I will never order from here again. Food was burned and should not have been served. Do not waste your money. Ordered to go Paid over 60 dollars for food that went into the trash.
Disappointment. We have been coming to Moosehead for years. I dont order the BBQ anymore, it hasnt been good for a long time. We did order to go, but I dont believe my food should be any less than if I had ordered in restaurant. The adult Mac and cheese was good. My side salad was weak, very gross lettuce. The potato skins were burnt to an absolute crisp, didnt eat those past the first bite. My fiances BBQ platter, he didnt eat most of it. For my man to not eat his meal, it takes a lot. Maybe it was an off day?
I had the nachos and ordered Brisket to be put on the top. My boyfriend said the chips looked like they were cooked in old oil and I said nah they are just a lil burnt....nope, oil must have been very old because I was sick for the last 2 days, running to the bathroom with food poisoning!
The food was good, but took quite a while to order it and receive it. The service to our group was pretty rough.
Looking for BBQ break while traveling and so glad we found Moosehead! The service was quick and attentive. The food was excellent. I had the chicken and cucumber sandwich and it was great. Others had combo plates and enjoyed all. Dont forget the cornbread muffins! And make sure to save room (even if it means a box for some meat) for the apple caramel hand pie with a scoop of ice cream--Im drooling just remembering it. Just wish they were closer to home so we could return soon!
We had a late lunch there, very clean. Plenty of room, tables and booths ( very roomy ). The staff were friendly and helpful. The menu had plenty of BBQ options to choose from. I had the burnt ends and my wife had the grilled chicken. Both were excellent. If you like classic BBQ you wont be disappointed
Mixed drinks werent made properly. The Old Fashioned was just a glass of straight whiskey with little to no flavor, even when mixed and muddled. Mac and cheese was flavorless and watery. Cornbeard was flavorless. The BBQ sauce they use is good, but the brisket and pulled pork were both soupy and thus watered down the flavor. The best part of the meal was the fried brussel sprouts. Way too expensive for the quality of everything.
I have never eaten here but Ive taken some huge, delicious smelling food orders from here to GrubHub customers. Their ribs come in pizza boxes! Id eat here, for sure. I could see it being a good place for a date or maybe a fantasy football draft. Im not sure if their dining room is open.
2 weeks in a row waitress did not write our order down and twice in a row the order was wrong.
Do not eat at this place they portions are small and the over charge you for mediocre food.
If youre looking for some amazing BBQ, this is the place to go! They also have great pasta dishes, appetizers and I could keep going! You just need to check this place out!
The service was fine, unfortunately like a lot of places they were short staffed so only 2 servers for the dining room. They were doing the best they could. The food was just ok, not that impressive.
Food was great! We had the pasta rustica, parmesan crusted cod and the pork topped burger. Our waitress Jessica G. was wonderful, very attentive. Seating was spaced out to keep everyone safe. They have a pick up window so you can order to go as well.
Hadnt been back in a while due to a previous bad experience about 3 years ago but decided to give it a try. Friday night, wasnt busy so seated right away. Waitress was pleasant and prompt. Food was similar to last time, not great. I will say the ribs were good but I ordered the sampler and there was no brisket, or if it was brisket it was terrible. Rest of the family had decent meals, although the fajitas were rather skimpy.
This is the worst food I have ever received from here. My family and friends like to order from here, but lately the quality just isnt there. We ordered three chicken parmesan dinners all were burnt chicken and dry, very little sauce on noodles.and the dressing seemed watered down. Sorry for the negative post, but its true
Server was adequate at best. Most of the customers did not wear masks. Appetites were dry and tasteless. The salmon tasted old and not flakey. This meal was not a $100 for the value of $35 to $40 meal. You would think they would be on their best behavior to win business back after the pandemic. We wont be back!
So as we know, I love giving great reviews for places as Im a foodie and guide. However, after several attempts to get in touch with someone about the terrible attitude we were given, nothing has been done. No one contacted me or my son who was offended greatly that someone would talk to us the way we were talked to. I do not like giving bad reviews, but if youre looking for a friendly place to eat, this is not one of them and apparently its ok to treat people disrespectful here and mouth off.
Sadly the last 3 times I have ordered food from here it has all tasted like it was microwaved to slightly above room temperature. This used to be one of my favorite rib spots now it is a less than enjoyable and an overpriced dinner. Whatever changed it is not for the better. Texas road house has had better ribs and they are a steak house. I gave it a few chances to redeem itself thinking a different cook or maybe a busy night. But this last bad experience was enough to make me not put it on my list of places preferred to dine.

