Mount Carmel Medical Group Pickerington. I can see why the reviews are 2.8. I arrived at 10:55 am and called to check in I requested if I could make arrangement with my copayment to PAY on Friday . I was told no and I needed to figure out what I needed to do. I only asked if I could pay on Friday and which today is Thursday. I was put on hold and once the receptionist came back on phone. She stated the office manager said no. She mentioned my insurance policy as if I did not know I had a co-payment. She told me if I did not pay the co-payment I needed to rescheduled and mentioned my insurance policy once again. As if I was STUPID! I never stated I was not going to pay. I have a zero balance. I tried to call back twice so I went inside because of the time. I was standing waiting to be waited on and a lady comes in and start speaking to the receptionist she mention my doctors name. I heard her say if she is not in here by 11:30 am she has to rescheduled it was 11: 22 am. I was standing right in front of her. Before leaving I did speak with my doctor and office manger regarding this matter. Where is the professional? Treat me how you want to be treated!

Mount Caramel in Reynoldsburg is the BEST location to go to! The emergency room staff were so amazing. Even from the registry nurse to the doctor that had seen me (I cannot remember his name but he was phenomenal). He explained everything to me... tests, why what happened to me occurred and so much more. Nurses Mary, Annette, and Karen were so amazing and made me feel so comfortable and it truly felt like a family environment. I never leave reviews but I had to.

I see a physician at another office for Mount Carmel Medical group. I called to see if I could get scheduled here because their website said they had an open appointment and I just wanted to see if they could do a blood test order for me so I wouldnt have to wait a month to get into my primary. Before I could even finish talking, the receptionist who answered began to be aggressive and have a very snotty time of voice saying we dont accept seeing other practices patients if you havent been seen here so I said okay, thank you (because Id already had enough of her palpable rudeness even through the phone) and she continued on with a snarky attitude to say for transfers of care its weeks to months to get in, like I didnt just acknowledge your no we dont want to see you or new patients and we dont care about having unfilled appointments or any care for other MCMG patients attitude already. I booked an appointment elsewhere and will likely be leaving MCMG entirely because of how this person talked to me. Wholly unprofessional and unnecessary as I was not rude in any way and was just asking to get an appointment for a blood test.

I went here for a medical emergency the nurses and doctors were great they prescribed me a anabiotic which worked fine.Everyone knows antibiotics can cause Yeast infections. Once I was done with my anabiotic and started to experience discomfort I called for a Diflucan. And they said no , so one problem was fixed just for me to gain another.

I scheduled an appointment for an annual physical exam with a doctor at this facility over an year ago. Despite letting them know multiple times that it was for an annual physical, they billed it incorrectly. I called them multiple times requesting them to correct and re-submit the claim to my insurance provider but they would not listen and kept sending the bill to me. Finally, I wrote the provider via patient portal. They agreed to correct the billing at that point. I also requested them to send the correct billing order/code to the lab (lab said it would need to come from the ordering doctor). I made multiple visits to the clinic to provide the documents they needed and wrote many follow up emails and calls to the facility and the lab, but they simply ignored. I kept ignoring the bill from the lab until I got a letter from a collection agency. Finally I gave up and paid the lab bill in full out of pocket. It was a very frustrating and painful experience. They werent even willing to correct their error so my insurance would pay for the service.

I had an appointment as a new patient with Dr Padmaja Tanneru, MD. We had a brief chat and she prescribed a familiar cream I used for eczema. I asked for a cream that worked really well from another doctor. She sent the prescription over to the pharmacy. When I got to the pharmacy I was given something else. I called the doctor’s office and was informed by a nurse that the doctor does not need to inform me of a change of medication. She spoke to me like I was trying to obtain narcotics. If something works for me, I don’t want to change it especially without being told what it is.Please choose a doctor that will involve you in your care from the beginning to end. This primary care treated me like cattle. Your a number and not a person.

Mama K was a very good nurse , she made my hospital visit the best experience ever .. & so did Dr Adam H , they were a great team I came in the hospital in severe pain left feeling sooo much better ..😊

Worst place to go to if you need a doctor!!!!!!!!!!!Been calling for over 2 months to get some medicine and keep giving me a run around when I need this medicine to live!!!!! I will never come back to this place again
