I picked up a new Rousch F150 and due to a bad back Chris Evans my salesman drove the thing a round trip of 7 hours to delivery to me. Without him I wouldnt have been able to get my awesome truck. Ive purchased literally 50+ vehicles in my day and this dealership and especially Chris made this the best experience. Class act is all I can say. Andre at Montrose Ford was a great person to work with while walking the lot, talking about options, the different cars, and what I was looking for. He rode along on some test drives with us and provided great information about the cars. He was very helpful and never pushy or overwhelming. I definitely appreciated him being able to joke around while we had long discussions about finances and options. I would definitely go back and work with him again on my next car! Highly recommend!

My wife and I had a great experience with Montrose Ford. I knew which truck I wanted when I walked in and our salesperson, Will Sutton, had it ready to go. He was extremely knowledgeable about the truck, friendly, easy to talk to, and put no pressure on us whatsoever to buy. We ended up driving away in our new truck after a seamless buy and trade-in process. Big thanks to Will and the dealership for the great experience.

The best experience at Montrose Ford. We traveled two hours and we couldnt of asked for a more kind salesman, Chris Evans. He was very helpful and had us in and out of the dealership in less than two hours. Would definitely buy from him again!! The finance man, dont remember his name was exceptionally nice also. Drove 4 hours to make a purchase of my dream truck that I’ve wanted ever since ford teamed up with Roush to outfit the 150’s. Sales rep Josh “bow tie” Mills had me out at a 2 hours flat. Appraisal, phone time with my credit union and new vehicle prep all in 2 hours.

My wife and I recently purchased a vehicle from Montrose Ford. We usually cringe in expectation of the usual pressure campaign that accompany viewing cars. We were very pleased with our interaction with salesman Andre Smith. He was very courteous and polite and allowed us to take the time needed to make our own decision. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered every question we had. It was a pleasure working with Andre and I would recommend him to anyone in the market for a vehicle, including family and friends.

Larry Parker at Montrose Ford was the BEST car salesman I have ever worked with! I am on my third car and I am so grateful that Larry helped me find my favorite car. I don’t know a lot about cars but Larry is so knowledgeable, helpful, caring and won’t scam you! I could tell that Larry wanted me to be happy when I walked out and he was so patient with all my questions. If you go to Montrose Ford- ask for Larry! I want to recognize Montrose Ford in Fairlawn for their outstanding service. I just purchased a 2022 Bronco. Dan Russell had everything ready for me when I arrived and made the process quick and easy. He also took the time to show me how everything works in my new truck. I would like to express my extreme disappointment in how Montrose Ford handled my Bronco order.After patiently waiting 20 months from the initial reservation for my vehicle to come in and then have Montrose Ford “require” that I pay for $1500 worth of vehicle “protection” at the last moment is unfair and unjust. I did not order this option at the time of vehicle ordering and it is not on the final sticker from Ford either. Therefore, I should not be expected or required to purchase this option.As my hard top Bronco is in high demand, Montrose Ford was very purposeful and strategic in sabotaging my order so they could outfit my ordered vehicle with additional options and sell at a higher sticker price.I confirmed with two other dealerships in the area that this practice is “not a thing” and they would never require this of their customers. They both seemed quite embarrassed that another Ford dealership in the area would behave this way or require this option.I will more than likely still place an order for a Bronco when ordering opens in a couple of months for the 2023 models. I will pay a bit more now, but at least I will be purchasing from a dealership that I can trust and is interested in a longer-term relationship than making a quick buck now. I am a patient person. I already waited 20 months. I can wait four to five more.Proceed with caution when working with this dealership.
