The food was really good! Upon pick up there was a wait for our online order however the crew were working fast to complete the orders. It’s too bad that people are leaving poor reviews for their orders not being ready when there is a huge employee shortage right now. With such a small working crew, the order was completed timely and the food was delicious.
Terrible experience today at this location, been here before with no issues, however today they had no shells for the stacks so they used chips and they skimped out out just about every ingredient not even a full scoop. They were out of many ingredients and out of coca cola and out of sweet tea. I dont know whos managing this restaurant but they are doing a terrible job at teaching the their team how to run a restaurant
Worker didnt have much information about product served. Rice was soggy and meat was salty.
I ordered a family meal on line for a pick up time at 6:30. Arrived at 6:30 to find the line at the door and my food was not ready. I was told I dont know how long it would take for them to prepare my meal the order was placed at 6:00 p.m. and line they never pulled my order until I got there. In addition the last time I was at this restaurant I ordered extra steak I never got the extra steak and today they were out of steak horrible management. The manager clearly does not know what hes doing.

Great food and excellent service! Everyone one was very polite and friendly. Monte prepared our food and it was made with care, opposed to other places that just throw everything together without any thought. Will definitely be coming back
This Moe’s location is the best buy far. Amazing customer service and staff. They really care about their quality and work. One guy particular don’t know his name, greets you with joy and respect. Comes up to you and ask how your food is and if everything is alright. This really shows just how a small thing can make a difference and this one guy definitely make it so.

1st review. Good food Im there 2x a week. And friendly employees. The cook is very nice. 2nd review. I go into Moes at least 2x a week. All the other worker are very nice. Its this 1 worker her name is Jordan omggg she rude and disrecful. Unbelievable throw your food in containers. If they dont do something about her I will be going to another Moes. Or contacting the a supervisor. Or corporate. Im sure Jordan makes it a hostale work environment. But they probably scared to say something. Smh

Do not and I repeat do not order from here!! Three times in a row theyve messed up our order. We ordered the extra pound of chicken and it weighed 5.7 ounces. The extra pound of rice was only 7 ounces. I spoke with the manager and was told that the corporate owner told them to do it this way. He is cutting portions and charging the same. Do not go there!
Waited in line for over 20 minutes and somehow two people decided to cut me because they were waiting on chicken to be cooked. Poorly managed and definitely not coming back anytime soon.
I have known about Moes for quite some time but only this past summer started to go there. I have to say, I absolutely love it!!!! Their fresh chips and amazingly delicious, consistently changing salsa is a key to my continuing to go back.Their ingredients for their burritos are always fresh and incredibly good. The staff is friendly and helpful! I have become a huge fan!!!!!
Im not sure what has happened at this location it used to be one of the best Moes but over the past month things are changing for the worse. I have been in there a few times now where getting what you ask for is impossible. On 3 different occasions now I have ask for a chicken bowl with extra rice and no beans or anything else just extra rice and the same guy on 2 of those visits has even given me enough rice to cover the bottom of the bowl until I ask not once but twice for more rice. Im not sure how the people in front of me can get bowls with rice, 2 different kinds of beans, grilled onions & mushrooms, 2 different kinds of salsa, onions, tomatoes, cheese, lettuce and sour cream so much stuff the bowl is almost over flowing and pay the same price I pay for a bowl with extra little rice that I had to beg for and cheese. Im not complaining about the cost but I will not continue to visit someplace I have to beg for my food. I would pay more if it meant I could have what I ask for but I will not beg for my food its the number 1 reason I havent been to Chipotle in years.
Placed an online order and paid via credit card. Got there and my order was no where to be found. They hadnt even printed it out and the killer was...I was later than supposed to be arriving to pick it up so I had to wait more time for them to make it. They tried to say I was at the wrong location...luckily I had my order confirmation with the store address where it was sent.

I wasnt satisfied at all really. I felt that the food had been sitting there forever and the employees just really didnt seem to want to be there themselves. I mean I didnt even get the famous WELCOME TO MOES! Trust me and take the time to travel to the other moes. You wont regret it!
We were told to try this place by a friend. Im wondering if it was a joke and we really werent supposed to go. The beans were hard and the pork was very dry. I had guacamole that was very salty and i assumed it would help moisten the burrito but i was wrong. I took two bites and had a hard time swallowing without a drink. I took it apart and tried to eat it that way but it was still awful. Its upsetting to waste money on dinner and not even be anle to eat it.
Theyre really friendly but the quality of food for the price is awful. Its like the Dennys of Mexican food. Save a couple dollars and just get chipotle. My stomach feels gross.
Bought two burritos from there today and the rice was extremely undercooked and crunchy. I dont know what happened but the easiest thing to cook got messed up. So now me and my coworker have crunchy burritos....
Moes is always delicious! The workers are friendly, the quality is consistent and the prices are reasonable. A great alternative if youve eaten too much Chipotle or Barrio.
Very generous with their food portions. You also get free chips and a free salsa bar. If you run out of chips they give you unlimited refills on chips. More bang for your buck thank Chipotle.
Ordered a steak bowl .started eating and noticed it tasted like the steak was boiled. Let the gentilmin know and all I got was sorry .not can we make you something else I guess chipotles were its at
Weve been here twice and the first time the food was okay, the second time it was amazing! The customer service is top notch. They have an employee named Shane that has gone above and beyond for us each time we were there and I see him do it for the ither customers as well. I will definitely be back after this last visit!

