My car was towed to this dealer and they kept it for 9 days and didn’t even bring it in. They said they attempted to start it but couldn’t. Meanwhile, someone helped themselves to my container of quarters in my center console and rummaged through my car. I discovered this when I went to check up on my car and they said that they are not responsible. They kept putting off bringing my car in because it was suppose to be warranty work. I went there and got the car started myself easily by giving it a jump and took it elsewhere. I would rate this place 0 stars. If I knew Cadillac service and vehicles were this bad, I w would have bought a Tesla. BUYERS AND THOSE IN NEED OF REPAIR THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU CHOOSE THIS PLACE.
My experience With Is Morris Cadillac like a breath of fresh air.. I am a retired Union member. I get a Union pension. I love American Made vehicles. I dont care for foreign vehicles. And I dont think much of people that support our enemies.. My experience theyve been good to their word and I am very thankful for that. I am a happy customer and Im sticking to it. Thank you.
I worked with Ed Schurdell to buy my certified preowned vehicle and he was great. He made the process extremely easy, and he was very helpful with all my questions. I purchased the car from out of state, and he was able to walk me through that process as well. I’d highly recommend working with Ed the next time you’re looking to get a car!
I had a very disappointing experience with Morris Cadillac, especially Mark Yonke, and I’ll be taking my business to Central Cadillac. I called in advance expressing that I wanted to test drive an XT6 or an Escalade because I was considering upgrading from my Acadia. Upon arrival he asked me what I wanted to spend. I replied. He then told me they had nothing in inventory that fell in that price range. That’s okay! So, I stated that I still wanted to test drive both vehicles because I wanted to be sure I liked them. Mark then says, “Why would we do that? If you only want to spend $X amount (which is less than what’s on our lot)?” Again I say, “Because I’ve never say behind the wheels of either of these so i wanted to see if I even like their feel.” Mark, was still unwilling. The showroom was empty and the parking lot too. They weren’t busy. If anything, I would have thought his job would have been to convince me to spend more/go outside what I said I wanted to spend. With that I ended up not test driving anything. I call Central Cadillac and explain the situation and what I wanted to do and they readily set up an appointment for me to come test drive. And eventually, I will buy from them too.I don’t care what time of day it is, it’s always time to treat people with dignity and to value a potential customer.I’m very offended at this experience and wish for no one else to be made to feel how I was the day before thanksgiving around 2pm.1/4/22 UPDATE: I reached out to Morris Cadillac via email as they asked me to in response to my review. I emailed no less than 4 people at the same time. As of today, there has not been a single response.Fortunately, I was able to get a Cadillac Escalade and am happy with my purchase - no thanks to Morris Cadillac. You all take care and be advised.
Worst customer service in the service department. This was the first and last time that I ever will go to the North Olmsted location. I will drive out of my way to go somewhere else. When I dropped my car off for service there were 3 people at the counter who looked at me, did not say anything and kept on working. They did not even say hello. I went to a glass window where a guy was sitting behind the window and told him I was there to drop my car off for service. The glass window guy said that he was the parts department and the people (who never said anything to me) was the service department. I replied to the parts guy Oh I didnt know that was the service department because they didnt even talk to me. After I said that one of the workers said someone will be right with you. I had to wait for a service person for about 5 minutes before being helped. Dan the service guy who came in from the outside told me that they might need to keep my car overnight to complete repairs without even looking at the car. I told him if that was the case, I would need to make arrangements for the car to stay overnight, but I will wait to hear what the problem was first and may have to reschedule repairs instead of keeping the car overnight. The purpose of my visit was for an assessment to see why there was a clunking sound in the wheel when turning and a stress mark on the middle console from sun damage from the sunroof being open while the car was parked. Dan said he would call me to let me know what the problem may be with the clunking. Dan called 1 time to tell me the stress mark on the console would be $120 to repair for a 1 inch line, I told him I would pass and wait to hear what the problem was about the clunking sound. I never got a call back to know what the clunking sound problem was, so I called at 5pm, was transferred to a voice mail box to leave a message. I called back and explained my car was there, I needed to know the assessment on my car and I needed to know what time they closed. I was put on hold for 15 minutes until Dan got on the line. He told me they looked at the car on a lift and could not see anything wrong or where the clunking sound was coming from. Dan said they were going to take the car for a test drive the following day. I asked him to help me understand that if the car was looked at on a lift- how did anyone not take it for a test drive? Dan said they ran out of time. I told them I was going there to pick up my car that day. I had not made arrangements for the car to be there overnight because I was not specifically told that it must stay. I had to race there before they closed at 6pm. I suspect they didnt even look at the car. Still baffled at how a car can be driven onto a lift but not test drove? Terrible service for a cadillac dealer- I will never go there again. I wasted a day off work!
