I was very impressed with the service of Shayla and the entire staff of Montrose Brookpark.I had worked with Tom a few years ago to get my last vehicle and Shayla gave me the option to work with Tom again, but she was so warm and inviting I decided to let her handle my trade in. Had (another) excellent experience with Montose Volvos service dept. Audrey and Greg are the two greatest people to work with if you need any work done on your Volvo. Audreys communication was great; I always felt in the loop, and understood all my options. Most importantly, she fought really hard to ensure my work was covered under warranty. Greg and his technicians were meticulous and diligent in fixing my issue. I knew something was off with my car when I first brought it in. I even took it to another Volvo service garage on the east side to look at it, but they just sent me home without any help. Greg never gave up on me and really worked through the problem. My issue is now completely fixed, and it feels like I have a brand new car. These guys are awesome.

First and for most I would like to thank Shayla & Angie for pairing their expertise together in search for the luxury vehicle with the amenities I’ve asked for. Even in my frustration neither one of them wavered in their dedication of help. Their energy was good vibes only. I said all that to say, When you walk into the dealership ask for Angie or shayla. I have a 2021 full-size and it was making a terrible grinding sound when turning right and I told them that when taking it in for the first oil change. They told me at that time they didn’t hear anything…Fast forward a few months later when the noise got worse and I took it in again and they still didn’t know what the issue was, and after 3 days finally said they had to refill an air reservoir in the dynamic steering system which took 3 days to figure out.Not happy with the service or lack of knowledge.

This review is specifically for my interactions with Angela Murphy- Hopper. She is simply amazing to work with. She is honest and transparent and respons in a timely manner. She does what she says she is going to do and best of all, she has the unique skil of foresight of each customers needs and acts accordingly and respectfully. I just can’t say enough about my positive interactions with Angela, from the start to completion. I wish she was here in SOCAL area. I generally don’t like to talk to auto sales agents because of their lack of authenticity, and sales pitch scripts. Working with Angela was a blessing and felt like she was a teammate on my side, not someone trying to get their commission. Auto agents can learn a lot from Angela

My girlfriend bought a used car on july 5th at the dealership the car was in ashtabula and needed to be transfered to Cleveland. We dropped off our rental and then found out the car could not be delivered that day. Guss and Shayla took great care of us by giving us a loner vehicle for the next 3 days while they got the car Serviced and detailed when we picked up the 2017 ford Focus it was like a Brand New car thank you Guss and Shayla.

Im not one to leave many reviews, but when the service is exceptional, I just have to. There are two things that I hate doing. Anything to do with upgrading my cell phone and shopping for a new car. A car is such a big purchase and it causes me a lot of anxiety if I feel like the salesperson isnt being honest with me. I came into Montrose Auto to look at a specific car that I had already looked at online. I was greeted and helped by Shayla M. I was instantly relieved upon first meeting. Shayla was so kind, relatable, and any anxiety that I was feeling went away. Shayla showed me the car that I came to see, but was thorough in finding out exactly what I was looking for. She showed me two more cars that I hadnt even considered. This experience has given me a new perspective and hope that car buying can be an awesome experience. Patience can pay off they say... in all honesty I am a believer in that now. I was on the hunt for a great car and was going to settle for a Honda or Kia when somehow out of the blue I stumbled upon this little gem in Parma. Having been new to the westside, I was interested from the point Angie reached out, through my perusing of the inventory online, and all through the process of picking out a vehicle. I had one in mind that was practical, but Gus had an idea. We looked at a Chevrolet, it was ok, and strangely enough that stereotypical person came in to the dealership that evening with more money down and better credit than me.. eyes on the Chevy. OK, fine I say... maybe its not meant to be here. I do need to fix my credit and could come up with more money down if I waited. Angie tells me as I sit there for 2 hours, Gus is working on something for you. OK. Ill give them a chance. Lets see where this goes. Well, 30 minutes later Gus worked his magic and had me test drive a VW CC with ONLY 29k Miles on it! I was wowed at the quality of the vehicle and the price was so competitive I knew it was time to move on a car. No hassle, best arrangements made to secure the vehicle, I came in the next evening and put my money down. Left with a great CC an hour or so later. I now have a reliable car that I can thank somebodys grandparents for, but most of all the hard work of Angie and Gus is what made this happen. With shoddy credit and little to put down, this challenge was nothing they couldnt overcome and it showed. Yes, Gus wants a pint of blood for the price he gave me, but Ill bring him customers instead. You guys are nothing less than rockstars and I hope to see you both soon (to visit, im good with the car I have!) Thank you both so much!

