Medical staff was excellent. Deranged security guard, not so much. Bald white man came outside and began yelling at me, using inappropriate language with the claim that I’d thrown something at his car. He says he saw it on the cameras although that never happened. He is clearly unfit to work an overnight shift and needs to be in bed on time.
This was our second experience using this facility and both times we were very satisfied with the care. Dr. Graves had a wonderful bedside manner and did a great job with my stitches. Nurse Karen was super friendly and put us at ease during our stay. Highly recommend this location.
I had two kids I had to take in on the same day at different times and Karen the RN was AMAZING! Very kind and helpful. Natalie was our ERT and also wonderful. We had Dr Dine both times. Very professional and helped us out. He was wonderful to both my kids at both separate times. We will defiantly go back if we have an emergency or any help. Thanks team!
I and my two brothers went to this facility for Covid tests on Feb 11th 2022( Friday) at around 4 PM. We need PCR report to travel outside US. We entered the building and inquired in the front desk if they do PCR report. The lady who works in the front desk named Terace B. something like that acted so rude and responded she doesn’t know what PCR report is. I was so shocked to know that lady who works in the healthcare doesn’t know PCR report meant. She said they are not there to answer our questions. She also said, call Franklin County Health Department for our questions. I asked her how comes you don’t know PCR report means. She laughed and teased us as if she is discriminating us and asked us to leave the building. Her customer service was extremely horrible. I never know there are some healthcare workers are so racist. If they do not perform Covid test, she could normally say sorry we don’t do this. But she said “we are not here to answer your questions.” How do you feel if someone in the front desk treat you this way?I and any of my relatives never ever come to this location anymore. The racial discrimination begin from the front desk in this facility. I would really like to talk with their manager and supervisor. I would have rate them even Zero if there was an option.
The staff has very nice and super helpful. The security offer even came out to us in the parking lot with a wheelchair when he saw my husband needed help. Our nurse, Mama K was very helpful with suggestions for my husband on how to get back on his feet.Everything was so efficient except for the off site radiology, which took longer. While I hope no one needs to visit an ER (never a good thing), this was a great experience.
I visited Mt. Carmel Reynoldsburg ER this week. Karen, the RN that took great care of me, was very kind. Dr. Dine was awesome. He spend time with my husband and I, answered all of our questions and took extra great care of us. The next day, the follow up staff called to check on me! Im glad that this ER is so close to us. I am feeling better!
I just want to say its fantastic to have a Mt Carmel ED out east the location is great. The facility is very nice. The staff very caring. Especially RN Karen and Dr Ben were so very professional and caring that you be treated with compassion and understand what is happening and what you need to do to recover. As well as other staff in offering warm blankets water and if anything else was needed. They could get the TV system working. I will tell others about this location and caring staff.
Beware. They advertise covid test but do not tell you of the outrageous fees that they charge for getting a covid test that is covered by insurance but not the ER visit or Dr visit. so $400 later told i had covid. HUGE SCAM STAY AWAY. The customer service knows it an issue but its their bosses keeping the overcharges.
I was pleased with the visit. We went in for a sprained ankle. Breanna was able to get us registered quickly and with ease! Mama Ks humor and experience was phenomenal. Dr. Williams was a gem! Im very excited this location is open closer to home. There was a bit of a wait for imaging, however, the tech was apologetic and had great bedside manners.
My visit was short, sweet, and pleasant! There was no wait and I appreciated that since I was in pain. The nurses and physician that took care of me were very friendly and got right to the root of my pain. I was discharged with my treatment plan and a 24-hour pharmacy to start managing my pain immediately. I will return here in the future if needed.
I was seen at Mt Carmel Reynoldsburg for extreme pain over the weekend. Although no one was at the front desk to register me when I got there, I was taken back to a room pretty quickly and assisted. The nurse I had was amazing and took my mind off the pain. The Dr and registration clerk were also very compassionate and professional.
My Husband and I took our 3 yr old granddaughter to Mount Carmel ( Reynoldsburg Location) & the staff was very attentive to her needs and very patient with her . Dr. Zach , was awesome he took the time to explain to my husband and I in layman terms what he diagnosed . Karen our 3 yr old granddaughters nurse was the 💣 bomb 💣 Outstanding Nurses like Karen should be duplicated in hospitals all across America that’s how outstanding she was in character & service .
This is my first time to the emergency care here in Reynoldsburg off of Taylor and 256. I was able to get in quickly although it it wasnt an emergency. I have poison ivy and they took me right in set me up to get some prednisone and Karen and Dr Williams were very nice! Great experience so glad its close to home to me.!
Every other physician OTHER than Dr. Patel has been very caring and empathetic. Dr. Patel at this Mount Carmel site as well as the other ones she practices at has little to no empathy towards patients. I have struggled with endometriosis most of my adult life and finally made the very difficult but necessary decision for a female to have a full hysterectomy. When I came in this ER with severe post op pain tonight in tears and vomiting; Dr. Patel by no surprise treated me like an addict off of the street. She offered no help at all and told me I should have went somewhere else; refused to treat pain or nausea, or even to try to make my stay more comforting.Being in the medical profession myself....I would NEVER treat anyone the way I was treated by this poor excuse for a human life and poor excuse for a physician. The other physicians I have seen at this new facility are phenomenal and very thorough. I believe the physician’s name was Dr. Witkoff (bright colored surgeons cap on) that was an amazing doc!!!I would definitely call this ER before choosing to go. I would hate for anyone to have to experience the degradation, humiliation, and harassment that I had to go through with Dr. Patel.
I went in to RE TODAY AMD THE STAFF WAS EXCELLENT Dr. Gore, Aaron (Medic), and Mama Karen (RN). I havr been to the ER several times dealing with diverticulitis and this was the first time that I was referred to a SURGENT I was very pleased with my team they showed care and concern....
Not great. Some staff not wearing masks. Another who thought she could cough in my face because she had mask on. NO, you still need to cover your mouth. Isnt this a medical facility? Doctor and nurse had attitudes. Ive come to realize Mt. Carmel just sucks period. Ohio State much better!
For being very sick and in pain, the staff made me feel very at easy and treated me like I was their only patient. Was back in a room and being worked on in less then a minute. Was treated and heading out in less then 3 hours. I hate hospitals and ERs but will not think twice before seeking help from this location in the furture.
I took my daughter in because she had a cut on her foot that needed looked at just to make sure there wasn’t anything in there or if she needed stitches. The doctor we saw wanted an xray done just to make sure there wasn’t anything in there. We waited a few minutes for him to come in. He was awesome. He said he wanted her foot cleaned and then bandage put on it. The nurse her name was kim came in a was really about just to put the bandage on without even cleaning it. I told her the doctor wanted it cleaned. All she did was was wet a paper towel with water. Thats it. No Peroxide or anything. Im very very upset. How can you work as a nurse and take care of a child like that. I’m very disappointed.