This dellar charge me 10 k over the priceHe but the shelf over my head, i fuger it that after 3 months, it’s so shameful on them to take advantage from the people like me ( no spek English ) and they didn’t tell me about the Gm descuont its 12k . Plus they sold me7000$ Extra warranty. 😡 the guy who cheating me his name sammer he speak my language but he translate to me in rong way .he work as a sales man in morris CadillacMy car is Esclade 2021 cost me 118000$ 😡and it’s spouse to be 100k in fact. And they gave me high interest 6.6 even my credt score 735.Note:My friend help me right this message
From the moment I arrived I had a good experience Morris Cadillac. I had made an appointment online and was greeted by receptionist. Ken Cole took over from there. He was direct and accommodating showing me the options available. He walked me through features of both the CT4 and CT5 models and was both knowledgeable and courteous. In the end pricing and negotiation was simple and timely. I’m extremely satisfied in the sales and finance service provided. I will be back.
Service as always was great however I mentioned that the left rear tire was loosing air pressure about every 2 to 3 days. All 3 tires have lost pressure and I have had to have them resealed. Mentioned to service about this and wanted the tech to look at it. Tech stated “I cannot find any leak” so they left the leaking tire alone.
My experience at your dealership was astounding. I was treated with great respect. I had Mike for a sales person. He was polite and gave me no hassle. I knew what I wanted and he delivered it to me. I would recommend your dealership to any one who is looking for a new or used car. Oh by the way. I love my Caddy.
One again Ive worked with David Ellis on at the body shop for an accident. My car was got while it was parked. He and his assistant was extremely accommodating and friendly. My Yukon Denali looked amazing. I had my car towed in from Mayfield Heights and it was worth the distance.
Always a great experience working with Mark Yonke and the staff of Morris Cadillac. Mark makes getting into a new vehicle very easy which is why we keep going back! The showroom and service experience are second to none - low stress, low key, and very accommodating. Highly recommend!
We purchased a used vehicle here on March 19,2021. We drove 4 &1/2 hours to buy the car from the dealership. Mark our salesman was all over the place, even getting into an argument with another salesman about moving a car. They sounded like a couple of 3 year olds going at it. Very unprofessional. After test driving the car we told them it need a front end alignment and we’re told it would take a few min. There was also flag decals on the back window we wanted removed and were told it would be done. After signing the papers we were told to set in the waiting room and it wouldn’t be long. 3&1/2 hours later they finally said out car was ready. At that time we were told they refused to take the decals off for us. We were also told that they would fuel up the vehicle another thing that didn’t happen. We asked when the last oil change was, if there was a carfax we were told we would get an email with all the details. We have never received said email. We have called daily trying to get answers to our questions and they will not talk to us. They are always in a meeting, busy, on the other line and refuse to call us back. We paid cash for our car and we feel like as soon as they got our money they were through with us! They have the absolute worst customer service. Please if you want a car dealership that you want great customer service after the purchase this is definitely not the place!
Mark was super helpful and professional in providing me information about the Cadillac line. He went out of his way to get me a great deal on the car of my choice. When the deal was done he took additional time to show me how the advanced features worked. A great salesmen.
The buying experience went smoothly. Until I had issues. The service dept was less than professional. A bit sarcastic. The car has to be bought back. My son also had issues. They finally bought his back. I had to go through the better business bureau because they could not be bothered. Bought a ford and am happy as a clam!!! Do yourself a favor; don’t buy at Morris.
