I called on the coldest night of the year because our furnace wouldnt stay on. The technician was very patient with me as I described the issue over the phone. He even attempted to walk me through a fix (in an attempt to save me some money) but realized my mechanical skills werent up to the task. When he arrived (on time with what he predicted) he confirmed we were on the right track and got it working again in no time. Highly recommend.
I would personally like to thank Chuck and Monarch heating; my sisters and our elderly parents moved to Richwood; it was their first day and the furnace stopped working; Monarch got there in 3 hrs, the furnace couldnt be repaired and was leaking carbon monoxide. They were so helpful and honest, my sisters only went a couple days with space heaters and Monarch installed a complete hvac system that was very affordable. We will be giving them all our families business
It was 85 degrees in my house Sunday morning. Quite unbearable. We messaged Monarch H&C early in the morning and they responded within an hour to schedule a next morning appointment. The promptness was exceptional. Chuck, our technician arrived right on time. A clear professional and went straight to work. As a curious individual I asked many questions about how the AC works, what went wrong, and blah blah. Chuck answered and explained everything to me while he was working. Absolutely exceptional service and we wonβt be using anyone else for our heating and cooling needs. 10/10, donβt even think twice. Give them a call!
Woke up to furnace acting wonky, looked up HVAC companies with great reviews. Found Monarch, and they were able to get to me same day within a couple hours. Chuck was our repairman (he also had his own stellar reviews) he fixed our furnace and showed my kiddo a magic trick. Very professional and courteous, will definitely use them again.
Ive used Monarchs services on two occasions now, and am happy to recommend their integrity and quality. My first occasion was with an equipment evaluation, on a unit that looked far worse for wear, and that personally I wanted to replace. Still, they suggested minor repairs and didnt attempt to push a new system on me. One the second time working with Devins team, they hooked me with a fantastic system and were detailed in going through all my options. Whether it be repair or installation, youll have a hard time finding better service or value.
Very very happy with monarch. My furnace went out while it was very cold and had a bad experience with a.different HVAC company. Called monarch and spoke with Sarah and arranged to have one of their techs out here to fix it properly.Chuck arrived on time. He was very pleasant and friendly and kept me informed of his troubleshooting as he was going along. He found a faulty part and had my furnace back up and working. Sarah even called within 15 minutes of Chuck leaving to make sure I was happy.Highly recommend this team if you need quick, reliable and trustworthy service.
We have had Monarch Heating and Cooling servicing our old equipment for a few years, and they recently installed a brand new furnace and AC system for us as well! They worked for hours, on multiple occasions, to make sure everything was perfect for us. The equipment is incredible. Their work for us has always been top notch. Devin and his guys are absolutely awesome, friendly, efficient, and they are quick and patient with answering any questions. I would recommend them to anyone! Very professional from the day they met with us to assess our heating and cooling needs and provide an estimate, through the installation of our new system. Sara was attentive to what we wanted in terms of efficiency and helped clarify components that would meet our needs. Installation was on time with a courtesy call two days prior and while en route to our house. Keb, John and Mike were very thorough and did an exceptional job removing and replacing our old system. Very nice workmanship! We are very pleased and highly recommend Monarch Heating and Cooling.
Great service and easy to work with. We had a warranty issue with our hot water tank that they were able to quickly diagnose. They worked with the manufacturer warranty department to get us a replacement unit. Arrived on time and they swapped the tank out quickly. Ours was a little complicated and required a stud to be removed as well as some additional wiring. Looked like new when they left and have had much more hot water than we were getting before. Working perfectly. Wont use anyone else but Monarch from now on!
We have known Devin Bush for over 10 years- his company has always been very prompt, reliable and affordable! Our house has never felt so warm! Even the coldest room in the house is warm and toasty! I highly recommend Monarch Heating and Cooling because of their dedication and friendliness.
I had a very positive experience with Monarch. From the nice woman who answered the phone to Chuck who had my problem diagnosed within minutes, this company took good care of me. They gave me a two hour window and Chuck arrived within this time frame. Monarch will definitely be my first call for our residential HVAC needs.
