I never received back) I wouldnt have even known about it. Finally, it was raining the day of my move and they did nothing to protect my floors. I had to have the carpets steamed after they left. I understand that they cant do anything about the rain, but to not put anything down to protect my floors was terrible. Oh, and they were late. Look, I get it, pressboard furniture is not the same as solid wood. But some of it is pretty expensive and its come a long way from the pressboard of the 80s and there is absolutely no excuse for a move of 4 miles to damage SEVEN pieces of furniture, pressboard or not. With one exception, were not talking cheap $40 bookcases. Were talking beds, filing cabinets, desks, dressers that cost hundreds of dollars each. And were not talking scratches on the finish. Were talking holes and large chunks of wood missing. Whatever their contract states, the fact that they wont take responsibility for this level of incompetence speaks volumes. Ive moved a lot of times and Ive never experienced anything like this. Youre better off hiring the Three Stooges and Laurel & Hardy.
Awesome experience with this company. Edwin, Jim and Tone were my movers. They were very friendly, professional, and personable. They were careful with all of my items, taking care not to scuff walls when removing furniture from one house and replacing furniture in the new house. They worked well together and were very efficient. I would definitely use this company again and recommend them to my family and friends! Thanks Move For Less for a good moving experience!
A professional moving company from the first contact with Ashante to Jim and Chris doing a fantastic job unloading a 12 trailer contents to a 3rd floor apartment. Ashante was super helpful, explained the details and provided confirmation emails prior to the move day. Jim and Chris arrived as expected, did a super job moving our items: attentive, careful, and super efficient. Overall an excellent experience with Move4Less.
We had Move For Less move items from a house and a condo and take them to a house, a storage facility, and a dump. Admittedly, it was a bit complex, but they remained flexible throughout, even as we made some last-minute requests. There are moving companies both more and less expensive, but I thought we made the right choice and would select them for our next move.
From the initial phone consult to the day of the move everyone was courteous and professional. This is the second time Move for Less has moved me. They were recommended by a friend and I would recommend them to anyone who needs to move.
The three gentlemen who moved our home were FANTASTIC. Professional and they certainly worked their butts off - hardly taking a single break. They did our move in less than the estimated time and I could not be more pleased. I will request these 3 men in the future.

During my first call when scheduling there services, Renee was very professional and made great suggestions in coordinating the move with the availability of management on the day of the move. Everything went as planned in regards for the flat rate for two hours. The movers were professional and friendly. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! They were hired to move my home on 9/28/20 and needless to say, I am now dealing with a back injury due to the work they left behind! There was 3 truck loads of items left at the old house! Anytime they were told to do something, they were extremely unprofessional. They were in such a hurry to get off work at 4pm that they tried to leave with my couch still in plastic. They left several items unassembled and still in plastic. They broke items of ours and RIPPED the telephone wire out of my NEW home, to which the OWNER blamed EVERYTHING on us!!!!! I attempted to resolve this issue with the company and do this right, to which I was offered $24 for over $600 worth of damage. They spit in my face. I have NEVER been treated with such unprofessionalism, especially from someone who I paid such a large amount of money to complete a job. Every single communication I had with this company regarding the poor service I had, it was blamed on me. The movers didnt take the items in the garage because they werent mover ready. Can someone PLEASE tell me how you put tractor bags and bed frames in boxes? How about a Christmas tree? I wasnt aware they made boxes for those things. If you want your move done right, pay the money for Two Men and a Truck.

Over the past year, I have used Move For Less several times. This was a very stressful time for my family as we were caring for aging parents, illnesses, and multiple home moves all at the same time. The reason I used Move For Less for ALL of the moves was because the first time was such a positive experience that I really wanted to give them more of our business. I would say that they have a very strong overall culture of being professional but very kind at the same time. So rare today. Every person person I interacted with, from the scheduler to the movers, instilled confidence and showed kindness and respectfulness in the way they communicated and followed through with their work during this difficult time for us. They packed up and protected the items being moved, moved it all with no damage, and set everything up in the new residence(s). They even made stops to drop off items being donated elsewhere so that we wouldnt need to do that later as a separate step. And their prices were very reasonable. I am happy to write this glowing review to let them know how much this meant to all of us. And I will use them again in the future with no hesitation. Thank you!

My experience with Move for Less LLC was great! The movers arrived on time, worked 3 straight hours, courteous and professional, helped me take down two beds and set them up, moved me in zero degree weather, left no marks, tracked nothing into either homes, my quote was less than competitors nor did it require an in home inspection. I was sure to tip my mover Edwin and Jim well as it was much deserved and appreciated.
I had a very small move - just a few large pieces of furniture to be moved from one room to another and a few others to be disassembled and brought to Goodwill and Habitat for Humanity.They had a 2-hour minimum, which was just what I needed. (Other movers had a 4-hour minimum.)Renee was great at handling the details for the booking.Julian and Bernard arrived on time, got the job done within the quoted estimate, and were very polite and professional.I would definitely use them again and recommend highly!