The staff was very accommodating, timely and polite. Even though I was shocked at such a high cost for a transmission leak and my goodness...$350 to replace the lightbulbs?!, Ken and the service staff made me feel like my patronage was valued and appreciated. I guess thats the cost of maintaining a Cadillac once the bloom wears off of the rose.
What a comedy of errors. After dropping the car off as scheduled on Tuesday at 10:30AM, I asked how long the service would take. I was told there were backed up and would not even get to my car until the next day. Then I thought why didnt they call me to not bother dropping my car off Tuesday. Next, I received a text on Wednesday afternoon, telling me I missed my appointment on Tuesday, would I like to reschedule. So I called service around 3PM, to be certain they had my car and how much longer it would be. I was told they hadnt even started yet and it would be sometime Thursday. I got a call around 3:45 that my car was ready, and about ten minutes later, I received this survey. I didnt even pick they car up yet. You need to fix your automate warning system to be more accurate and timely. What a waste of my time for a simple service appt.
We’ve been going to this place for years, ever since we bought our first Cadillac, and I’ve never once had a negative experience. Today I showed up an hour early for an oil change on my XT5, I thought I would be waiting a long time but I only waited 30 minutes.By far the best service around and I probably won’t buy a vehicle anywhere else because of how well we have always been treated here.
I took my car in for service. I received a loaner car like my own. Service to my car & my convenience was outstanding. Ken Mathews, service advisor has been caring for my vehicles for over 20 years.Ken & Morris Cadillac treat their customers like family. The entire staff at Morris goes out of its way to meet the needs of their customers & clients (Sales, service, loaner car that fits the client). A very personalized operation providing expert service to your vehicle.
I am always happy with the service I receive from Morris but especially so todayI drove in with some marks on my fender and the man who assisted me offered suggestions as to how to take care of them. Nice in itself but then he took it upon himself to either remove them or asked someone to take care of it. Wow! That’s customer service!.January 25,2021I am once again impressed with Morris Cadillac. Turned in a leased vehicle today and leased another: I was pressed for time & the whole transaction took less time than visiting a doctors office! Mark Yanke is a man of his word, getting us a nice vehicle & a good deal.
Excellent customer and vehicle service. I was immediately impressed with the professional teamwork and customer service during the check-in stage for service. And, throughly satisfied with the turn around service of my vehicle considering parts had to be ordered. Morris Cadillac even performed a thorough maintenance check and informed me of some required maintenance based on mileage which I included in my visit. From now on, Morris cadillac is the only technicians I prefer to work on my vehicle. Thanks you guys!
We had an amazing experience today at Morris Cadillac. Mark Yonke provided superb service and totally exceeded our expectations. He guided us through the process and it couldnt have gone any easier. When we went and signed the paperwork, Scott also exceeded our expectations. He took the time to explain it all. He kept the process moving along quickly without sacrificing quality of service.Lets just say this, there are super cool people at Morris Cadillac and youll be in good hands buying your car with them.
Great sales experience.Ernie Kilgore was my salesman and made the negotiating easy..did everything he could to accommodate my requirements and made sure I got the vehicle I wanted..the dealership was a pleasure to deal and every person I met from the sales manager, finance manager, to the service manager was kind and helpful.I recommend Morris Cadillac for your luxury car needs, and would buy there again.
I am extremely appalled with the customer service I received at the service department. My husband and I dropped off my vehicle to get a door weather strip replaced and to get my radio looked at because it has been shutting off and on lately. We dropped off my vehicle early morning and were told we would receive a call when vehicle was ready. It was 3:00p.m. and did not hear back from them so I decided to check on the status of my vehicle. When I called I was told they were still working on it. I waited and called back about 20 minutes till 6:00 and the secretary transferred me to a voicemail. We left a message and no call back. We called back again and told the secretary we needed to speak with someone and she stated they were gone for the day. I was horrified they stood with my vehicle and never bothered to call me to tell me they needed to stay with my vehicle over night😳 If they would of called and told me this I could have made arrangements because I needed a vehicle to get to work next morning.I was stuck with no car! I immediately called customer service and made a complaint. I was advised on what to do the next day. My husband went there first thing in the morning since I had to be at work and requested to speak with the Store manager and was told he was not in, so they directed him to the Service Manager. He explained what happened and the Service Manager was very non apologetic, rude and said we should of assumed that when we called at 3:00p.m. and were told they were not done with the vehicle that we would not be getting it back that day. That is no excuse!!!! My husband asked if they were done with my vehicle that morning and he said no again. So he asked to get my vehicle back and when I picked it up the door weather strip was never replaced and was stuck with my radio still shutting off and on. Not sure if the Store manager was aware of my situation but I would like to speak to them about this horrible experience so that this does not happen to someone else.