It was mediocre at best. Definitely overpriced. The ribs were kind of a joke. The service set up is pretty impersonal. We will definitely not be going back.
All I can say is YUM! Best ribs ever. Garlic smashed potatoes…yum again. It’s a good thing they’re not closer, as I’d be there every night!

The wife and I stopped for dinner on the way home from vacation, deciding we wanted some barbecue. The menu is fairly large with a decent offering and the prices are comparable to others in the area, so no surprises here. Moosehead features a variety of sauces, allowing you to pick your poison! Now bear with me here: they offer pulled pork, ribs and brisket but no bone-in chicken! No legs? No thighs? Wings?? Nope. Boneless, skinless breast fillet only. Also, they have many side dishes except...cornbread. What? A barbecue place with no cornbread?? Finally, at the end of the meal they were out of dessert; at 6:30pm (sigh). I need to mention that everything we ate was delicious and our server, Dennis, was attentive and dedicated to our needs throughout the evening. We had a nice time aside from the misgivings already mentioned.

Absolutely fantastic food! The portions are absolutely amazing. We had a server named Mary, and she is amazing! She accommodated my needs to the fullest and was very understanding. We absolutely love the food here, very relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend this business!!
The food here was as addictive as the atmosphere. The BBQ sauce was so good we bought two quarts to go home. The service was perfect as well! We will be new regulars!! This is a must try and I recommend to everyone!
Amazing food!!!! I cant Express enough how awesome the service, food, and environment was. I had the parmesan crusted salmon. The rest of my family had ribs. The ribs were the best they ever had and the salmon was incredible!!! I couldnt stop telling out waitress how great it all was. I will definitely go back and always give them my service!!!
We love it here. Im a mom of 2 boys and the server is so wonderful. Hes always so good to us. The manager/bartender makes a bad ass sangria too! Not to mention the food is amazing!!!!
Our new favorite place to eat . The amount of food you get is insane. My husband loved their southwest chicken soup and patty melt. I love bbq so I have had pulled pork with fresh French fries many times and the brisket twice. The hostess and waitresses are very attentive and check to make sure you are well cared for. We will miss this place when we return to Florida but we will be back next year.