EXCELLENT SERVICE! for a PAINLESS MOVE!Before moving, I had nightmares about it. It is a difficult time for anyone, but since I had a broken ankle and needed to move out in a jiffy, I had even more anxiety since all I could do is sit and watch. BUT.... The second my four guys showed up, they made me feel comfortable with the move and confident in my choice of Move For Less. I actually cannot say enough good things about the dream team that came to move me! We are still talking about how terrific these men were. One of these gentlemen even took items in his own car that were not fit for the moving truck to keep them safe... above and beyond!!!!!!! And even though it was a long hard day (because of the way I packed) they moved swiftly, smiled and were friendly to my mother, my sister and I... all day! This was a tough move too... I lived up two flights with no elevator.... ugh! But they were solid the entire job... thanks guys! We will definitely call again!

Great experience with the staff and movers. Renee, Rob, and Donald did a fantastic job. The moving personnel arrived on time. All my furniture was wrapped in blankets to prevent damage and all my items were transferred with care. Nothing was damaged and everything was finished in a timely fashion. Renee her team moved us to our new place from our big house. A team of four professionals who cared as much about furniture as we did. They were careful but efficient. Renee came to the job to check on them. Then they came back to move our staged furniture. A crew of two men who were professional, skilled, and amazing kind. I highly recommend them. I paid a flat rate for moving (no packing or assembly) and each step in the process--from booking the appointment to the final delivery of boxes--was handled in a professional, timely, and budget friendly manner. I should add that I received quotes from several companies and--in terms of price, timing of delivery, and shared vs. individual truck space--the Move for Less deal was unmatched. I would recommend this company for any long distance move to or from Cleveland, Ohio.
The movers called ahead and arrived right on time. They agreed to go ahead with the move even though we were having a power outage. They were friendly and professional. They completed the job ahead of schedule, and their pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend them and would gladly use their service again.
Not a place, but a service! The movers gave me a close estimate before the move. They were a bit late arriving, but were quite efficient once they began moving things. Unfortunately, we had to travel a road that is under construction, which made it take longer than expected. However, they were right on it when they arrived at the destination, and all in all, got the job accomplished in good time. They handled possessions with care. Very pleased with everything!
I used them last week for loading/unloading and highly recommend them. Best money I could have spent. They were quick, efficient, and very professional. They wrapped all my furniture to protect it. Tommy was the main guy who helped me out and he knew exactly how to get everything packed away into the truck in a safe and secure manner. I had rented space in a tractor trailer and was being charged by the linear foot. He actually saved me money and packed everything in less than the projected amount of space. :)
The WORST company to go to for moving. They attach hidden fees they don’t tel you on the phone. My movers showed up 4.5 hours late to the job and broke my brand new night stand,Mugs, scratched my bed frame, and ripped my suitcase. Some of those had sentimental value because they were from my mother before she passed away and now I can’t get them back. The customer service was awful and they kept telling me how great a company they were and yelled at me on the phone when I demanded compensation. The movers clearly hate their jobs and told me that they are forced to work over 12 hour days.
Moved last month. They did scratch my dresser. Ruined my desk chair because of the excessive perspiration from one of the movers. Could not remove the stain. I will cover everything up next time!
Definitely recommend. Moving isnt fun- but if you want to stay on schedule, and ensure your household belongings are in good hands you outta use this moving company. Biggest thumbs up goes to Renee for her helpfulness & positivity during the scheduling process.

Showed up on time, worked quick. They even accommodated my apartment elevator breaking and moved everything via the stairs. When some of my furniture didnt fit down the stairs, they came back later the same day to finish the job once the elevator was fixed.
We used Move 4 Less about 3 weeks ago for a move from Aurora to Northfield. The movers were on time, courteous, and very professional. They really impressed my stepdad, and that is very hard to do. The office staff was also very courteous and helpful; prices were reasonable. This was one of the smoothest moving experiences our family has ever had. Move 4 Less, in our opinion, gave A-1 service.

What an amazing experience my family and I had the pleasure of working with Move4less and highly recommend their services.My Mom lived in her home 30 years and she needed to make the transition to a 1 bedroom apartment. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANYAbsolute nightmare moving with this company. When I booked they told me the movers would arrive between 11am-12pm, but they didnt show up until 5:15pm!! On top of that, the movers had already worked a 12 hour day before getting to me so they were rushing to get my job done. Ending up breaking multiple things!!! Would give zero stars if possible. This company is in desperate need of new management!