We purchased a used vehicle from Montrose Auto Outlet and had Jason as a sales agent. It was the smoothest and fairest car purchase we have ever made. We were in and out in three hours. Usually, you go to the dealer and have to wheel and deal and it all feels so frustrating. Jason gave us an idea of our trade in value before we came, and when we got there he did not change it. He told us exactly what we asked and didn’t try to sell us on anything extra. He was kind, real, polite, and very chill. Honestly I wish all people who sold cars were as awesome as him. After we left, we realized that we had forgotten sunglasses in our trade-in, and he went out of his way to mail them back to us. I highly recommend going to this dealership, because it feels like they have very high standards for the people who work there. Extra huge shout out to Jason for being so awesome.

I was on the hunt for a very specific Land Rover with a third row and the panoramic sunroof that I needed in time for a vacation I was planning. I started my search on cargurus and was connected with a dealership in Pennsylvania. The dealership there was confused by my financing but didn’t disclose that to me and waited until it was too late to tell me they didn’t have the title to the vehicle, that’s when I realized the car didn’t have a panoramic sunroof. I got frustrated and resumed my search for the perfect car on car gurus and found it at Land Rover west side. I put in a vehicle inquiry and made a mental note to call when they opened. Christian beat me to it, calling me before the dealership even opened. I explained my need for a vehicle to take on vacation in 3 days to Christian and he immediately got to work. Christian was more than attentive and such a hard worker. I was treated like I was the only person Christian was working with. Some highlights of my deal: I am a terrible negotiator and showed my cards too early. I told them how bad I wanted the car and although I asked if the price could come down, they ultimately did not budge on price. I told them I needed what I owed on the trade I was trading in and they offered me lower than what I owed. A quick call to Christian after reviewing the purchase agreement resulted in a manager asking if we were happy with the terms, we disclosed that we weren’t and we needed at least what we owed on our trade and they made it happen. The vehicle I purchased is 3 years old and I noticed does not come with any dealer warranty which is kind of crazy to me but Christian made the whole experience worth driving the 7 hours to Ohio from Albany, NY. I will honestly likely look for my next car here and hopefully won’t be so desperate next time.

Jennifer Brastine was a huge help with turning a headache into something so simple and helpful. Wish it was like this in the beginning! My Salesman, Michael Johnson though was very nice and helped me pick out the Jeep that I wanted in 2020. Back in March 2021 I actually sold my Jeep somewhere else and was told that I will get a refund back from my gap and warranty. I went the next day to ask Montrose and they told me that I would get my refund sent to my address within 4-6 weeks. It is Now the end of July 2021 and I was STILL fighting to get that refund back. It’s not an amount of money to mess with either. I have been calling since May, Brent told me it was going to be sent to my address and he’d call me back. I never got called back. I then called about 3-4 times in the same week and left voicemails and I NEVER got called back. I then began to send emails to John Thompson and Jessica Schad asking about the refund, they were telling me that it was mine and then it turned around to not be mine and it is the banks. Jessica in finance then told me she sent the check to the bank and they didn’t cash it yet and it is the banks and not mine. Basically told me to have a good day and that’s that. Why would I be this concerned about a check if it was the banks? I then called the bank and they told me that the money is MINE and the account is paid off so the check was canceled because it doesn’t belong to them. I could’ve had this check In June or earlier. It’s been a whole 4 months of being lied to and having terrible service. This is very unprofessional and I do not appreciate this at all. It is now July 19th and I was able to just have the check written out to me and I picked it up. Something so simple has been such a headache. No one should ever have to beg and annoy others about money they’ve been promised. Also to just play it off like it is the banks so they don’t have to give me the money is ridiculous! Just be careful!