Chuck from Monarch arrived this morning to conduct the winter check on my unit. Chuck arrived on time, as usual. He conducted a very professional and complete check of the heating system. He checked and cleaned sensors that no other company has ever done. Chuck also helped me with a furnace filter issue that helped me install and remove the filter much easier. I have had many HVAC companies in my life but not one as responsive and customer focused as Monarch!
Monarch Heating and Cooling sent Chuck out to do a Service call today. Chuck was very thorough and knowledgeable. He gave us some options for our aging equipment. Ultimately we will be replacing it with new equipment. Chuck has also educated us in the value we would get by using Monarch Heating and Cooling for all of our Heating/Cooling needs. Chuck could have easily sold us a one time quick-fix. However, he reminded us of the lifetime value we will get using a local, family-owned, HVAC company. Id recommend Monarch Heating and Cooling to all of my friends and Family.
I hired Monarch Heating and Cooling to replace my A/C unit that had died (on a 96 degree day). No one looks forward to the idea of replacing their entire AC unit, but Monarch made the process as easy and cost effective as possible. First, they scheduled me in as soon as they could, and considering how busy they were, I appreciated that. Second, they provided me with several options to choose from, answered the MANY questions that I asked about each, and allowed me to take my time and choose the unit that was right for my home. They helped me through the process of understanding the power and gas company rebates and what type of financing options I had. They helped me to find the right unit for my home, and yet were respectful of my budget.On installation day the technicians were friendly, knowledgeable and hard working. They explained what they were doing and the expected time frame that it would take for the job to be complete. I was surprised at how quickly and efficiently they got the entire unit replaced. I would absolutely recommend Monarch to all of my friends and family.

The call for assistance was answered immediately on this cold day. Help arrived in about 30 minutes and Chuck walked through the matter at hand with my furnace. Described the issue, how he addressed it, and next steps to better take care of my system. My kids even liked the magic trick he did. :) Way to go Monarch!At the end of the day Devon really came through with the right solution and a good quote for additional services that I am interested in down the road. Our furnace went out in the middle of the night in January. I called and emailed a bunch of companies. Monarch got back to me the quickest and had someone at my house early the next morning. They ordered the needed part, which was installed the following day. I was impressed with their curiosity and promptness. Chuck was helpful and I will gladly use their services again!

We have been with Monarch for almost the entire time theyβve been around. They always provide great customer service and are such kind people. Weβve even received congratulations cards for the birth of children. We recently had to get a full new system and after a few scheduling snags, Devin and his team got us set up quickly and efficiently. Every time they have been to our home it feels like extended family has come over.We highly recommend taking part in their Customer Service program which has saved us many dollars over the years. It offers great perks such as a free yearly furnace and ac tuneup, discounts on parts and labor and a monetary credit used for new units being added to your account for every year you are a member. All for paying the same amount you would for your normal yearly tuneups. Itβs a win, win, win in our opinion.
Monarch is the best! The always call me back in a timely manner and get me scheduled quickly. They replace my AC and furnace in June of 2017. They worked very hard all day, 12 hours, to get it all in the same day so my kids didnt have to sleep in 90 degree weather. I have used 2 of the other local HVAC companies and Monarch is by far the most professional. The receptionist went out of her way to squeeze me in before the weekend. The tech arrived on time, happy to be there and had all parts on his truck to get us up and running. They are all always so friendly and seem to be happy with their job. My dad was in hospital and nursing home for over a month. We brought him home on hospice knowing time was short. A/c was down 88 degrees in house no one would come out. Called monarch and they came out within 2 hours spent 2 hours servicing unit and getting it right. Devin, the tech was outstanding, respectful, honorable. Turns out he was also the owner. When I asked what I owed him, he said youve had a bad day, but its gonna get better. No charge, hope your dad gets better. Work was impeccable, the man was exceptional! Highly recommend this honorable man with a huge heart, and he is a veteran.