I love this place. One of my favorites. I always get bbq chicken nachos and you can even get an order to go and ask for everything separated. That way you can assemble them when you are ready to eat and they wont be soggy. Also the staff is amazing and they have other good bbq dishes. Family friendly and also has a bar.
Recommended by a good friend. I almost gave it a 1 star but I will try another visit down the road. The food took 25 min. Thats from the time we actually ordered. We probably sat for close to 10 min before the order was taken.The food was just ok. I didnt feel it was particularly full of flavor and fresh. I had a Cobb kinda salad. My brother had a burger. He said it was a bit dry and no flavor.The other thing was the prices. They were a bit high. 2 people. 2 drinks. Salad and a burger, 31.00 before tip.
I eat here once a month or so and have never had a bad meal. The bold sauce is delicious and the bartender is a good guy! Their menu offers a variety of options but its not too much that comprises the quality of the food. Never a bad choice for dinner.
Ordered adult Mac n cheese for years. My favorite. Came with funny smell tonight. I call and manager (female) immediately defends, instead of passing message along. Croutons burned in salad as well. Will never order from here again
Horrible....horrible....trying to support local due to Covid-19 but food was cold. Had brisket and it was really greasy and the fries were still frozen. Bakebeans were the hit of my meal. They were hot and fresh.
This place was listed as a BBQ place. We chose to eat here based on this, because I wanted some beef brisket. Unfortunately, on this Saturday, they were out of brisket. I had picked out three possible meals, all of which were brisket, and they were out. I was really a bit annoyed, as thats a staple of BBQ. The service was (thankfully) very good. I ended up having a burger, which was a good burger, but it wasnt what I wanted.
I just love their Gold and regular sauce. I loved the ribs, brisket, and chicken here. They have amazing green beans as well. I can say I have been here numerous times and have never been disappointed. I can say if you visit at certain times (mainly dinner time) there will be a wait (gotta wait for good food). The service here has been lovely and friendly every time I came. Great food, and great service.
Absolutly great ribs! Have been going here for years and somehow never ordered them. Got them this last trip and was very pleased. Great flavor and literally fell off the bone. Ill be craving these and frequenting Moosehead more often!
My husband loves this place and would give it 10 stars! Im a vegetarian and the only veg entree they have is fettuccine Alfredo. Id like to see them put some healthy vegetarian options on their menu and then Ill give them five stars!
Enjoyed our experience & meals. My son said his burger was amazing. My wife and I had the pasta dishes....Pasta Rustica I believe it was called. We had a toffee bar cheesecake for dessert. Onion rings for appetizer. Portion sizes were large, food tasted great, good prices, lovely atmosphere (Rustic). Well be back.
The bbq isnt bad. Our latest visit had great service, but the food was mediocre at best. We didnt get bbq this time. Maybe that was our mistake. My salad was all iceberg despite the mixed greens description and it was pretty much all lettuce no toppings. My husbands mac and cheese tasted okay but the penne was so overcooked. Prices are pretty high for casual dining so we definitely expect more when we are paying more.
Was recommended to this Awesome Restaurant by another local business. Thank You. I had the BBQ Sampler that was Very Delicious. My Wife had the Reuben that she also thought was out of this world. The Sauce was the Best I have ever had. Actually going to take a Bottle home. The Waitress(Jessica) was Fantastic. Definitely will be Back for sure.
Good barbecue! The last time we had the sampler platter it came on a pig shaped plate--I thought that was a cute idea. (Its been a while since we got that though because it is a lot of food!)They offer several choices for barbecue sauce--I usually go with their house sauce. Their portion sizes seem generous to me.
Great decor and branding. For dinner the side salads are basic at best, added to a middle of the road entree. Nothing there will blow you away. Overpriced when compared to going to certain chain steahouses where u get a deluxe side salad and a plethora of warm rolls with your entree and sides ( at an even better price, mind you ). Its just not ever on our list of places to go. If you want to patronize a local business on sheer principal or just go somewhere different, this is your place. Its not bad, its just not a place that makes you want to come back OFTEN.
FOOD WAS AMAZING. Ive been looking for a GOOD BBQ joint locally and Moosehead will definitely be getting more of my business. I ordered the sampler and everything was so good. The baked beans and smashed potatoes was so good. The staff were pleasant and attentive and I loved the atmosphere and decor. I highly recommend for any BBQ lovers out there. I am going to try their burgers next!!
Some of the best BBQ Ive had in a while.I had the BBQ combo with ribs, pulled pork and brisket. Just the right amount of smoke.The meat was very tender. And the home made sides were just as good.Service was fast and friendly.
Some employees are jaded by the average customer. They just take your order and if you don’t know what to get, they just look at you like your an irritation. Why not make suggestions? Why not ask if the customer is interested in hot or iced beverage, rather than just standing there waiting with a blank look on your face. These employees are a big hindrance to your sales. Lines are too long and for me it is not worth it. There are many nicer competitors to visit that will offer friendlier service.
As a big BBQ fan, this is a hidden gem. Weve tried various places around Cleveland and they didnt quite hit the spot. But this place sure did! The sampler was great. Wife had the pulled pork... Some of the best BBQ weve had since living in Kansas City. So that should say something!Prices are great, staff was very kind. Needless to say, we will be back!
This restaurant will nickel and dime its customers over petty requests.. $1.25 each for a side of jalapenos and to substitute sour cream with extra Pico for fajitas. Manager was rude. Customer is not always right at moosehead grill. He was willing to lose us as customers rather than adjust the bill for a charge they were not upfront about. Food was good service was good, but I will never return to this restaurant out of principle.
Was pretty disappointed in the meal, flavor and service was OK but the largest steak on the menu was only 8oz, which was adequate for my petite wife , I wanted a larger portion so tried the beef special. I showed up as tiny as my wifes and by the time I trimmed the fat on the cold plate, the food was cold and the portion was less than my wifes at more money. It had a tiny cup of potato served with it. I got full by eating the rest of my kids food. We had to pluck the feathers off my daughters drier than dry wings before she could eat them. My sons pasta was good with large portion.
My first experience with this place was great which is why my husband brought me here for Mothers Day. But it was not so hot this time .First they waited ten minutes to tell me that they were out of the food I ordered. Then the food they bought me was cold and I couldnt eat it. It really ruined my dinner. The manager did come out to apologize for everything. I will give them that But I dont think I will be coming back