My wife and I used Move For Less for an internal move at the end of May. The whole process was easy and saved us a lot of headache. The two movers arrived on time and were professional, friendly, and cooperative the whole time. They worked quickly and were done in the allotted time frame without costing us anything extra. They went above and beyond and put together our bed frames and moved a gigantic armoire up steps that couldnt have been even slightly easy. Need to move a sectional and coffee table to my daughters new place. the friendly guys arrived on time and had the stuff out of the basement in less than 30 minutes. they were careful of my house which I appreciated. We moved in the first snow storm in November, all four of the movers were excellent. It was a very long day battling snow. Everything arrived to our new home in the condition it left our hold home. We dont plan on moving anytime soon, but if we did we wouldnt hesitate to hire them again.Excellent job!
They are Fabricating Reviews, The last Two 5 star reviews were posted from Employees/Family, Lol so that alone speaks for itself and it screams Desperate.. This Company only wants your money, They will accept any task over the phone, and send out a crew without properly training or preparing the Guys for the assignment. They will either send a small truck or a undermanned crew to make your move take longer than it should, So its a Move for Less on the Owners behalf and not the Customers. Youre gonna end up spending the same or more expenses as you would if you chose another Company, and your move wont take 12 - 13 Hours.Julian Hugley, David Pannell are workers/family. If the Reviews speak for themselves, Why take the time to fabricate 2 reviews out of the 100 ? How do we knowall of them are not fabrications ?
Our moving guys were nice, but had no idea how to stack anything. They were late to our house for the move. We got to our house and waited around for 25 mins for them to get their with our items. During this time Im calling multiple times to the actual store, they said they were calling our movers but never asked who they were or what our address was so unless they have 1 mover they never called the guys in the truck.2nd.. finally they arrive to our house. The main reason we hired PROFESSIONAL movers were to get our dresser up the stairs. On the phone which I do have recorded. The lady said dont worry the dresser will go up stairs I said we have people to help etc.. its a double dresser and I stressed about it a lot. Anyways... both movers refused to take it upstairs once they got to our house. They said it wont fit this and that .. guess who got it up stairs. Me, my fiancee and our neighbor which was nice. But honestly what was the point in hiring movers gaurnteeing they will be able to get the dresser up the stairs when once they got to point B theyre like nope.. our little dresser was so scratched up and theres so many chunks around it its not even funny.. it was a total waste of time and money.. still got charged for the extra time. Its about $27 for every extra 15 mins. So them being 25 mins late I had to pay for. The guy who I continually called throughout the day who apparently works at the office building had no idea what was going on. I requested a manager to call me and never got a call and here I am a week and a half later. Still waiting. PLEASE go elsewhere. Theres a couple nice reviews which I went off of.. but honestly I wouldnt waste the time. Spend the extra $75 and go to another mover.
Used Move For Less for labor only to move items out to my garage from the basement. They did a great job...hard working, efficient and friendly. I would highly recommend them.
The guys on the Move For Less team (leader Tom plus Z and Dell) were efficient and pleasant. After the 3 of them brought up a monster of a desk from the basement which resulted in some dirt streaks on the vinyl flooring, the 3 of them immediately worked to remove the streaks. Tom did a good job of guiding the team members in tricky situations, and the team members respected him and followed his lead. Would recommend Move For Less to others!
Fast hard working guys that break and lose your belongings. Forget about them making good on promises of taking care of breakage and loss! Rob will promise you ANYTHING to make you feel secure with his company! Also had him move our belongings out of a storage facility and he would leave the storage door wide open for over an hour at a time unattended with many people around! Far too costly to hire such irresponsible movers! HIRE ANOTHER MOVER. Too bad there isnt a ZERO rating for this mover.

Let my BAD experience with Move for Less LLC help you make an informed decision. I would not recommend Move for Less to anyone. If a zero-star rating was possible – this company has earned it. My experience has been very stressful and there is still no resolution to my claim for damages sustained to my personal belongings during the move. Not only are the company’s movers inexperienced - they argued with each other the entire time working. The movers damaged a door and railing during the move, but their office denied any responsibility and ignored any attempt by me to resolve this matter. It’s difficult to believe, but the office manager’s unprofessionalism is only second to Move for Less’ disregard for any good customer service. I’ve taken all the steps necessary to get resolution to my claim, including filed claims with Better Business Bureau, PUCO (Public Utilities Commission Ohio), and FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration). My recommendation is for anyone who’s considering a move to STAY AWAY from Move for Less LLC.

