I am soooo upset right now. I have been up all night with what I know is a bad sinus infection. I waited until 8:00 a.m. to call, because that’s what the website said, and I was told all sick slots had been filled. The not so nice lady on the phone then informed me that the phones turned on at 7:30. 😡😡😡. One would think they could update their website. Although we love our Doc Merling, this is unacceptable. And the way I was spoken to was also unacceptable.

Zero stars. I tried to get preventative physical and was told after the appointment they dont do physicals on new patients, and then I was charged a doctors visit. I tried to explain afterward and was told that I just have to pay the bill. Basically charged to come in and fill out paper work and have my blood pressure taken. Still havent had the physical.

My whole family sees Dr Vonderbrink. He is incredibly thorough, listens to every symptom, and very skilled at diagnosing even rare conditions. The staff have always been very friendly in the front office. The nurses at this office are INCREDIBLE! They always treat us like family. When my daughter was scared to get her flu shot this year, they were so kind and gentle and explained everything that would happen and how the vaccine worked to help keep get healthy.

I have been a patient of Dr Douglas Moody for many years and have received the best of care. The nurses are very good and the staff is friendly and kind. Dr Moody takes his time with me; I never feel he is too busy to listen and take care of me.

Ive probably been going to this practice for about 10 years now. I used to like it. Its turned into billing codes and referrals. While in for a visit, I asked about a prescription for Chantix and ended up getting billed for a smoking consultation. Currently, Ive been waiting for my Dr. to call me back for over 2 days regarding a test result. Must not have an insurance billing code for a call back. My annual wellness visit is done for this year...but I think I may look for a new Doc next year!

Highly recommend this practice! I have been seeing Dr. Kindt for the past few years and she is wonderful! She is very thorough. Nurses and all the staff are great! Thank you Dr. Kindt for caring so much about your patients!

This has been my primary care physician since i was born and i am beginning to regret that immensely. I now fear Ive been recieving substandard medical care my entire life. These doctors dont have time for you. You are given a ten minute appointment slot (i called and asked to verify that) and you tell them your symptoms and they just want to treat you without testing for anything. I am always given antibiotics without ever getting swabbed and tested for any sickness. Even worse.. I was referred to pt for back pain and was told it was PROBABLY muscle strains...well turns out its a herniated disc. They (Dr. Vonderbrink specifically) referred me to me to physical therapy without knowing what i even needed therapy on! Then i go back to the doctor for the real problem now that we know what it is and i get rushed through the appointment. Dont go here if you want a real family doctor type of relationship. They simply dont have time.

Terrible I called in at 9;00 AM saying I need a refill for my usual medication - I am a patient of Dr Vonderhaar. they took my number and told me he will call again. Then I was in pain and called back at 1:00 PM - was told Doc is busy but he will call soon and refill prescription- At 7pm I called the emergency paging line and still have not heard back it is 9;00 pm and I will go to an urgent care. When you have a medical attack and need a refill on your pills how much are you expected to wait till they return the call?. This pure rudeness and unacceptable from any respectable medical practice

Ridiculous, old creepy looking clinic. left from 3rd world era. There is no equipment at all. they cannot even take an xray. Doctors are ignorant and very disorganized. Staff is another disaster. They do not know even how to talk to patients. If they forget something they blame you for not reminding them. like it is patients responsibility. She ordered bunch of tests which costed me over 2K but I do not believe they even looked at the results at my follow up. Long story short. stay away from that place. Just money eater disrespectful staff. Just another trihealth disaster..

Dr Merling is the PCP for myself, my wife, and my young daughter. He’s made us feel welcomed into the practice and has shown us nothing my gratitude and respect during our three appointments.