I just bought a Ford F-350 from Montrose auto outlet in brook park. Let me tell you, this is the place to go if you are in need of any type of car suv or truck. My sales man was Mike and he did wonders for me. Along with Gus, the numbers guy for the bank an such. The dudes magic ! From the moment I walked in till the moment I walked out they were kind and made buying another truck from them easier than the first time. I cant even begin to tell how disappointed I was with care salesman Sam Marawan. I will first begin by saying that when he was trying to get me to buy a car he was very accommodating, he answered all my questions, and I was treated exactly how a customer should be treated. After purchasing a Jaguar F-Pace from Sam, I was no longer that valued customer. His entire attitude towards me changed. I could not believe the way that I was being treated by my car salesman. I made a 4:30 appointment to pick up my car. Sam told me that at this appointment he would show me how to use all the features in my car. To my surprise I waited 15 minutes for him to come out and tell me that I needed to wait another 20-30 minutes because he was still busy. When I told him I did not have that kind of time, he responded sure you do! I was tempted to leave the car there. It wasnt until the BDC Manager Carolee Papouras stepped in and asked another employee, Mo Cherry to step in and explain the car features to me. The thought of Sam receiving commission after this terrible treatment sickens me. The thought of Mo having to step in to finish his job is absurd. I will say that Mo Cherry and Carolee Papouras helped me receive some type of satisfaction. Mo was great and definitely went above and beyond to make me feel like a valued customer. I will NEVER buy another car from Sam Marawan again and I advise you not to either, especially if you wanted to be treated as a valued customer. He is definitely not the one to go to. I must mention, he has never even called or apologized for his terrible service/treatment. I guess he got the sale so he is satisfied, unfortunately I am not! I expected so much better from Jaguar.

It had been 11 years since I purchased a car. I dreaded the process, so I got a car from Vroom, to avoid what I thought would be a hassle of test driving and haggling with sales people. That turned out to be a disaster, but it did get me closer to finding what I wanted.I had been searching from something very specific and after lots of searching, I found it at Montrose. The only problem was, I live 300 miles away.They were able (or willing) to take deposit for the car and hold it until I could get there the following weekend. Angie kept me updated through the process, and went to great lengths to make sure the car was in tip top shape when we arrived. She assured me that if there was anything wrong that I was obligated, and would get the deposit back.It was so reassuring to know that they had inspected the vehicle throughly, and corrected what they knew needed done to the car. The car was immaculate, and just perfect! She had all of the paperwork ready, so after we test drove it, we spent 15 mins with the financing guy and were on our way! Every person we encountered at the dealership was just delightful.I will definitely be making the 300 mile trek, back to Cleveland when we are ready to purchase a car from the Hubs!

Don greeted me when I arrived at the dealership. He was very helpful and informative regarding the product. The lot was pretty depleted of 2019 inventory. However, he was able to get me the car in the color and trim that I wanted from another Mazda dealer. Overall, I would definitely go back again and buy a car from Don.

Brought my car into Montrose Land Rover Service today to have a small repair done. I was able to schedule the appointment easily and was taken care of promptly upon my arrival. I was able to get some of my own work done in their lobby area while waiting for the repair to be completed. The work was done in a reasonable amount of time and I left with a nice clean car! The service representative was very professional and pleasant which always makes for a great experience!

When I walked through the doors Vincent Leone, my awesome salesperson, greeted me from the desk, and proceeded to make the next few hours a great experience. He was attentive and most importantly, he LISTENED to what my needs were and sought to find me a vehicle that would meet them.Everyone I encountered from sales personnel to finance to the cashier was super. 2022-06-20Friday I purchased a Subaru Outback from Montrose! I worked with Shayla and had the best experience while there she was very knowledgeable and friendly and had a great personality. I came in pretty unset after sitting in North Coast auto mall for two hours and for them to tell me they couldn’t help me at all. I told Shayla my Situation and her and Cooper were the absolutely best I filled out a application and within 20 minutes she was pulling cars out to test drive. I walked out with a smile on my face. I went to seven other dealerships before stopping here and was feeling slightly defeated cuz the other dealerships were trying to make hard sells or not even paying attention to me. Angela Murphy immediately made me feel comfortable and did everything within her power you make me feel good about my purchase.