Dropped car off for repairs. They had the car for over 3 weeks. Couldnt finish repairs because they didnt have a special tool. Now I have to bring the car back in November to finish repairs. The car was spotless when I drop it off. When I picked it up, it was extremely filthy and COVERED in bird droppings even after they rinsed. Now I have to wash my car...Im very disappointed. This is the second time they did work and I got the car back filthy AGAIN.
The service administrator I dealt with was Dan. I think he was great. He helped me as best he could but that is the last nice thing I have to offer.I brought the SRX in for a recall and a headlight that was out for the second time. The first time this happened it cost about $650 to replace. This time after I found out that there had been a class action lawsuit for this issue which had expired, I was offered as a solution, to replace both headlights one of which was still working. The price was going to be $1,700 plus change. I will never purchase nor even consider another Cadillac.
Went in for a oil change and tire repair for my wifes Cadillac, the oil change was done, tire repaired, and car was washed all within 1 hour this was great, when I got home I opened the hood of the car and there was oil drips from the dip stick on top of the air filter box, Ive worked on cars for 40 plus years you clean your mess up especially on a customers vehicle, not a real big deal but. I also apologize for the comment I made it was the same but it went to Buick GMC
Very Professional staff. My sales associates (Mike and Ernie) were helpful and honest. I really liked dealing with the loan officer, no added pressure in buying extra products I didnt plan on buying. This is too often the case with other dealerships Ive been purchased from in the past.
This is the third time in the last five services that my car came out with dirty footprints all over my mats. Although they cleaned them every time AFTER I went back into the service department, this is not the level of customer care one would expect from a Cadillac dealership. A paper protector is a pretty cheap way to lose a customer. I won’t be back again.
Body shop is great. I used them twice now for my car after getting into an accident and they treated me very well. They took care of everything, which made my life a lot easier then dealing with the insurance company. I will definitely go back for all my body shop needs!
Ken Cole is an excellent sales person. I would not have leased the vehicle if it wasn’t for him. My intention was to leave without doing anything. He was informed, honest, and showed a lot of integrity when I pressed him on several of my issues that I felt were important during my visit. I wish everyone could buy a car from someone like him. He is a true asset to the dealership and I will continue to do business with Morris as long as I can deal with him. I cannot say enough to express my satisfaction and gratitude for the way Ken Cole treated me the day I bought my vehicle.
I just want to say I always have a great experience and service! My car was being fixed over the holiday week end and I was given a loaner car to use so my kids and I could still enjoy the weekend . My child left her I pad mini in the loaner and didnt realize it till a couple days later. After calling Steve ( who is wonderful) he let me know they had it . What a great and honest service department !!!! The people there are always catering to all your needs . From the waiting room to the sales team ( Brendan) I always feel like family .
Prompt, friendly reception of my request for assistance with my vehicle’s problem. When their suggestions did not solve the problem, they had me tow the car in for service. Within a reasonable time period my car was repaired and I drove it home. Fine service, caring personnel and a business I will continue to use in the future!
It was my birthday I was looking for a new car, I called them because they had the car I wanted, went there and they were so fabulous! Got me the car I wanted quickly! Paperwork was done fast and I was out of there driving my brand new car! I will never deal with another dealer they are the best
I had to leave the next day on a trip and my Cadillac showed me very low oil. I called for an appointment and she told me they were full . Then she looked again and found me the very last spot open. They not only changed the oil but rotated the tires and checked to see no other lights were lit to indicate more problems. I was so grateful and I will always bring my car there for service.I forgot to mention that I had recently moved to Ohio and needed to find a Cadillac dealer. They were friendly and helpful. I’m glad I found Morris Cadillac. Ann S
My husband had been using Morris Cadillac for years. This time I gave it a try. Mark Yonke was excellent! No pressure and professional, he listened to our needs to accommodate our family size and respected our financial parameters. I highly recommend. Thank you Mark and Morris Cadillac. Mama has a new XT4 and I love it!