2022-06-14Love this place! Officially my new favorite emergency care alternative! Mama K is an amazing nurse, almost had me in tears. Her and Dr. Olson actually listened to me and all my health concerns. I’ve had an ongoing issue for six years and with Mama J’s lack of tolerance for BS, she was able to help me more in two hours than any doctor or nurse has in 6 years. You are a god send and you will never know how grateful I am for this moment. I appreciate all you all so much here! Also… Benjamin is the best ER tech I’ve had the pleasure to be cared by. He made me feel very comfortable with every thing he did and was about to do. So grateful for this staff 🥲💜

2022-02-08My daughter was in a lot of pain when we arrived but we were given a room within 5 minutes of arriving. I was impressed with the staff’s sense of urgency and empathy. They were very helpful and accommodating with their care. Our issue was resolved quickly and completely. I would highly recommend this location if you are in need of urgent care.

2022-05-19Had a professional and friendly experience on our visit. In a short period of time we were seen by the professional staff ,tested, scanned and a diagnosis rendered. Our follow up confirmed the diagnosis and we are scheduled for surgery to correct the issue. I was impressed by the use of the Trinity MyChart to track and document through the visit (my passion is electronic medical records). I wanted to thank Dr Graves, Austin (medic), and Karen RN, for their friendly and professional inter-actions. I will return here for any future needs and recommend to others. Thank you, Rick

2022-05-26The entire staff was so nice and helpful. I had a fracture to the tibia and while waiting to have a CT scan I was treated to a warm blanket and then later to a popcicle! Always nice and helpful to make an ER visit not seem so long. I really recommend this new ER.

2021-12-18The staff this evening was amazing. My nurse Mary was very kind and caring. Dr. Paredes was very nice and very attentive and very helpful . Both understood that I was in a lot of pain and discomfort and they did their best to put me at ease. They didn’t treat me like a number, but like a person and that meant a lot to me. The entire night staff should be recognized for their respect and caring towards everyone that came in.

2022-05-06Don’t come here if you’re looking for medical care. You won’t get the proper care you need. The RNs are terrible at their jobs and simply have no idea what they’re doing. Especially Karen Guess, one of the worst nurses I’ve ever met. The building was gross and most of the workers were unmasked. Very unprofessional people and they get mad when you ask for simply explanation. Go to another ER because this one doesn’t know how to treat their patients right.

2022-05-17I was seen on 5/16/22, by Kim K, Austin, and Dr. Drobny. The team was very helpful and I was treated in 5min. I was diagnosed with COVID-19, Im 61years old and Kim k made sure that I saw properly for my age. I would recommend 100 percent.