I highly recommend Monarch Heating and Cooling in Marysville, OH. They are truly a caring company that always puts their customers first. When they say they have emergency service 24/7/365 they mean it as was proven at 7pm when our furnace stopped on a below freezing night. Their technician arrived and the furnace was running with a warm home by 9pm. Monarch has an amazing maintenance agreement plan that more than pays for itself with the semiannual cost free βtune-upsβ. With this plan there are no service call fees and 15% off their already very reasonable pricing on all parts and labor. Iβve used this company for several years now and wouldnβt think of calling anyone else.
Purchased a home in December ...day 1 the furnace went out and the warranty company sent Monarch to our rescue, they were wonderful! Warm weather gets here go to turn air on....yes you got it the air conditioning doesnβt work. Monarch to the rescue again...figured out the problem repaired and went beyond by fixing a fence gate latch that was broken and I had tied with string (they just took it upon themselves to fix latch). Amazing company....highly recommend.
I had Monarch Heating and Cooling install a new A/C and furnace. First of all, they were concerned about my comfort so they did whatever it took to make sure I would be comfortable in my house until they could get the new units installed - only company I know that does this! Secondly, they did great work, the installs were very clean and well done! Lastly, they were a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend them!
Our AC seemed to be blowing barely cool air, which for a 7 month pregnant woman in the middle of July is just not going to work. I contacted Monarch Tuesday evening for a tune up. Overnight, the AC stopped working completely. Luckily, they were able to have a tech come out the very next morning. Chuck was absolutely fantastic! He got right to work, fixed what was wrong and we have cold AC again. He also explained everything very well. We also signed up for the maintenance plan, which offers some nice incentives and sounds perfect for people like us - newer home owners that arent savvy about our AC/furnace beyond the basics and just want to keep things running smoothly. My husband and I are very satisfied and will continue to use them going forward. Thank you so much!
We had scheduled routine maintenance for our A/C but it died in the interim. Monarch rescheduled right away and had a technician, Chuck, at our house with a couple of hours. The Monarch Heating and Cooling team are amazing and a great blessing to my family! They are very compassionate and honorable people. I called to have a window unit installed for my mother in a senior apartment complex. Sarah explained that this is not a typical job for them. She tried to help me find a handyman because the one they typically use was on vacation. She asked the guys who were there for lunch and one offered to install after work that day. Because the AC unit was not available until the next day, they added my mom to the schedule the next morning. Mike arrived on time and completed the install quickly and efficiently! Called monarch and the receptionist was amazing to start. Told her I was very flexible anytime would work. They came that day and checked it out. They had it fixed by the following evening. Monarch did some work for my boyfriend and Is home. Devin came out with Mike and they were awesome! They were friendly and spoke to us in great detail about what was wrong and gave us a few options on how to to rectify the issue. They came up with a plan for repairs, called for pricing and we agreed. The job was completed the next day. I waited a bit to write the review as I wanted to make sure everything was working properly. Devin even called a few days later to make sure I was satisfied with the job and things were corrected. We purchased their maintenance plan and have already been scheduled for our fall furnace check. Monarch Heating and Cooling recently replaced the furnace and A/C system in my home. They had previously provided maintenance/service for several years on my old unit. They have always been timely and very responsive. Renee (receptionist) is polite and courteous. They have been timely on ever occasion Devin (owner) is straigtforward and very particular. He spent 12+ hours in the 90+ degree heat taking care of my installation. His work was meticulous and he was very respectful of my property. Heβs a proud veteran and it shows in everything they do.
My failing AC needed Freon - I thought.As it turned out the A coil was frozen and clogged, needing replacement. Fortunately Monarch was able to replace the part under warranty.A previous installation of another contractor 2 years, 7 months earlier did not properly install the replacement system. Monarch rebuilt the plenum chamber in such a manner that my AC now performs better than it did when new.Thanks for such great service!