I dealt with Dan in service and Manager David Ellis. Dan was hard to get a hold of at times and didnt always return my calls, but when he did he was very informative. David was helpful and very responsive with my needs and kept in touch with me on any issues his team ran into.
Jeffery Firestone is simply amazing! The customer experience was incredible, a true one of kind! If you are in the market for a Cadillac, Mr. Firestone is your go to man! I love my new one of kind Cadillac CT5 350T.The financial manager Scott Miller was very professional in helping understand exactly what you are agreeing to. He sees to it that you close quickly but yet completely understand. He holds great conversation as well. A good man he is!Thank you Morris Cadillac for the greatest buying experience of my life! I will be back.....
I had to bring my new car in 3 different time for oil change and recalls when it really should have taken only 1 visit. First, I called to make appointment for oil change and have my brakes checked because they were extremely loud (car is only 3 months old). When making the appointment I was first told my XT4 just had loud brakes, then through a longer discussion discovered the brakes had a recall. Showed up for my appointment at 9:50 am for 10 am appointment but was told I was late for my 9:30 am. My husband for some reason had received the appointment notification(that’s another issue, I hope is resolved) It stated appointment was at 10. Then I was asked if the parts were in for my recall. How am I suppose to know if the parts are in? Grant it, I grew up going to auto parts stores, so I probably know more than most, but still??? So guess I needed to make sure the parts were in before I brought the car in ? They did do some other recalls but said they would do the oil change when I bring car back in, when the parts come in for brakes. Brought car back in for brakes and oil change. They had the car overnight, picked up car and they had forgotten to do the oil change. So I had to bring the car in again for the oil change, ugh.
Great sales service. Gabriel was very knowledgeable, professional and excellent to work with. He was very patient and showed me multiple vehicles to fit my needs and budget. Very happy with my purchase and the service I received. The purchase process went quick and smooth. Thank you Gabe and Morris Caddilac!
Worst experience of the 25 years I’ve owned cars.A car I purchased from Morris Cadillac had just passed its warranty period and had only 67k miles. The transmission fails and I’m stranded on the highway. Get it towed to Morris, because I think they’ll take care of me. Nope. Takes almost a week to get back to me on the problem and I’m told it needs a brand new transmission for $5,000 (again, only 67k miles). I ask what they would give me in trade in value, again assuming they’d be shocked at what happened and take care of me. Nope. $2,500, half of what it’s going to cost to fix it. Apparently rather than be helpful they decided to try to take advantage of me as much as possible. I will be trading this in for a German or Japanese car as fast as I can before another major failure occurs. This has guaranteed I never buy another GM product, shame on me for giving them that many chances to begin with.
While getting an oil change, my hubcaps were not placed back on my car. I didn’t notice until I got home. It’s been a runaround for several months. I was told the manager talked with the tech and he remembered vividly my one Cadillac out of hundreds of cars serviced weekly since October 2019 (Conversation with Tech took place in February 202). Also, like an employee would admit a mistake at risk of losing their job... 🙄
Amazing experience! Kenneth was an outstanding salesman and I was honestly shocked by the level of service and ease of purchasing. I live in North Carolina. My wife wanted the Navy Blue Escalade ESV Platinum and Morris Cadillac was the only dealer on the East Coast with that specific vehicle at the time. I took a long shot and called them, figuring I’d get laughed at. I not only wanted that specific vehicle, at a fair price, delivered to North Carolina, but I was calling on a Monday and needed it by Friday at noon for a vacation! Happy wife, happy life right!? Long story short, they had the vehicle in my driveway on Wednesday! WOW! I could go on and on. I’m very very happy!