Best barbeque around! I usually get the sampler, but I opted for the ribs and shrimp this time. Now I have a back up favorite. Prompt, friendly service from the knowledgeable wait staff. Pricing is very reasonable for the quality and quantity of food they give. We love Mooseheads!
LACK of professionalism & Customer Service training. Terrible service by young waitress!! Had a snooty attitude; kept us waiting, gave us the snubbed side eye when we expressed our concern. We walked out! Not even the front door hostess asked is there a problem as we were leaving, seeing & hearing our frustration!! Also, they ran out of the food (ribs, pork) on Mothers Day!!😕
Not sure why negative comments are on these reviews. Ate here last night tremendously good barbecue. Large portion great sides and sauce. My suggestion is to order it dry then add your sauce. Great service, prices and nice atmosphere. Try it out.
Good smells coming from this kitchen. Love coming out here such good food I just dont remember seeing pork belly on the menu which I know isnt a mainstay for BBQ but its my favorite. Either way if youre in the Amherst area check them out
Not the greatest pulled pork Ive ever had. Bun or bread or whatever they use was soaked by the time I got it, had to eat it with a fork and even then the pork was burnt and unappetizing. Service was wonderful. Def cant complain about that. He was so cool!! Wish they would get their Sunday liquor license though. Would have made my visit better due to the terrible pulled pork.
Got the fettuccine alfredo because they were out of burgers. The noodles were hard and the sauce was tasteless. Definitely not worth the price.
The brisket was to die for! Most bbq places I always have at least one dislike either something is cooked too dry or the sauce is off. But here it was all perfect. Ive never had pulled pork or brisket that tender or moist and the sauce is on point. Definitely coming back here!
The Manager was very kind and helpful. We asked for something that wasnt on the menu, and he said No Problem, let me get that for you. Now thats going above and beyond.
Better than average pub grub with a wide menu of imaginative sandwiches and entrees. House made chips are quite good as long as they are fresh. Patio has great views of the West Branch of Rocky River gorge.
Amazing food !! You might have a wait but well worth it. Its a small place and sometimes they so run out of stuff so get there early if you have your heart set on something. BBQ is wonderful
There were 7 in our party and 6 of our dinners were great but my son ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich and was disappointed. Chicken was only 1/2 the size of the pita. Would not recommend that sandwich.
Burgers and bbq for us, neither special. Youngest staff Ive ever seen! But they were good. Chicken fingers looked good. Decent variety, so can appeal to most. But honestly nothing special
We had a party of 6. Our waitress was fantastic which is the reason for the generous 3 stars. We waited nearly 90 minutes for our food after ordering. The paprikash soup was excellent. My Rueben was obviously the victim of heat lamp fatigue. It was luke warm, greasy and fixed into unnatural globular shapes. My daughters bbq pork was very good, the pasta dishes everyone else got were mediocre. The experience left all of us flat and it was a shame because Id heard good things and had decent expectations. One frustrating aspect was the manager quickly stopping to ask if everything was good and I wasnt given a moment to say that my $11 Rueben was awful. Probably wont be revisiting.
I had the ribs here a few years ago a and remembered that it was decent bbq but when I went back recently it changed and became bland and lazy. All the food was over salted and covered in cream sauce. They tried to pass off a baked fresh walleye dish by covering frozen fish with bread crumbs and covering in cream sauce. Wont be going back any time soon.
Food is great, very big portions if you go away hungry its your own fault. The pulled pork is one of the best Ive had (besides my own.). Well worth stopping
Food was cold. No where near the temperature it should of been. Our waitress never brought back our waters, had to ask twice for extra napkins she gave them to the table across from us who didnt even have there food yet. Others were saying their food was cold.
The ribs at Moosehead are so good, we refuse to order ribs any place else because we end up disappointed every time. We, along with my parents frequent Moosehead at least once a month! We travel from where we live on the east side to visit my family and almost always have dinner at Moosehead. Great place, friendly staff and excellent food! We are always telling our east side friends that they dont know good ribs until they come to Moosehead!

