Great salesman, Andrew Chiarelli, made us feel important even though buying a pre owned vehicle. Very knowledgeable. Would definitely purchase again from this dealership. Definitely recommend Andrew. We purchased an Acura MDX. He spent a lot of time making sure we knew everything about the operation of the vehicle with all the electronic settings. Great experience.
We went in looking for a new car and wasn’t really certain on what kind of car I wanted but I had great help with finding a Acura RDX truck from Andrew Chiarelli one of the salesman at Acura. I was leasing a Volvo XC60 with about 18 months left on my lease. I reached out to Michelle since she took such good care of us the last time to see if it was possible to pull ahead early. With the ongoing chip shortage and overall lack of new vehicles I didn’t want to roll the dice and wait if we could get into a new vehicle sooner. She was able to work her magic and we upgraded to the most aggressive yet classy Volvo XC90 I’ve ever seen!! The entire process from start to finish could not have been any easier thanks to her along with Eric and Bobby. Michelle was so pleasant to work with and went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with my vehicle while also taking the extra time to set everything up during the delivery before driving off the lot. We didn’t even think twice about who to contact since we had such a fantastic experience the first time. I would highly recommend Michelle and Motorcars Volvo if you are in the market for a new vehicle-you won’t be disappointed!!!

Of course, reviews will tell you what a well made, beautiful car Volvo makes. Maybe they won’t tell you the team is caring, knowledgeable and professional.My salesman Stephen made this very easy for me by listening (imagine that!) to me and giving me what I needed AND wanted. And, he didn’t disappear once I brought the car home and answered my follow up questions quickly.And, I almost forgot, I LOVE MY VOLVO!
This place is greedy and does not hold up to their claim on their website of providing “exceptional customer service”. I had a recall on my car for an airbag. I scheduled an appointment to get it fixed. After a 40 minute drive there, they tell me my part isn’t in…told me to come back next week. I requested to talk with Mark, the service manager and asked how he could resolve this mess up. He didn’t take accountability for the failure and refused to even give me a discount on future service or anything to reimburse my wasted 1hr and 20 minutes round trip. I mean really? Can’t afford to give me a free tire rotation or something? What a joke. Exceptionally poor customer service, that’s for sure.
I was looking for a CPO Volvo XC60, which proved to be difficult in my home state PA. I ended up finding a decent selection at Motorcars and working with Chip over the phone. He was great at communicating and respectful of mine and my husband’s time, not wanting us to make a 2+ hour drive without having as much information as possible. He worked numbers with us over the phone and answered every question we had over multiple calls. Found a great car and had a smooth and positive experience with Chip!

I had a great experience with Motorcars Acura. Andrew was my sales person, he was amazing from start to finish. He never hesitated to let me drive another car, or to educate me on each make and model. When they no longer had what I wanted in stock they worked fast to secure me a car, even with the current limited stock. When it came time to pick up my car, and sign my paperwork everyone was so friendly. Andrew showed me all the new gadgets in my car for at least a good thirty minutes, and told me to come back in a week with any questions. I also got some amazing jam and super sweet recipes out of the deal. I would recommend Andrew and the team at Motorcars Acura any day!