These guys were professional and courteous. We were hired them to unload our truck after a cross country move. We were moving into an apartment and the only place to park our moving truck was a bit of a walk for them, but they maintained a great attitude the whole time. Id definitely recommend their service.
We will never use this Company again, Took them all day to move a 2 bedroom home maybe because they gave us 2 Movers, a Old man and a stick figure showed up to move our things, I immediately had doubts. I called this company for a hoist job to the 3rd floor through my balcony. I spoke with Terrance & explained what needed to be done. He said no problem I paid my $75 deposit & he told me there would be 2 guys & they would bring straps to do the job. The guys got to my house & were completely oblivious to what was going on. Apparently it was never communicated to them that theyd be doing a hoist job. They came unprepared and under staffed. The guys that showed up thought they were just bringing the furniture up the stairs. After they left I had called the following day to inquire about my refund & spoke to a Nikki who basically tried to brush me off and told me the supervisor would be calling me in 12 mins well this was after I had called and was told he was supposed to be calling in 5 mins (which he didnt call until an hour later). Spoke to the manager who sent me a confirmation of my refund. No apology for miscommunication from his staff, he didnt ask me more about the situation or even inquired how he could rectify the situation. Still waiting on my refund which I know will take a few days but I will never use this company again or refer them. Oh not to mention I was told theyd be at my house between 2-4 pm and the guys showed up at almost 4:30. Read the other reviews**Response to the reply below**EVERYTHING that I said is 100% true and I would NEVER have paid my $75 had I known you did not provide hoist services. What annoys me is you are insinuating that I am fabricating the story which I am NOT! When I called ( and if you record your calls youd hear the conversation) I said verbatim Hello do you provide hoisting services? I need one portion of my sectional couch hoisted up my balcony since it couldnt fit up the stairs. I am on the third floor. the guy put me on hold & came back and stated YES you do provide the service. I SPECIFICALLY asked him HOW would it be done weather via straps or an actual machine he said straps and itd be two guys. Instead of trying to argue with me maybe you should consult this worker & make it clear to him what services you offer so false info wont be given over the phone just to take someones money. After this incident I for now on will certainly be recording my calls.

Excellent group of guys. Took less time than expected for the move. They paid attention to detail and were in constant communication with each other. Would point out things to each other like, hey watch the light on the side of the garage, there. Friendly and excellent customer service. This is the second time I have used them. I would and have referred them to friends.
Upon arrival, the movers moved quickly and efficiently. The move went much smoother because I brought the boxes to the first floor from the 3rd floor. If you follow the tips provides when booking, the move goes much faster than estimated.
Would highly recommend. Excellent service for probably the lowest price in town. They got the job done quickly, and not a single thing was damaged. I had two large glass aquariums moved and not a scratch on either of them.
Hired them for a job and they overcharged me. The movers indicated I did not make a deposit even though I have the receipt showing I did. Ive called multiple times and sent multiple emails to get the deposit credited back but still have not received it. Poor communication.
Movers showed up on time and were polite and courteous. They were fast and worked very hard. They checked to see if there was anything else we needed before leaving the job. I would highly recommend this company.

Terrible customer service. Renee didnt write the inventory list right and sent a small truck and then didnt take any responsibility. Damaged two of our tables. The men were as slow as a tortoise. Stay away if you value your belongings and dont want to pay extra cash for them just walking around.

Great experience. They were almost spot-on with the quote for how long it would take. They showed up on time, parked in a small, difficult lot and packed the truck to the brim so it all could go in one trip. The guys worked hard and were easy going.

2022-04-05Hired movers to help unload our Pods on a Saturday for the following Tuesday. When there was more stuff than anticipated, they suggested an additional mover to prevent adding an addition hour for only $30/hour. Great value and worked efficiently in 2 hour time frame! Will definitely recommend to others moving!

2022-06-01I didnt have a terrible experience. The person at the desk was polite and prompt. The only small thing is that the movers showed up late. However both of them were pretty nice and got my furniture moved. Id recommend!

2022-06-26Move for less did a good job in moving me around Cleveland. The 4 star is for not bringing a TV box when we talked about it and got charged for it on my invoice for a TV box. My TV was moved safely but it did irk me to end that my request was not accommodated. I also called move for less two days prior to move to confirm details, including if they are going to bring a tv box.

2022-07-17Very disappointing and sketchy. The representative, Nicole was unprofessional and incompetent. First of all, she gave me a wrong quote, then her manger told me that it needed to be almost $200 more because she forgot something and did it wrong. Also, she asked me if I could move a day early bc my moving date was no longer available after I had booked the elevator and the loading dock, and made all the arrangements for the move. I would recommend other moving companies, such as Leaders.