Had the barbeque pork over Texas toast, it was ok, didnt have a smoked flavor. The restaurant should also have barbeque sauce on the table. They have delicious cole slaw. Even though it may not be the best barbeque you have ever tasted the food is good and the restaurant has a great family friendly atmosphere at a reasonable price.
Our first time and it was very tasty. The Western sauce was awesome. Fun decor. Even a drive thru for a quick BBQ fix. Well be back
Had the BBQ sampler and it was awesome. Just to give you an idea of how seriously they take their meat; I ordered the baked beans as one of my sides and it cane with pork in it...and it was delicious. If youre driving through Ohio and like good BBQ, Moosehead is not to be missed.
My takeout order was incorrect (wrong sides), utensils not included (very unhelpful if you are in a hotel room), and the apples in the salad came out of a bag, literally.On the plus side they have a full bar and they were quite nice in the restaurant!
Never disappointed! I work right down the street so we order Moosehead quite frequently. Order ahead and dont even have to get out the car just drive right up to the window. Pieces are a little high but you are getting what you pay for. Good quality food and good portions from salads and soups to theirrib dinners! I highly recommend their buffaloe chicken rolls! Mmm very good. Enough for me to spilt with someone and be full.
Beef brisket was over done, not tender. No vinegar based bbq sauce. Ribs were good. Pulled pork was passable. Dinner rolls are a joke. Yes, i have had worse. Green beans with bacon were very good. Bold bbq sauce was good too.

I grew up in Amherst, and used to think very highly of Moosehead, however, my visit recently has definitely changed my opinion. I went in for dinner around 7, and we were one of 4 or 5 tables. The whole time, we felt very rushed, which was odd because their hours would indicate that they closed at 8:30pm. Later we were told that they wanted to close early because business was slow, thats why we were being rushed. In addition to the awful customer service we received, both of our order of ribs were burnt and the vegetables were rubbery as if theyd been reheated. Overall, even though we are repeat customers to Moosehead, this experience will definitely make us think twice about whether or not to return in the future.
Very confused by the award winning advertisement. Got the sweet style, but the ribs were dry/tough. Mentioned it to the waitress when she asked how the food was. She just looked at me, and told me I could add more sauce. Generally poor service, will not return.
Went today with a group of friends Had been there before about 2 months ago, Had the Fish & Onion Rings. They were excellent. TODAY THEY WERE TERRIBLE !! Very greasie, No taste plain n blah. So very disappointed !!! Waitress acted like oh well .... !!

I love Moosehead! I have been there plenty of times and never had bad food. I love there fries they are home aid and you can get cheese and hot peppers on them. They have plenty of healthy food too!

Poor service. Waited almost a hour for a table was told as soon as they cleaned a table off we would be seated by one hostess. Then another hostess tells her they had to seat people that came in after us, that had only been there maybe 15 minutes or so. Because the table was for a larger party than we had. Asked for mansger. He was a fricking joke. Stood there arms crossed with a smirk on his face, says sorry we are busy. We dont usually seat 5 ppl. At a table that is meant for a larger party. Was not sympathetic or offer us any thing for the wait and being told we had to wait even longer. A real jerk! Needless to say it a be a cold day in hell before we go back there.
Ordered the brisket dinner and a porky pig sandwich. Great bbq ! Very good service and a nice atmosphere inside. Cool paintings on the wall. Props to the kitchen.
This review is more about trying to place a take out order. I am actually currently on hold, 11 minutes now to be exact. I love the food here, but this is the 3rd time Ive had issues with take out ordering.

Great smoke on the brisket and the bbq sauce was on point sides where not that good but who goes to a bbq joint for broccoli lol definitely a good spot to stop if your craving some good meat.

On our way to NY from Michigan, we stopped in Amherst for gas and dinner . The Moosehead was a delightful surprise ...Great atmosphere; friendly, attentive server; reasonable prices; large portions and amazing food. The Rueben is a must ! We will be back on our trip home
Ordered BBQ platter. The ribs were okay. The pulled pork and brisket tasted like they were 2 days old and microwaved back to life. Very tough and dry, making lots of sauce a must.

Wife and I stopped in against our better judgement, desperate for food on a sunday night. We were promptly seated and our server did an amazing job the entire duration of our meal. If it was not for our excellent waitress, we would have given 1 star.The food was really disgusting. The mashed potatoes were brown and jelly like. The meats were all very shredded and sopping in bbq sauce. Overall, it was not very pretty. Again, the waitress did an amazing job, but we will not be coming back.