Great service!!! Furnace went out with subzero temperatures. The owner promptly responded to an early morning call and got me on the schedule for the first visit of the day. The service tech was knowledgeable and on-time. Monarch located the necessary replacement parts and got the furnace repaired and running within a few hours. For the past several years, my father-in-law has been living in his home without a working air conditioner by his own personal choice. A few weeks ago he took a fall inside his home and was hospitalized, and while he was in the hospital, he informed my husband that he wanted to have the a/c replaced ASAP, so we began to search for a company to do so. As per typical summer demand, many of the companies he reached out to were booked solid and not able to come out for at least a month. In the meantime, we received the unfortunate news that my father-in-law was terminally ill with leukemia, and that he had very limited time left with us. He was sent home the next day on hospice care, and my husband continued the search to make his dad as comfortable as possible during the difficult time we had ahead of us.He stumbled across a strong rating on Google for Monarch and began to read the reviews. When he came across a particular review, it led him to call and see if they could squeeze us in for a quote. He explained our situation and they jumped at the opportunity to help, and came that evening to provide us with a quote. My husband didnt even know how much they were going to charge, he didnt care; he scheduled them right away to install the new HVAC system. They informed us that they would install it ASAP, and told us to pray for rain the next day, because that would allow them to do it right away, so we did! Thankfully, it rained the next morning, and they were there first thing to begin installing the new system.They worked tirelessly while family and nurses were there, not stopping until they were done. My father-in-law passed away peacefully in his home just as they were finishing up the job.Our family cant possibly express how grateful we are to this company for being able to do this at such a moments notice! As silly as it seems, getting this done was important to my father-in-law, and he knew that they were there to install it that morning. We know that it put his mind at ease, knowing that things were taken care of, and that it was okay to go. The next day, my husband received a text message from one of the gentlemen expressing his condolences on the loss of his dad.Needless to say, I will sing the praises of this company from the rooftops for stepping up during such a challenging time for our family! They were both professional and caring, and installed a quality system for a great price, too. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you, Monarch!
Last winter my furnace went out. They called me back within twenty minutes and had someone out immediately to check it out. My ac recently started giving me issues and again they were very prompt in coming out, and retuniret all calls. Chuck was my service guy both times. Very professional and courteous. Explained everything as he went and answered all questions and didnt seem at all bothered by my inquisitive nature. Would recommend any day of the week.
Our water heater cracked and needed replaced. Devin and Keb came out as soon as they could that day. They were super friendly and very professional. They were able to do a full replacement very quick. We have their maintenance plan which really helped save some money. We have used them before and will continue to go to them anytime we need their professional help.
I am not a person that usually reviews products or services online, but I wanted to this time based on the quality work that Monarch Heating and Cooling provides. Devin (the owner) and John came out for an install of a new AC and furnace at my house. The work was professional and done in a timely manner. They offer financing options that are very reasonable for the quality Trane products they install.We had an issue with our Thermostat WiFi connectivity and our ductwork popping when the AC was running. Devin was quick to respond and came back no questions asked and replaced our thermostat and stiffened our ductwork at no charge. I would highly recommend Monarch Heating and Cooling if you are in need of a new system, tune-up, or service request.
First they found a way to squeeze me in sooner than expected. Chuck showed up and quickly got to diagnosing the problem, was very funny and professional, answered all my questions. Chuck even was on the phone with my home warranty company to get everything sorted for me. Next time my HVAC has an issue I will be calling monarch heating and cooling.
A little over a year ago Monarch installed a new HVAC system for us in our condo. Our high efficiency equipment works great. both utility bills have dropped enough almost to cover the monthly payment of our furnace and ac. devin was not pushy with us, gave us all our options and quoted around 4 different ones. We chose the mid-high level and couldnt be happier. 0% interest for 6 years...we jumped on the opportunity and are happy we did. now its time for mainenance and we got an appointment quickly and they worked with us on our schedules.
It was 87 degrees outside and the worse time for our air conditioning unit to go out. Called monarch heating and cooling and they immediately came out to access and fix the issue. They were very friendly and knowledgeable as well as the office staff. Would highly recommend.