I had a great experience buying my new car at Morris Cadillac. Both our Sales person and the owner made us feel very welcomed without ever pressuring us. In fact, my wife said afterwards that it was the best car buying experience she’s ever had. This is our second car we’ve purchased from Morris and we would both recommend them to anyone.Nathan BrannenAvon Lake, OH
Im very pleased with how the buying process at Morris Cadillac played out. I was a walk in customer and Ernie Kilgore, the sales consultant, was introduced to me and was very knowledgeable and insightful on the car I researched and specifically came in to purchase. His attention to detail is highly commended and appreciated. Heres to Continued Successes-- BILL
We experienced nothing but the best of service, from the time we arrived for the appointment and during the time that the car was being serviced. We were updated just enough not to worry about the issues with the car. We received a call to pick up the car however I had received a chemo treatment and I was very weak, .I was told to rest and bring the car in later. However the next morning I got up and arrived early in the morning and picked up the car. I was kind heartily told to go home and rest and if we had any problems please call. That meant so much to me and my family who I told of the kindness act. Thank you, the Boulwares.
From the time I arrived at the dealership Mark was very knowledgeable and helpful. He understood that I didnt want to go over a certain amount far as payment wise.Stayed over after closing to make sure my automobile needs was met. From the receptionist to the finance guy just an awesome experience.Out of 6 Gmc dealership this one was the best.I would definitely refer anyone whos in the market for a new automobile to check them out.
I walked in not expecting to think Cadillac would be my new vehicle. Upon walking in I came face-to-face with Ernie Kilgore not knowing he would be the one to make my experience one of the best Ive ever had, mind you Ive been leasing cars for over 25 years . After talking for hours, test driving, the vehicle that sat in that showroom went home with me. All salespeople should be like Ernie Kilgore, he is truly a blessing to Morris Cadillac, my new friend not just a Salesman doing his job. The owner was accommodating and kind. Thank you Morris for a fantastic experience. I love my Cadillac SUV.
Mr. Kenneth Cole was amazing. not only did he get me in the car i wanted but he did so while making it as easy on me as possible. He arranged to have the car delivered to me at no charge wich is unheard of. all while sending me.personalnphotos of the car and making sure everything was in tip top shape. I would recommend to anyone looking for a Cadillac or any car for that matter to contact Mr. Cole as he will help you to his fullest capability. Id like to think or Mr. cole as a friend now not just a guy who sold me a car. Once again i cannot say enough good thing about Morris Cadillac, And Kenneth Cole what a great team they have over there 10 out of 10 for sure.
Visited the body shop meeting body shop manager David Ellis was a pleasure he made me feel good about coming to Morris for body work I am confident that the repairs will be done properly and I really appreciated the fact that he arranged the rental car while mine is being repaired
Cadillac just lost a 30 year loyal customer. Morris Cadillac was part of the reason. I have a 2008 STS. The clock stopped working after I replaced the battery. I took it to Morris Cadillac and waited 2.5 hours to hear them telling me that there is no fix for it yet. They told me that Cadillac is aware of this problem. For this, I was charged me $74.95. I then started to search on the internet for an answer and I found one. It involves downloading a file from the original software developing company and upload it into my STS. I went to Morris Cadillac again and gave them the website address. Afterwards, Morris told me ok, they can do that for me. I went there today 1/24/2020. I waited another 2 hours and the clock problem was finally fixed. Why do I have to wait for so long for them to upload a file? The service manager told me that they have to go to Office Depot to get a CD. Morris could have done this beforehand. They knew that 2 weeks ago when I gave then the website which instructed them to download a file. Why does Morris have to make a customer wait so long?Well, I just decided that my next car will be Lexus 450h. I am pretty sure my experience will be much more pleasant over there.
We drove from Michigan to purchase a specific car (2015 Suburu Outback) from this dealership. Got there and the battery was dead. They charged the battery for us to take a test drive. Bought the car for cash and the extended warranty. Drove home to MI and 3 weeks later the battery is dead and will not hold a charge. Took the car into the dealership near me and I’m told “battery issues aren’t covered by the warranty”! Oh, and there’s an outstanding service bulletin on the electrical system - related to the battery- that was NEVER performed (that Morris was required by law to perform prior to selling it!) They cannot do the safety recall until the new battery is installed. So, now I’m out over an additional $200 for a new battery on a vehicle I’ve owned for three weeks and it’s been at the dealer for three days to perform a recall the should have been done before we bought it. Extremely POOR customer service on the part of Morris to have allowed this to take place. I asked our salesman (Sam?) about the battery before we agreed to purchase the car and was assured all was in good working order. This was a lie. I guess this is just a case of caveat emptor; don’t trust these guys as far as you can throw them!Edit: Funny how they can respond on a public forum, but don’t bother to contact me when they have my full name above and al contact info from the vehicle sale. Guess they think because I’m not “local” they don’t have to keep me happy? In these days of social media awareness, that’s a huge gaffe.