Purchasing a brand new 2021 Acura TLX Type S couldnt have been easier than doing so with Tracy Reese at Motorcars Acura. She went above and beyond my expectations and made the sale so easy from a customers perspective. She walked me through the process from start to finish over the phone as I have never purchased a new vehicle before and kept the ball rolling the entire way through. When I showed up to the dealership to pick up my new Type S, she had it ready in showroom condition and essentially just had to hand me the keys (after signing a few documents obviously, which took all of 10 minutes). She knew everything about the Type S inside and out while showing me all of the cars technology and functionality. I will 100% be going back to Tracy and Motorcars Acura when the time comes for another new vehicle. After 2 weeks of ownership, Tracy has followed up twice to see how my Type S is treating me and I love that about her. She is very attentive, efficient, and straight-forward, and wants to make sure my experience in an Acura is top notch. If youre looking to get into a new Acura, Tracy should be your first choice. Okay. Was expecting a non-positive experience! Anything But. We got there at 5:45, dealership closes at 6.We knew what we wanted and how much we were going to pay.If anything I’m mad bc our deal was done by 6–they accepted our counter.Never reviewed Anything before. Still trying to figure out why we were there to 8 but it’s ALL good.Give michelle a call. No bs, nice people and most importantly……this vehicle is unreal..
1st car we bought from Motorcars, and the service was incredible. We worked with Chip and he was very responsive, and great to work with. I called him the night before, just before closing, and when I showed up the next morning he had the car i wanted cleaned and ready to go, financing approved, and we got the deal done quickly. Reading these reviews makes me feel like we didn’t get the same experience unfortunately. I know the times are crazy right now with car buying, but the games played at this dealership are ridiculous!! I have print outs that have one price and 3 hours later printed with a higher price! Also, something agreed verbally on a Saturday was soon forgotten on Monday.
I came with my wife To get a business on a Volvo and she have some struggles due to her Credit Score at the beginning. Chip McKinney was very attentive and helpful to get us through the different options we had. Even tho she was hesitant at the beginning he works more options for her and we could finally make a deal. It was a really great service and treat us with professionalism and respect all the times understanding what were our needs and accommodating our needs to the better option.
Chip has been very helpful with the car purchasing experience. He was very friendly and personable, so much so that when we originally were looking at cars and couldn’t find one that worked for us we came back and asked for him by name. Great experience Volvo shopping with the team at Motorcars, which I would expect. Marney Smith took care of me and listened to what I was looking for in a new vehicle. More importantly, I had an issue between what I thought I was buying and what I got. You expect buying a car to be a good experience. Its when you have an issue that you see who youre truly dealing with and I was very pleased. Marney and the GM Anthony Marcellino listened to me and understood the issue and resolved it fairly for us both. I really appreciate that. Chip helped us out tremendously, we came with 1 car in mind. Started out a little rough with the car not running properly, but went on 3 more test drives and car was fine. Mechanics checked everything out and a new battery was put it. The manager Mark, was also very helpful and helped turn a bad situation, good. Set us up with a great deal, as well as a great car. So far happy and was a good choice!
Our experience at Motorcars Acura and Volvo has always been excellent. We have leased 2 cars with them and worked with Chip both times. Chip has been great to work with from start to finish. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in and never pushy. When a minor mechanical issue arose, Chip worked hard to find a creative solution. Of course he wanted to sell me the car, but I also felt like he wanted me to be truly satisfied with the deal, and I am.
This is my first time experiencing leasing a car with this dealership. I’d say the overall experience was great. The best part is the friendly customer service. Because of my busy schedule, I can only stop by the place at very restricted time. But they always accommodate it. My salesman Marney is the best. He is always only a text away, super reachable. He even dropped my garage opener that I forgot in my old car. I highly recommend to everyone. You would feel welcome everyone that you walk in the door.
Anthony in the parts department was very helpful in getting the mud flaps I needed for my new XC60. He explained why the parts are discounted online but not in the dealership. I was able to take advantage of the discount. Parts came and got a call when promised. Because of Anthonys helpfulness I will return when my Volvo needs service.
Andrew did a great job. We bought a SUV from him before and came back again and bought another. He was very straight forward and we felt like we were part of his family. The funny thing he does is he gives out a jar of local made jelly to all his customers infused with wine. Great experience as was all the staff at Motorcars Acura/Volvo.

