Came in because another shop said I had a medium sized engine oil leak following an oil change. Chris and his staff were able to get me in with limited notice on a Holiday weekend. After inspection, he said I didnt have a leak. I insisted on paying him, but his team said that peace of mind was free. I trust this shop and you should too.

Chris gave me a call to work everything out and showed me I was just being a little to impatient so I apologize for.my previous review of 1 and give 5 now, they are working hard there and have a lot of other work so just be calm and keep that in mind, they really are trying to get you taken care of as fast and safely as possible.

Made an online appointment for Oil lube and filter, tire rotation, and a front brake service. Got a call a few hours later, and the service writer told me that I needed front brake pads, and suggested either not machining the rotors, and just pads slap, and a brake flush ( because the rotors were in the yellow zone, whatever that means ), for $199, or everything just listed, plus new rotors for $425. The price difference to me seemed a little excessive, and I dont understand why they wouldnt give me the micrometer numbers as far as the rotors were concerned? Anyways, I approved the brake job, and was told they would call when it was finished. About a half hour before they closed, I called, because I hadnt heared from them and was told their parts people were unable to get the parts for it ( I called every part house in the area, and they all had the parts). They told us the OLF was done, and to come pick it up. My fiance picked it up, and they told her to have me fix the brakes, since I was a former technician. Im baffled as to how this kind of service could be allowed to happen. Ill never be back.

Good local shop! Had a wheel stud that I could not get off for the life of me after it rusted to the wheel. I drove around to a few shops in the area, and was told they weren’t able to take care of it—took it to Monro’s and the team was able to take care of me, while also explaining what the exact diagnosis was! I will definitely be back for future services!

It took 2 months for my car to be complete for a new transmission. When car was returned it was throwing several exhaust codes (exhaust has to come out for the transmission to come out). Car was not complete, the battery cover was left off and several interior trim bits were left unsecured. Car had several oil stains on center counsel that were not cleaned. Will never recommend for major service.

Very good mechanic red is very honest and the team is good. They take proper percedors do to the civic mask and distance. I have took my vehicle to them because of the honesty I have developed with the mechanic I call red. Great team.

On 7/13/21, I had a flat tire on my car and I drove to Monro on Main St. In Hamilton, OH. Service was fast and I was on my way. This is where the positive response ends. When I got into my car on 7/14/21, I had a tire pressure of 19. I went back to Monro and the fix was to replace the valve stem. When I checked the tire again on 7/15/21, the pressure was 17 lbs. I took it to my dealer who said it was plugged in the wrong place resulting in the tire needing to be replaced. Monro denied any negligence and made no offer of refund. Poor workmanship and poor customer service.7/20/21 Received a call back from corporate office today. They are refunding the cost of the repair. I am still out the cost of the new tire. Still not happy.The new tire was $272.92. To fight with them would be more trouble than it is worth for my PTSD.Rating is still a 1.