I drive for UberEats and had the best experience! Was greeted immediately when I walked in and it was very friendly. The order just needed another minutes and Dugan offered me a beverage while I waited. He was very friendly when the order was ready and smiled the whole time. I will be dining here in the future and I hope to pickup from here more often
Great place. Extremely clean. Good variety of menu options, customizable. My personal favorite is the stack with ground beef, seasoned rice, lettuce, pico, queso, cheese, guac, and sour cream! Definitely a better option than Qdoba or Chipotle, and at a reasonable price, too.

So glad we found this!We were taking our neighbor out for dinner yesterday and he is always in the mood for mexican food! I was scrolling on here, like I always do, and found Los Lupes. I looked through the pictures and I was pretty excited, I drove us all down and we waited in anticipation for our food.
Shane did an amazing job preparing my food he was extremely polite to me he has an awesome sense of humor! I would love to dine here again as matter of fact...I would be more than happy to tip him tho I couldnt I didnt have enough to. : (
Moes has converted me from other fast concepts with their fair prices, rewards and options. Now in fairness, if youve never been here I will say that in the guacamole and meats department, that C place has them beat. Moes has been improving the quality and flavor of their meat, but still not at that level. The guacamole is good, but not as seemingly fresh or authentic. In every other category, I choose Moes. Free chips with every meal, a salsa bar to die for, and dont forget everything Coke machines! Mondays = 6.99 for burrito/bowl, chips and drink and still counts toward their rewards program, which is the best in my opinion. P.S. if you love the crunch wrap at Taco Bell, try a Wrong Doug. A crunch wrap on steroids any way you like it!

I went Moes once and never going back. When I first entered this establishment, I waited for a table. I finally got a table after 6 and a half hours. The table I got was a two person table and some other guy named Moe was sitting across from me. I told him Ive been gettin calls from his mudda. He better respect mudda.
The food was really good and the people were super friendly. They have a salsa bar where you can get a number of different types of salsas. That was really cool and delicious.
This is a great new addition to mentor. Theres only so many ways you can do Mexican fast food but Moes does a nice job. This location is friendly and delivered quality food.

A chain burrito place... so meets the expectations there. Chips with every order helps make the price reasonable.. and also offers small burritos for lessn hungry, lower price points. Salsa bar a nice touch.
The reason why I choose moes over chipotle....queso with endless chips. They have more variety you can put on your food. Also, it cant get any better than a salsa bar where you can try at least 6 different kind of salsa at no extra cost, and you can go back for more anytime. I would just like to say we stopped here for lunch today and they were very busy and you could tell they were short staffed but the manager kept his cool the whole time and the food was still amazing! Kudos to the manager for doing such a good job when it’s rough!

I go just for the nachos, was a five but I got poorly prepped chips on my last two visits. All other times I had a really good meal.

2022-02-11I ordered tacos to eat in the store. After I finished my food, Hope (shift leader) came to my table and asked how I liked everything. I told her everything was great! I even tried the sweet tea today and I was impressed. I love how welcomed I feel every time I come in to this store! I definitely will be returning again. Keep up the great work!

2022-05-02Th8s is the worst Moes Ive eaten at. I understand saving on food cost but when you order nachos you should get the correct amount of Queso on them. It was the manager that was making the food you would think she should have known the specific amount that the nachos get. I would make sure to check and watch what they are putting on your food at this Moes I would not recommend eating at this one.

2022-03-01Moes on Mentor Avenue near the mall is the best one yet. The service is always awesome. The young ppl are friendly without attitudes, always so upbeat. I like to have service with a smile and a good attitude. The place was clean and so were the areas where the food and drinks were. I never have a problem when I go there and guess what no extra charge just to add a little more of the diced tomatoes mix.

2022-06-23Ive been to moes a few times for lunch. its always the same too girls working (Hope and Faith) both girls have always greeted me as soon as I walk in there. Theyre so friendly. They always make my experience at moes amazing! I feel so welcomed.

2021-10-30Moes needed the proper recognition on todays catering order with Ganley Subaru East. FRESH FOOD AND CLEAN ATMOSPHERE!!!! We order for 60+ people here at the store on Saturdays and Moes is the PERFECT choice to make, you cant ever get enough of the food and the entire taco bar set up is great comes with ALL the equipment for the perfect easy and go meal! Monte, the manager working is one of the best managers working there! As soon as we went in to pick up the food to the time we drove away, he made sure we had everything we needed and had excellent customer service. Never will order from any other Moes besides this one because of the satisfaction of our encounter today. Thank you Moes!

2022-04-26I am always a fan of Moes and this location in particular. The staff is always friendly and greets customers enthausticaly. More significantly, they have an open dining room... still a rarity in the first half of 2022. The food ingredients are great, from the steak, to the grilled vegetables, to the guacamole. The best thing about Moes is the Salsa Bar. I particularly enjoy seasonal salsa.