We recently finalized our lease of a new 2020 Volvo XC90 with Motorcars Volvo. I could not be happier with both the vehicle, but also with the integrity and professionalism of the dealership. Anthony (GM) and his team (we primarily worked with Anthony, Duane and Eric) were absolutely top notch and not only competitive with their pricing, but went the extra mile to locate the exact vehicle we wanted. We were very picky with what we desired, yet never once did any of the staff assisting us make us feel as if our requests were “too much” or anything of the sort. We truly felt like valued customers throughout the entire process. We are extremely pleased with the entire experience and will certainly be back. Anthony instills the “details matter” mentality in his dealership and you can see it trickle down to all facets of the business, including a phone call the next day just to make sure we were loving our new vehicle (which we do!). The facility itself was clean and beautiful. The entire team was wonderful with the financial component and did not pressure us with any packages, etc. Very please with the service and Motorcars dealership.
MotorCars went out of their way to help get me the new all electric XC 40. The car was delayed due to issues with Volvo, but they kept me updated. Once the car arrived on the lot, it was prepped quickly and I was driving away in it the next day. They also helped me get maximum value for my trade-in.
Since the day I bought my car from one of the Mikes, I have been ecstatic with my purchase of my Volvo, and have not been disappointed. All the Mikes and Rick in the service department make sure that your car is exceptionally handled. I have never missed a service appointment and it is a treat to have it serviced. Hot drinks, snacks, and a brand new loaner Volvo for longer repair times all make for a great service experience. They just newly renovated the show floor, and now it is even better. We just leased our 9th vehicle with Charles Chip McKinney. he is the best auto sales person we have ever encountered. he is not only professional but also very personable. We travel all the way from Hinckley, Ohio to the Motorcars dealership just because of Chip! he is the best!!
Don’t go service department there. They act nice but quality of repair is terrible. Misses all details and does not check before they give your vehicle back. You will notice it later. If you find any error from service they will tell you to drive while and see if there is other problems, then come back later. Trying to make you forget it. When I revisit, I told them I would want service properly and don’t want to make this complicated. And they said “sue us and take your vehicle”. I hope you all don’t experience this and feel bad with you vehicle. Don’t get convinced to complimentary car wash service. Most dealers provides wash, in order to compete. At least, sales departments is good. Fact is that other reviews are for sales not for service. If you own a nice premium vehicle, but you don’t want such a indecent service, don’t go to this dealer.

Thorough Go over with our new car. He went over as much I could absorb. I have a 2019 Volvo S60. I call Motorcars yo schedule my 3rd free service on a certified car which only consist of a check over and oil change. I was told that the only available schedule time would be 3 weeks.On a previous visit the service manager refused to resolve a noise closing my sunroof. He actually tried telling me that the noise was normal, I think I’ve been black listed.
Great Job Andrew!20 RDX.....I called in and I live closer to another Acura dealer. Andrew was ready to go, he called me back every time I called or emailed. He answered all my questions where the other dealer on my side of town was not too responsive to my many demands. Andrew didnt care if I asked him 100 questions he was ready and if he didnt know it he found the answer and called me back. I had my car shipped to Motorcars through the overseas delivery service offered by Volvo. The team at Motorcars did a wonderful job accepted it from the shipping company to addressing some minor issues I had with the car. It was an overall positive experience and I would highly recommend Motorcars Volvo to anyone!

Our sales person Duane Baumiller could not of been more professional. Most people think buying a new car can be a hassle. Duane is a righteous guy and made the whole experience fun. We drive all the way from the far west side and pass other dealers but well worth the ride.
We drove from Columbus for a used S60 after speaking with the sales manager, Mark. The online images of the car showed damage to the rim and I specifically asked Mark to inspect the car and alert me of any issues before we drove to the dealership. He did just that and told me the rest of the car was beautiful inside and out. Mark and his team were aware that we were coordinating the pick up around a soccer tournament we were in town for.We arrived a bit early and waited in the lobby until the car was ready. Before taking it for a test drive, we noticed the rear end had been hit. Most of the scratches were superficial and cosmetic, but the tail lights were visibly uneven. The sales associate popped one of the panels back into place after we pointed out the issue. The paint repairs to the scratches were done poorly and even exaggerated the flaws. This is something that I felt that Mark should have disclosed when we spoke on the phone earlier in the week.We were uneasy about the issues to the rear end and the sales associate offered to speak with Mark to see if the price could be adjusted as a result. When he returned, he explained something must be off because the price documented in the paperwork and the price I quoted were not the same. Mark had documented the sales price to reflect a $100 reduction of the online price. Thats not at all what wed agreed to over the phone.After some back and forth, we decided to pass on the car. Not long after we left, I received a series of text messages with reduced offers. It took two reductions via text to even get to the original price wed agreed to over the phone. We still passed as this didnt account for the damages that werent disclosed.In retrospect, I feel very strongly that all of this was part of the sales tactic. Over the phone, I had explained to Mark that the car would be for my soon-to-be 16 year old son. I never mentioned that my husband would be with us. I now think that Mark felt it would be fine to increase the price on a woman (single mother, perhaps) coming to buy her son his first car. What mother would say no in front of her child? Well, this one did.Ethics matter to me over price. I teach my children the same thing. Our afternoon in town was wasted and could have been spent on much more productive activities. Whats the most horrible is that Mark had his sales associate deliver the message and do the follow up. No Manager should do this. He should have owned up to his own mistake if thats what it really was. Ive purchased six Volvos...and will purchase more. However, Motorcars will NOT be where I choose to do so.
Just made my second purchase from Motorcars. Duane Baumiller is excellent at drilling down to what you want/need and makes the process efficient and painless, which is why I keep coming back. Great team at Motorcars...I live on the Westside but it’s worth the drive for the service and attention to detail!