I recently visited Morris Cadillac in North Olmsted and had the best experience purchasing a used pre-certified Cadillac XT5! My sales associate was Ernie Kilgore and Ernie was very gracious and worked with me to deliver a great vehicle at a great price. I was not just purchasing a new car but was building what I hope to be a lasting relationship. I would recommend Ernie and Morris Cadillac to anyone interested in buying a Cadillac or GMC product.
My experience this morning whats very pleasant straight to the point the people that took care of me were very pleasant and friendly they took me in this morning without an appointment which is something that rarely ever happens in most places so I was very happy with them helping me out this morning right away and I would recommend them and take them my business again thank you very much
We have a 2019 Cadillac Escalade, and are disappointed that it only comes with one free oil change. Had my first one today, and they didn’t even wash the car. What happened here? BMW provides free oil changes for four years and car wash and vacuum complementary. My sister had a Cadillac and for five years she received free oil changes and free car washes.
Salesman worked with me for a year to find my perfect Cadillac.. and yes they knew it would be used.. he shot me a ace that day. Then my first experience with the service dept......... perfect 10. Cant make up how well Morris Cadillac treated me and my ride. This is a big deal for me. Its my first american car, meaning not a truck, suv, bmw, vw, audi,or digging equipment.. I will never look at another. Im officially a caddy daddy..
I would give zero stars if I could. This place is a sad excuse for luxury anything. Not only was I treated like a second class citizen and outright lied to on several occasions, they also sold all of my personal information to telemarketers and Ive been spammed hundreds of times since I purchased a vehicle from them in May. Dont shop here under any circumstances. These people are criminals.
I brought in a 2015 Cadillac XTS premium to have new struts put on that were covered under the bumper to bumper warranty. After awhile something didnt feel right. Took it to a tire place to see if it might be the tires. Low and behold I find out from service Tech that after struts were put on at Morris Cadillac, a wheel alignment wasnt done! I guess they were in a hury. That being said, I had to purchase new tires. Also found dents in area where struts where put in on both sides of the car! Looking back when I picked up the car , they sure hustled me out. I have printed pre alignment spec readings and photo of tire... This is just down right disappointing from Cadillac.
Heard about the way Dave, the assistant manager, treated a disabled veteran. Just atrocious the way he berated him. What sort of place are you running there? Obviously, its only a means to make money for you. Good thing Im older now and not the high strung, hotheaded, gung-ho soldier I used to be! Yes, you can read into that statement. I better never hear of you disrespecting another disabled veteran or disabled person for that matter again.
Nice cars . But when I click one looking for a car or truck I dont want to set at a desk and Tak about the sales men school wife kids car home . I want to look at cars, and not anything this the one I asked my sales man or woman about. .I dont care about anything else just The car or truck I asked them about

2022-03-14The entire experience of evaluating, test driving, pricing, paying for and documenting (paperwork) my car buying process took slightly more than an hour. Literally in and out.Of course I knew ahead of time exactly what I wanted but I have never gone through the process that fast. Except that I wanted add on’s that had to be ordered, I could have driven my new car home when finished. Great job.

2022-07-03Very smooth interaction. Took copies of my License and Insurance, gave me the keys to test drive by my self. When I came back in to purchase, {I had a pre approved check from my Credit Union}. Took me to their awesome waiting area that was fully stocked with with aksoft drinks, snacks, and big screen. Was in there about 10-15 min. We verified the info on the paperwork. Not trying to sell me an extended warranty, rust proofing, or enticing me to go with a preferred lender. I signed, and I was out. It was the best transaction Ive ever had purchasing a vehicle

2022-06-27Fantastic experience!!!!!!! Bought a new XT6 from Sam who was extremely friendly and did a great job from the first phone call to the handing over of the keys. There were a few things that needed buffed out on the car and Derek in the service department was overly professional and very courteous. I would definitely recommend Morris Cadillac.