I called and a human actually answered, I was scheduled for an appointment within days, and Chuck showed up on time, and was a true professional. He fixed my problem and offered a service contract that was perfect for my needs. I will never be at the mercy of another repair company that doesnt value my being a customer again. I was referred by my friend Judy and grateful that I am no longer begging the good old boys to just call me back. They once again did the job we needed done, then found a couple other items we needed done on their own and took care of them, no extra charge because we were here anyway! Ive had Devin from Monarch Heating and Cooling come out to my house on two different occasions, and he has impressed me with his honesty and knowledge both times. He fixed my furnace about a year ago, and he fixed my air conditioner this past week. He explained what needed to be fixed, and he was very reasonable with pricing. Everyone needs a Go to Guy when it comes to heating and air conditioning because if your furnace or air goes out, you will be miserable until its fixed. Devin is my guy, and you should make him your guy too!
Ive used Monarch a few times. Most recently, this afternoon actually, I called because I was having trouble with my heat and Chuck came to check it. He found a dead bird in the piping, removed it and now its working great! I would highly recommend Monarch anytime! In fact, with Spring coming in a few months, Im definitely calling Monarch shortly after the first of the year to make an appointment to get my air conditioner checked. I want to make sure its ready for when it gets hot!
My 25 year old air conditioner broke down. Monarch Heating and Cooling installed a new air conditioner and furnace. Charged the old air conditioner free of charge while we waited for the installation date. The owner Devin came out to quote the new equipment and for the install. He is super knowledgeable, friendly, and does great work. Highly recommended!
Chuck was great. We had not been a cutomer until today. We had a heating emergancy and our usual company couldnt get to us until tomorow evening (that was there first available for an emergancy). We called Monarch and they were able to tell us they would be to our house in 3 hours. Chuck was so good he finished up early where he was, he then called to let us know he was on the way to our house (1.5 hours early).He diagnosed the problem - ran thorugh some options - and went off to get the part we needed. He was back in less than 2 hours and 2 hours after that, we were back in business and had heat again.He walked through the invoice, explained everything very simply and was able to sell me on becoming a Monarch customer. We have a referral for duct cleaning and hopefully on our way to having an all home humidifier installed (soon).Thank you Chuck, we will see you on the Spring.

Monarch heating and cooling has done work on a rental and my personal residence. They are always very professional and prompt. They take the time to explain things and get the job done right. You can tell they take pride in their company and service, I highly recommend!
We contracted monarch to install a new furnace and ac as well as run new duct work. From start to finish we had problems with cancelled appointments monarch showing up late and us being lied to on multiple occasions. We were told dont worry well take care of you and were quoted a 4 day window to get the job done. 4 days turned into 3 months of calls to monarch trying to get them to come out. We were told we wont touch the furnace until the duct work was complete so we would not be without air. Day 1 of installation my furnace is sitting in the front yard. After they installed the new furnace it took another month an a half for them to come back out to start the duct work. Mean while we started hitting 90 degree days. Multiple calls made to monarch and devon the owner. It was like pulling teeth to get someone out here. Finally when they installed the new duct work the system still did not work. Along with the plenum falling apart due to subpar installation we now had a huge hole in our ceiling above the new furnace which was letting heat for the attic to essentially be blown into the house. We were told that they couldnt do anything about it and we would have to call someone else to close it up. Yet again we made call after call to try and get devon out to fix the problem. Finally when he came back out he said he would have to call another company figure out whats wrong. In comes McCoy heating and cooling within 10 minutes he saw the blatant problem. Monarch had put a metal trunk in a hot attic with zero insulation. Something I had asked devon about but was told dont worry it will be fine as well as when they came out to install ceiling vents in my master they left a huge hole where the vent should be. I was also told this wouldnt happen. When McCoy came out to insulate they found multiple problems such as nothing was taped up or screwed to the trunk and a duct run that ran to nothing blowing conditioned air into my attic for no apparent reason. During this entire process monarch showed no regard for my house putting a knee through my ceiling and breaking the leg of my granite kitchen table. We were told time and time again we will make this right dont worry. We were also promised a discount due to the multiple issues caused by monarch. We were offered 10 percent off the cost but we were only able to get this as long as we signed a paper stating we released monarch from all liabilities and said that the work was complete which I had no problems signing considering I was completely fed up with the lies and lack of professionalism. There were a plethora of other problems and lies we were told. I write this review in Hopes that it saves someone else the headache. Monarch might be able to handle small straight forward jobs but thats it. In closing if devon or whoever runs his social media and review pages would like to comment and refute this review I would like to end this with the fact that I have a recorded phone call with devon where he admits to all of this that I would have no issues with posting on social media. Save yourself the hassle and call a well known professional for your heating and cooling needs.
