Saw the car online and came in the same day. Talked to Chip. He was really helpful when explaining the car buying process and financing. Went on a test drive and received my approval for financing. The entire process was smooth and I didnt feel pressured like with most salesman. Definitely come see Chip if you are looking for a car.
I spoke with Chip from Motorcars on the Bedford Auto Mile. Chip was a great salesman. We worked on this deal for about 6 days before I actually bought the vehicle. I bought a 2009 Nissan Altima 2.5 S, red for my son graduation. This Chip guy was a professional doing the whole process. Chip was kind and helpful. He spoke to me like he was a friend. My husband purchased a 2019 Acura MDX from Motorcars Acura this year. Tracy Reese was amazing to work with. She was extremely knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions. The evening we purchased the vehicle, she ended up staying far past close to ensure we were taken care of (I apologized profusely, but was very thankful for her willingness to help us). She even took the time to give me a detailed tutorial of the vehicles functions and helped me pair my phone to Bluetooth. By far the best car salesperson Ive ever worked with.

I worked with Tracy back in January when i got my Hyundai. She was a great help! I had a bad experience at Ganley so I went next door and Tracy was able to speak to me and show me the car I found online the same day! We ran into a lot of snags as I had never financed a car before, but she was able to pull enough strings to make it work and kept a sunny and helpful disposition the whole time. She also answered all my questions and kept a very professional attitude through the entire process. I hope she has many more years as a successful saleswoman!
I had a wonderful buying experience at Motorcars Acura in Bedford. Ohio..Chip McKinney is the awesome salesmen who led me through the entire process. I initially came to the dealship to see a car I viewed online. It was close to the end of day on a Saturday after a big snow event so I was not going to do anything but look at the car to see if I wanted to come back at a more convenient time. Chip not only took the time to open the frozen car so I could see it, he took it into the facility and had it washed so I could really see it. I was also given an opportunity to drive the car. Needless to say, I loved the car and the special service. I came back and purchased the car, Chip made all the arrangements prior to my arrival to pickup the car and made the entire purchase as seamless as possible. I could not be more happy

I looked at a vehicle here a few months ago. Today I bought the exact same vehicle for HALF the mileage at a lesser price from a competitor. Comparing my experiences here versus my experience today from another dealership, I would never recommend this dealership. The first question I was asked after Michelle saw my trade in was, Do you have a job? Yes, I actually have multiple simply because I want to pay off my vehicle quickly as I just graduated from college. It was an awkward, unprofessional experience.

Made sure we saw all possible vehicles that might interest us. We bought a pre owned vehicle, vehicle was immaculate when we picked it up. Andrew then went above and beyond helping us set up our phones through Bluetooth, we were not that tech savvy to do it alone. He spent a lot of time making sure we understood everything as far as the operation of the vehicle. And still offered his assistance anytime we may need it. Totally recommend this dealership. Not Happy. Bought 2016 XC60 days ago. Remote start doesnt work from key FOB. Dealer explained that Oh that is a pay for extra, despite being listed as a feature of the car. Already own XC90 and never had these issues. No offer to fix problem.

Bought this car as is from Motorcars Acura. From the pictures below you can see why. Recently I went to have a scheduled maintenance done on my truck and discovered significant rust all over the under body. After contacting two general managers from Motorcars and sending these pictures I received the same response sorry sold as is. After taking the car to 4 dealerships they all had the same response. This car could not be sold on their lot and it would go straight to the auction. Two went as far as to say it looks like it very well could have been in a flood or underwater at some point. Motorcars is not a dealership I would trust.

They were very patient as I had to take some extra time to get a title release for a trade. Put a deposit down and they held my car for nearly a week which was huge. Some of the salespeople at this dealership can use an etiquette class! I stopped in this morning to look at a used Acura RDX for my son. I worked with Chip and another salesperson. They both had appointments, so the other salesperson took my information, walked me out to the vehicle, and gave me the keys. This is ideal because I can focus on the vehicle instead of having the salesperson asking me the obligatory questions. After a nice test drive, I pulled into their parking lot to further exam the vehicle. I then received a call from Chip who in a snarky way said, “you have been gone for a while, so we were wondering if you had gotten lost with our vehicle.” I told to him that I was in the parking lot still looking it over and will come in when I am done. I didnt care for his comment or the way that he said it. When I walked up to his desk, I told him that there were better ways for him have handled that phone call than the way that he did. He apologized but quickly followed up the apology with “but it is our vehicle and our keys. I told him that it can continue to be their vehicle, sat the keys on his desk, and politely stood up and walked out of the dealership. I would ride a burning skateboard through a gasoline refinery before I would ever buy a car from Chip!
Tom’s service was impeccable! He took time to explain the vehicle we were interested in! After our first test drive our boys said, “Dad, but that car from him, he’s nice!” We are extremely satisfied with our experience and LOVE our 2022 MDX!

I love this place !I went to another dealer that day prior to my visit and I just felt like I wasn’t worth there time the salesman wouldn’t even show me any new cars . He was trying to give me the lowest for my trade in . I felt very discriminated and discouraged.I came in to Acura to look around , salesman Tom Brody assisted me I loved his energy from the beginning. He Asked me if I wanted to test drive the 2021 TLx-Aspec (car I was looking at ) we went for a drive . I wasn’t ready to trade in my car as of yet but he told me to come back when I’m ready . I had been searching for a reasonably priced mid-size SUV for about a month and a half. I finally found the vehicle but, the only issue was that it was located in Ohio at Motorcars Acura Volvo. I live in Michigan. I got in touch with Andrew Charielle who made the entire process of purchasing seamless. The pre-purchase inspection was no issue. I was even allowed to take the vehicle down the street to one of their competitors to perform it. Everything checked out and I finalized the purchase. Andrew even assisted with the Title transfer. Had a great experience buying a used Lexus at Motorcars Acura from Andrew Chiarelli! Just moved to the area and needed to find a new Acura dealer that lives up to the standards of Acura. After 14 stellar years at McGrath in Westmont, IL (Chicago) and a terrible experience at McDaniels in Charleston, SC while living there I am thrilled to have found a worthy service department at Motorcars Acura. While my first visit wasnt under ideal circumstances after getting towed in from a suddenly dead alternator on my 17 year old TSX Greg Fenn was immediately able to accomodate me and was waiting for my arrival. He immediately got me into a service loaner and had me on my way. The part was ordered and my car fixed the very next day. He was cheerful and made a less than ideal circumstance a great experience. I look forward to keeping my car on the road a little bit longer and will call Greg the next time I need service.

I had ordered a car and he kept me in the loop with my back dates and updates during the whole process. The car was well worth the wait! He made sure that I was happy with my purchase! 2022-02-12Even in a non inflationary market I’ve never been one to be excited about car shopping. Needed a new vehicle due to an accident and spoke w several dealerships over the phone before making the drive to Motorcars in Bedford. Chip was very helpful even before meeting me in person. He was professional, attentive, kind, and genuine. I never felt pressured or rushed, and he made sure I was 100% happy w my selection before purchasing. He was also nice enough to follow me to Enterprise to drop off my rental. 2022-05-10We worked with Andrew and he was fantastic. We knew what type of vehicle we were looking for and was very helpful with choosing from the choices of in-stock inventory. He quick and efficient with taking care of paperwork and went the extra mile during our purchasing our car.