2022-04-02Called Morris Cadillac and spoke with Ernie. Requested a lease quote on a CT4 with a down payment and without. Ernie had to “check with his manager” and would have to call me back. Old school car salesman tactics but whatever. He called back with a payment hundreds more per month or a down payment double that of the advertised pricing on THEIR website. When I questioned Ernie about the advertised pricing, he lied and said it was a National ad and there was no way I was going to get a CT4 for that price. When I asked why the payment was so much higher or the down payment was double, he refused to answer the question, started calling me ma’am instead of my name, and condescendingly told me I’d better come in since I was having a hard time understanding him. When I asked again to explain the downpayment discrepancy, he literally hung up the phone on me. I reached out to the owner via email because I thought he would want to know how potential customers are being treated and I got no reply. We took our business to Central Cadillac and are buying a CT4 from them.

2022-05-20Not a good experience at Morris Cadillac !Was quoted a price over the phone to replace 2 Transmission lines. Then called on the phone trying to sell me other parts I didn’t need to be done, that I could do myself. For example I replaced my power steering lines last year in October, but they told me the return line was leaking.Anyway I only got one line replaced and the price was $200.00 more than quoted and only one line was replaced.I’ll never give them recommendations or my business ever again !Forgot to add that my Transmission fluid was low 2 quarts when I got it home, and there’s grease on my carpets and floor mats.I’m thinking about complaining to the BBB since I have gotten no reply back from you afterwards !

Had McCaskey listened I explnd this.came storming outside to tell me as if id done something wrong.took pic showed to me,walked inside behind him bc he was not listening moving fast.walked in re-explained what he observed w/ cable to other service advisor.person polite & calm, should be one dealing w/ customers.wait for car 3 hours & got OIL CHANGE!NO point said needed oil change today, mentioned if time after diagnostic would do.DID NOT DO DIAGNOSTICS!didnt come for oil change!serious issue needed to be diagnosed!McCaskey came out & retrieved me in hostile manner, let door slam in face which locked, had to walk around to inside of port to enter where he angrily stood.STRANGEST & worst experience had w/ dealership. This man proceeded to tell me didnt do diagnostic, said previous mechanic didnt cut wire end off which shotty work, to which asked if that was causing issues he said no.continually ranted about mechanic work, devoured over 3 hours assured car would at least start diagnostics.puzzled why here waiting on oil change didnt schedule.charged oil change,he didnt charge for diagnostics they couldnt do bc not enough time?told need to take car back to last mechanic who worked on it,could not give loaner even if schedd & paid for?said didnt have loaners anymore, then said 5 & only given to people who have serious issues w/ car.believe name Steve who has discretion to make these statements.McCaskey talking AT me not TO me,AT me.was aggressive, rude,& obnoxious.treated less then.I was very polite throughout entire exchange,he let door slam in my face didnt apologize or open for me let it lock.very upsetting.should not have come back.definitely NOT purchase new car here, doing next month.customer is only of value at this dealership if dropping thousands.tattoos maybe?am paying customer, who makes quite good money, they lost for good.also lied said they did tire rotation, wonder if oil was even changed, messed up drivers seat controls, now dont go straight front & back totally crooked.filing complaint w/ AG.McCaskey tried to blame associate who had second day there training.gentlemen who schdld me on phone did job, schdld for diagnostics, this why when arrived McCaskey asked what going on w/ car that reqd diagnostic.tried to blame everything on other gentlemen.no way shape or form that persons fault. doesnt listen.judgemental,& volatile.should not be in customer service.when raising voice telling me to go back to other dealership he said it would be at least 160 an hour for diagnostics on car and would need great deal of time w/ car, even though spent 3 hours for nothing.spent hour writing review.absolutely unacceptable for anyone to behave that way to customer.Do NOT buy/come for SERVICE.hate to throw rest of team to wolves but as saying goes, one bad apple spoils bunch.that apple the head service advisor takes down entire dealership. Poor form. Do yourself a favor and seriously avoid this place at all costs.