Wonderful experience with this company! I like to do my due diligence when it come to making large purchases. I received estimate from about 7 companies and Monarch came in with great equipment and fair price. Plus, I was able to support a local business. Another bonus, my upstairs no longer feels like a sauna!
Called and explained our situation, AC has been out for days as we were waiting on home insurance to book a company. They finally said theirs were booked and we could book our own. Monarch came highly recommended and I have no idea why. After I explained that we were going out of town and have a sick dog that needs to stay cool and really need our AC looked at today the receptionist LAUGHED AT ME! Said there was absolutely no way and was super insulting. I said I would pay an emergency charge and everything and she scoffed. How is this company so highly rated when they treat customers this way? Maybe work with your customers, not laugh at them. Theres too much competition for you to waste your money here. The very next call I made was very sympathetic and worked me in the next day!! Thats how you conduct business.In response to their response:Your receptionist was not truthful then. I did say we needed it fixed today due to us leaving and a sick dog. She was too busy laughing in my face to listen perhaps. I even offered to pay more for an after hours call to which she said her guys were already scheduled until 7 and scoffed. You clearly dont have a customer first attitude. Good thing you have competitors that are competent and will get my business. I maintain my 1 star and will continue to recommend others to go elsewhere.
I am looking into having a new A/C unit installed, so I reached out to Monarch to get a scheduled time for an estimate. When the tech came out, he didnt feel comfortable climbing into the attic, so he rescheduled a visit so he could come out with another tech.When that time came, he called to re-schedule because the tech that was supposed to come with him was sick/out for the day. No problem, so we rescheduled again. They finally came out and looked at everything and said theyd have to look some stuff up and would get back in contact with us.Its been about a month and neither myself nor my girlfriend have heard a single thing from them. Ive sent them several emails and have never heard back from them. Ive since had Care Heating and Cooling come out to do an estimate and am giving them my business instead.Ive never had to work so hard to give someone my money.
Called Monarch for Saturday service. I left a message and got a call back in 15 minutes! Devin was at my house within the hour and fixed the furnace with a part off of his vehicle. I purchased a maintenance agreement and will be getting my tune up this week! Thanks Monarch!
The hottest day of the year and our air goes out. My daughter has lung disease and we needed help fast called another service and they told me for emergencies it would be no sooner than 4 days. Called Monarch and the Owner was out in hours. He talked me through what was wrong as he discovered it and had me watch what he was doing so I would feel better about the service provided. I will continue to use them and spread the good word.
This business is everything you want in a business. They were quick to come out super friendly, not pushy, honest pricing, and did the job fast. Plus chuck even showed my kids a magic trick and interacted with them which is very important to me. I would highly recommend this company to anyone! Thank you again!
Because we had a couple of small issues Devin called and made everything right! He was very professional and courteous as was our tech. I was made to feel that Devin really cares about his customers and his companys reputation. Bottom line--we have heat and are satisfied. Thank you!
Called around and had a few estimates when my AC unit went out and they were the best price by $500 so I jumped on it. Very friendly installers, and ladies who answer the phones. Work very hard to get you taken care of as quick as possible. Would definitely recommend.
Chuck diagnosed my air conditioning issues yesterday evening and he did an extremely thorough job. He went above and beyond to make sure I understood the problems and how best to resolve them. He was very patient with me and my curious, talkative four year old. Thanks again Chuck!