2022-03-08Sales person Michelle was great. Credit Manager was super. Sales Manager was a jerk. He smoked in the dealer demo I bought and lied about it. The owner of the dealership made it right. I commend him for his efforts. The car is great; the owner (Anthony) is great. I’d shop there again but would avoid the Sales Manager at all cost.

2022-06-25Everything from the first email conversation to the final paperwork signing was smooth and pleasant. The dealership was very clean, organized and modern and everyone I met from the sales team, parts department, management and finance were truly genuine and helpful. The lady at the front desk greates me and my friend immediately as we walked in and we were asked if we needed help in less than 10 seconds...but not In a pushy way.I truly appreciated Andrew and everyone else who helped make this sale a fun and memorable one.

2022-03-16I cannot recommend purchasing your next vehicle from Andrew and David enough. They had multiple vehicles in stock that I was able to choose from that all fit my needs, and we finally landed on the perfect vehicle for our family. They even stayed late after closing time for us and we got a 9 year 150k mile warranty!! Professional dealership with a veteran sales team that will treat you right.

2022-06-01Hello, I called in to your service department to make an inquiry about my vehicle that’s scheduled for service on 6/7. I spoke with Nicole who was very rude, argumentative, arrogant and had a choice of words for me. She continues to speak over me as I was attempting to explain the reason for my call. She was very short with me and had ZERO customer service etiquette. I needed to speak with the technician to a order a part. Nicole did not allow me to speak with a tech and gives her unwarranted opinion on repair to my car. I asked would I be offered a loaner car when I dropped my vehicle off for the service. She told me she can’t make that decision. I explained to her when I scheduled the appointment online it states a loaner vehicle was a complimentary service offered while having vehicle serviced. Nicole then tells me there is a national shortage on loaner cars and what is stated on the website is wrong.(then take it off the website) How would I know that? I’m reading what’s offered on the website. She then tells me her manager is next to her I asked to speak with him, she placed me on hold and returned and told me he was busy with a customer. She’s now agitated, I asked for his name and she stated Mark. Then she nastily said “oh I’ll get you to someone”and as she is transferring the call she says “here can you talk to this….” I don’t know what the next word was but she was so agitated and rude I can only imagine the adjective she was ready to blurt out. I have never received this type of service from Volvo and certainly expect to be treated and talked to better than Nicole spoke to me today. I would hope that Volvo wouldn’t pride themselves on receiving this type of treatment while owning/servicing one of their products. I didn’t appreciate it at all and now I’m left wondering what slur your employee, Nicole was ready to call me. In the end, I was able to speak with Michael who was very patient and explained everything to me with much better customer service. He was able to address my concerns and fulfilled the request, the same one Nicole said couldn’t happen.

2022-02-14This experience was amazing! When I showed up to the dealership my sales rep Andrew had the car washed, fueled up and ready to go! Considering the car was a build I had never seen it in person and it looked great all shined up. As for the ride, my new TLX is absolutely the best car I have ever driven. The car was like a tank in the snow and its turbo engine had me impressed on the freeway, this is my 3rd TLX and this one is my favorite for so many reasons. Thanks again for the help getting me behind such a superior machine!