Second visit to Moosehead Grill, pleasantly satisfied. Ambiance is roomy & comfortable. Our hostess, Annette, was quite friendly & attentive. Everyone knows that half the pleasure of dining out is the hospitality! We had Western fries, smothered with melted cheese & crumbled Bacon! #Yum! We, then, feasted on Pasta Rustica & Nawlins Seafood Pasta! Our garden salad was garnished with cherry tomatoes & awesome homemade croutons. #Yum! #AppleCiderVinegarette 💯#SatisfiedCustomer
Just spent 30$ on the grossest BBQ ever!!! Me and husband he got pork and I got a salad with pork less than 2 bites feed to our dogs!!! Tasted like mushy charcoal! !
He food had excellent flavors, tender ribs, pork & brisket. This is one of the best BBQ Ive had & I never expected it.
Great food! I am not a rib person but I do like their bbqd chicken breasts. My favorite there is the buffalo chicken sandwich.
Great place when items are available. Got there 30 minutes before closing no beef brisket, only sweet potatos, no beef ribs, no dark chicken and was reminded that they were closing in 20min...very disappointed ☹
If they told you to pull to the front by drive through be sure no one is coming out better go back to the drive through after waiting for like 10 to 15 minutes. Dont know why they do that.... several occasions same story!

Very good BBQ. Not the best I’ve had but damn good and at good prices. The sampler was a lot of food and with brisket, ribs and pulled pork hit the spot.

My best place to eat ribs. The meat just fall of the bone with a push of ur fork. Very clean and a great atmosphere. It has a nice rustic look inside.
Decent barbecue, though the burgers are a bit pricey - averaging around $12. Though they are 1/2 lb each. Other sandwiches are huge as well.

Do not get the ciabatta pork sandwich with coleslaw. Its horrible. The bread sucks and thats why iam giving a 1 star because they should state that it is a flat bread used .
Been getting their ribs for a few years now but my last two take out orders of three slabs have been very dry we will try one more time before I call it a lost cause everyone is entitled to a bad day

2022-04-23Our group of six enjoyed tender and delicious, fall-off-the-bone ribs and some grilled chicken breasts. The great side dishes we each selected were a bonus. Great service. Definitely worth the trip back!

2022-03-23Clean, friendly staff, you are given a serrated butter knife, not a steak knife, the corn muffin had good flavor, yet was so dry I crumbled it in the wonderful baked beans. That worked out delicious. We will go back. Great food for the money. The picture I took is the leftovers from both my and my boyfriends plates. Made for an awesome lunch today.

2022-05-19Delivery 1/2 slab ribs and beer battered onion rings are excellent A++. Had twice same quality. Sides are good coleslaw & beans. Barbecue sauce good: beans cooked in sauce, pulled pork pieces in. Looking forward to on site visit.

2022-06-12I got sick after eating here even though I avoided the salad that had clearly not been washed. The onion rings were soaking in grease which means their fryer was not hot enough when they dropped them. The baked potato was good. The sausage tasted off. The service was average but I can’t say the same for the food. I wasn’t expecting five star but I wanted to like this place.

2022-04-18Kudos to the staff at Moosehead. We had my birthday dinner there which included 18 guests (mix of adults and children). The servers were extremely proficient and managed our large party very well. The food was delicious and they even helped with the cake. Made for a very enjoyable birthday dinner.

2022-02-28Went here with my Mom and Sisters to celebrate my Mom overcoming Breast Cancer. The interior was dingy and the table we were seated at was wobbly. Tried to order mixed drinks and were told that they dont have a liquor license for Sundays. The food was mediocre and overpriced. Was the first time going and will definitely be the last.

2021-12-16I ordered delivery from here for the first time and I was quite impressed. Portion sizes were good for the price, everything was tasty and fresh, and the food was packaged in a way that it wasnt messy, which I appreciated. My only complaint was I felt it needed more than just one little cup of BBQ sauce for two portions of meat. I will be dining in next time

2021-12-30Absolutely disgusting food, the steak was entirely, gristle and fat , it was very obviously cooked in a pan.... What steak house cooks steak in a pan????. Tried to tell the manager, a middle aged Caucasian women and she had an attitude about removing it from the check because we didnt want to replace the dish- when a second person in our party who ordered the same meal told her the meat was unacceptable the manager began to raise her voice and act ignorantlyShe already had our credit card to pay for the order, but we were not paying for the two uneatable steaks that were not eaten and sent back. There were 6 people with us, and we will never return. Id avoid this disgusting restaurant and the low classed poor excuse for a manager. It is usually pretty empty, if I were the owner Id seek new management, the lady there in the evening is a disgrace. 2 thumbs down!!!!!!!!!