I was very pleased with the service I received today. My heat went out and they sent a technician out to repair the problem and brought a space heater I could use until it was repaired. The technician was very friendly and answered all my questions. I purchased a service agreement and would highly recommend them.
Called them thursday, they were the only ones who answered the phone that day. made an appointment for saturday, the guy called said he was running late. Def appreciated that. A different guy came to keep things On time. Again a thumbs up. They were able to fix my AC that days. I had to work so I chatted with the guy over the phone. Great customer service all the way around. I would use them again.
We have used for service before on a old heat/ac unit , they have been very professional and honest each time they came to service the unit , it finally decided it had enough we needed new unit . The entire staff answered all questions promptly , gave us all our options . They all made the experience much easier . Professional , courteous and would highly recommend them . HORRIBLE,HORRIBLE,HORRIBLE! The first thing the technician said to be before even looking at the my furnace was we donβt even work on these. He then called to see what he was supposed to do and I over heard him say β I WANT TO GET HOME! Iβve been working since 6:30amβ. The technician then states βwell I guess I have to look at itβ. He proceeds to ask me for a charger for his tablet because it was dead and then watch a cartoon YouTube video on what could have been better the problem!!!! I could have save the $69.00 and done that myself!!!! The company changed my debit TWICE for this mess and kept saying that they were only once! I had to call my bank to get the money back from the second charge! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND CALL A REAL PROFESSIONAL!! If I could leave a zero star rating I would!!!

2022-05-12I had Monarch out to repair a leak in my heat pump. The tech was very knowledgeable and courteous. He was very thorough and made sure everything was working properly before he left. I appreciate the fact he wore shoe covers and cleaned up thoroughly when he was done. Great job!

2022-06-22Ronald was our technician today and he pointed out that he smelled gas in our home. He recommended we call the utility company and sure enough, we had a leak that we had not detected. I appreciate a company that goes beyond their responsibilities to make sure my family is safe. It feels good to have someone watching over us.π Additionally Monarch has been our HVAC company for years and we are very pleased with them.

2022-07-01We contacted Monarch because the person who had served us for years retired. My niece, sister and mother all use Monarch and highly recommended them. We havent had to use them for repairs yet, but have had them out to check the furnace and air. They have been honest and havent tried to upsell. My mother had people tell her that she needed a part for over $400 that when she contacted Monarch found out that she didnt need that part. The honesty and integrity are what will keep me coming back for years.

2022-05-13Monarch is as great as youll get. We wanted to make sure our 2 year old systems were working effectively. Chuck was as pleasant as can be and very through. We are very impressed with the service and look forward to calling them should anything go wrong before our next maintenance.

2022-08-22We had them install a new furnace and a/c. We had 2 other quotes and they beat them on price. When Nick and Marcus came to install they were so professional and the install looks seamless. They should probably give lessons on whoever installed my old a/c unit!

2022-06-21Our HVAC system stopped working on June 10th. and we had a totally new system installed on June 16thβ¦. This was the 2nd. new install of the day for the crew but because of the extremely high heat and humidity, they advised that they would not leave until finished if we wouldnβt object. Our indoor temperature was 88 degrees and had been hovering around that temp for 3 daysβ¦ We didnβt object to the crew working late. They finished at 10:30pm and everything ran great and now weβre sitting comfortably in a 73 degree home. Everything was explained on operations that evening including tips on programming the new Wi-Fi enabled thermostat. We appreciate and recommend the entire team at Monarchβ¦!

2020-02-22Had a great experience with Monarch heating and cooling this week! Woke up to a cold house and they were able to get us up and running! They did run into some issues during the process but Renee in the office did an excellent job of keeping us updated on the situation and Chuck was able to get us up and running once all of the parts were available!Not every job in this business goes perfect, but Monarchs communication kept us in the loop at all times and made it as stress free of a repair as possible. Will definitely be calling them if we need additional work in the future!
